背景技术
近年来,考虑了交通参与人中的老年人或儿童等的处于弱势立场的人们,提供了一种可持续输送系统,使得老年人或儿童容易使用所述可持续输送系统,关于这样的研究开发的努力正在活跃化。为了实现所述目的,通过与提高碰撞安全性能有关的研究,而致力于开发更进一步改善交通的安全性或便利性的技术。
关于提高碰撞安全性能的技术中,例如,在专利文献1中,公开了一种混合动力汽车的零件搭载构造,其中,在前座椅的下方搭载了燃料箱,在后座椅的下方搭载了罐体,用来抑制从燃料箱汽化的汽油蒸气的排出,并且,在后座椅的后方侧搭载了二次电源(智能动力单元,Intelligent Power Unit,IPU),用来提供动力给马达。

[发明所要解决的问题]
然而,在提高碰撞安全性能的技术中,混合动力汽车除了搭载燃料箱、罐体之外,还搭载了二次电源,因此,在发生碰撞时,需要能够确实地保护燃料箱、罐体与二次电源的构造;并且,有必要保护燃料箱、罐体与二次电源,避免其接触地面。再者,罐体的配置位置也有改善的空间,以有效地保护燃料箱、罐体和二次电源。
本发明是鉴于所述方面而成,提供一种罐体设置构造,通过在二次电源(IPU:智能动力单元)的下方安装罐体,而可以在车辆的前后方向上缠绕(wrap)二次电源和罐体。在发生前后碰撞的情况下,相当于可以将罐体设置在与二次电源同等程度的碰撞保护区域。另外,通过将罐体的多个筒状构件设置成:在车辆的前后方向上以大尺寸、中尺寸、小尺寸进行排列的方式,进而,可使用最小的防护构件,来应对车辆的底盘接触地面前后所产生的障碍物。结果是,能够提高车辆的生产效率与生产性(改善罐体的设置位置的布局),有助于发展可持续输送系统。

在本发明的一实施方式中,所述车辆包括:地板面板,设置在车辆的车室的下方;侧梁,设置在地板面板的车辆的宽度方向的两侧、且沿着车辆的前后方向延伸;中间横梁,沿着宽度方向而延伸,且连结在侧梁之间并位于车辆的中央部;以及后横梁,位于车辆的后方部。所述罐体设置构造构成为:使罐体设置在中间横梁的前壁部与后横梁的前壁部之间的区域中。

如此,通过在二次电源220的下方设置罐体240,可以将二次电源220和罐体240沿着车辆200的前后方向F-B进行缠绕。当发生前后方向F-B的碰撞时,可以将罐体240设置在能够提供与二次电源220同等程度的碰撞保护的区域,因此,可提高车辆200的生产性,且能够改善罐体240的设置位置的布局。
在图2中,一部分的二次电源220位于罐体240的上方,而被罐体240遮住。在参照以下的图3之后,即可清楚得知,罐体240设置在二次电源220的下方。另外,罐体240设置在与二次电源220为同等程度的碰撞保护区域,并且,罐体240和二次电源220都设置在燃料箱230的前方侧F。
图3是沿着图2的A-A线的剖面示意图。请参照图1~图3,车辆200可包括:地板面板250,设置在车辆200的车室200a的下方;侧梁260,设置在地板面板250的车辆200的宽度方向L-R的两侧、且沿着车辆200的前后方向F-B延伸;中间横梁270,沿着宽度方向L-R而延伸,且连结在侧梁260之间并位于车辆200的中央部;以及后横梁280,位于车辆200的后方部。罐体设置构造100构成为:使罐体240设置在中间横梁270的前壁部272与后横梁280的前壁部282之间的区域A中。
如此,通过将罐体240设置在坚固的骨架(即,中间横梁270、后横梁280)之间,而可以将罐体240设置在能够保护罐体240免于受到来自车辆200的侧面碰撞的区域,因此,可提高车辆200的生产性,且能够改善罐体240的设置位置的布局。
请参照图3,可清楚看出,罐体240设置在二次电源220的下方,并且,罐体240位于由中间横梁270的前壁部272与后横梁280的前壁部282所保护的区域A中。
请继续参照图2与图3,车辆200可包括:防护构件290,配置在罐体240的前方F(如图2所示)和下方D(如图3所示)。罐体240可包括:多个筒状构件242,沿着宽度方向L-R(垂直于图3的纸面的方向)而延伸,以及外装体244,覆盖多个筒状构件242。罐体240构成为:位于车辆200的前方侧F的筒状构件242的直径较大,位于车辆200的后方侧B的所述筒状构件242的直径较小。
如此,通过在防护构件290(例如,防护管)的附近,设置具有大直径的筒状构件242的罐体240,因此,可以适当地保护罐体240的大的部分(即,容易接触地面和受到飞石影响的部分),可提高车辆200的生产性(维护性)。
在图3中显示了三个筒状构件242,呈现了大直径、中直径、小直径的排列方式;然而,本发明并不限定筒状构件242的个数,只要位于车辆200的前方侧F的筒状构件242的直径较大,位于车辆200的后方侧B的所述筒状构件242的直径较小,均属于本发明所要求保护的权利范围。
图4是设置在车辆的前方侧与后方侧的筒状构件与路面之间的距离的示意图。图5是设置在车辆的前方侧的筒状构件与设置在车辆的后方侧的筒状构件,与路面之间的距离的变化的示意图。在图5中,横轴代表“车辆的前后方向”,纵轴代表“筒状构件与路面之间的距离”。
请参照图3~图5,相较于设置在车辆200的前方侧F的筒状构件242,设置在车辆200的后方侧B的筒状构件242距离路面S更远。
详细而言,在图3中显示了三个筒状构件242(大直径、中直径、小直径),沿着前后方向F-B而进行排列,其中,大直径的筒状构件242与路面的距离为D1,中直径的筒状构件242与路面的距离为D2,小直径的筒状构件242与路面的距离为D3,从图4与图5可看到,D1<D2<D3。
如此,通过设置在车辆200的前方侧F的筒状构件242距离路面S较近,且设置在车辆200的后方侧B的筒状构件242距离路面S较远,如此,能够使罐体240的外装体244的底面朝向车辆200的前方F而倾斜,可以减少罐体240容易受到飞散物体(如飞石和溅水)影响的区域(缩小前方投影面积),因此,可提高车辆200的生产性(维护性)。
图6是本发明的另一个实施方式的从图1的车辆的下方观察罐体设置构造的示意图。请参照图6,罐体240配置在车辆200的宽度方向L-R的中央O的一侧;二次电源220具有贯通孔222,用于将供电电缆224引入到车辆200的车室200a(如图1所示)内。贯通孔222设置在罐体240的车辆200的宽度方向L-R的相反侧。
如此,通过在车辆200的宽度方向L-R的左右两侧,分别设置罐体240(汽油)和二次电源220的供电电缆224(电气),可实现汽油和电气的出入口的分开设置,提高了对乘客的保护性。
此外,依据本发明的一实施方式的技术方案所述,本发明还提供一种车辆200,具有上述的罐体设置构造100。
基于上述,本发明的罐体设置构造、及具有罐体设置构造的车辆,至少具有以下的技术效果:
通过在二次电源的下方设置罐体,可以将二次电源和罐体沿着车辆的前后方向进行缠绕。当发生前后方向的碰撞时,可以将罐体设置在能够提供与二次电源同等程度的碰撞保护的区域,因此,可提高车辆的生产性,且能改善罐体的设置位置的布局。另外,通过将罐体设置在坚固的骨架(即,中间横梁、后横梁)之间,而可以将罐体设置在能够保护罐体免于受到来自车辆的侧面碰撞的区域,因此,可提高车辆的生产性,且能改善罐体的设置位置的布局。再者,通过在防护构件(例如,防护管)的附近,设置具有大直径的筒状构件的罐体,因此,可以适当地保护罐体的大的部分(即,容易接触地面和受到飞石影响的部分),可提高车辆的生产性(维护性)。并且,通过设置在车辆的前方侧的筒状构件距离路面较近,且设置在车辆的后方侧的筒状构件距离路面较远,如此,能够使罐体的外装体的底面朝向车辆的前方而倾斜,可以减少罐体容易受到飞散物体(如飞石和溅水)影响的区域(缩小前方投影面积),因此,可提高车辆的生产性(维护性)。再者,通过在车辆的宽度方向的左右两侧,分别设置罐体(汽油)和二次电源的供电电缆(电气),可实现汽油和电气的出入口的分开设置,提高了对乘客的保护性。
最后应说明的是:以上实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施方式对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施方式所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明的实施方式的技术方案的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种罐体设置构造,安装在车辆中,所述车辆具有:向所述车辆的行驶电动机提供电力的二次电源、以及吸附所述车辆的燃料箱的蒸发燃料的罐体,所述罐体设置构造的特征在于,
所述罐体设置构造构成为:使所述罐体设置在所述二次电源的下方且相对于所述燃料箱而位于所述车辆的前方侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罐体设置构造,其特征在于,
所述车辆包括:
地板面板,设置在所述车辆的车室的下方,
侧梁,设置在所述地板面板的所述车辆的宽度方向的两侧、且沿着所述车辆的前后方向延伸,
中间横梁,沿着所述宽度方向而延伸,且连结在所述侧梁之间并位于所述车辆的中央部,以及
后横梁,位于所述车辆的后方部;
所述罐体设置构造构成为:使所述罐体设置在所述中间横梁的前壁部与所述后横梁的前壁部之间的区域中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的罐体设置构造,其特征在于,
所述车辆包括:防护构件,配置在所述罐体的前方和下方;
所述罐体包括:多个筒状构件,沿着所述宽度方向而延伸,以及外装体,覆盖多个所述筒状构件;
所述罐体构成为:位于所述车辆的前方侧的所述筒状构件的直径较大,位于所述车辆的后方侧的所述筒状构件的直径较小。
4.根据权利要求3所述的罐体设置构造,其特征在于,
相较于设置在所述车辆的前方侧的所述筒状构件,设置在所述车辆的后方侧的所述筒状构件距离路面更远。
5.根据权利要求1所述的罐体设置构造,其特征在于,
所述罐体配置在所述车辆的宽度方向的中央的一侧;
所述二次电源具有贯通孔,用于将供电电缆引入到所述车辆的车室内,
所述贯通孔设置在所述罐体的所述车辆的宽度方向的相反侧。
6.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:
权利要求1至5的任一项所述的罐体设置构造。
