Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of goat milk powder preparation, in particular to nutrient-enriched goat milk powder preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Fish collagen peptide is a collagen hydrolysate derived from fish skin, fish scales and other tissues, and is generally considered to have the following functions: can provide needed collagen for bones and joints, and enhance the health and elasticity of the bones and joints; maintaining skin luster and elasticity: the fish collagen peptide can promote collagen production in skin, help maintain skin elasticity and luster, and accelerate wound healing process. The fish collagen peptide has wide application value in maintaining skin, bone and joint health.
However, although fish collagen peptide has the above-mentioned effects, there is a problem that the absorption and utilization rate in vivo is not high.
Goat milk powder is called as a fine product in milk powder, and has the following advantages: the goat milk has smaller fat and protein molecules than milk, which makes the goat milk easier to digest and absorb by the human body; goat milk powder contains abundant calcium, and helps to maintain healthy bones and teeth; the goat milk powder also contains abundant vitamins and minerals, and provides necessary nutritional ingredients for human bodies.
At present, goat milk powder existing in the market has more attention to improving physique and rarely relates to the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young.
