本实用新型涉及一种转子,尤其涉及一种螺杆压缩机转子。
背景技术
螺杆压缩机中,转子的形状基本决定了螺杆压缩机的性能,目前世界上已有的有代表性的转子型线主要有:德国GHH公司的型线,瑞典ATLAS公司的SRM型线,台湾复盛公司的型线,日本日立公司的型线等等,这些型线选取不同的曲线及其组合,主要由椭圆、圆弧、圆弧包络线、点、直线、摆线等组成,由于设计取向不同,具有各自的优缺点。由于上述螺杆压缩机转子由不同的型线组成,容易在接触带产生横向泄漏,降低压缩机的效率,且这些螺杆压缩机中转子的直径都较小,因而转速较高,在实际使用中噪声、振动较大,且刚性不足,影响其使用寿命,而螺杆压缩机转子型线设计的复杂性,还造成其加工方法比较复杂,对加工精度、杂质、和油碳化物的敏感性较大。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的螺杆压缩机转子,它与现有技术相比,是在转子间完全实现“曲面对曲面”的密封,而不包含任何“曲线对曲线”的密封,有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率;与其他类型同功率范围的转子相比,增加其直径和中心距,降低其转速,从而降低噪声和振动,并使其刚性得以提高,从而延长其使用寿命;由于完全是曲面对曲面,便于采用磨削加工,也更容易检验,对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物的敏感性较小。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:一种螺杆压缩机转子,包括阴转子1和阳转子2,阴转子1和阳转子2的双边非对称,组成曲线为圆弧或圆弧包络线,转子间完全实现“曲面对曲面”的密封,阴阳转子的齿数比为6∶5,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.03~0.09mm,以阴转子1的中心点为坐标原点,阴转子1、阳转子2的有间隙的实际型线坐标如下:
