the weaving process of the filling type functional small jacquard fabric comprises the following key technologies:
(1) the warp on-machine tension fabric is woven on a general-purpose SGA598 type sample loom, the controlled warp on-machine tension of each part is the key of weaving, in order to adjust the tension of flowers, green vines, flowerpots and ground warps, respectively bundling is adopted at the rear part of the loom during weaving, and weights with different weights are hung, so that the clear opening and the consistent tension of the warps are ensured;
from the pattern, the distance between the two flowerpots in the warp direction is equal to the distance between the two flowerpots, so that the lengths of the float lines of the warp yarns of the flowers and the flowerpots on the back surface are equal, theoretically, the tension is kept to be consistent, but the warp yarns of the flowers form patterns on the front surface of the fabric by the float lines, the interweaving times are relatively less, the warp yarns of the flowerpots are interwoven with weft yarns on the front surface of the fabric in a plain weave manner to form upper layer cloth, the interweaving times are more, so that the weight for hanging the warp yarns of the flowers is the heaviest, namely about 1.5kg, so that the; the weight is hung on the flowerpot by about 1kg when the flowerpot is used for twice, the floating length line of the green vine warp is not long, the green vine warp is intermittently interwoven, the weight hung on the warp is lightest, the weight hung on the warp is about 0.5kg, and a small amount of tension is properly added; the ground warp is bound on the back beam according to the normal condition;
(2) filling mode:
the flowerpot part is made of double-layer fabric, nano silver fibers are filled in the flowerpot, and the filling time is controlled; according to the pattern arrangement, firstly calling 16 wefts of a weaving blank of a first card, then calling a second card to start weaving the flowerpot, wherein the second card is a starting point of a longitudinal double-layer fabric, the double-layer fabric flowerpot is more and more shaped along with the weaving, the weft yarn for the flowerpot is 40 wefts, the flowerpot is filled with silver fibers when 36 wefts are woven, a pair of tweezers is used for clamping a proper amount of silver fibers to be filled into the flowerpot in a horizontal row one by one, the filling amount of the silver fibers can be properly increased in consideration of enhancing the stereoscopic impression and functionality of the flowerpot, and finally the flowerpot is closed by 4 wefts;
(3) the weft insertion sequence is as follows:
when the flowerpot is woven, weft yarns have two colors of white and light brown, two weft feeders are needed for weft insertion according to the arrangement sequence of the weft yarns, and 1 light brown and 1 white are continuously thrown for 4 times to ensure the formation of the lattice flowerpot; in addition, the total number of the wefts of the flowerpot is 40 wefts, and the wefts behind the 40 wefts are only provided with one color weft light brown; because the weaving machine used by the fabric is used for manually carrying out weft insertion and beating-up, the beating-up force is controlled to be uniform during weaving, and the sizes of flowerpots and flowers are prevented from being different;
the upper warp density of the fabric is 455 pieces/10 cm, the upper weft density is 242 pieces/10 cm, the lower warp density is 475 pieces/10 cm, the lower weft density is 258 pieces/10 cm, the warp yarn weaving shrinkage is 4.2%, the weft yarn weaving shrinkage is 6.6%, and the reed number is 64#
