The polygonum multiflorum extract has very obvious inhibition effect on the generation of skin lipid peroxide, can be used as an additive of good skin anti-aging cosmetics, is a traditional hairdressing good product, can nourish hair due to the nature temperature, and can endow deep nutrition to the hair, so that the hair is black and beautiful.
When the olive acts on the scalp, the hair follicle can be effectively nourished, scalp cells can be restored, scalp environment can be improved, hair growth can be stimulated, and scalp can be revitalized.

step three: adding water into the material liquid left in the second step, wherein the mass of the added water is 4-6 times of that of Korean ginseng, distilling the Korean ginseng in water at 75-85 ℃ and under the condition of 0.06Mpa-0.08Mpa, stopping distilling Korean ginseng when the volume of the Korean ginseng distillate is half of the water adding amount, and collecting a second Korean ginseng distillate;

A method for preparing a composition having effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality, comprising the steps of:
s1, adding sodium polyglutamate into deionized water, stirring for 5-10min at 1000-2000r/min by adopting mechanical stirring, and gradually heating to 65-85 ℃ in the stirring process until the sodium polyglutamate is completely dissolved to prepare a mixed solution A;
s2, cooling the mixed solution A prepared in the step S1 to 35-45 ℃, then adding the polygonum multiflorum extract, the Korean ginseng extract and the olive extract, thickening agents, preservatives and surfactants, and then stirring for 30-60min at 2000-3000r/min by adopting mechanical stirring to prepare a mixed solution B;
s3, adding a PH regulator into the mixed solution B prepared in the step S2, and regulating the PH value to 5.0-7.0.
The application also provides application of the composition with the effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality in hair care products, wherein the hair care products comprise shampoo, hair cream, hair conditioner, hair mask, hair gel or scalp care solution.
The composition with the effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality can promote hair follicle growth, so that hair is not easy to separate, and the alopecia amount is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the hair quality can be improved, so that the hair quality is smooth, glossy and elastic, the scalp water and oil are balanced, and the scalp health level is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects:
the composition with the effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality, which is prepared by the application, is liquid, can be directly used in the step of washing hair, takes polygonum multiflorum, korean ginseng and olive as raw materials according to the requirements of nutritional ingredients, adopts a reasonable Korean ginseng extraction process, can better extract effective substances in the composition, and is then matched with L-lactic acid when being used for washing hair, so that the pH value of the product is adapted to the pH value of scalp hair, plant ingredients can be better absorbed by penetrating into the scalp, pores are dredged, hair follicles are better cleaned and repaired, the health condition of the scalp is improved, and the hair quality is improved.

step two, placing the cut blocks in the step one in water at 75 ℃ and placing the cut blocks on a distillation pot, wherein the mass of the water is 8 times that of Korean ginseng, distilling the cut blocks under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.07Mpa, stopping distilling Korean ginseng when the volume of distilled liquid is half of the volume of liquid before distillation, and collecting first Korean ginseng distillate;
step three: adding water into the material liquid left in the second step, wherein the mass of the added water is 6 times of that of Korean ginseng, distilling the material liquid under the conditions of 85 ℃ water and 0.08Mpa, stopping distilling Korean ginseng when the volume of the Korean ginseng distillate is half of the water adding amount, and collecting a second Korean ginseng distillate;
step four: combining the first Korean ginseng distillate and the second Korean ginseng distillate to obtain Korean ginseng extract.
A method for preparing a composition having effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality of this embodiment comprises the steps of:
s1, adding sodium polyglutamate into deionized water, stirring for 10min at 2000r/min by adopting mechanical stirring, and gradually heating to 85 ℃ in the stirring process until the sodium polyglutamate is completely dissolved to prepare a mixed solution A;
s2, cooling the mixed solution A prepared in the step S1 to 45 ℃, then adding the polygonum multiflorum extract, the Korean ginseng extract, the olive extract, the thickening agent, the preservative and the surfactant, and then stirring for 60min at 3000r/min by adopting mechanical stirring to prepare a mixed solution B;
s3, adding a PH regulator into the mixed solution B prepared in the step S2, and regulating the PH value to 7.0.
Example 3.
The present application of this example provides a composition having effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality, comprising the following raw materials:
polygonum multiflorum extract, korean ginseng extract, olive extract, pH regulator, thickener, preservative, surfactant, sodium polyglutamate and deionized water;

step two, placing the cut blocks in the step one in 65 ℃ water and placing the cut blocks on a distillation pot, wherein the mass of the water is 7 times that of Korean ginseng, distilling the cut blocks under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.06Mpa, stopping distilling Korean ginseng when the volume of distilled liquid is half of that of the liquid before distillation, and collecting first Korean ginseng distillate;
step three: adding water into the material liquid left in the second step, wherein the mass of the added water is 5 times that of Korean ginseng, distilling the material liquid under the conditions of 80 ℃ water and 0.07Mpa vacuum degree, stopping distilling Korean ginseng when the volume of the Korean ginseng distillate is half of the water adding amount, and collecting a second Korean ginseng distillate;
step four: combining the first Korean ginseng distillate and the second Korean ginseng distillate to obtain Korean ginseng extract.
A method for preparing a composition having effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality of this embodiment comprises the steps of:
s1, adding sodium polyglutamate into deionized water, stirring for 8min at 1500r/min by mechanical stirring, and gradually heating to 75 ℃ in the stirring process until the sodium polyglutamate is completely dissolved to prepare a mixed solution A;
s2, cooling the mixed solution A prepared in the step S1 to 40 ℃, then adding the polygonum multiflorum extract, the Korean ginseng extract, the olive extract, the thickening agent, the preservative and the surfactant, and then stirring for 45min at 2500r/min by adopting mechanical stirring to prepare a mixed solution B;
s3, adding a PH regulator into the mixed solution B prepared in the step S2, and regulating the PH value to 6.0.
The extract of polygonum multiflorum extract or olive extract refers to a substance obtained by soaking or mixing the extracted substances in a solvent and then performing appropriate treatment. The extraction process may be carried out with the aid of a suitable solvent, such as: water, ethanol/water mixture, methanol, propanol, butanol, chloroform, acetone or other organic solvents, and extracting by separating, decocting, countercurrent extracting, low temperature and high pressure continuous extracting, ultrasonic wave, microwave, and supercritical fluid extracting to obtain extract, which can be further concentrated by evaporation or spray drying to obtain extract and dry product.
Comparative example 1.
Unlike example 3, korean ginseng extract was not added, but replaced with deionized water at the same mass ratio.
Comparative example 2.
The difference from example 3 is that no L-lactic acid was added but deionized water was used instead in the same mass ratio.
Comparative example 3.
The difference from example 3 is that sodium polyglutamate was not added but replaced with deionized water of the same mass ratio.
Comparative example 4.
Unlike example 3, the mass of water in step one of the preparation method of Korean ginseng extract was 10 times that of Korean ginseng.
Comparative example 5.
Unlike example 3, no secondary distillation was performed in the preparation method of Korean ginseng extract.
The products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 were subjected to performance testing;
1. mouse experiment:
taking mice with no obvious difference in vital signs, dividing the mice into 9 groups of 3 mice, cleaning tentacles of the mice through the compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 once daily, and taking the remaining group as a control group after 30 days, wherein the group is commercially available common shampoo; the average value of the growth length of tentacle hair follicles was then measured.
2. Clinical experiments:
the following changes were observed after 30 days in the case of 24 dry and matt hair, hair loss and dandruff-associated individuals who were each aged between 30 and 35 years, were shampooed once every two days with the compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5, each at a dose of 10mL, leaving a control group, without the composition of the application.
Hair condition score: dry and frizzy, no obvious frizzy is generated in 0-1 minute of no luster, the glossiness is generally 2-3 minutes of smoothness, luster and elasticity is 4-5 minutes;
scalp health grade: scalp condition: the scalp health grade is itchy frequently, has obvious grease, has obvious grade 0 dandruff, has no obvious grease on the scalp, has slight grade 1-3 dandruff after scratching, has water-oil balance on the scalp, and has no obvious grade 4-5 dandruff or grease;
amount of hair loss: and collecting the hair loss during the last three shampoos, and calculating the average number of the hair loss. The test results are shown in the following table.
As can be seen from examples 1-3; the composition with the effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality can promote hair follicle growth, so that hair is not easy to separate, and the alopecia amount is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the hair quality can be improved, so that the hair quality is smooth, glossy and elastic, the scalp water and oil are balanced, and the scalp health level is improved;
as can be seen from comparative example 1, example 3, korean ginseng extract can stimulate the scalp, nourish the scalp and hair, promote hair growth, reduce hair loss, and simultaneously prevent natural death of skin cells to increase the number of skin papilla cells of the scalp;
in addition, it was found from comparative examples 4 to 5 that the content of Korean ginseng extract has a certain influence on the product for nourishing scalp and improving hair quality, and the maximum effect of the composition of the present application can be exerted by adding water in a reasonable multiple in the second step and by adopting the second distillation in the third step to maximize the extraction concentration of Korean ginseng extract under the synergistic effect of both.
The innovation point of the application is that:
the composition with the effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality, which is prepared by the application, is liquid, can be directly used in the step of washing hair, takes polygonum multiflorum, korean ginseng and olive as raw materials according to the requirements of nutritional ingredients, adopts a reasonable Korean ginseng extraction process, can better extract effective substances in the composition, and is then matched with L-lactic acid when being used for washing hair, so that the pH value of the product is adapted to the pH value of scalp hair, plant ingredients can be better absorbed by penetrating into the scalp, pores are dredged, hair follicles are better cleaned and repaired, the health condition of the scalp is improved, and the hair quality is improved.

1. A composition having effects of nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality, comprising the following raw materials:
polygonum multiflorum extract, korean ginseng extract, olive extract, pH regulator, thickener, preservative, surfactant, sodium polyglutamate, sodium lactate and deionized water;
the specific formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of polygonum multiflorum extract, 1.5-6.5% of Korean ginseng extract, 0.5-5% of olive extract, 0.05-1% of PH regulator, 0.1-2% of thickener, 0.01-1% of preservative, 0.05-2% of surfactant, 5-15% of sodium polyglutamate, 2-5% of sodium lactate and the balance of deionized water.
2. A composition having a scalp nourishing and/or hair quality improving effect according to claim 1, characterized in that the composition having a scalp nourishing and/or hair quality improving effect comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
3% of polygonum multiflorum extract, 4% of Korean ginseng extract, 2.3% of olive extract, 0.5% of PH regulator, 1% of thickener, 0.5% of preservative, 1% of surfactant, 10% of sodium polyglutamate and the balance of deionized water.
3. A composition having a scalp nourishing and/or hair quality improving effect according to claim 1, wherein the PH adjuster is L-lactic acid.
4. A composition having scalp nourishing and/or hair quality improving effects according to claim 1 wherein the thickening agent is one or both of PEG-150 pentaerythritol tetrastearate, PPG-2 hydroxyethyl cocoamide.
5. A composition having scalp nourishing and/or hair quality improving effects according to claim 1 wherein the preservative is one or more of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, methylparaben.
6. A composition having scalp nourishing and/or hair quality improving action according to claim 1 wherein the surfactant is one or more of sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate, lauryl glucoside, potassium cocoglycinate, cocamidopropylamine oxide.
7. A composition having scalp nourishing and/or hair quality improving effect according to claim 1, wherein the sodium polyglutamate is one or more of betaine, histidine, lysine, trimethylglycine, arginine, glycine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid.
8. The composition for nourishing scalp and/or improving hair quality according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the Korean ginseng extract comprises the steps of:
step one: selecting Korean ginseng not lower than three years, cleaning, air drying, and cutting into blocks of 0.5-1cm for use;
step two, placing the cut blocks in the step one in water with the temperature of 55-75 ℃ and placing the cut blocks on a distillation pot, wherein the mass of the water is 6-8 times that of Korean ginseng, distilling the cut blocks under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.05Mpa-0.07Mpa, stopping distilling Korean ginseng when the volume of distilled liquid is half of that of liquid before distillation, and collecting first Korean ginseng distillate;
