Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to an acne-removing composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Acne is also called acne, and is frequently found in adolescents, but androgens in the body fade slowly after puberty, and acne can be naturally relieved or healed. However, with the rapid development of society, people have increased life and work pressure, and have too much stimulation and stay up to eat food, so that acne appears on the face of more and more adults, and people feel a certain influence on mind and social interaction.
At present, the pathogenesis of acne is not completely studied, and it is generally considered that in vivo androgens (mainly testosterone) rise to convert 5 a-reductase of hair follicles and sebaceous glands into dihydrotestosterone with stronger activity, promote biochemical reaction, increase grease secretion, and meanwhile, sebaceous gland ducts and hair follicle cells are excessively keratinized to further seal the sebaceous gland ducts or hair follicle ducts, so that acne is formed and an anaerobic microenvironment favorable for the colonisation of propionibacterium acnes is formed. In anaerobic environment, propionibacterium acnes are propagated and proliferated in large quantity to generate lipolycemic enzyme, decompose sebum to generate free acid, stimulate hair follicle to cause inflammation, cause injury and rupture of hair follicle wall, and the accumulated sebum enters dermis, so that inflammatory reactions with unequal degrees around hair follicle are caused. Therefore, the more strongly the demand for skin care products with acne removal.
At present, the acne treatment scheme on the market mainly adopts tretinoin, antibiotics, hormone, salicylic acid, azelaic acid, fruit acid, pure plant extract, laser acne treatment scheme and the like in the acne treatment aspect, but has certain limitations. Tretinoin, antibiotics and hormone have good effect of treating acnes, but dependence can occur after long-term use, and the acnes can be repeated once the use is stopped; the acid product has larger irritation to skin, and if the acid product is used for a long time, the skin sensibility can be increased; the pure plant extract product has certain pertinence, is milder but takes effect slowly; the laser acne removal adopts a physical method to rapidly remove the acne, and cannot radically treat the acne. Most of acne removing products mainly take sterilization and anti-inflammation as main effects to treat the prophase of acne, and have less consideration on the repair of skin at the later stage and the elimination of acne marks.
Accordingly, there is a need for improvement and development in the art.
