Abstract
一种远近灯切换装置,包含灯座机构、光形切换机构,及光形微调机构。该光形切换机构的光形板可在近光灯位置与远光灯位置间切换。该光形微调机构包括可相对灯座机构前后位移的挡件、贯穿该挡件并螺设在该灯座机构的调整螺栓,及前后弹性顶撑在该挡件与该灯座机构间的第二弹性件。该挡件可供往该近光灯位置枢转的该光形板摆靠,该调整螺栓可被螺转而相对该灯座机构前后调移该挡件,而调整该光形板摆靠于该挡件时的摆靠角度。通过该光形切换机构与该光形微调机构的设计,可方便微幅调整所产生的近灯光形,有助于提高车灯组装制造时的方便性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车灯用组件,特别是涉及一种用于切换远近灯光形的远近灯切换装置。
背景技术
目前用于汽车、机车等交通工具的远灯、近灯,主要是通过一远近灯切换装置配合光源进行,该远近灯切换装置会具有一个设置于光源前方的光形板,会通过调转该光形板的方式,以进行远灯光形与近灯光形的切换。
但是这类远近灯切换装置使用时,容易因为该光形板本身与相关机构的结构误差,以及车灯组装制造时的误差,而导致产生的近灯光形的明暗截止线不符规范,进而会造成所制成的车灯无法通过检验,而必须重新修改结构设计,会大幅增加制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能改善先前技术的至少一个缺点的远近灯切换装置。
本发明远近灯切换装置,适用于搭配光源使用。所述远近灯切换装置包含用于供所述光源安装的灯座机构、光形切换机构,及光形微调机构。
所述灯座机构界定出用于反射所述光源产生的光线的反光空间,及用于使来自所述反光空间的光线往前通过的出光口。所述光形切换机构包括左右轴向枢设在所述灯座机构且局部遮挡在所述出光口的光形板、安装在所述灯座机构且与所述光形板链接的驱动单元,及第一弹性件。所述光形板能被所述驱动单元驱动而从近光灯位置枢转切换至远光灯位置。所述第一弹性件恒具有驱使所述光形板往所述近光灯位置枢转的弹力。
所述光形微调机构包括能相对所述灯座机构前后位移的挡件、前后延伸贯穿所述挡件并螺设在所述灯座机构的调整螺栓,及前后弹性顶撑设置在所述挡件与所述灯座机构间的第二弹性件,所述挡件能供往所述近光灯位置枢转的所述光形板摆靠限位,所述调整螺栓能迫使所述挡件弹性挤压所述第二弹性件,且能被前后螺转调移而相对所述灯座机构前后调移所述挡件,而对应调整所述光形板枢转摆靠于所述挡件时的摆靠角度。
本发明所述的远近灯切换装置,还包含开口朝后地罩盖设置在所述灯座机构前方,且能使来自所述出光口的光线往前穿透的灯罩。
本发明所述的远近灯切换装置,所述灯罩包括前后轴向地环套安装在所述灯座机构外的环状的罩体,及安装在所述罩体前端的透镜,所述罩体与所述灯座机构左右其中一侧相配合界定出开口朝后的作业区间,所述灯座机构具有外露在所述作业区间且供所述调整螺栓螺接设置的安装部。
本发明所述的远近灯切换装置,所述灯座机构包括用于供所述光源设置且具有所述安装部的基座,及安装在所述基座顶侧且与所述基座相配合界定出所述反光空间与出光口的反光罩,所述光形切换机构安装在所述基座。
本发明所述的远近灯切换装置,所述基座具有上下贯穿地凹设在其前端,且位于所述出光口前方底侧的缺口,所述光形板具有位于所述基座上方且用于遮挡往前穿出所述出光口的光线的光形调整部、左右轴向枢设在所述基座的枢接部,及自所述光形调整部底面往下朝所述缺口突伸的凸耳部,所述驱动单元包括安装在缺口中的驱动器,及安装在所述驱动器且与所述凸耳部链接的驱动杆,所述驱动器能被启动,而传动所述驱动杆往下拉引所述凸耳部,进而传动所述光形调整部往下摆向所述基座,而使所述光形板从所述近光灯位置枢转至所述远光灯位置,所述第一弹性件会被所述光形板的枢摆驱动而蓄积复形弹力,且会于所述驱动杆不再下拉所述凸耳部时,驱动所述光形板反向枢摆至靠抵于所述挡件的所述近光灯位置。
本发明所述的远近灯切换装置,所述凸耳部具有左右贯穿的穿孔,所述驱动杆勾设在所述凸耳部的所述穿孔,而能用于往下拉引所述凸耳部。
本发明所述的远近灯切换装置,所述凸耳部的所述穿孔呈上下延伸条状,所述驱动杆具有上下延伸设置在所述驱动器的主杆部,及自所述主杆部顶端横向往外突伸且能上下位移地穿设于所述穿孔的横杆部。
本发明所述的远近灯切换装置,所述第二弹性件为能被所述挡件与所述灯座机构前后弹性夹抵变形的弹性垫片。
的本发明的有益效果在于:通过该光形切换机构与该光形微调机构的设计,可通过微幅调转该调整螺栓的方式,来微幅调整往前摆靠在该挡件的摆靠角度,进而可微幅调整通过该光形板的光线所产生的近灯光形的明暗截止线,使该近灯光形符合规范,有助于提高车灯组装制造时的方便性。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、2、3,本发明远近灯切换装置的一个实施例,适用于搭配一个光源900使用,而可供用于制造成车灯。该远近灯切换装置包含一个用于供该光源900安装的灯座机构3、一个开口朝后地罩盖安装在该灯座机构3前端部的灯罩4,以及被该灯罩4罩盖地安装在该灯座机构3的一个光形切换机构5与一个光形微调机构6。
该灯座机构3包括一个供该光源900安装的基座31,及一个设置在该基座31顶侧的反光罩32。该反光罩32与该基座31相配合界定出一个可用于反射该光源900产生的光线的反光空间301,及一个用于使来自该反光空间301的光线往前通过并射向该灯罩4的出光口302。
该基座31具有一个上下贯穿且位于该出光口302前方底侧的缺口311,且具有一个位于该反光罩32前方且横向突出该反光罩32的左右其中一侧缘外的安装部312。在本实施例中,该安装部312是突伸出该反光罩32右侧缘外,但是实施时,也可改为突伸出该反光罩32左侧缘外。
该灯罩4包括一个环套设置在该灯座机构3前端部外的环状的罩体41,及一个封闭该罩体41前端开口地设置在该罩体41的透镜42。该罩体41内周面的左右向宽度大于该反光罩32的左右侧缘宽度,会以其内周面和该反光罩32的左右两侧缘相配合界定出两个开口朝后的作业区间40。该透镜42可使光线往前穿透射出以构成近灯光形或远灯光形。该基座31的该安装部312是外露在右侧的该作业区间40中。
参阅图2、4、5,该光形切换机构5包括一个左右轴向地枢设在该基座31且位于该缺口311正上方的光形板51、一个嵌装固定在该缺口311中且与该光形板51链接的驱动单元52,及一个设置在该光形板51与该驱动单元52间的第一弹性件53。
该光形板51是局部遮挡在该出光口302处,而可用于遮挡自该出光口302往前通过的光线。该光形板51具有一个用于遮挡光线的光形调整部511、一个左右轴向枢设在该基座31的枢接部512,及一个自该光形调整部511底面往下朝该缺口311突伸的凸耳部513。该凸耳部513具有一个左右贯穿且上下延伸的条状的穿孔514。
该光形板51可被该驱动单元52驱动,而在一个往前摆靠在该光形微调机构6的近光灯位置(如图4所示),及一个往后并往下摆离该光形微调机构6的远光灯位置(如图5所示)间枢摆变化。当该光形板51位于该近光灯位置时,会使往前通过并穿透该灯罩4的光线产生近灯光形,当该光形板51位于该远光灯位置时,会往下摆靠向该基座31,而会减少对该出光口302的遮挡幅度,提高往前射向该灯罩4的光量,使往前通过并穿透该灯罩4的光线产生远灯光形。
该驱动单元52包括一个安装在该基座31且位于该缺口311中的驱动器521,及一个可上下位移地插装在该驱动器521且与该凸耳部513链接的驱动杆522。该驱动杆522具有一个上下延伸且可上下位移往下插装在该驱动器521的主杆部523,及一个自该主杆部523顶端横向往外突伸且穿设在该凸耳部513的该穿孔514中横杆部524。该横杆部524外径小于该穿孔514口径,且可用于往下勾拉该凸耳部513。
该驱动器521可被控制启动,而传动该驱动杆522相对下移缩入,进而往下拉引传动该光形板51相对该基座31往下枢摆,而使该光形板51从该近光灯位置往下枢转变化至该远光灯位置。在本实施例中,该驱动器521为电磁阀,可被通电启动而产生用于往下吸引该驱动杆522的磁力,并于被控制关闭时,停止拉引该驱动杆522。
该第一弹性件53为扭力弹簧,是与该枢接部512枢转轴心同轴地设置在该光形板51下方,且弹性顶靠在该光形板51与该驱动器521间,恒具有驱使该光形板51往上摆离该驱动器521的弹力,而会恒驱使该光形板51往该近光灯位置变化。所以当该驱动器521停止传动该驱动杆522往下拉引该光形板51时,该第一弹性件53的弹力会驱使该光形板51相对该基座31往上枢摆而复位至该近光灯位置。
在本发明的其它实施态样中,该第一弹性件53也可设置在该光形板51与该灯座机构3间,同样可用于驱使该光形板51恒往该近光灯位置枢摆。由于可用于驱使该光形板51往该近光灯位置枢摆的该第一弹性件53类型与设置方式众多,所以实施时不以上述设置态样为限。
如图2、3、4,该光形微调机构6具有一个可前后位移地设置在该基座31的该安装部312后侧的挡件61、一个前后延伸贯穿该挡件61且螺锁设置在该安装部312的调整螺栓62,及一个前后弹性顶撑设置在该挡件61与该安装部312间的第二弹性件63。该第二弹性件63恒具有相对该安装部312往后弹性顶推该挡件61的弹力。在本实施例中,该第二弹性件63为弹性垫片,但是实施时,在本发明的其它实施态样中,也可改为弹簧,且不以上述态样为限。
该挡件61具有一个往下叠靠在该安装部312顶面的叠靠部611,及一个自该叠靠部611后侧缘往下延伸而与该安装部312前后间隔相向的限位挡部612。该限位挡部612可供该光形板51往前摆靠而限位于该近光灯位置。
该调整螺栓62前后贯穿该限位挡部612与该第二弹性件63,并会驱使该限位挡部612往前弹性靠抵于该第二弹性件63。当该调整螺栓62被驱转而相对该安装部312前后螺转位移时,会同步传动被该第二弹性件63往后弹性顶推的该挡件61相对该安装部312前后位移,进而可对应调整往前摆靠在该挡件61的该光形板51的摆靠角度,也就是调整该光形板51的该光形调整部511顶缘的高度位置,进而可调整往前通过该光形板51并穿透该灯罩4的光线所构成的近灯光形。
参阅图2、4、5,本发明远近灯切换装置用于制成车灯使用时,在该驱动单元52未被启动时,该光形板51会被该第一弹性件53驱动而维持在往前摆靠在该挡件61的该近光灯位置,该光源900产生并往前通过该光形板51的光线,会穿透该灯罩4而投射产生近灯光形。当该驱动单元52的该驱动器521被控制启动时,该驱动器521会传动该驱动杆522往下拉引该光形板51,而驱使该光形板51从该近光灯位置往下枢摆变化至该远光灯位置,使得往前通过该光形板51并穿透该灯罩4的光线投射产生远灯光形,此时,该第一弹性件53会被驱动弹性变形而蓄积复位弹力。当关闭该驱动器521时,该第一弹性件53的复位弹力会传动该光形板51往上枢摆,直至往前摆靠在该挡件61而复位至该近光灯位置。
参阅图3、4、6,当该车灯因为整体构件的制造误差或组装制造误差,而使投射产生的该近灯光形不符规范时,例如近灯光形的明暗截止线分布位置不符规范,可通过螺丝起子(图未示)往前伸入对应的该作业区间40,并微幅调转该调整螺栓62的方式,来前后微幅调整该挡件61位置,例如驱使该挡件61往前弹性压缩该第二弹性件63,而微幅往前调整该挡件61,用于微幅调整往前摆靠在该挡件61的摆靠角度,进而可微幅调整通过该光形板51的光线所产生的近灯光形的明暗截止线,使该近灯光形符合规范
综上所述,通过该光形切换机构5与该光形微调机构6的结构设计,可通过微幅调转该调整螺栓62的方式,来前后微幅调整该挡件61位置,用于微幅调整往前摆靠在该挡件61的该光形板51的摆靠角度,进而可微幅调整通过该光形板51的光线所产生的近灯光形的明暗截止线,使该近灯光形符合规范,不需要再为了调整光形而更换车灯构件或拆解重新组装车灯。因此,本发明远近灯切换装置确实有助于提高车灯组装制造时的方便性。因此,确实能达成本发明的目的。

Claims (8)
1.一种远近灯切换装置,适用于搭配光源使用,所述远近灯切换装置包含用于供所述光源安装的灯座机构,及光形切换机构,所述灯座机构界定出用于反射所述光源产生的光线的反光空间,及用于使来自所述反光空间的光线往前通过的出光口,所述光形切换机构包括左右轴向枢设在所述灯座机构且局部遮挡在所述出光口的光形板、安装在所述灯座机构且与所述光形板链接的驱动单元,及第一弹性件,所述光形板能被所述驱动单元驱动而从近光灯位置枢转切换至远光灯位置,所述第一弹性件恒具有驱使所述光形板往所述近光灯位置枢转的弹力,其特征在于:所述远近灯切换装置还包含光形微调机构,所述光形微调机构包括能相对所述灯座机构前后位移的挡件、前后延伸贯穿所述挡件并螺设在所述灯座机构的调整螺栓,及前后弹性顶撑设置在所述挡件与所述灯座机构间的第二弹性件,所述挡件能供往所述近光灯位置枢转的所述光形板摆靠限位,所述调整螺栓能迫使所述挡件弹性挤压所述第二弹性件,且能被前后螺转调移而相对所述灯座机构前后调移所述挡件,而对应调整所述光形板枢转摆靠于所述挡件时的摆靠角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远近灯切换装置,其特征在于:还包含开口朝后地罩盖设置在所述灯座机构前方,且能使来自所述出光口的光线往前穿透的灯罩。
3.根据权利要求2所述的远近灯切换装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括前后轴向地环套安装在所述灯座机构外的环状的罩体,及安装在所述罩体前端的透镜,所述罩体与所述灯座机构左右其中一侧相配合界定出开口朝后的作业区间,所述灯座机构具有外露在所述作业区间且供所述调整螺栓螺接设置的安装部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的远近灯切换装置,其特征在于:所述灯座机构包括用于供所述光源设置且具有所述安装部的基座,及安装在所述基座顶侧且与所述基座相配合界定出所述反光空间与出光口的反光罩,所述光形切换机构安装在所述基座。
5.根据权利要求4所述的远近灯切换装置,其特征在于:所述基座具有上下贯穿地凹设在其前端,且位于所述出光口前方底侧的缺口,所述光形板具有位于所述基座上方且用于遮挡往前穿出所述出光口的光线的光形调整部、左右轴向枢设在所述基座的枢接部,及自所述光形调整部底面往下朝所述缺口突伸的凸耳部,所述驱动单元包括安装在缺口中的驱动器,及安装在所述驱动器且与所述凸耳部链接的驱动杆,所述驱动器能被启动,而传动所述驱动杆往下拉引所述凸耳部,进而传动所述光形调整部往下摆向所述基座,而使所述光形板从所述近光灯位置枢转至所述远光灯位置,所述第一弹性件会被所述光形板的枢摆驱动而蓄积复形弹力,且会于所述驱动杆不再下拉所述凸耳部时,驱动所述光形板反向枢摆至靠抵于所述挡件的所述近光灯位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的远近灯切换装置,其特征在于:所述凸耳部具有左右贯穿的穿孔,所述驱动杆勾设在所述凸耳部的所述穿孔,而能用于往下拉引所述凸耳部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的远近灯切换装置,其特征在于:所述凸耳部的所述穿孔呈上下延伸条状,所述驱动杆具有上下延伸设置在所述驱动器的主杆部,及自所述主杆部顶端横向往外突伸且能上下位移地穿设于所述穿孔的横杆部。
8.根据权利要求1所述的远近灯切换装置,其特征在于:所述第二弹性件为能被所述挡件与所述灯座机构前后弹性夹抵变形的弹性垫片。
