本发明公开了一种新能源复合柴油,本发明由以下组分组成:主要以柴油、油酸、甲醇为主要原料,加入适量十六烷值增效剂复合而成。冬季用少量催化剂来调整复合柴油的冷凝点指标。可以调制出 0#~‑35# 复合柴油。其特点是:充分利用了石油副产品及可再生的生物燃料,有利于节约资源,提高利用率,起到了节能减排净化空气的效果。其理化指标稳定,质量达到国家同标号柴油的质量标准。可与国标柴油以任意比例混合使用,也可以单独使用。

技术领域
本发明属于燃料油脂技术领域,更具体涉及到的是液体燃料,一种新能源复合柴油。
背景技术
柴油是压燃式发动机(即柴油机)燃料,也是消耗量最大的石油产品之一。由于柴油机较汽油机热效率高,功率大,燃料单耗低,比较经济,故应用日趋广泛。它主要作为拖拉机、大型汽车、内燃机车及土建、农用机械的动力。柴油是复杂的烃类混合物,碳原子数约为10~22。主要由原油蒸馏,催化裂化,加氢裂化,减粘裂化,焦化等过程生产的柴油馏分调配而成,柴油是从石油中提取得到,是日常生活中最常使用的燃油,且随着经济的发展,对于柴油的需求量越来越大,石油属于不可再生的资源,因此,研发出新能源复合柴油,以达到节省资源的目的,是业界同仁认为的共同目标,目前迫在眉睫的事情必须努力去做。
专利号为200910203186的中国发明专利公开了“合成柴油”,其由合成燃料剂、合成母液及合成添加剂组成,其存在的主要不足在于:组分来源较为特别,实用范围很窄,实用性不强;燃烧不充分,且稳定性不够。
专利号为201110244283的中国专利公开了一种合成柴油及其制备方法,其由废油、抽余油、脂肪酸酯及催化添加剂组成,其存在的主要不足在于:组分较少,相互之间不能形成协同效应;燃料消耗高,燃烧值低,燃烧不充分且容易积炭。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种新能源复合柴油。为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:一种新能源复合柴油,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:柴油 20~60,油酸10~30,甲醇40~85,十六烷值提高剂0.1~0.5,催化剂0.1~0.5,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
上述技术方案中,一种新能源复合柴油的配方为:柴油 20~60,油酸10~30,甲醇40~85,十六烷值提高剂0.1~0.5,催化剂0.1~0.5的重量比混合而成。将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下特点:一、原材料广泛易得,成本较低,制造工艺简单,不需要炼制; 二、在大量的实际应用过程中反应发动机噪音降低了、尾气不再有那么难闻的臭味了、车辆也有劲了(在我自己的柴油发电机上长期使用,也验证了以上说法);三、使用方便安全,提高了燃烧值,降低了燃料消耗,使燃油燃烧充分了不产生积炭,符合了国家节能、环保的要求。
具体实施方式以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
一种新能源复合柴油,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:柴油 20,油酸30,甲醇55,十六烷值提高剂0.5,催化剂0.1,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
实施例2:
一种新能源复合柴油,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:柴油 25,油酸25,甲醇50,十六烷值提高剂0.4,催化剂0.2,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
实施例3:
一种新能源复合柴油,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:柴油 30,油酸25,甲醇45,十六烷值提高剂0.3,催化剂0.3,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
实施例4:
一种新能源复合柴油,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:柴油 35,油酸25,甲醇65,十六烷值提高剂0.2,催化剂0.4,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
实施例5:
一种新能源复合柴油,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:柴油60,油酸10,甲醇85,十六烷值提高剂0.1,催化剂0.5,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。

1.一种新能源复合柴油,其特征在于以重量份计,由以下组分组成:柴油 20~60,油酸10~30,甲醇40~85,十六烷值提高剂0.1~0.5,催化剂0.1~0.5,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1中所述柴油是有20~60柴油组分组成的,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
3.根据权利要求1中所述柴油是有10~30的油酸组分组成的柴油,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
4.根据权利要求1中所述柴油是有40~85的甲醇组分组成的柴油,将所有组分依次投入反应釜中(催化剂除外),反应温度在60~70℃之间,搅拌50~60分钟,降至常温后加入催化剂继续搅拌至完全反应,直至清澈透亮,出釜灌装,即得成品。
