技术领域

背景技术
电动车辆或混合动力车辆上需要搭载包括高压电池的电池系统。这样的电池系统具有相对大的体积并且需要水密性。因此,已经进行了各种尝试来确保用于安装电池系统的位置和空间。在一些情况下,上述电池系统安装在车辆的第二排座位(后座位)的下侧。

发明内容

根据本公开的实施例,一种车辆的电池系统包括:电池模块组件(BMA),通过沿第一方向重叠多个电池模块而形成;冷却风扇,被安装为在BMA的一侧上沿第一方向对齐,并且被配置为排出通过BMA时冷却BMA的空气;低压电池,被安装为在BMA的另一侧上沿第一方向对齐;功率继电器组件(PRA),沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向与低压电池对齐并与低压电池相邻安装;以及电池管理系统(BMS),沿垂直于第一方向和第二方向的第三方向与低压电池和PRA对齐并与低压电池和PRA相邻安装。

参照图1至图10,根据本公开的实施例的车辆的电池系统包括:电池模块组件(BMA)1,通过沿第一方向A1重叠多个电池模块而形成;冷却风扇3,被安装为在BMA 1的一侧上沿第一方向A1对齐,并且被配置为排出通过BMA 1时冷却BMA 1的空气;低压电池5,被安装为在BMA 1的另一侧上沿第一方向A1对齐;功率继电器组件(PRA)7,沿垂直于第一方向A1的第二方向A2与低压电池5对齐并与低压电池5相邻安装;以及电池管理系统(BMS)9,沿垂直于第一方向A1和第二方向A2的第三方向A3与低压电池5和PRA 7对齐并与低压电池5和PRA相邻安装。
换言之,在根据实施例的电池系统中,基于图1,BMA 1和冷却风扇3位于右侧,而低压电池5、PRA 7和BMS 9位于左侧。如下所述,与车辆室内连通以冷却BMA 1的冷却空气的流动路径形成为使得空气仅通过BMA 1和冷却风扇3,以与PRA 7物理隔离,从而从结构上防止从PRA 7产生的噪声进入车辆。
低压电池5是12V电池,用于代替常规的用于驱动车辆中的电子设备的铅蓄电池,低压电池5可以由与构成BMA 1的电池单元相同或相似的电池单元制成。低压电池5的接地形成在将在下面描述的基板11上,从而可以通过利用接地螺栓13将根据本公开的电池系统固定到车身来自然地实现车身的接地。
如图5所示,PRA安装支架15安装在低压电池5和PRA 7之间,并且被配置为独立于低压电池5而支撑PRA 7。
换言之,PRA安装支架15的支腿固定到基板11,使低压电池5可以安装在基板11和PRA安装支架15之间,并且PRA 7可以固定在安装支架15的上侧。因此,PRA 7被配置为在竖直方向上与低压电池5电绝缘和结构上隔离的状态下由基板11独立支撑。
电池系统可以以第一方向A1为车辆的横向方向、第二方向A2为车辆的高度方向和第三方向A3为车辆的纵向方向的状态安装在车辆的后座位的下侧。
换言之,如图7和图10所示,电池系统可以以电池系统的第一方向A1、第二方向A2和第三方向A3所形成的正交坐标系分别对应于车身的L方向、H方向和T方向的状态安装。
在下文中,将参照电池系统基于上述方向安装在车身上的实施例来描述本公开。
在电池系统中,进气管道19设置在BMA 1的上侧,以从后座位17的中央的下侧引入空气;上管道23,设置在进气管道19的下侧,并且从与进气管道19连接的管道孔21朝向冷却风扇3向下倾斜,以将引入的空气均匀地供应到BMA 1的每个电池单元的上侧;以及下管道25,设置在BMA 1的下侧,以将通过每个电池单元的空气引导至冷却风扇3。
因此,当冷却风扇3运转时,通过进气管道19引入BMA 1的上侧的空气通过上管道23均匀地分布并从电池单元的上侧到下侧通过构成BMA 1的每个电池单元之间以执行冷却功能,并且空气在通过下管道25移动到冷却风扇3之后通过排出管道27排出到车身外部。
如上所述,PRA 7安装在与从进气管道19经由上管道23和下管道25连接到冷却风扇3的冷却空气的流动路径物理阻断的位置处。因此,可以防止从PRA 7产生的噪声沿与冷却空气的流动路径相反的方向进入到车辆室内,从而改善车辆的静音性。
在该实施例中,如图6所示,电池系统的下侧和车身的后侧由基板11包裹,并且如图7所示,电池系统的上侧和车身的前侧由上盖29包裹。
如上所述,如果电池系统的下侧和车身的后侧由基板11包裹,并且电池系统的上侧和车身的前侧由上盖包裹,则不需要设置用于包裹电池系统的单独的壳体,从而减轻车辆的重量和降低成本。而且在需要维修的情况下可以通过仅去除必要的部件来进行维修。
具体地,在该实施例中,上盖29包括包裹BMA 1的第一上盖29-1和包裹BMS 9和PRA7的第二上盖29-2。在该配置中,例如,在PRA 7或BMS 9发生故障而需要维修的情况下,可以通过仅去除第二上盖29-2来进行维修。
同时,为了将上述电池系统固定到车辆,将电池系统固定到车身的电池框架31安装在上盖29的上侧。
实质上,当将上述电池系统组装在车辆上时,可以在电池系统上安装有电池框架31的状态下用自动化设备夹持电池框架31并将电池系统安置在车身上。
图7和图10示出如上所述安装有电池框架31的电池系统安置在车身的后座位的下侧的状态。通过利用螺栓将电池框架31的前侧、后侧和两个侧面侧全部固定到车身,从而将电池系统固定到车身。
在电池框架31中在用于从下侧支撑后座位上的乘坐者的臀部的位置处设置有电池框架面板33,以在发生车辆碰撞等事故时防止后座位上乘坐者发生潜艇(sub-marine)现象。
潜艇现象是指在车辆碰撞或急停时,系上安全带的乘坐者在座椅下降时“淹没(submerges)”在腹带的下方,使得从乘坐者的骨盆脱离的腹带系紧乘坐者的腹部而造成诸如疝气和肠破裂等腹部损伤的现象。
特别地,在实施例中,电池框架面板33仅安装在从电池框架31的中央部分到电池框架31的后侧。这是因为除非乘坐者坐在后座位的最前部分,否则乘坐者的臀部可以由电池框架面板33支撑,此外,可以避免与被安装为在BMA 1的上侧的第一上盖29-1的上侧突出的进气管道19发生干扰。
同时,用于将电池框架31固定到车身的螺栓中的至少一个是接地螺栓13,并且可以被紧固以将基板11电连接到车身。
图9示出如上所述紧固接地螺栓13的部分的横截面,并且可以基本认为是图2中由IX表示的部分安装在车身上的状态下的横截面图。
焊接螺母37安装在紧固接地螺栓13的部分处的车身面板35的下侧;并且,刚性加强构件39、基板11、上盖29和电池框架31依次堆叠在车身面板35的上侧。接地螺栓13从电池框架31的上侧依次穿过后紧固到焊接螺母37。
如图2所示,作为用于加强基板11的刚性的部件的刚性加强构件39可以被配置为联接到基板11的外侧。
车身面板35和焊接螺母37通过涂漆绝缘,但是如上所述,如果将接地螺栓13紧固到焊接螺母37,则接地螺栓13被紧固到焊接螺母37时,去除焊接螺母37的涂漆表面而联接。因此,接地螺栓13和车身面板35通过焊接螺母37彼此电连接。
因此,当如上所述在基板11上形成低压电池5的接地时,最终如图9中的箭头所示,接地依次通过基板11、上盖29、电池框架31、接地螺栓13和焊接螺母37而接地至车身面板35。
因此,可以消除稍后将低压电池5的接地线联接到车身面板35的单独处理。
本公开的车辆的电池系统配置简单且紧凑,从而能够提高车身内的空间效率,减少所需的材料成本和重量,确保高效且均匀的BMA冷却性能,防止噪声通过冷却路径进入车辆室内,并防止后座位上的乘坐者发生潜艇现象。
尽管相对于特定实施例示出和描述了本公开,但是对于本领域的普通技术人员将显而易见的是,在不脱离如所附权利要求书限定的本公开的宗旨和范围的情况下,可以对本公开进行各种修改和改变。

Claims (11)

1.一种车辆的电池系统,包括:
电池模块组件,即BMA,通过沿第一方向重叠多个电池模块而形成;
冷却风扇,被安装为在所述BMA的一侧上沿所述第一方向对齐,并且排出通过所述BMA时冷却所述BMA的空气;
低压电池,被安装为在所述BMA的另一侧上沿所述第一方向对齐;
功率继电器组件,即PRA,沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向与所述低压电池对齐并与所述低压电池相邻安装;以及
电池管理系统,即BMS,沿垂直于所述第一方向和所述第二方向的第三方向与所述低压电池和所述PRA对齐并与所述低压电池和所述PRA相邻安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池系统,其中,
PRA安装支架安装在所述低压电池和所述PRA之间,并且独立于所述低压电池而支撑所述PRA。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池系统,其中,
所述电池系统以所述第一方向是所述车辆的横向方向、所述第二方向是所述车辆的高度方向和所述第三方向是所述车辆的纵向方向的状态安装在所述车辆的后座位的下侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电池系统,其中,
进气管道设置在所述BMA的上侧,以从所述后座位的中央的下侧引入所述空气,
上管道设置在所述进气管道的下侧,并且从与所述进气管道连接的管道孔朝向所述冷却风扇向下倾斜,以将引入的所述空气均匀地供应到所述BMA的每个电池单元的上侧,
下管道设置在所述BMA的下侧,以将通过每个所述电池单元的所述空气引导至所述冷却风扇。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电池系统,其中,
所述PRA安装在与从所述进气管道经由所述上管道和所述下管道连接到所述冷却风扇的冷却空气的流动路径物理阻断的位置处。
6.根据权利要求3所述的电池系统,其中,
所述电池系统的下侧和车身的后侧由基板包裹,并且
所述电池系统的上侧和所述车身的前侧由上盖包裹。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电池系统,其中,
所述上盖包括包裹所述BMA的第一上盖和包裹所述BMS和所述PRA的第二上盖。
8.一种用于将根据权利要求6所述的电池系统固定到车辆的结构,包括:
电池框架,安装在所述上盖的上侧,以将所述电池系统固定到车身;以及
电池框架面板,设置在所述电池框架中用于从下侧支撑所述后座位上的乘坐者的臀部的位置处。
9.根据权利要求8所述的结构,其中,
所述电池框架面板仅安装在从所述电池框架的中央部分到所述电池框架的后侧。
10.根据权利要求8所述的结构,其中,
用于将所述电池框架固定到所述车身的螺栓中的至少一个是接地螺栓,并且被紧固以将所述基板电连接到所述车身。
11.根据权利要求10所述的结构,其中,
焊接螺母安装在紧固所述接地螺栓的部分处的车身面板的下侧,以及
刚性加强构件、所述基板、所述上盖和所述电池框架依次堆叠在所述车身面板的上侧,并且所述接地螺栓从所述电池框架的上侧依次穿过后紧固到所述焊接螺母。
