本发明提供了一种绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂,其主要组分包括:生物表面活性剂、环保型合成表面活性剂、乳化剂,还可以加入溶剂、螯合分散剂、保色柔软护理剂,得到的洗涤护理剂可以使洗后的真丝织物达到干净、保色、保光泽和手感,而且原料易得,生产工艺比较简单,洗后废水易降解,符合国家绿色环保要求。

一种绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其是涉及一种真丝织物用绿色环保洗涤护理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
真丝的主要成分是动物蛋白,其织物具有很好的光泽和柔软度,人体穿着时的舒适度是合成纤维和其他天然纤维织物无法比拟的,所以受到高端消费者的普遍欢迎。但同时真丝织物也存在着强度比较差、色牢度比较低、易皱、易黄变,弄脏后不易洗涤和保养的缺点也令消费者十分头疼。所以市场急需一种环保的、对所有污渍都能去除、同时对颜色、光泽和手感无影响的洗涤剂。
目前国内外真丝织物一般有两种洗涤方法,一种是干洗法,即用可挥发的有机溶剂(主要组分是多氯乙烯等)对织物的污渍进行洗涤,洗后让溶剂在空气中自然挥发。这种方法虽然去污效果比较好(部分无机污渍也洗不干净),但是,有毒、污染空气,易燃,不符合环保要求,已经逐步被淘汰;另一种是用水溶性洗涤剂洗涤,如果用合成原料洗涤剂(其主要成分是合成表面活性剂)洗涤,被洗涤部分普遍存在洗后易褪色,出现色差、泛黄、失去光泽,废水生物降解难等问题,而且对于一些天然污渍的洗涤效果也不理想;而天然原料洗剂又存在着去污效果不够理想的问题。
所以市场上急需一种即符合国际环保要求,又能达到广谱去污效果,还能保持真丝织物颜色和光泽的洗涤剂。
发明内容
为了解决真丝织物上残留污渍去除时,能够保持颜色、光泽和手感不变,废水处理环保的问题,本发明提供了“一种绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂及其制备方法”,以使洗后的真丝织物达到干净、保色、保光泽和手感。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂,包括:生物表面活性剂、环保型合成表面活性剂和保色柔软护理剂,除这三种组分外,还可以加入乳化剂、溶剂、螯合分散剂等。
其中,生物表面活性剂为糖脂类生物表面活性剂,合成表面活性剂为聚醚类化合物,保色柔软护理剂为聚硅氧烷乳液。糖脂类生物表面活性剂优选为槐糖脂或含槐糖脂的混合物;聚醚类化合物选自嵌段聚醚类化合物;聚硅氧烷乳液选自聚醚改性的聚硅氧烷乳液。
(1)生物表面活性剂
生物表面活性剂优选槐糖脂及含槐糖脂的混合物。槐糖脂(sophorolipid)是由假丝酵母菌以糖和植物油等为碳源,经一定条件的发酵工艺产生的微生物次级代谢产物。槐糖脂是一种糖脂类生物表面活性剂。其不仅具有常规表面活性剂所具有的增溶、乳化、润湿、发泡、分散、降低表面张力等通用性能,而且还具有无毒、100%可生物降解、耐温、耐高盐、适应PH范围广及对环境友好等特性。槐糖脂可应用于石油、环保、医药、食品、化妆品、洗涤、家居护理、农业、饲料等领域,可达到部分或完全替代化学合成表面活性剂使用。可以根据不同的应用需要选择植物油的种类。在本发明中生物表面活性剂约占洗涤剂总量的30~70%,优选40%~60%。
(2)合成表面活性剂
用以调节洗剂对织物纤维的润湿性、去污性、抗静电性。由于起始剂的碳数、嵌段聚醚中环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)的比例、位置不同,对表面活性剂的性能起着决定性作用。所以可以通过调节以上原料的组分和参数来调节表面活性剂的表面张力、润湿效果、去污力和抗静电效果。所用合成表面活性剂为聚醚类化合物类环保型合成表面活性剂,优选嵌段聚醚类化合物,进一步优选含不同碳数(十个碳或十三个碳)的异构醇为起始剂合成的嵌段聚醚类化合物。环保型合成表面活性剂用量约占洗剂总量的10~20%,优选15%~20%。
(3)保色柔软护理剂
为了解决真丝织物洗后易褪色、光泽变暗、柔软度变差的问题,加入少量的保色柔软护理剂。保色柔软护理剂为聚硅氧烷乳液,选自聚醚改性的聚硅氧烷乳液,优选选自聚醚改性的硅氧烷-多胺-聚醚三元共聚硅氧烷乳液,进一步优选选自分子量为7500~8500、聚醚改性的硅氧烷-多胺-聚醚三元共聚硅氧烷乳液。保色柔软护理剂约占洗剂总量的1~5%,优选2%~4%。
(4)乳化剂:
本发明采用的乳化剂为非离子性表面活性剂,用来提高对真丝织物表面及纤维性内部污染物的乳化和分散。乳化剂优选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚非离子性表面活性剂及其混合物,进一步优选选自脂肪醇碳数为10~13的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚化合物及其混合物。乳化剂约占洗剂总量的5~20%,优选10%~15%。
(5)螯合分散剂
为了防止水中洗下来的脏东西重新沾到织物上,和水中钙、镁、氯等离子对洗涤效果的影响,加入少量的鳌和分散剂。所加入的螯合分散剂为有机螯合分散剂,选自聚丙烯酸盐、聚羧酸螯合剂、有机磷螯合剂中的至少一种,优选分子量为1500~2000的聚丙烯酸盐、聚马来酸酐、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸中的至少一种。螯合分散剂约占洗剂总量的0.1~2%,优选1%~2%。
(6)溶剂
溶剂为水或有机溶剂中的至少一种,可以对主要组分起到增容作用,又不影响洗涤效果。溶剂用量约占洗剂总量的5~25%,优选10%~20%。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂的制备方法,具体步骤包括将包含所述生物表面活性剂、合成表面活性剂、保色柔软护理剂、乳化剂、螯合分散剂、溶剂在内的组分混合得到绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂,优选为将所述生物表面活性剂加入到溶剂中,之后依次加入合成表面活性剂、乳化剂、螯合分散剂、保色柔软护理剂,得到绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂。
本发明的目的之三在于将上述绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂用于真丝织物的洗涤,其应用方法和用量与一般洗剂一样,无特殊要求。
众所周知真丝织物有很多优点,如:穿着舒适、柔软、肤感强、有光泽等,穿着凸显高贵;但真丝织物在洗涤和护理方面也存在一些很难解决的问题。由于真丝的主要成分是动物蛋白,所以其织物在强力、染色牢度等方面都不如合成纤维、动物毛发纤维和植物纤维,如:在洗涤护理过程中,难去污、易掉色、易黄变、易皱折、易失去光泽等等,所以真丝织物用洗涤护理剂比普通纺织产品用洗涤护理剂的要求高出很多,目前市场上的洗涤剂的综合效果都不理想。
本发明绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂具有极好的广谱去污清洗效果,而且能使清洗后的真丝织物达到不退色、不黄变、光泽和手感不变;而且原料易得,生产工艺比较简单,洗后废水易降解,符合国家绿色环保要求。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明的进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明做出的一些非本质的改进和调整仍属本发明的保护范围。
实施例中所采用的原料及来源如下表1所示:

实施例1~3制备工艺:
(1)稳定的生物表面活性剂--槐糖脂溶液制备
将生物表面活性剂-槐糖脂和溶剂-乙醇,按表2中比例加到一起,搅拌(60-100转/分钟)20分钟,得到稳定的生物表面活性剂/槐糖脂乙醇溶液(3000转/分钟离心10分钟不分层);
(2)绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂制备
将上述稳定的生物表面活性剂-槐糖脂乙醇溶液在搅拌下加入环保型合成表面活性剂TO-7,搅拌(60-100转/分钟)20分钟;加入乳化剂AEO-9(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚非离子性表面活性剂),搅拌20分钟;加入螯合分散剂-聚丙烯酸盐搅拌15分钟;最后加入保色柔软护理剂-改性三元共聚硅氧烷乳液,搅拌20分钟,得到绿色环保型真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂。
对比例1:
对比例中采用常用的苯甲醇去污,再加入其他的组分,如环保合成表面活性剂(TO-7、L-61)、乳化剂AEO-9、螯合分散剂、柔软护理剂、溶剂等组分,制备洗涤护理剂。

对比例1制备工艺
(1)稳定的苯甲醇-异丙醇溶液制备
将异丙醇和苯甲醇按表3中用量加到一起,搅拌(60-100转/分钟)20分钟,得到稳定的苯甲醇-异丙醇溶液;
(2)洗涤护理剂制备
将上述稳定的苯甲醇-异丙醇溶液在搅拌下加入环保型合成表面活性剂TO-7和L-61,搅拌(60-100转/分钟)20分钟;加入乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚非离子性表面活性剂AEO-9,搅拌20分钟;加入螯合分散剂-聚丙烯酸盐搅拌15分钟;最后加入保色柔软护理剂-改性三元共聚硅氧烷乳液,搅拌20分钟,得到洗涤护理剂。
实施例1~3和对比例1洗涤护理剂的应用试验
试验工艺:
手洗:洗涤护理剂在水中用量:20g/L,洗涤过程:手搓-漂洗-晾干-熨烫。(结果以1~5*为标准,*越多越好)

通过以上洗涤应用试验表4~6可以看出实施例1中三种洗涤剂的效果比对比例好,而且与市售的蓝月亮、丝毛净等洗涤产品相比,本发明的保色洗涤护理剂对各种污渍的洗涤效果、以及光泽和手感均具有更好的应用效果。

1.一种真丝织物保色洗涤护理剂,包括生物表面活性剂、合成表面活性剂和保色柔软护理剂;
所述的生物表面活性剂为槐糖脂或含槐糖脂的混合物;
所述的合成表面活性剂为聚醚类化合物,所述的聚醚类化合物为由含碳数为C10~C13的异构醇为起始剂合成的嵌段聚醚类化合物;
所述的保色柔软护理剂为聚硅氧烷乳液,所述的聚硅氧烷乳液选自分子量为7500~8500、聚醚改性的硅氧烷-多胺-聚醚三元共聚硅氧烷乳液;
所述的洗涤护理剂中还包括乳化剂、溶剂、螯合分散剂,所述的乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及其混合物,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚选自脂肪醇碳数为10~13的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚化合物;所述的溶剂为水或有机溶剂中的至少一种;所述的螯合分散剂为分子量为1500~2000的聚丙烯酸盐、聚马来酸酐、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸中的至少一种;
