- 一种如权利要求11或12所述细胞的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将如权利要求11所述载体转染所述细胞的步骤。
- 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的嵌合受体组合物或融合蛋白、如权利要求9所述的核酸、如权利要求10所述的载体或如权利要求11或12所述的细胞在制备抗肿瘤药物中的应用。
- 根据权利要求15所述的应用,所述抗肿瘤药物用于治疗异质性肿瘤。
- 根据权利要求16所述的应用,所述异质性肿瘤中至少包含NKG2DL阳性肿瘤细胞,以及所述嵌合抗原受体所靶向的肿瘤细胞。
