目前针对杀菌剂已经有较多的研究，如专利CN115400158A公开了一种利用乙醇、中药提取物、季铵盐型杀菌剂和蒸馏水制得的消毒液，尤其当其包含质量浓度2％的直立白薇提取物以及质量浓度0.1％的苯扎氯铵时，具有优异的杀菌光谱性、稳定性；专利CN104886110A公开了一种由醋酸氯己定、其他阳离子表面活性剂、乙醇和水组成的消毒剂，可迅速杀灭大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌。这些消毒剂多以阳离子表面活性剂、酒精等作为杀菌剂，刺激性大，气味大或者会影响进一步添加的香味成分的香味，因此有必要开一种刺激性小、气味小或者不会影响香味成分的香味且杀菌效果优异的杀菌剂。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在的缺陷，本申请的目的在于提供一种杀菌剂与杀菌湿巾，该杀菌剂不仅杀菌效果优异，而且刺激性小，气味小或者不会影响香味成分的香味。
为了达到上述目的，第一方面本申请提供了一种杀菌剂，包含如下质量分数的组分：乳酸2.5％～10％，pH缓冲剂0.1％～5％，螯合剂0.01％～2％，保湿剂0.1％～5％。
所述杀菌剂以乳酸作为主要杀菌成分，乳酸分子能通过自由扩散的方式透过细胞膜进入细菌细胞内，与蛋白质结合而使其失活，影响胞内代谢活动，进而导致细菌死亡。外界pH值越低，乳酸分子就会更多更快地扩散进入细菌细胞内；为实现高效杀菌，需控制杀菌剂的pH值尽量处于低值，但是单纯地加酸调节pH，会使杀菌剂的pH易受到环境pH的影响，从而影响其杀菌效果。通过在杀菌剂中添加适宜用量的pH缓冲剂，不仅使杀菌剂的pH处于较低取值范围内，还使杀菌剂的pH不易受到环境的影响。螯合剂能螯合细菌细胞膜中的钙镁等离子，使乳酸更快速通过细胞膜，进一步提高杀菌效果，有助于提高杀菌剂的广谱性。另外，发明人意外发现，在杀菌剂中加入适量的保湿剂，能进一步提高杀菌效果，而且保湿剂能与螯合剂协同提高杀菌效果。
所述杀菌剂不仅具有非常好的杀菌效果，而且乳酸来自植物，常用作食品添加剂，无气味，确保该杀菌剂刺激性小，气味小或者不会影响香味成分的香味。
所述杀菌剂中螯合剂的质量分数在0.01％～2％范围内，如0.05％、0.1％、0.5％、1％、1.5％、1.8％或者以上任意两个数值形成的数值范围。优选地，所述杀菌剂中螯合剂的质量分数为0.05％～1％，以在较低成本内进一步提高杀菌剂的杀菌效果。
所述杀菌剂中螯合剂可选择包括羟基乙叉二膦酸、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸盐、辛酰羟肟酸等中的至少一种，但是其选择并不局限于此。作为一个示例，乙二胺四乙酸盐包括乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠等中的至少一种。优选地，所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二膦酸。相较其他螯合剂，羟基乙叉二膦酸能使杀菌剂获得更好的杀菌效果。
所述杀菌剂中多元醇类保湿剂的质量分数在0.01％～5％范围内，如0.05％、0.1％、0.5％、1％、1.5％、2％、2.5％、3.5％、4.5％、4.8％或者以上任意两个数值形成的数值范围。优选地，所述杀菌剂中多元醇类保湿剂的质量分数为0.1％～2％，以在较低成本内进一步提高杀菌剂的杀菌效果。
所述杀菌剂中多元醇类保湿剂可选择包括甘油、辛甘醇、丁二醇、二丙二醇、己二醇等中的至少一种，但是其选择并不局限于此。
所述杀菌剂中乳酸的质量分数在2％～10％范围内，如2.5％、3.5％、4.5％、5.5％、6.5％、7.5％、8.5％、9.5％或者以上任意两个数值形成的数值范围。优选地，所述杀菌剂中乳酸的质量分数为3％～6％，以在较低成本内进一步提高杀菌效果。
所述杀菌剂中pH缓冲剂的质量分数在0.1％～5％范围内，如0.3％、0.6％、1％、2％、3％、4％、4.5％或者以上任意两个数值形成的数值范围。优选地，所述杀菌剂中pH缓冲剂的质量分数为0.5％～2％，以在较低成本内使杀菌剂的pH值保持在更低取值范围内。
所述杀菌剂中pH缓冲剂可选择包括柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸/柠檬酸钾、磷酸二氢盐、磷酸/三乙铵等中的至少一种pH缓冲体系，但是其选择并不局限于此。柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠缓冲体系最合适的缓冲范围更接近乳酸的高效杀菌pH范围。优选地，所述pH缓冲剂包括柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠。
所述杀菌剂中还可以包含其他功能性助剂，如香精、防腐剂等。
所述杀菌剂还包含溶剂。溶剂可选择包括水、乙醇等中的一种。优选溶剂为水，以降低杀菌剂的刺激性和气味。
所述杀菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：将各组分混合均匀。
所述杀菌剂的形式无具体限制。作为一个示例，所述杀菌剂为喷雾剂等。
所述杀菌剂在使用时，可通过擦拭、喷射、倾倒等方式与待杀菌的物体表面接触，以实现杀菌。如喷射在空气中对空气进行杀菌，以擦拭、喷射、倾倒等方式对人体皮肤、动物皮肤、家具、器械等进行杀菌。
第二方面本申请还提供了一种杀菌湿巾，包含所述杀菌剂。所述杀菌湿巾因包含所述杀菌剂而具有良好的杀菌效果，同时刺激性小，气味小或者不会影响香味成分的香味。
所述杀菌湿巾的制备方法无具体的限制。作为一个示例，将所述杀菌剂与载体混合，即制得所述杀菌湿巾。其中，所述杀菌湿巾的载体无具体限制，可选择无纺布等。
相比现有技术，本申请的有益效果在于：
(1)本申请杀菌剂以乳酸作为主要杀菌成分，利用pH缓冲剂使其pH保持在较低取值范围内，以有效发挥乳酸的杀菌作用，并利用螯合剂和保湿剂进一步协同提高乳酸的杀菌效果；
(2)本申请杀菌剂与杀菌湿巾杀菌效果优异，刺激性小，气味小或者不会影响香味成分的香味，制备方法简单，便于工业化生产与推广应用。
具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本申请的目的、技术方案和优点，下面将结合具体实施例及对比例对本申请作进一步说明，其目的在于详细地理解本申请的内容，而不是对本申请的限制。本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本申请的保护范围。本申请实施所涉及的实验试剂及仪器，除非特别说明，均为常用的普通试剂及仪器。
各实施例和对比例分别提供了一种杀菌剂，这些杀菌剂的组成见表1～表4，制备方法均包括以下步骤：
1)开启搅拌，向反应釜中加入去离子水、螯合剂和pH缓冲剂，搅拌至完全溶解；
2)向该反应釜中加入乳酸，搅拌至完全溶解；
3)向该反应釜中加入甘油，搅拌至完全溶解。
4)向该反应釜中加入日用香精和防腐剂，搅拌至完全溶解，即得相应杀菌剂。

将各实施例和对比例所得杀菌剂按含液量2倍的比例与无纺布混合(即杀菌剂质量为无纺布质量的2倍)，得到杀菌湿巾。对各杀菌湿巾的杀菌效果进行测试，具体测试方法如下：参照CB 15979-2002附录C，金黄色葡萄球菌菌数为7×107cfu/片，大肠杆菌菌数为7×107cfu/片，作用时间为2分钟，测试菌种为大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。测试结果见表5。

由表5可知，本申请各实施例杀菌湿巾均具有非常好的杀菌效果，另外刺激性小，无乙醇气味，不会影响香精的香味。
实施例2与对比例1～3对比可知，螯合剂和保湿剂会协同提高杀菌剂的杀菌效果。
实施例1～5对比可知，杀菌剂中螯合剂含量会影响杀菌效果，优选杀菌剂中螯合剂的质量分数为0.05％～1％，以在较低成本下获得更好的杀菌效果。实施例2与实施例6～8对比可知，相较谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、乙二胺四乙酸、辛酰羟肟酸等，羟基乙叉二膦酸能使杀菌剂的杀菌效果更好。
实施例2与实施例9～12对比可知，杀菌剂中保湿剂含量会影响杀菌效果，优选杀菌剂中保湿剂的质量分数为0.1％～2％，以在较低成本下获得更好的杀菌效果。
实施例2与实施例17～20对比可知，杀菌剂中乳酸含量会影响杀菌效果，优选杀菌剂中乳酸的质量分数为3％～6％，以在较低成本下获得更好的杀菌效果。
实施例2与实施例21～24对比可知，杀菌剂中pH缓冲剂含量会影响杀菌效果，优选杀菌剂中pH缓冲剂的质量分数为0.5％～2％，以在较低成本下获得更好的杀菌效果。实施例2与实施例25～26对比可知，相较磷酸二氢盐、磷酸/三乙铵，柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠能使杀菌剂的杀菌效果更好。
最后所应当说明的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案而非对本申请保护范围的限制，尽管参照较佳实施例对本申请作了详细说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，而不脱离本申请技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种杀菌剂，其特征在于，包含如下质量分数的组分：乳酸2.5％～10％，pH缓冲剂0.1％～5％，螯合剂0.01％～2％，多元醇类保湿剂0.01％～5％。
2.如权利要求1所述的杀菌剂，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂中螯合剂的质量分数为0.05％～1％。
3.如权利要求1所述的杀菌剂，其特征在于，所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二膦酸、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸盐、辛酰羟肟酸中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的杀菌剂，其特征在于，所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二膦酸。
5.如权利要求1所述的杀菌剂，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂中多元醇类保湿剂的质量分数为0.1％～2％。
6.如权利要求1所述的多元醇类保湿剂包括多元醇；可选地，所述多元醇包括甘油、辛甘醇、丁二醇、二丙二醇、己二醇中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的杀菌剂，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂中乳酸的质量分数为3％～6％。
8.如权利要求1所述的杀菌剂，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂中pH缓冲剂的质量分数为0.5％～2％。
9.如权利要求1所述的杀菌剂，其特征在于，所述pH缓冲剂包括柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸/柠檬酸钾、磷酸二氢盐、磷酸/三乙铵中的至少一种；优选地，所述pH缓冲剂包括柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠。
10.一种杀菌湿巾，其特征在于，包含如权利要求1～9任一项所述的杀菌剂。
