and (3) uniformly stirring the cordyceps cicadae extract powder and the liquid medicine mixture, adding citric acid, continuously stirring, and sequentially concentrating, drying, crushing and granulating.
Further, the alcohol precipitation water extraction method specifically comprises the following steps:
weighing Cordyceps cicadae plant and Cordyceps cicadae spore powder according to a certain proportion, pulverizing Cordyceps cicadae plant into powder, and mixing with Cordyceps cicadae spore powder uniformly;

In a second aspect, based on a general inventive concept, the present application provides a method for preparing cordyceps sobolifera powder for enhancing immunity and improving renal function according to any one of the first aspect, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing raw materials according to parts by weight, extracting active ingredients in cordyceps sobolifera through an alcohol precipitation water extraction mode, and preparing cordyceps sobolifera extract powder for later use;
s2, uniformly mixing black beans, bighead atractylodes rhizome, chinese yam, medlar, rhizoma corydalis decumbentis and red dates, and grinding into powder for later use;
s3, mixing the powder obtained by crushing the S2 with water, soaking, decocting, and filtering to obtain first residues and first liquid medicine;

The concentration and drying in the present application are not limited to specific parameters, and may be performed mainly by solid granulation, and for example, concentration to a relative density of 1.0 to 1.5 is performed.

Test example 1
Enhancement immunity test:
(1) 320 rats were taken, weighing 30-50 g, and equally divided into 16 groups of 20, and the doses of the agents prepared in examples 1-9 and comparative examples 1-7 were administered once daily, each dose being 2g/kg, and the results of the rats were observed using the carbon clearance test and the serum hemolysin assay for seven consecutive days.
Carbon clearance experiment: indian ink diluted with 5-fold physiological saline was injected into the tail of the rat, the timing was started immediately after the injection of 0.1mL/10g of the ink, 20. Mu.L of blood was collected from the inner canthus venous plexus at 2 and 10min after the injection of the ink, and the obtained solution was added to 2mL of sodium carbonate solution, and the optical density value was measured at 600nm using a 723 spectrophotometer using the sodium carbonate solution as a blank. After blood collection, rats were sacrificed, livers and spleens were weighed, and phagocytosis index was calculated to express the ability of the mice to clear carbon.
Serum lysin assay: injecting 2% SRBC0.2ml of immunity into the abdominal cavity of each rat, continuing to irrigate the stomach for 7 days, removing eyeballs, taking blood in a centrifuge tube, standing for 1h, peeling, centrifuging at 2000rpm for 10min, collecting serum, diluting the serum by a multiple ratio with normal saline, diluting each part by 12 holes, placing the serum with different dilutions into a hemagglutination plate, adding 100 mu L of 0.5% SRBC suspension into each hole, uniformly mixing, placing the mixture into a wet box at 37 ℃ for 3h, observing the result, recording the agglutination degree of each hole, and calculating the number of antibody products.
The results of the immunity enhancing test are shown in table 1.

The method comprises the following steps: the serum hemolysin levels and phagocytic activity of macrophages in the experimental mice of examples 1-9 were both significantly improved over that before administration. The difference in the level of serum hemolysin and the phagocytic activity of macrophages in the experimental mice of comparative example 1 was smaller than the difference in the change before administration, the difference in the level of serum hemolysin and the phagocytic activity of macrophages in the experimental mice of comparative examples 2 to 3 was smaller than the difference in the change before administration, and the level of serum hemolysin and the phagocytic activity of macrophages in the experimental mice of comparative examples 4 to 7 were substantially unchanged or smaller than the difference before administration. The components in the application, especially the cordyceps sobolifera have great influence on enhancing the immunity of human bodies, and the extraction method of the cordyceps sobolifera active ingredients in the application comprises the steps of extracting the feed liquid ratio, extracting the temperature and the like, and has influence on the extraction rate of the cordyceps sobolifera active ingredients. Specifically, the application adopts the feed liquid ratio of 1:30-70, when the feed liquid ratio is lower than the ratio, the extraction rate of the cordyceps sobolifera polysaccharide and the amino acid is lower, and the extraction effect is not ideal; when the feed-liquid ratio is higher than the ratio, the extraction rate is not improved, but the efficiency is reduced due to the increased complexity of the extraction process, and the loss of active ingredients is caused, so that the feed-liquid ratio is selected to be 1:30-70. The extraction temperature adopted in the application is 50-90 ℃, and in the temperature range, the volatilization and loss of active ingredients caused by high temperature are avoided, and the effective extraction and separation cannot be realized due to too low temperature.
In conclusion, the compatibility of the components in the application is corresponding and is not necessary; the extraction parameters in the application are also the best results obtained after the effective test of the inventor, and the cordyceps cicadae powder with the best quality for enhancing immunity and improving kidney function can be obtained in the range provided by the application.
(2) The cordyceps cicadae powder particle preparation for enhancing immunity and improving kidney function prepared in the embodiment 1 of the application is taken as a test medicament by 200 groups of people of different ages, wherein 100 men and women respectively have the average number of people of ages of 30-50 years. mixing the medicinal powder with water, soaking, decocting, and filtering to obtain first residue and first medicinal liquid;
mixing the first medicine residues with water, decocting, filtering to obtain second medicine residues and second medicine liquid, and mixing the first medicine liquid and the second medicine liquid to obtain a medicine liquid mixture;
and (3) uniformly stirring the cordyceps cicadae extract powder and the liquid medicine mixture, adding citric acid, continuously stirring, and sequentially concentrating, drying, crushing and granulating.
