均匀热场阵列生长金刚石膜管的方法
本发明涉及碳的化学气相沉积。
金刚石膜管在工业和科技等领域具有广阔的应用前景,但目前对其制造仅处于实验室研制状态。现国外已有以热丝分解碳氢化合物使碳围绕一根金属丝沉积从而制得金刚石膜管方法的报导。其方法一次制做操作流程仅能制得一根金刚石膜管,且膜管还存在管壁厚度不均的缺点。
本发明的目的是提供一种一次制做操作流程可生产多根金刚石膜管方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:它是在充有含碳气体化合物等气体的容器内,通过电热丝架使电热丝呈弧口相对的圆弧形竖立排列,且使膜管生长丝通过丝架竖直排列在弧口相对的两电热丝列之间。
本发明的技术效果是:该方法一次制做操作流程可生产多根长短不一,内径各异,管壁厚度均匀的金刚石膜管,可大大降低生产成本。
