本发明涉及喷油双螺杆氦气压缩机技术领域,具体为一种氦气螺杆压缩机转子,其转子设计合理,减少转子磨损,提高传动效率,保障氦气的高效压缩过程,提升螺杆压缩机性能,其包括阴转子和阳转子,所述阴转子和所述阳转子之间具有间隙,所述阴转子和所述阳转子为双边非对称转子型线,其特征在于,所述型线为二次曲线及其包络线,所述阴转子和所述阳转子的齿比数为5:4,所述阴转子和所述阳转子之间的间隙由螺旋曲面构成且为0.03~0.06mm,啮合中心距为100mm,啮合时所述阳转子的回转中心到啮合点距离与所述阴转子的回转中心到啮合点距离比值为5:4。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷油双螺杆氦气压缩机技术领域,具体为一种氦气螺杆压缩机转子。
背景技术
喷油双螺杆压缩机由于结构简单、效率高,被广泛用于氦气压缩领域。双螺杆压缩机主要有包括阴转子、阳转子、进气壳体、排气轴承座、轴承构成,如图1所示,阴阳转子型线由多段不同二次曲线组成的,转子型线绕转子轴线作螺旋运动形成转子螺旋齿面。阴、阳转子的运转与斜齿轮的啮合具有相同原理,即端面型线(齿形)必须满足齿廓啮合的基本定律。转子型线对机器的运转效率、传输性能及加工成本有决定性作用,现有的转子型线设计不合理,转子磨损严重,压缩效率不高,影响了压缩机性能。
发明内容
为了解决现有氦气螺杆压缩机的转子型线设计不合理,影响压缩机性能的问题,本发明提供了一种氦气螺杆压缩机转子,其转子设计合理,减少转子磨损,提高传动效率,保障氦气的高效压缩过程,提升螺杆压缩机性能。
其技术方案是这样的:一种氦气螺杆压缩机转子,其包括阴转子和阳转子,所述阴转子和所述阳转子之间具有间隙,所述阴转子和所述阳转子为双边非对称转子型线,其特征在于,所述型线为二次曲线及其包络线,所述阴转子和所述阳转子的齿比数为5:4,所述阴转子和所述阳转子之间的间隙由螺旋曲面构成且为0.03~0.06mm,啮合中心距为100mm,啮合时所述阳转子的回转中心到啮合点距离与所述阴转子的回转中心到啮合点距离比值为5:4。
采用发明后,对转子进行合理设计,阴阳转子齿数比为5:4,啮合中心距为100mm,啮合间隙为0.03~0.06mm,阴阳转子之间的间隙由阴阳螺旋曲面构成,保障了密封油膜的形成,阴阳转子被设计在中心连线的5:4处啮合,实现了零滑移传动,减少了转子磨损,提高了传动效率,在保障最小间隙的同时,采用了不等间隙设计,保障了氦气的高效压缩过程。

见图2所示,一种氦气螺杆压缩机转子,其包括阴转子和阳转子,阴转子和阳转子之间具有间隙,阴转子和阳转子为双边非对称转子型线,其特征在于,型线为二次曲线及其包络线,阴转子和阳转子的齿比数为5:4,阴转子和阳转子之间的间隙由螺旋曲面构成且为0.03~0.06mm,啮合中心距为100mm,啮合时阳转子的回转中心到啮合点距离与阴转子的回转中心到啮合点距离比值为5:4,阴转子、阳转子以各自回转中心为原点的型线坐标如下:

1.一种氦气螺杆压缩机转子,其包括阴转子和阳转子,所述阴转子和所述阳转子之间具有间隙,所述阴转子和所述阳转子为双边非对称转子型线,其特征在于,所述型线为二次曲线及其包络线,所述阴转子和所述阳转子的齿比数为5:4,所述阴转子和所述阳转子之间的间隙由螺旋曲面构成且为0.03~0.06mm,啮合中心距为100mm,啮合时所述阳转子的回转中心到啮合点距离与所述阴转子的回转中心到啮合点距离比值为5:4,所述阴转子、阳转子以各自回转中心为原点的型线坐标如下:
