背景技术
随着国民经济高速发展,商业繁荣和交通行业的发展,各种机动车辆迅速增加,耗柴油量也随之迅速增加。柴油属不可再生能源,目前我国石油需要大量进口。因此,节约燃料,增加燃油的燃烧效率是非常重要的。
为了节约燃油,很多人在研究乳化柴油和掺水柴油。掺水柴油中包括油包水型和水包油型,其目的都是在油中掺入适量水,并能燃烧而达到节油的目的。但是由于存储时间短,油水分离快,而没能实施和推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种燃油催化氢氧液及其应用,掺水里后油与燃油催化氢氧液不分离,燃烧效果好,便于大量生产应用。
采用的技术方案是:
一种燃油催化氢氧液,由水960kg、氯化钠10kg、氯化钙10kg、甲醇19.5kg和氢氧催化剂0.5kg混合制成;
所述氢氧催化剂由480g水、铯金属离子0.2g、环烷酸2.8g、吐温-80 12g、四氢呋喃1g和丙酮4g混合制成;所述混合的温度为45℃。
本发明还提供了一种热喷油,由石油渣油或原油20%、柴油4%和燃油催化氢氧液76%加热混合制成;所述燃油催化氢氧液为上述技术方案所述燃油催化氢氧液。
本发明还提供了一种冷喷油,由石油渣油或原油25%、柴油5%、碳九20%和燃油催化氢氧液50%加热混合制成;所述燃油催化氢氧液为上述技术方案所述燃油催化氢氧液。
本发明还提供了一种车用燃料油,由石油渣油或原油15%、柴油20%、碳九18%、表面活性剂2%和燃油催化氢氧液45%加热混合制成;所述表面活性剂为吐温-80和司盘-80;所述吐温-80和司盘-80的质量比为1:1;所述燃油催化氢氧液为上述技术方案所述燃油催化氢氧液。

本发明的优点:
本发明所述燃油催化氢氧液加入到燃油中加水量大,不分层,储存时间长,成本低,节能效果好便于推广应用。
1:水加入燃油催化氢氧剂后称之为燃油催化氢氧液。它与油可大量的互溶,达到燃油催化氢氧液占76%,油占26%。
2:油加入燃油催化氢氧液后,可促进油的雾化,燃烧充份。达到了环保,节能效果。
3:通过实验测试,50公斤油与50公斤含燃油催化氢氧液40%的油,在二吨燃油锅炉上进行燃烧热对比,燃烧热是相同的。

是取石油渣油或原油15%、柴油20%、碳九18%、表面活性剂2%和燃油催化氢氧液45%混合加热搅拌均匀,即得。表面活性剂为吐温-80和司盘-80,各占一半。

船用燃料油制备:
取石油渣油或原油30%、柴油19%、表面活性剂1%和燃油催化氢氧液50%加热混合搅拌均匀,即得。
上述实施例的百分比为重量百分比。
Claims (5)
1.一种燃油催化氢氧液,其特征在于,由水960kg、氯化钠10kg、氯化钙10kg、甲醇19.5kg和氢氧催化剂0.5kg混合制成;
所述氢氧催化剂由480g水、铯金属离子0.2g、环烷酸2.8g、吐温-80 12g、四氢呋喃1g和丙酮4g混合制成;所述混合的温度为45℃。
2.一种热喷油,其特征在于,由石油渣油或原油20%、柴油4%和燃油催化氢氧液76%加热混合制成;所述燃油催化氢氧液为权利要求1所述燃油催化氢氧液。
3.一种冷喷油,其特征在于,由石油渣油或原油25%、柴油5%、碳九20%和燃油催化氢氧液50%加热混合制成;所述燃油催化氢氧液为权利要求1所述燃油催化氢氧液。
4.一种车用燃料油,其特征在于,由石油渣油或原油15%、柴油20%、碳九18%、吐温-80 1%、司盘-801%和燃油催化氢氧液45%加热混合制成;所述燃油催化氢氧液为权利要求1所述燃油催化氢氧液。
5.一种船用燃料油,其特征在于,由石油渣油或原油30%、柴油19%、表面活性剂1%和燃油催化氢氧液50%加热混合制成,所述燃油催化氢氧液为权利要求1所述燃油催化氢氧液。
