本发明涉及碳氢油制造技术领域,具体涉及具体为一种新型环保生物碳氢油的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着能源紧缺、尾气污染造成的雾霾天气的日益严重,使用低碳节能的碳氢油等生物液体燃料来替代石化燃料、液化石油气是一明显趋势。目前国内生物液体燃料已有多家研究,其中碳氢油的应用具有极高的代表性,目前常用的车用醇基燃料由甲醇、添加剂与汽油混合而成,但是由于醇类燃料的热值常温下通常低于石化燃料,车用醇基燃料大多采用增大喷油量的原理,大多数机动车使用后存在耗量大、动力不足、冷启动困难等问题,因而相比于采用汽油作为燃料的机动车而言,简单调和的甲醇汽油很难让汽车发挥最大功能。同时因为甲醇的辛烷值高达112,高比例的甲醇燃料的辛烷值过高极易造成发动机滞燃现象,不仅降低发动机功率,更容易造成的机动车下排气系统、三元催化系统过早损坏,实践证明国内的车用高比例甲醇燃料,几乎全部存在动力不佳,下排气系统过早损坏等问题。公告号为CN100587029C的中国专利公开了一种碳氢油及其制法,采用植物性的皂角油、甲醇,添加剂为丙酮、石油醚、樟脑和饱和氯化钠溶液。经酸化处理、脂化反应,加入添加剂进行调配即成色泽清亮呈金黄色且有芳香气味的碳氢油。其优点是利用了植物油的下脚料——皂角油,变废为宝,热值高,价格便宜。其不足之处是:只能代替柴油用于压燃式发动机及用于燃烧领域,不能代替汽油用于点燃式发动机在动力领域使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种生产简单,成本低廉安全性好的新型环保生物碳氢油的配方及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的方案为:
一种新型环保生物碳氢油的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下原料:涤纶级乙甘油1-1000kg、自来水,纯净水0.5-500kg催化剂混合而成。
具体地,所述催化剂有无水乙醇15-30%、无水乙醇10-20%、石蜡,石油醚20-60%、乙酸乙酯5-20%、丙三醇5-10%。
具体地,涤纶级乙甘油1-1000kg、自来水,纯净水0.5-500kg混合后加入1-2kg的催化剂。
具体地,所述催化剂与生物菜油的比例为0.5-1.8:1.6-2.5。

具体地,所述催化剂有无水乙醇25%、无水乙醇15%、石蜡,石油醚40%、乙酸乙酯10%、丙三醇10%。
具体地,涤纶级乙甘油100kg、自来水,纯净水50kg混合后加入1.5kg的催化剂。
具体地,所述催化剂与生物菜油的比例为1:2。
实施例三、
一种新型环保生物碳氢油的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下原料:涤纶级乙甘油1000kg、自来水,纯净水500kg催化剂混合而成。
具体地,所述催化剂有无水乙醇30%、无水乙醇20%、石蜡,石油醚60%、乙酸乙酯20%、丙三醇20%。
具体地,涤纶级乙甘油41000kg、自来水,纯净水4500kg混合后加入42kg的催化剂。
具体地,所述催化剂与生物菜油的比例为41.8:2.5。
