本发明提供一种安全的连接结构,涉及连接件领域。该安全的连接结构,包括密封壳,密封壳内部镶嵌有金属导电片,金属导电片的截面形状为“X”形,金属导电片连接端折弯成“U”形。该安全的连接结构,挡板套接在导线的外表面,使得插接一槽套接在针刺部的外表面此时线鼻与金属导电片与重合,挡板能够套接在缺口内部并通过胶黏条连接,旋转螺栓,挤压金属导电片进行变形,继续旋转螺栓使得螺栓下降金属导电片和线鼻继续变形,针刺部能够戳破密封垫将承载槽内的导电胶流出,导电胶通过透孔流淌至金属导电片和线鼻的表面,形成良好的电连接同时能够保持密封,通过这样的设置能够保证连接稳定避免虚接和串电造成的火灾。

本发明涉及连接件技术领域,具体为一种安全的连接结构。
背景技术
接线端子是为了方便导线的连接而应用的,它其实就是一段封在绝缘塑料里面的金属片,两端都有孔可以插入导线,有螺丝用于紧固。
现有的接线端子在连接方式采用螺丝紧固线鼻子金属部分裸露在外面,相邻的两个线鼻子容易发生串电,通过挤压连接的连接方式两个金属线鼻子仅仅是挤压部分相接触,接触面积较小,容易发热进而导致火灾的产生,因此需要一种新的安全连接结构。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种安全的连接结构,解决了背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种安全的连接结构,包括密封壳,密封壳内部镶嵌有金属导电片,金属导电片的截面形状为“X”形,金属导电片连接端折弯成“U”形,金属导电片的上半部分中部开设有通孔,金属导电片的下半部分开设有插槽,所述密封壳的两端插接有线鼻,线鼻分为套接部分和折弯部分,线鼻折弯部分的表面开设有插接一槽,密封壳的内底壁固定安装有针刺部,针刺部套接在插接一槽和插槽以及通孔的内部,密封壳的上表面开设有与针刺部同心的螺纹槽,线鼻和金属导电片的表面开设有透孔,所述螺纹槽的内部螺纹连接螺栓,螺栓的底端开设有承载槽,承载槽的内部注有导电胶,承载槽的底端密封连接有密封垫,螺栓的直径大于通孔的直径,所述线鼻的套接部分套接有导线,导线的绝缘皮外表面套接有挡板,密封壳的两端开设有缺口,挡板靠近缺口的一侧固定安装有胶黏条。
优选的,所述密封壳的一侧固定安装有插接槽,密封壳的另一侧固定安装有与插接槽适配的插接块。
优选的,所述缺口的内部胶黏有拔出套,挡板与拔出套胶黏,挡板与拔出套的连接强度大于拔出套与密封壳的连接强度。
优选的,所述线鼻的截面形状为“Z”字形,插接一槽的宽度等于针刺部的直径。
优选的,所述透孔采用冲压成型,冲压的延伸部分套接在上层的透孔的内部。
优选的,所述密封壳分为上下两部分,密封壳的中部开设有连接两侧的放置孔,金属导电片放置在放置孔的内部。
本发明备以下有益效果:
该安全的连接结构,挡板套接在导线的外表面,并将导线压至线鼻的内部,将线鼻从缺口处插入到密封壳的内部,并使得插接一槽套接在针刺部的外表面此时线鼻与金属导电片与重合,并按压挡板,使得挡板能够套接在缺口内部并通过胶黏条进行连接,此时旋转螺栓,首先能够与金属导电片接触,并挤压金属导电片进行变形并接触,继续旋转螺栓使得螺栓下降金属导电片和线鼻继续变形,针刺部能够戳破密封垫将承载槽内的导电胶流出,导电胶通过透孔流淌至金属导电片和线鼻的表面,形成良好的电连接同时能够保持密封,通过这样的设置能够保证连接稳定避免虚接和串电造成的火灾。
该安全的连接结构,缺口的内部胶黏有拔出套,挡板与拔出套胶黏,成型的密封壳在通过胶粘的方式连接拔出套,挡板与拔出套的连接强度大于拔出套与密封壳的连接强度,通过这样的设置能够在拆解的过程中使得拔出套和密封壳分离,进而能够将线鼻抽出。
该安全的连接结构,透孔采用冲压成型,从下向上冲压,冲压的延伸部分套接在上层的透孔的内部,通过这样的设置能够增加接触面积的同时能够保证导电胶可以流过。

本发明实施例提供一种安全的连接结构:
实施例一,如图1-5所示,包括密封壳1,密封壳1的一侧固定安装有插接槽16,密封壳1的另一侧固定安装有与插接槽16适配的插接块17,通过这样的设置能够便于将多个构件连接在一起。
密封壳1内部镶嵌有金属导电片2,密封壳1分为上下两部分,密封壳1的中部开设有连接两侧的放置孔,金属导电片2放置在放置孔的内部,密封壳1采用注塑工艺,在注塑时将金属导电片2固定连接在密封壳1的内部。
金属导电片2优先采用铜,金属导电片2的截面形状为“X”形,金属导电片2的两侧为“U”形,中间部分为一字片连接,金属导电片2连接端折弯成“U”形,金属导电片2的上半部分中部开设有通孔3,金属导电片2的下半部分开设有插槽4,插槽4的宽度大于通孔3的直径,密封壳1的两端插接有线鼻5,线鼻5分为套接部分和折弯部分,线鼻5折弯部分的表面开设有插接一槽6,密封壳1的内底壁固定安装有针刺部7,针刺部7的直径小于通孔3的直径,针刺部7套接在插接一槽6和插槽4以及通孔3的内部,密封壳1的上表面开设有与针刺部7同心的螺纹槽8,线鼻5和金属导电片2的表面开设有透孔20,透孔20采用冲压成型,从下向上冲压,冲压的延伸部分套接在上层的透孔20的内部,通过这样的设置能够增加接触面积的同时能够保证导电胶19可以流过。
螺纹槽8的内部螺纹连接螺栓9,螺栓9的底端开设有承载槽10,承载槽10的内部注有导电胶19,导电胶19是基体树脂和导电填料即导电粒子为主要组成成分,螺栓9采用短粗形状,通过这样的设置能够放置更多导电胶19,承载槽10的底端密封连接有密封垫11,螺栓9的直径大于通孔3的直径,通过螺栓下降能够对金属导电片2和线鼻5进行挤压变形,从而能够使得二者紧贴在一起,线鼻5的截面形状为“Z”字形,插接一槽6的宽度等于针刺部7的直径,通过这样的设置能够对线鼻5的位置进行限位,同时能够与金属导电片2充分接触。
螺栓采用塑料材质,线鼻5的套接部分套接有导线12,通过挤压变形将导线和线鼻5连接紧固,导线12的绝缘皮外表面套接有挡板13,在压线鼻5之前先将挡板13套接在导线12外表面,密封壳1的两端开设有缺口14,挡板13靠近缺口14的一侧固定安装有胶黏条15。缺口14的内部胶黏有拔出套18,挡板13与拔出套18胶黏,成型的密封壳1在通过胶粘的方式连接拔出套18,挡板13与拔出套18的连接强度大于拔出套18与密封壳1的连接强度,通过这样的设置能够在拆解的过程中使得拔出套18和密封壳1分离,进而能够将线鼻5抽出。
在使用时,将挡板13套接在导线12的外表面,并将导线12压至线鼻5的内部,将线鼻5从缺口14处插入到密封壳1的内部,并使得插接一槽6套接在针刺部7的外表面此时线鼻5与金属导电片2与重合,并按压挡板13,使得挡板13能够套接在缺口14内部并通过胶黏条15进行连接,此时旋转螺栓9,首先能够与金属导电片2接触并挤压金属导电片2进行变形并接触,继续旋转螺栓9使得螺栓9下降金属导电片2和线鼻5继续变形,针刺部7能够戳破密封垫11将承载槽10内的导电胶流出,导电胶19通过透孔20流淌至金属导电片2和线鼻5的表面,并固化,当需要拆除连接时,向外抽出导线12能够带动使得拔出套18与密封壳1分离,此时线鼻漏出能够通过机械外力实现分离。

1.一种安全的连接结构,包括密封壳(1),其特征在于:密封壳(1)内部镶嵌有金属导电片(2),金属导电片(2)的截面形状为“X”形,金属导电片(2)连接端折弯成“U”形,金属导电片(2)的上半部分中部开设有通孔(3),金属导电片(2)的下半部分开设有插槽(4);
所述密封壳(1)的两端插接有线鼻(5),线鼻(5)分为套接部分和折弯部分,线鼻(5)折弯部分的表面开设有插接一槽(6),密封壳(1)的内底壁固定安装有针刺部(7),针刺部(7)套接在插接一槽(6)和插槽(4)以及通孔(3)的内部,密封壳(1)的上表面开设有与针刺部(7)同心的螺纹槽(8),线鼻(5)和金属导电片(2)的表面开设有透孔(20);
所述螺纹槽(8)的内部螺纹连接螺栓(9),螺栓(9)的底端开设有承载槽(10),承载槽(10)的内部注有导电胶(19),承载槽(10)的底端密封连接有密封垫(11),螺栓(9)的直径大于通孔(3)的直径;
所述线鼻(5)的套接部分套接有导线(12),导线(12)的绝缘皮外表面套接有挡板(13),密封壳(1)的两端开设有缺口(14),挡板(13)靠近缺口(14)的一侧固定安装有胶黏条(15)。
