背景技术
从DE20212282U1已知这种机动车辆前照灯。从DE202010001897U1描述了一种电动调节单元,该电动调节单元应具有减小的横向力。
从DE20212282U1已知的机动车辆前照灯具有壳体和至少一个布置在壳体中的光模块,该光模块通过支撑在壳体上的调节装置与壳体连接。在这里,调节装置设置用于调节光模块的主发射方向并且具有调节螺杆,该调节螺杆具有端部,该端部相对于壳体位置固定地可旋转地支承在壳体的壁中。
为了调节和调整光源或整个光模块,通常并因此也在DE20212282U1的主题中使用移动滑架,该移动滑架通过调节螺杆移动。移动滑架的平移运动引起光源围绕旋转轴线的旋转。由于这些移动滑架的结构方式大多是不对称的(即,对于左右前照灯来说不同)以及由于滑架的(粘性)摩擦,会因此经常出现由粘滑效应引起的调节误差以及由滑动引导件中的间隙引起的“光抖动”。移动滑架通常是专门为车辆类型设计的并因此在没有结构适配的情况下不能在其他车辆类型中重复使用。在组合的调节装置中,在这些移动滑架上仍紧固有调节电机,利用该调节电机可以改变主发射方向,作为对借助调节螺杆进行的调节的替代或补充方案。
移动滑架的移动方向由于前照灯壳体技术原因而通常是行驶方向。当前照灯中的相关枢转轴线不与其垂直时,这则是缺点,因为这样会产生不期望的横向力。
调节螺杆通常借助径向密封件通过前照灯壳体向外被引导以用于驱动。这种解决方案具有的缺点是,它在密封区域中不仅在前照灯壳体上而且在调节螺杆上是公差敏感的,这会导致质量问题。此外,这种密封原理是不灵活的,因为调节螺杆必须始终精确地沿(密封)轴向方向被引导。这意味着需要单独的补偿元件来补偿前照灯中的调节运动。
在很少的情况下,调节螺杆借助轴向密封件向外被引导,但迄今为止,这与在固定和驱动调节螺杆时的部件额外费用相关或与高的安装力(例如当将锁定部件从外部压到调节螺杆上时发生)相关。因此,这些解决方案需要由钢制成的调节螺杆,这出于成本原因也是不利的。
发明内容
在此背景下,本发明的目的是提供一种机动车辆前照灯,其允许在没有由粘滑效应引起的调节误差以及没有由引导间隙引起的光抖动的情况下进行调节。根据本发明的机动车辆前照灯在确定调节螺杆的取向方面提供更大的灵活性,而不必在这种情况下承受调节螺杆的紧密性和驱动性的质量损失。
此外,对于左右机动车辆前照灯而言,值得期望的是最小的部件费用以及相同部件的简单安装和可用性。
进一步值得期望的是在不同类型的机动车辆中的可用性,这可以通过在适配于不同类型机动车辆的机动车辆前照灯中可供使用的安装空间的几何形状方面的非常紧凑的结构方式和灵活性来实现。
这些要求通过具有权利要求1的特征的机动车辆前照灯来实现。根据本发明的机动车辆前照灯的特征在于,该机动车辆前照灯具有调节螺纹壳,该调节螺纹壳以轴向可移动的方式与调节螺杆耦合成调节螺纹组件;调节装置具有枢转杆,该枢转杆围绕相对于壳体位置固定的旋转点可枢转地支承在壳体中并且具有与旋转点间隔开的驱动耦合区域,枢转杆借助该驱动耦合区域以弯曲弹性的方式与调节螺纹壳连接;以及枢转杆利用枢转杆的与旋转点和驱动耦合区域间隔开的从动耦合区域与光模块连接。
因此,使光模块围绕枢转轴线枢转所需的平移运动部件不是通过移动/滑动滑架来实现的,而是通过枢转和弯曲枢转杆来实现的。由此,在调节链中不出现间隙,并且也不出现粘滑效应。
一个有利的设计方案的特征在于,枢转杆以其驱动耦合区域以弯曲弹性的方式与调节螺纹壳耦合。
还优选的是,调节螺纹壳是枢转杆的组成部分、尤其是单件式材料配合的组成部分。
另外优选的是,调节螺杆在调节装置的已装配状态下由调节螺纹壳如此收纳,使得调节螺纹壳以轴向可移动的方式与调节螺杆耦合成调节螺纹组件,该调节螺纹组件由金属夹具保持在一起。
另一个优选设计方案的特征在于,壳体的内部空间利用轴向弹性的轴向密封件抵靠壳体被密封,壳体在内部空间处具有开口,调节螺杆从该开口伸出,用于从外部进行的旋转驱动。
还优选的是,调节螺杆的轴向密封件在调节装置的已装配状态下被轴向偏置。

通过将调节电机安装在从动耦合区域上,保持了调节装置的无间隙性和灵活性,以适配于随机动车辆前照灯类型不同而变化的壳体几何形状。
另一个优选设计方案的特征在于,耦合通过中间件进行,该中间件也用作用于彼此不同类型的调节电机的适配器。
还优选的是,适配器利用紧固其上的调节电机借助卡口连接件安装到枢转杆的从动耦合区域上。
另外优选的是,适配器设置成用作用于调节电机-接线插头连接件的接线插头固定装置。
另一个优选设计方案的特征在于,调节螺杆和枢转杆具有轴对称性。还优选的是,适配器和调节电机具有轴对称性。在这里,对称性由相同部件可以用于右手安装和左手安装的要求决定。根据本发明的机动车辆前照灯总体上具有高度标准化的有利特性,这有利于调节装置的值得期望的灵活性,以适配于随机动车辆前照灯类型不同而变化的壳体几何形状。

具体实施方式
详细地,图1a示出了具有壳体12和布置在壳体12中的光模块14的机动车辆前照灯10。壳体12的光出射开口由透明的覆盖盘13覆盖。在壳体12中可以布置有一个光模块14,或也可以布置有多个光模块。光模块14通过支撑在壳体12上的调节装置16与壳体12连接。调节装置16和光模块14或光模块的保持框架的连接借助无间隙的形状配合的球连接件15进行。
调节装置16设置用于调节光模块14的主发射方向18并且具有调节螺杆20,该调节螺杆20又具有端部22,该端部22相对于壳体位置固定地可旋转地支承在壳体12的壁中。
机动车辆前照灯10具有调节螺纹壳24,该调节螺纹壳24以轴向可移动的方式与调节螺杆20和金属夹具耦合成调节螺纹组件。调节螺杆20围绕其纵向轴线的旋转通过耦合的调节螺纹被转换成调节螺纹壳24的平移运动。调节装置16具有枢转杆26,该枢转杆26围绕相对于壳体12位置固定的旋转点28可枢转地支承在壳体12中,并且该旋转杆26具有与旋转点30间隔开的驱动耦合区域30。枢转杆26借助驱动耦合区域30以弯曲弹性的方式与调节螺纹壳24连接。此外,枢转杆26借助与旋转点28和驱动耦合区域30间隔开的从动耦合区域32与光模块14连接。调节装置16和光模块14的连接借助无间隙的形状配合的球连接件15进行。在球连接件15的平移运动时,光模块14围绕枢转轴线52枢转,从而改变主发射方向18。
图1b示出了图1的调节装置16的一个实施例的细节,该调节装置16具有以支撑有调节装置16的壳体12的切口的形式和以用于将枢转杆26支承和紧固在壳体12中的部件36的形式的壳体接口34。
用于将枢转杆26支承和紧固在壳体中的部件36具有球接头38,从而枢转杆26借助球接头38围绕相对于壳体12位置固定的旋转点28可枢转支承在壳体12中并紧固在壳体12上。
图1c以分解图示出了图1的调节装置16。枢转杆26围绕球接头38的相对于壳体12位置固定的旋转点28可枢转地支承在壳体12中并且具有驱动耦合区域30和从动耦合区域32。
枢转杆26利用其驱动耦合区域30以弯曲弹性的方式与调节螺纹壳24耦合,该调节螺纹壳24在此是枢转杆26的组成部分、尤其是单件式材料配合的组成部分。调节螺杆20具有端部22,该端部22相对于壳体12位置固定地可旋转地支承在壳体12的壁中。调节螺杆20在已装配状态下由调节螺纹壳24收纳,使得调节螺纹壳24以轴向可移动的方式与调节螺杆20耦合成调节螺纹组件,该调节螺纹组件由金属夹具40保持在一起。通过使用半开放的调节螺纹壳24和弹性金属夹具40,调节螺纹壳24和与该调节螺纹壳24啮合的调节螺杆20可以相对彼此径向移动,从而可以在过高的负载下跳过调节螺纹导程。调节螺杆20可以在过载情况下旋转而不损坏调节螺纹。由此,可以产生保护以防调节螺纹组件损坏。
壳体的内部空间利用轴向弹性的轴向密封件42抵靠壳体12被密封,壳体在内部空间处具有开口,调节螺杆20从该开口伸出,用于从外部进行的旋转驱动。在这里,轴向密封件42利用调节螺杆20被轴向偏置。偏置力由第一锥齿轮44产生,该第一锥齿轮44利用调节螺杆20的向外突出的端部22被轴向偏置并且此时将轴向密封件42沿轴向方向弹性压缩。在这里,偏置力在结构上被设计得如此大,使得该偏置力在任何情况下都大于在机动车辆前照灯10的操作中发生的对调节螺杆20的轴向力。
从动耦合区域32与旋转点28和驱动耦合区域30间隔开地布置并且在此位于驱动耦合区域28和旋转点30之间。因此,该布置形成单侧杆。从动耦合区域32与调节电机46如此耦合,使得枢转杆26的从动耦合区域32的调节运动和调节电机46的调节运动相加。
耦合通过中间件进行,该中间件也用作用于不同的调节电机的适配器。因此,调节装置可以例如与不同大功率的调节电机组合,这些调节电机的率适配于可能需要不同大的调节力(例如,不同重量的)光模块。
图2示出了调节装置16在机动车辆前照灯中的布置,其中,机动车辆前照灯的取向由其主发射方向18限定。主发射方向18通常对应于当机动车辆前照灯10按规定在机动车辆中使用时的行驶方向。在图2的物体的情况下,光模块的枢转轴线52不垂直于行驶方向布置。
本发明能够使得机动车辆前照灯中的调节螺杆20的轴线方向即使在与行驶方向/主发射方向18的偏差高达20°的情况下也可以垂直于机动车辆前照灯中的光模块的相关枢转轴线52。由此,有利地仅产生最小横向力,从而不需要侧向引导。
图3a示出了具有开口的壳体接口34的内部视图,调节螺杆20通过该开口突出,并且图3b示出了该壳体接口34的外部视图。壳体接口34具有壳体12的壁的区域,在该区域中,调节螺杆20的端部22相对于壳体12位置固定地可旋转地支承在壳体12的壁中。此外,另外的壳体接口具有用于紧固部件36的收纳部,这些部件36用于将枢转杆支承和紧固在壳体中。
由于明显不复杂且公差敏感的壳体接口34,在壳体12的注塑时不需要壳体工具上的内部滑动件。
图3a尤其示出了用于轴向密封件42的圆环形的抵靠表面54,并且图3b示出了用于第一锥齿轮44和第二锥齿轮45的收纳部,该第二锥齿轮45的旋转轴线垂直于第一锥齿轮42的旋转轴线取向,并且该第二锥齿轮45与第一锥齿轮44啮合。调节螺杆20的从外部进行的旋转驱动可以通过旋转第一锥齿轮44或第二锥齿轮45来进行,这取决于哪个锥齿轮在安装机动车辆前照灯10时对于基本设置更好地可实现。
图4al示出了图3的具有枢转杆26的枢转位置的调节装置的侧视图,在该枢转位置处,枢转杆26沿第一方向最大偏转(在图4al中向右)。
图4bl示出了图3的具有枢转杆的枢转位置的调节装置的侧视图,在该枢转位置处,枢转杆沿与第一方向相反的第二方向最大偏转(在图4bl中向左)。
在这些最大偏转之间进行的调节运动是这样产生的,即枢转杆26围绕球接头38的旋转点28枢转,并且枢转运动通过枢转杆26的从动耦合区域最终传递到光模块,例如如图1所示。
枢转杆26在对于光模块14的调节相关的区域中的平移运动借助调节螺杆20进行,其中,枢转杆26围绕球接头的球中心旋转。枢转杆26和调节螺杆20之间的为此所需的角度补偿通过枢转杆26的弯曲弹性区域56进行。弯曲弹性区域56的与枢转杆26的最大调节位置相关联的形状分别在图4ar和图4br中示出。弯曲弹性区域56可以被视为驱动耦合区域30的一部分。
图5a和图5b说明了借助调节螺纹组件与枢转杆26连接的调节螺杆如何相对于前照灯壳体利用布置在壳体内部中的轴向密封件42被密封。图5a示出了处于预安装位置的具有轴向密封件42和壳体馈通件的调节螺杆20,并且图5b示出了图5a的处于最终安装位置的物体。轴向密封件42沿轴向方向由绕转调节螺杆的套环58保持在内侧。轴向密封件42从外侧借助调节螺杆20和塑料部件例如第一锥齿轮44分两步骤被压缩。
在第一步骤中,进行调节螺杆20与塑料部件的装配直到图5a所示的预安装位置。这可以用最小的力消耗手动完成。调节螺杆20具有外侧套环60,并且塑料部件具有可弹性变形的夹持元件62,该夹持元件62设置成当在第二步骤中向外拉动或按压调节螺杆20时向后夹持外侧套环60,这可以例如利用肘杆压力机来进行,并且其中,轴向密封件42抵靠壳体接口的抵靠表面54在一定程度上被弹性压缩。通过所施加的偏置力产生或至少改进了系统的无间隙性。
调节螺杆20和第一锥齿轮44之间的可能的径向最小间隙优选地通过第一锥齿轮44上的小的挤压肋被排除,该可能的径向最小间隙将导致整个调节链中的不期望的间隙(滞后)。
第一锥齿轮44可以直接从后方或通过另外的锥齿轮45从任何角度被驱动。壳体接口34为此必要时具有第二锥齿轮45,该第二锥齿轮45已经结合图3作了说明。如果调节装置16与所安装的调节电机46用作组合的调节装置,则优选地,适配器48利用紧固其上的调节电机46借助卡口连接件安装到枢转杆26的从动耦合区域32上。图6a、图6b和图6c示出了用于将具有适配器48的调节电机46安装在枢转杆26的从动耦合区域处的三个安装位置的序列。
卡口连接件如此设计,使得其满足以下三个条件:
可以对在枢转杆26和适配器48之间设定的角度a和b进行在枢转杆26的枢转时所需的角度补偿。图7a示出了枢转杆26和适配器48之间的角度a,并且图7b示出了枢转杆26和适配器48之间的角度b。适配器48利用所安装的调节电机总是精确地朝紧固有光模块14的调节元件取向。通过卡口紧固件(可旋转,如图8所示)与保持器26的弯曲弹性部分56的相互作用,可以补偿任何公差和角度误差(由枢转引起)。
枢转杆26和适配器48之间的连接是绝对无间隙的。这是通过卡口连接件中的限定偏置来实现的。
枢转杆26和适配器48在前照灯安装期间总是处于彼此限定的安装位置。这是这样实现的,即当将枢转杆26旋转到适配器48时,如图8所示,会产生复位扭矩,该复位扭矩将适配器48再次复位到(无力)安装位置。复位扭矩是这样产生的,即枢转杆26枢转到适配器48是通过两个彼此偏心布置的旋转轴线进行。
适配器48具有用作用于调节电机-插头连接件的插头固定装置的附加功能。图9a示出了在组装前由调节电机46和适配器48组成的组件,图9a示出了处于已组装状态的组件,并且图9c以已装配状态的俯视图示出了组件,该组件具有用于第一调节电机类型的由适配器48固定的插头61。
图9d示出了在组装前由调节电机46和适配器48组成的组件,图9e示出了处于已组装状态的组件,并且图9f以已装配状态的俯视图示出了组件,该组件具有用于第二调节电机类型的由适配器48固定的插头61。
调节装置16是可灵活使用的。调节装置16在壳体12中的安装位置可以根据机动车辆前照灯10中的可用空间而变化。
图10a至图10d示出了不同的安装位置,这些安装位置可以利用调节装置16来实现而无需对调节装置16进行结构改变。因此,调节装置16是标准模块,该标准模块保证了安装在不同前照灯中的非常高的灵活性。由此,减少了在设计新前照灯时使用新部件的需要。结果,可以减少前照灯制造中的组件种类,这提高了可持续性并且通过在不同前照灯中的不同位置多次使用相同的调节装置而带来了成本降低。
在这些位置中的每个位置处确保了公差补偿(参见图10的示例)。取决于设定哪个位置,适配器48和枢转杆26之间的密封件或旋转轴线承担较大的补偿比例。在任何情况下总是确保无间隙的补偿。
调节装置16可以与常规部件组合。在前照灯中的不利的星座式结构的情况下(空间条件,环境几何形状...),也可以仅使用来自本申请的具有其相应优点的单独部件。因此,具有轴向密封件42的调节螺杆20可以例如与常规移动滑架结合使用,如图11所示。

Claims (15)

1.一种机动车辆前照灯(10),其具有壳体(12)和至少一个布置在所述壳体(12)中的光模块(14),所述光模块(14)通过支撑在所述壳体(12)上的调节装置(16)与所述壳体(12)连接,其中,所述调节装置(16)设置用于调节所述光模块(16)的主发射方向(18)并且具有调节螺杆(20),所述调节螺杆(20)具有端部(22),所述端部(22)相对于所述壳体(12)位置固定地可旋转地支承在所述壳体(12)的壁中,其特征在于,所述机动车辆前照灯(10)具有调节螺纹壳(24),所述调节螺纹壳(24)以轴向可移动的方式与所述调节螺杆(20)耦合成调节螺纹组件;所述调节装置(16)具有枢转杆(26),所述枢转杆(26)围绕相对于所述壳体(12)位置固定的旋转点(28)可枢转地支承在所述壳体(12)中并且具有与所述旋转点(28)间隔开的驱动耦合区域(30),所述枢转杆(26)借助所述驱动耦合区域(30)以弯曲弹性的方式与所述调节螺纹壳(24)连接;以及所述枢转杆(26)利用所述枢转杆(26)的与所述旋转点(28)和所述驱动耦合区域(30)间隔开的从动耦合区域(32)与所述光模块(14)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆前照灯(10),其特征在于,所述调节螺纹壳(24)是所述枢转杆(26)的组成部分、尤其是单件式材料配合的组成部分。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车辆前照灯(10),其特征在于,所述调节螺杆(20)在所述调节装置(16)的已装配状态下由所述调节螺纹壳(24)如此收纳,使得所述调节螺纹壳(24)以轴向可移动的方式与所述调节螺杆(20)耦合成调节螺纹组件,所述调节螺纹组件由金属夹具(40)保持在一起。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车辆前照灯(10),其特征在于,所述壳体(12)的内部空间利用轴向弹性的轴向密封件(42)抵靠所述壳体(12)被密封,所述壳体(12)在内部空间处具有开口,所述调节螺杆(20)从所述开口伸出,用于从外部进行的旋转驱动。

12.根据权利要求10所述的机动车辆前照灯(10),其特征在于,所述适配器设置成用作用于调节电机-接线插头连接件的接线插头固定装置。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车辆前照灯(10),其特征在于,所述调节螺杆(20)和所述枢转杆(26)具有轴对称性。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车辆前照灯(10),其特征在于,所述适配器(48)和所述调节电机(46)具有轴对称性。
15.根据权利要求9至12中任一项所述的机动车辆前照灯(10),其特征在于,所述调节螺杆的布置如此设计,使得在调节螺杆和所述调节电机的中心轴线之间产生尽可能小的偏移。
