龙虱提取物可通过降低促炎因子的表达发挥其抗炎作用(张晶娜,杨志斌,王梦如,等.侧缘真龙虱提取物CL对多柔比星致慢性肾炎大鼠肾功能的保护作用[J].中国药学杂志,2019,54(15):1245-1252.)。经提取后的美洲大蠊仍保留部分活性,美洲大蠊可通过免疫器官、免疫细胞、免疫分子及免疫球蛋白等对机体的免疫功能进行调节(尹灿灿,李婧炜,李冬梅,等.美洲大蠊促创面修复活性成分的研究进展[J].广州化工,2022,50(04):36-39.)。
尚未发现有龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条。
本发明是由以下技术方案实现的。
一种含龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条,其特征在于,所述的主食猫条原料组成按重量份计,包括龙虱及美洲大蠊提取物残渣,各10-15份;肉糜:100-110份,水:20-30份,牛磺酸:4-6份,增稠剂:2-4份,复合维生素及微量元素1-5份,猫薄荷:0.2-0.4份。
通过采用上述配方比例,龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的加入使其能够满足猫咪适口性的同时,增强了猫咪自身的免疫系统抵御外界刺激的能力,对已出现的结膜炎、口炎、肠胃炎等炎症有着预防及治疗作用。同时具有修复损伤黏膜、提高猫咪细胞的自我修复力,对猫咪局部病损愈合等方面均有成效,能改善因黏膜免疫失衡、炎症出现等引起的自身免疫能力下降等问题。肉糜的加入一方面保证了猫咪蛋白质的摄入,另一方面又使得猫条中含有肉味,提高了猫条的适口性。猫薄荷能够帮助猫咪吐出肠道内的毛发等杂质,从而帮助猫咪达到肠胃健康。
优选的,所述龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣进行粉碎、过筛处理,平均粒度均为50目。
优选的,所述肉糜为普通肉类肉糜,作为示例,所述肉糜包括但不限于鸡肉、鸭肉、鱼肉、虾肉等肉类的任意一种或者其组合。
优选的,所述增稠剂可为安全胶类,作为示例,所述增稠剂包括但不限于果胶、瓜尔胶、刺槐豆胶等成分的任意一种或其组合。
优选的,所述复合维生素及微量元素包括维生素A、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、叶酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、钙、镁、磷、铜、铁、锰、锌任意组合。
复合维生素及微量元素的适当比例添加可以保证营养的均衡,还可以提供生长发育所需的营养物质,确保猫咪机体可以正常发挥作用。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
本申请中优选的龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣处理后,能在补充猫咪生长发育所需营养的功能的基础上,增强猫咪机体的抗炎能力,能够改善猫咪的免疫功能和生长性能。
申请配方制成的主食猫条具有高蛋白、营养丰富等特点,并具有较好的适口性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。应该强调的是:下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
本发明提出了一种含龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条,所述的产品原料龙虱及美洲大蠊提取物残渣,按重量份计均为:10-15份,所述的其他制备主食猫条的成分,按重量计为,肉糜:100-110份,水:20-30份,牛磺酸:4-6份,增稠剂:2-4份,复合维生素及微量元素1-5份,猫薄荷:0.2-0.4份。该主食猫条配方设计独特,将昆虫药的功能性引入猫条中,能有效保证猫咪营养物质的摄入,又能有效改善提高猫咪免疫能力,预防或减轻猫咪炎症病症的痛苦。
实施例1
该主食猫条由一定重量的原料制成:
在一个具体实施例中,所述肉糜100份、水30份、龙虱15份、美洲大蠊提取物残渣15份、牛磺酸6份、增稠剂(瓜尔胶)3份、复合维生素及微量元素4份、猫薄荷0.4份。
其制备过程包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份将龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣粉碎混匀,得到混合物;
S2、向混合物中加入处方重量份的肉糜、牛磺酸、猫薄荷、复合维生素及微量元素搅拌均匀,再加入水搅拌均匀,制得预制料;
S3、将瓜尔胶加入预制料中混合均匀,得到成品。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:肉糜105份、龙虱13份、美洲大蠊提取物残渣13份、水25份、牛磺酸5份、复合维生素及微量元素4份、增稠剂(瓜尔胶)3份、猫薄荷0.3份。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:肉糜110份、龙虱10份、美洲大蠊提取物残渣10份、水20份、牛磺酸4份、复合维生素及微量元素5份、增稠剂(瓜尔胶)2份、猫薄荷0.2份。
试验例1
以进食速度和进食量综合评价本发明猫条的适口性,以进食欲望来展现,具体以优、良、中、差四个等级作为评定等级。
以炎症部位血清学指标、肿胀程度、血管通透性作为评价本发明对猫咪炎症指标有无改善,具体以优、良、中、差四个等级作为评定等级。
以血常规、免疫球蛋白测定等作为评价本发明对猫咪免疫指标变化有无改善,具体以优、良、中、差四个等级作为评定等级。
针对上述配方的配比确定实施例1为最佳配方配比,同市面销售的普通猫条的抗炎能力及增强免疫能力相比:具体参见表1所示,本实验分为本发明组与普通猫条组,同时选用品种及年龄相同的10只猫咪进行28天的实验对比,从结果可知,本发明组的猫咪进食状态优于实验前,且炎症指标改善、免疫能力增强;普通猫条组整体状态较28天前无明显变化。

实验设置对照组和实验组,实验组包含3个组,分别食用添加龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3),对照组猫咪食用现有市面上的普通主食猫条。此外,控制对照组和实验组所用猫咪的品种和年龄相同,各组分别设置五只动物。分别对进食欲望、炎症指标变化、免疫指标变化进行了统计观察。实验选择将两组猫咪隔离喂养,控制环境及饮食互通等差异。
所述含龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条的适口性通过观察每只猫咪的进食欲望来展现,以进食速度和进食量综合评价,以迅速、犹豫、缓慢等表现作为评价优良的指标。结果如表2所示。其中实施例1-3的采食量分别处于91.7%±3.1%,92.2%±2.2%和89.9%±1.7%,进食欲望均评价为优,而对照组食用市面现有的普通主食猫条的猫咪采食量约71.8%±4.1%,进食欲望评价为良。相对现有主食猫条,本申请配方的主食猫条的适口性更佳。

所述含龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条的抗炎能力监测为每日观察,每7日进行统计,一共观察28天,以炎症部位血清学指标、肿胀程度、血管通透性等变化作为评价有无改善的标志。结果如表3所示。其中实施例1-3的猫咪的炎症指标有明显改善,而对照组猫咪未观察到变化,本申请配方的主食猫条具有一定的抗炎能力。

经28天的喂养后,对每只猫咪的免疫功能进行检测对比,以血常规、免疫球蛋白测定等作为评价有无改善的标志。结果如表4所示。其中实施例1-3的猫咪的免疫指标有明显改善,而对照组猫咪未观察到变化,本申请配方的主食猫条能够改善猫咪的免疫功能。

试验例2
为了观察实验效果,选用九只经临床诊断为结膜炎的猫咪进行实验,分别为A组、B组、C组,每组3只动物,采用实施例1-3的配方喂养28天,对其进行观察,每7日记录一次变化。结果如表5所示。

最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通计时人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者同等替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (7)
1.一种含有龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条,其特征在于,所述的主食猫条原料中龙虱按重量份计为:10-15份;美洲大蠊提取物残渣按重量份计为:10-15份;所述的其他制备主食猫条的成分,按重量计,肉糜100-110份;水20-30份;牛磺酸4-6份;增稠剂2-4份;复合维生素及微量元素1-5份;猫薄荷0.2-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条,其特征在于,所述的肉糜为鸡肉、鸭肉、鱼肉、虾肉中的任意一种或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为果胶、瓜尔胶、刺槐豆胶中的任意一种或其组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条,其特征在于,所述复合维生素及微量元素选自维生素A、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、叶酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、钙、镁、磷、铜、铁、锰、锌中的任意一种或其组合。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种含有龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条,其特征在于,所述的主食猫条制备方法为:将原料按重量份计混合,即得。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种含有龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的主食猫条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.按重量份将龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣粉碎混匀,得到混合物;
S2.向混合物中加入处方重量份的肉糜、牛磺酸、猫薄荷、复合维生素及微量元素搅拌均匀,再加入水搅拌均匀,制得预制料;
S3.将增稠剂加入预制料中混合均匀,得到成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的龙虱和美洲大蠊提取物残渣的平均粒度均为50目。
