Abstract

一种齿面压缩机啮合结构,所述齿面压缩机啮合结构的特征在于压缩机相互啮合的两个面中有一个面是齿面,而另一个面是传统的光面,这样配合间隙就可以做得很小甚至过盈配合,当啮合发生擦碰时光面可挤压齿面,使齿面发生凹陷变形。同时齿面采用软性材质如铝(包括退火状态的铝合金),这类材质做的齿被压弯后不回弹,属永久变形。从而使两个相互啮合的曲面即使加工时存在较大误差也会在首次啮合时就变得完全吻合,既增强了密封性也降低了制造难度。同时齿间的空隙形成迷宫密封,进一步增强密封性。

本发明涉及一种齿面压缩机啮合结构,属流体机械技术领域。
背景技术
在现有各种压缩机中,涡旋压缩机和转子压缩机具有效率高,重量轻体积小的优势,所以应用越来越广,但其压缩腔体均为一动一静两个曲面相互啮合,其配合间隙越小,泄漏就越少,但间隙太小不仅两个曲面的配合加工精度要求高,成本高居不下,而且运行时因为热胀冷缩及微量变形等因素造成相互擦碰,损坏压缩机。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种齿面压缩机啮合结构,所述齿面压缩机啮合结构的特征在于压缩机相互啮合的两个面中有一个面是齿面,而另一个面是传统的光面,这样配合间隙就可以做得很小甚至过盈配合,当啮合发生擦碰时光面可挤压齿面,使齿面发生凹陷变形。同时齿面采用软性材质如铝(包括退火状态的铝合金),这类材质做的齿被压弯后不回弹,属永久变形。从而使两个相互啮合的曲面即使加工时存在较大误差也会在首次啮合时就变得完全吻合,既增强了密封性也降低了制造难度。同时齿间的空隙形成迷宫密封,进一步增强密封性。
进一步优化,可将齿面上的齿朝一边倾斜做成斜齿,这样有利于统一变形方向,同时可将齿根部尺寸适当缩小形成齿颈,使齿受光面挤压时更加容易弯曲变形。
本发明的有益效果是,可以使涡旋压缩机和转子压缩机制造难度降低,泄漏减少,增强密封性。

实施方式
在图1中,斜齿(2)根部尺寸适当缩小形成齿颈(1)。
在图2中,涡旋压缩机啮合时动涡旋盘光面(4)压迫定涡旋盘齿面(3)产生变形,同时定涡旋盘光面(6)也压迫动涡旋盘齿面(5)产生变形,从而使定涡旋盘和动涡旋盘的配合曲面更加吻合,增强密封性。另外也可将定涡旋盘的两个啮合面都做成齿面,而动涡旋盘都做成光面,或者将动涡旋盘都做成齿面,而定涡旋盘都做成光面,其效果也是一样的。
在图3中,转子压缩机的压缩腔体由转子(7),气缸(9)和滑片(10)构成,齿面设置在转子(7)外表面,当转子(7)外表面与气缸(9)内壁啮合时,气缸(9)内壁压迫转子齿面(8)产生变形,从而使转子(7)和气缸(9)两个配合曲面更加吻合,增强密封性。同理,也可以将齿面设置在气缸(9)内壁,其效果也是一样的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种齿面压缩机啮合结构,其特征是齿面采用软性材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种齿面压缩机啮合结构,其特征是齿面上的齿做成斜齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种齿面压缩机啮合结构,其特征是齿面上的齿根部尺寸缩小形成齿颈。
