Description

Roll-to-roll electroplating film horizontal surface electroplating treatment tank and electroplating treatment device
Technical Field
The invention relates to roll-to-roll horizontal surface treatment equipment, in particular to surface treatment of an ultrathin electroplating film in circuit board processing, and particularly relates to a roll-to-roll electroplating film horizontal surface electroplating treatment tank and an electroplating treatment device.
Background
Plating baths are important equipment for surface treatment of plating films in circuit board processing. Conventional plating baths are generally of unitary cell construction and the cell body is generally rectangular. In order to make the plating performance of the plating tank more stable while also reducing the maintenance frequency, practitioners have also attempted to make changes to the plating tank.
The patent document with publication number CN201186955Y discloses a flexible material electroplating device, which comprises a plurality of small electroplating tanks arranged along the horizontal direction, wherein movable wheels are arranged above two sides of an opening of each electroplating tank, an anode jet flow module is vertically stretched into each electroplating tank, a movable pinch roller arranged below the anode jet flow module, a cathode wheel is arranged outside the electroplating tank between the anode jet flow modules, and the position of the cathode wheel is lower than that of the movable wheels; the metal flexible material is wound around the cathode wheel, the movable wheel and the movable pinch roller, and is negatively charged by the contact of the cathode wheel and the movable pinch roller, and the anode jet flow module sprays electroplating liquid with positively charged metal ions to the opposite sides, so that the metal to be plated is deposited on the negatively charged flexible material.
The plating tank of the plating device has a V-shaped inner film (hereinafter referred to as V-shaped tank), and can obtain more plating time under the condition of the same machine length, but the uniformity of the plating of the circuit board is sacrificed. The anodes are arranged on the groove walls, but the electroplating film can run to the bottom of the groove body, and the two sides of the film are not opposite to the anodes at the lower half part of the V-shaped part, so that the electroplating can be performed, but the electroplating is uneven. This is not desirable in circuit board plating where uniformity is critical. This is a disadvantage.
Meanwhile, the tank body of the electroplating tank of the electroplating device is only provided with two anodes, and only one surface of the film facing the anodes can be effectively electroplated, and the other surface cannot obtain good electroplating effect, so that the electroplating tank is only marginally suitable for single-sided electroplating with low requirement on uniformity.
Patent document with publication number CN 215757718U discloses an electroplating system comprising an unreeling mechanism, a plurality of cleaning electroplating devices and a reeling mechanism which are sequentially arranged, wherein each cleaning electroplating device comprises a cleaning mechanism and an electroplating mechanism; the cleaning mechanism comprises a first liquid storage tank, a first passing roller, a first conductive roller and a second conductive roller, cleaning liquid is stored in the first liquid storage tank, the first passing roller, the first conductive roller and the second conductive roller are all rotationally connected in the first liquid storage tank, the second conductive roller is immersed below the liquid level of the cleaning liquid, and the vertical installation height of the second passing roller is higher than that of the first passing roller, the first conductive roller and the second conductive roller.
The plating tank of the plating system also adopts a V-shaped tank, and compared with the patent document with the publication number of CN201186955Y, the plating tank of the plating system is provided with anodes on both sides of the film, thereby realizing double-sided plating. However, this creates a new problem of inconvenient operation. The membrane is penetrated to the bottom and then penetrated out, and the anode is required to be removed. This is unacceptable to the plant operator, which is a second disadvantage. Also, in the lower half of the "V" the problem of no anode alignment on both sides of the product film was not resolved.
The third disadvantage is that the plating tank is a V-shaped tank, the smaller the angle of the "V" the better the plating effect, because the anode can cover more areas of the membrane), but once the angle of the "V" becomes larger, the worse the uniformity, as above, the bottom of the tank is free of anode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a roll-to-roll electroplating film horizontal surface electroplating treatment tank which adopts a tank-dividing section structure with divided sections arranged at intervals, has stable performance and can ensure film coating quality.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: a roll-to-roll electroplating film horizontal surface electroplating treatment tank is characterized in that: the electroplating treatment tank comprises a tail conductive roller tank section, an electroplating tank section, a soaking cleaning tank section and a head conductive roller tank section which are sequentially arranged, wherein the four tank sections are separated from each other, the tail conductive roller tank section and the head conductive roller tank section are identical in structure, the electroplating tank section is used for containing electroplating liquid, and the soaking cleaning tank section is used for containing cleaning liquid.
The electroplating treatment tank adopts a tank-dividing section structure, and is conductive by the front and rear groups of conductive rollers. The conductive roller is a cathode, and when the conductive roller is electrified, cations are adsorbed, just like a product film in the tank body, the conductive roller is electrified by being contacted with the conductive roller, and the conductive roller is also the cathode. During operation, metal ions of the bath solution are deposited on the film to finish electroplating. Electroplating of the film is the object. Plating on the conductive roller is avoided because once plating becomes uneven, insufficient contact with the film is made. While normal electroplating uses rated current. The insufficient contact increases the resistance, and the voltage increases, which tends to cause excessive heat generation and film burning. Second, if the conductive roller is plated with metal causing burrs, the film may be scratched. The above situation occurs, and the conductive roller needs to be stopped for maintenance. The reason for plating on the conductive roller is that in the working condition, the liquid with metal ions is contacted.
The application adds the washing tank after the electroplating tank to wash away the trace tank liquid attached to the product film from the electroplating tank. The rear conductive roller section is also provided with spray cleaning, so that the design ensures that the liquid contacted with the rear conductive roller is free of metal ions, and the plating possibility of the conductive roller is reduced. When a plurality of electroplating treatment tanks are used continuously, such as 2 electroplating tanks, the films on the conductive rollers at the front end of the electroplating tanks are also cleaned cleanly through the soaking cleaning of the previous treatment tank, the spraying cleaning of the rear conductive roller section and the spraying cleaning of the first conductive roller of the second section. Thus, the improvement of the conductivity stability is ensured, and the unstable voltage caused by the resistance change due to poor contact is avoided, so that the maintenance frequency is reduced.
The above current stabilization is more evident in the structure of the continuous multi-segment design. For a single electroplating tank, because the product film at the inlet end has large resistance when electroplating is started, the thickness of a metal layer in the film is relatively thin, and high-current electroplating cannot be used, otherwise, the product film can be burnt out due to high heat generated by overlarge resistance and current. Thus, it is necessary to complete plating of a prescribed thickness, and the film running speed is slow, resulting in an extended plating time. The advantage of the staged plating cell is that the thickness of the metal layer of the film increases as it exits from the previous plating cell, and a relatively high current is available to plate the next plating cell, thereby increasing the plating rate and throughput.
In the invention, the tail conductive roller groove section, the electroplating groove section, the soaking cleaning groove section and the head conductive roller groove section are rectangular groove sections, the groove widths of the four groove sections are the same and are 1000mm-3000mm, the groove depths are the same and are 500mm-1000mm, and the total length of the electroplating treatment groove is 4000mm-6000mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the plating tanks are provided in plural in series.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a roll-to-roll electroplating film horizontal surface electroplating treatment device.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: the electroplating treatment device comprising the electroplating treatment groove is characterized in that: the electroplating treatment device also comprises a conductive roller and a cleaning spray device which are arranged in the tail conductive roller groove section and the head conductive roller groove section, an electroplating transmission mechanism arranged in the electroplating groove section and spray cleaning arranged in the soaking cleaning groove section; the conductive roller is used for supporting the electroplating film and conducting electricity to the electroplating film, and the cleaning spraying device is used for spraying and cleaning the conductive roller; the plating bath section contains plating solution; the soaking cleaning tank section is filled with cleaning liquid.
The electroplating conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of driving rollers, the driving rollers positioned at two ends of the electroplating bath section are positioned on the liquid level, and the rest driving rollers are positioned under the liquid level.
The cleaning and conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of transmission rollers, part of the transmission rollers are positioned below the cleaning liquid level, part of the transmission rollers are positioned on the cleaning liquid level, and the transmission rollers positioned below the cleaning liquid level and the transmission rollers positioned on the cleaning liquid level are alternately arranged.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable effects:
1. the electroplating treatment tank adopts a sectional structure with sectional intervals, and comprises four tank sections which are separated from each other by a tail conductive roller tank section, an electroplating tank section, a soaking cleaning tank section and a head conductive roller tank section, thereby ensuring the stability of electroplating performance.
2. The electroplating treatment tank has no water retaining roller, so that the possibility of scratching an electroplating film is avoided, the film breaking probability is greatly reduced, the equipment maintenance time is reduced, the effective production time of the equipment is correspondingly prolonged, and the productivity is increased.
3. The liquid level in the electroplating treatment tank is lower than the film passing opening, so that the possibility of channeling of treatment liquid is greatly reduced, the possibility of pollution of the treatment liquid in the tank is greatly reduced, the frequency of tank reversing is greatly reduced, the maintenance time of the tank is shortened, and the effective production time of equipment is equivalent to that of equipment.
4. According to the electroplating treatment device, the tail conductive roller groove section and the head conductive roller groove section are cleaned by the cleaning spraying device through the cleaning liquid, oxide on the conductive roller can be removed, oxide on the conductive roller can be avoided, and cleanliness of the conductive roller is guaranteed.
5. In the electroplating treatment device, the soaking cleaning tank section washes away residual electrolyte carried out of the film from the electroplating tank section, and the film is subjected to acid cleaning when going to the head conductive roller tank section. This greatly reduces or even eliminates the possibility of plating the conductive roller with metal. Particularly when a plurality of electroplating treatment tanks are required to be used continuously, a soaking cleaning section is arranged between the front treatment section and the rear treatment section in sequence, and cleaning spraying devices are arranged on the tail conductive roller tank section and the head conductive roller tank section, so that the cleaning and oxidation-resistant protection of the film and the conductive rollers are ensured.
