本发明公开了一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料技术领域,所述涂料为含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料,含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料包括过1‑2份过氧化二苯甲酰、80‑100份含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯;所述含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯包括3‑5份稳定剂、30‑40份含氟聚氨酯预聚体、50‑60份甲基丙烯酸甲酯;所述含氟聚氨酯预聚体包括10‑15份扩链剂、20‑30份氟化PTMG、40‑60份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;氟化PTMG包括40‑50份六氟丙烯、50‑60份聚四亚甲基醚二醇、3‑5份引发剂。利用聚氨酯预聚体对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行增韧改性,提高体系交联密度,可使涂层交联网络结构更为紧密,链运动自由空间更为狭小,从而使涂层硬度和玻璃化转变温度得到提高。

本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
双组份标线涂料是一种用于制作永久性道路标线的常温反应型涂料,最初的“双组份”指的是“涂料”和“固化剂”,后来,人们将涂料被份成A、B两个组份,以实现借助高压流体设备进行规模化施工。如今的“双组份标线涂料”通常指的是“份成A、B两个组份的用于制作道路标线的特种涂料”。双组份标线涂料在使用前,须在B组份涂料中投入固化剂,并充份搅拌,在施工过程中,A、B两个组份的涂料均匀混合,并固化在道路表面,形成双组份道路标线。相较于常见的热塑性标线涂料,双组份标线涂料能够更加牢固的附着玻璃微珠,是制作反光标线的首选材料。
对于现有双组份标线涂料,其主要成份为甲基丙烯酸甲酯,施工时挥发性气味大且耐污性差。研发具有低气味的聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯标线涂料并在份子链上引入具有自清洁功能的含氟基团,可减小材料挥发性气味,并解决现有双组份标线涂料耐污性差这一难题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料及其制备方法,以制备具有自清洁功能的耐污标线涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料,所述涂料为含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料,含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料包括过1-2份过氧化二苯甲酰、80-100份含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯;所述含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯包括3-5份稳定剂、30-40份含氟聚氨酯预聚体、50-60份甲基丙烯酸甲酯;所述含氟聚氨酯预聚体包括10-15份扩链剂、20-30份氟化PTMG、40-60份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;氟化PTMG包括40-50份六氟丙烯、50-60份聚四亚甲基醚二醇、3-5份引发剂。
进一步地,所述标线涂料经二次混合后形成涂层,所述涂层为聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层,包括80-100份含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1-2份引发剂、10-20份填料、3-5份颜料。
进一步地,所述引发剂为二叔丁基过氧化物;所述扩链剂为己二酸二酰肼。
进一步地,所述填料为重质碳酸钙,颜料为钛白粉。
进一步地,所述的一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
S1、按需称取六氟丙烯、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、引发剂,合成氟化PTMG;
S2、称取氟化PTMG、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯合成NCO封端的含氟聚氨酯预聚体,再加入扩链剂对NCO封端的含氟聚氨酯预聚体进行扩链;
S3、取稳定剂,使其溶解在含氟聚氨酯预聚体中,再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯得含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯;
S4、通过过氧化二苯甲酰与含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应制备具有交联网络结构的含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料;
S5、将含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯涂料与引发剂、填料、颜料按比例混合、搅拌,得聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层。
进一步地,所述步骤S5,含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯涂料、引发剂、填料、颜料的比例为70-80:2:20-30:5-10。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明利用聚氨酯预聚体对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行增韧改性,提高了体系交联密度,可以使聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层的交联网络结构更为紧密,链运动的自由空间更为狭小,从而使聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层的硬度和玻璃化转变温度得到提高;并在结构中引入自清洁官能团(含氟树脂),减小材料挥发性气味,实现标线得耐污与自清洁。

实施例1
一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料的制备方法,包括氟化PTMG、通过氟化PTMG制备的含氟聚氨酯预聚体、含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯,通过含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化二苯甲酰制备的含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取40份六氟丙烯、50份聚四亚甲基醚二醇、3份二叔丁基过氧化物,合成氟化PTMG;
S2、称取20份氟化PTMG、40份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯合成NCO封端的含氟聚氨酯预聚体,再加入10份己二酸二酰肼对NCO封端的含氟聚氨酯预聚体进行扩链;
S3、取3份稳定剂,使其溶解在30份含氟聚氨酯预聚体中,再加入50份甲基丙烯酸甲酯得含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯;
S4、通过1份过氧化二苯甲酰与80份含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应制备具有交联网络结构的含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料;
S5、将含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯涂料、引发剂、填料、颜料按70:2:20:5的质量比混合,并搅拌,得聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层。
实施例2
一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料的制备方法,包括氟化PTMG、通过氟化PTMG制备的含氟聚氨酯预聚体、含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯,通过含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化二苯甲酰制备的含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取50份六氟丙烯、60份聚四亚甲基醚二醇、5份二叔丁基过氧化物,合成氟化PTMG;
S2、称取30份氟化PTMG、60份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯合成NCO封端的含氟聚氨酯预聚体,再加入15份己二酸二酰肼对NCO封端的含氟聚氨酯预聚体进行扩链;
S3、取5份稳定剂,使其溶解在40份含氟聚氨酯预聚体中,再加入60份甲基丙烯酸甲酯得含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯;
S4、通过2份过氧化二苯甲酰与100份含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应制备具有交联网络结构的含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料;
S5、将含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯涂料、引发剂、填料、颜料按80:2:25:10的质量比混合,并搅拌,得聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层。
实施例3
一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料的制备方法,包括氟化PTMG、通过氟化PTMG制备的含氟聚氨酯预聚体、含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯,通过含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化二苯甲酰制备的含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取40份六氟丙烯、60份聚四亚甲基醚二醇、4份二叔丁基过氧化物,合成氟化PTMG;
S2、称取25份氟化PTMG、60份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯合成NCO封端的含氟聚氨酯预聚体,再加入10份己二酸二酰肼对NCO封端的含氟聚氨酯预聚体进行扩链;
S3、取4份稳定剂,使其溶解在30份含氟聚氨酯预聚体中,再加入55份甲基丙烯酸甲酯得含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯;
S4、通过1.5份过氧化二苯甲酰与90份含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应制备具有交联网络结构的含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料;
S5、将含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯涂料、引发剂、填料、颜料按75:2:30:10的质量比混合,并搅拌,得聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层。
本发明的聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层的性能检测结果如表1所示:
与现有标线涂料相比,本发明的含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂更具有更优异的力学性能与耐污性能:拉伸强度为14.7MPa,断裂伸长率为97%,VOC气体为76.1g/kg。此外,含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯黏度较低,可常温拌和施工。
本发明适用于道路交通标线涂料,常规标线涂料份为溶剂、热熔、水性等类型,均为热塑性树脂,当树脂的玻璃化转变温度Tg低于环境温度时,树脂处于高弹态,标线涂层变软,粘性增强,进而容易粘附灰尘等污染物质,导致标线污染。对于本申请的双组份标线涂料,由于其树脂在成膜过程中发生交联反应,导致树脂的玻璃化转变温度增加、热稳定性提升;同时在主树脂中引入含氟的自清洁基团,提升了标线的耐污性能。
最后说明的是,以上优选实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管通过上述优选实施例已经对本发明进行了详细的描述,但本领域技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离本发明权利要求书所限定的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料为含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料,含氟聚氨酯改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料包括过1-2份过氧化二苯甲酰、80-100份含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯;
所述含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯包括3-5份稳定剂、30-40份含氟聚氨酯预聚体、50-60份甲基丙烯酸甲酯;
所述含氟聚氨酯预聚体包括10-15份扩链剂、20-30份氟化PTMG、40-60份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
所述氟化PTMG包括40-50份六氟丙烯、50-60份聚四亚甲基醚二醇、3-5份引发剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料,其特征在于:所述标线涂料经二次混合后形成涂层,所述涂层为聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层,包括80-100份含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1-2份引发剂、10-20份填料、3-5份颜料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料,其特征在于:所述引发剂为二叔丁基过氧化物;所述扩链剂为己二酸二酰肼。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料,其特征在于:所述填料为重质碳酸钙,颜料为钛白粉。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
S1、按需称取六氟丙烯、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、引发剂,合成氟化PTMG;
S2、称取氟化PTMG、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯合成端NCO基含氟聚氨酯预聚体,再加入扩链剂对端NCO基含氟聚氨酯预聚体进行扩链;
S3、取稳定剂,使其溶解在含氟聚氨酯预聚体中,再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯得含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯;
S4、通过过氧化二苯甲酰与含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应制备具有交联网络结构的含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂涂料;
S5、将含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯涂料与引发剂、填料、颜料按比例混合、搅拌,得聚氨酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯涂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种低气味、自清洁双组份标线涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5,含氟聚氨酯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯涂料、引发剂、填料、颜料的比例为70-80:2:20-30:5-10。
