Abstract
本发明公开了一种真丝洗衣液及应用,包括以下质量份数的组分:非离子表面活性剂5‑40份、阴离子表面活性剂1‑20份、有机硅季铵盐0.1‑2份、羊毛脂0.1‑5份、微藻油0.1‑1份、PH调节剂0.1‑1份、香精0.01‑1份、去离子水30~94份。本发明采用阳离子的有机硅季铵盐作为柔顺剂,使织物到达柔顺,平滑防皱的效果,它兼容阴离子表面活性剂,而阴离子表面活性剂的加入又提升了配方的去污力。本发明采用羊毛脂和微藻油来强化对洗涤后真丝的护理效果,羊毛脂拥有对丝绸纤维赋脂力和保养特性,给予丝绸额外的呵护,微藻油能赋予丝绸光泽,提升织物洗涤后的光泽性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及丝绸织物的洗涤剂领域,具体涉及一种真丝洗衣液及应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,以及洗涤观念的变化更新,为更好地满足消费者在洗涤方面的特殊要求,衣用洗涤剂市场向多形态、多功能、多品种、专用型方向迅速发展。全球洗涤剂的功能更趋向洗涤效果、方便实用、织物保养和个性化需求四个方面。真丝洗衣液属于一种专用的轻垢型的液体精细织物洗涤剂,主要用于丝、稠、锦、缎、绢,以及各种麻织品衣物的洗涤,可同时去污、除菌、柔顺、防皱、抗静电。
目前,各大主品牌的洗涤剂公司都推出了自己的真丝洗衣液产品。如联合利华的Laundress细致衣物洗衣液就是专为真丝洗涤而开发的,在真丝洗衣液市场占据头部位置。该洗衣液据称采用双重的温和表面活性剂——APG和氨基酸,净化硬水,保护肌肤皮脂膜,亲和各种肤质,呵护贴身细致真丝衣物,可洗去99.99%细菌。
通过消费者观察发现,真丝、蕾丝出现发黄发硬、色泽暗淡、毛糙起球、松垮变形等问题,几乎都是选错洗衣液导致的。
商业真丝洗衣液的配方是由表面活性剂、柔顺剂、生物酶、织物护理剂、螯合剂、PH调节剂、防腐剂、香精构成。表面活性剂采用非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的复配,非离子表面活性剂使用的是APG烷基糖苷,阴离子表面活性剂使用的是椰油醇硫酸酯钠和氨基酸表面活性剂。一般会添加柔顺剂,如阳离子表面活性剂,对织物起到柔顺的作用。有的配方还含有脂肪酶和纤维素酶,起到增强去污效果的作用。有的配方还含有天然椰子油、护色剂、抑菌除螨剂等织物护理剂。
从市售商品的卖点分析,真丝洗衣液在强调清洁效果同时,还普遍强调洗涤的柔顺性,有的还强调除菌性、香氛的别致性、温和性、防缩水性、护色性,还有的强调原料来源的天然性、防静电性能。
专利CN106318740A公开了一种真丝洗衣液的配方,包括香精、月桂醇油酸酯、椰油酰两性基丙酸钠、脂肪酸钠盐、棕榈油柔软剂、乙酸铵、乙氧基化辛醇、水。该发明洗衣液针对较为贵重的真丝类衣物,可以防止衣物变形、褪色,只需较少剂量即可去除污垢,洗后衣物散发淡淡清香,漂洗容易。该洗衣液采用了非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂作为清洁用表面活性剂,采用了柔顺剂使织物达到洗涤后柔顺的效果,但该产品的去污力不强,且未能给以丝绸护理的效果。
在《丝绸织物专用洗涤剂SW的研制》(《印染助剂》1996.5)中,吴自强等人公布了一个丝绸织物专用洗涤剂配方:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-15%、聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚硫酸钠5-10%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15-18%,烷基醇酰胺3-6%,PH调节剂适量,水溶性香精1-2%,水余量。该洗涤剂采用非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂复配,作为清洁剂。该配方清洁力足够,但没有加柔顺剂,对织物的柔顺效果不好,也未能给以丝绸护理的效果。
在《一种新型丝毛液体洗涤剂的研制》(《适用技术市场》1996.4)中,袁菊如等人公布一种新型丝毛液体洗涤剂的配方:TX-10 6%,APG 12%,BS-12 4%,D1821 4%,65013%,柠檬酸钠2%,EDTA 0.5%,CMC 0.8%,尿素10%,防腐剂0.2%,荧光增白剂0.05%,香精1%,氯化钠0.8%,柠檬酸调节PH=7,去离子水余量。该洗涤剂采用非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂作为去污剂,采用柔顺剂D1821起到对织物的柔顺效果,但该产品对织物的去污力不强,且也未能给以丝绸护理的效果。
因此,上述现有技术至少存在如下技术问题:现有技术中的真丝洗衣液无法同时满足去污能力和柔顺能力,且不能提供丝绸护理功能。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的真丝洗衣液无法同时满足去污能力和柔顺能力,且不能提供丝绸护理功能的技术问题,提供了一种新的真丝洗衣液配方,新的洗衣液配方使产品在具备高的去污力的同时,还能给予织物柔顺、护理的效果。
本发明采用的技术方案是:

所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、烷基糖苷、椰油酰胺中的一种或几种的混合;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物硫酸盐、脂肪酸钾、醇醚羧酸钠、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、氨基酸表面活性剂中的一种或几种的混合。
所述有机硅季铵盐为阳离子有机硅季铵盐大分子,优选赢创公司的SQ-1。所述有机硅季铵盐能与阴离子表面活性剂兼容,使用前需与非离子表面活性剂预混后加入。能提供给真丝织物以柔顺、丝滑、防皱的护理效果。
所述羊毛脂为羊毛脂聚氧乙烯醚(乙氧基化羊毛脂),优选赢创公司的REWOLANE50。所述羊毛脂拥有赋脂力和保养特性,适用于于丝绸等需要额外呵护的织物。
所述微藻油可通过市售购买获得,如北京西雅克商贸有限责任公司的微藻油。微藻油是一种高度稳定的生物基油,有助于保护和强韧织物纤维,为丝绸提供光泽。
所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸,一般调节到pH值为7-8。
本发明还提供所述真丝洗衣液在洗涤丝、稠、锦、缎、绢,以及各种麻织品衣物的洗涤中的应用。
本发明采用非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂复配,确保了产品具有足够的去污力;在柔顺剂方面,本发明采用阳离子的有机硅季铵盐作为柔顺剂,使织物到达柔顺,平滑防皱的效果,和常规的柔顺剂—季铵盐和酯基季铵盐不同,有机硅季铵盐可以和阴离子表面活性剂相容,因此可以用在以非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂复配的真丝洗衣液中,起到柔顺、平滑、防皱的效果,呵护真丝性能。同时它兼容阴离子表面活性剂,而阴离子表面活性剂的加入又提升了配方的去污力。
在护理方面,本发明采用羊毛脂和微藻油来强化对洗涤后真丝的护理效果,丝绸纤维本质上是动物蛋白,在洗涤时容易形变,光泽度下降,羊毛脂拥有对丝绸纤维赋脂力和保养特性,给予丝绸额外的呵护,微藻油能赋予丝绸光泽,提升织物洗涤后的光泽性。

实施例4去污力的测试
方法如下:
按QB/T 1224衣料用液体洗涤剂(丝毛洗涤剂)测试对三种污布的去污效果,并和竞品1(阿道夫-芯香芬丝毛洗衣凝露)、竞品2(The Laundress细致衣物洗衣液)做比较,结果如图1所示。
在图1中,横坐标表示样品洗衣液与标准洗衣液去污力的比值,其中,JB-01为炭黑油污布,JB-02为蛋白污布,JB-03为皮脂污布。图1结果表明,实施例1、2、3的样品洗衣液相比竞品1和竞品2,去污力有明显的提升,且在实施例1、实施例3中,相比较于竞品1和竞品2,去污力有20%的提升。
实施例5对护理性的测试
方法如下:
(1)准备10cm×10cm的正方形真丝布料;
(2)用自来水配制1000ml洗涤溶液,洗涤剂质量浓度为2g/L;
(3)在1000ml烧杯中,放入裁好的布片,在磁力搅拌器上以360r/min转速下洗涤20min;
(4)用1000ml自来水漂洗2次,转速360r/min,每次3min,常温下晾干;
(5)考察真丝洗涤后防皱性能和柔软性能。
评判标准如下:
柔软性能:主观触摸测试
最高分5分,柔软程度最好。最低1分,柔软程度最差。
防皱性能:目测
最高分5分,防皱性能最好。最低分1分,防皱性能最差。
光泽度:目测
最高分5分,光泽性能最好。最低分1分,光泽性最差。
对真丝护理性的测试结果如表4所示。

表4结果表明,本申请的实施例1-3对真丝的护理性具有很好提升效果,柔顺性、防皱性以及光泽性都表现很好,特别在光泽性上,相比现有技术有非常明显的提高。

5.如权利要求1~3之一所述的真丝洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物硫酸盐、脂肪酸钾、醇醚羧酸钠、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、氨基酸表面活性剂中的一种或几种的混合。
6.如权利要求1~3之一所述的真丝洗衣液,其特征在于,所述有机硅季铵盐为阳离子有机硅季铵盐大分子。
7.如权利要求1~3之一所述的真丝洗衣液,其特征在于,所述羊毛脂为羊毛脂聚氧乙烯醚。
8.如权利要求1~3之一所述的真丝洗衣液,其特征在于,所述微藻油是微藻中提取的油脂。
9.如权利要求1~3之一所述的真丝洗衣液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸,调节pH值为7-8。
10.如权利要求1~9之一所述的真丝洗衣液在洗涤丝、稠、锦、缎、绢,以及各种麻织品衣物的洗涤中的应用。
