Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine ointment, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing liver and promoting bile flow, and a preparation method and application thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing liver and promoting bile flow provided by the invention comprises the following components: radix Platycodi, notoginseng radix, folium Mori, herba Huichhorniae, atractylodis rhizoma, alismatis rhizoma, radix rehmanniae Preparata, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, ganoderma, cortex Lycii and fructus Lipuidambaris. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has obvious effects of soothing liver, promoting bile flow and treating liver and gall diseases; the preparation method comprises preparing the raw materials into Chinese medicinal powder and plant essential oil, and mixing. The ointment adopts the administration mode of acupoint application, combines the rapid permeation effect of the essential oil of the traditional Chinese medicine, and the effective components can directly enter the channels and collaterals and the microcirculation of the human body through the skin of the acupoints, so as to reach the whole body and rapidly absorb the effective components. The acupoint application mode bypasses the first pass effect of the liver, the metabolism and the excretion of the kidney and the gastrointestinal inactivation, protects the liver and the kidney and reduces the toxicity damage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine ointment, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing liver and promoting bile flow, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, the treatment methods for the problems of liver stasis and qi stagnation, soothing liver and regulating qi, clearing fat and improving eyesight, enhancing liver evacuation capability, metabolizing liver toxin, promoting secretion of alcohol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase and the like mainly adopt the modes of oral administration of Chinese and western medicine preparations such as tablets, decoction, pills, capsules and the like, and the administration modes need to be absorbed into blood through gastrointestinal digestion and absorption, so that the first pass effect of liver, kidney metabolism and excretion and gastrointestinal inactivation are easy to occur, so that the dosage entering the systemic circulation is reduced, the utilization rate of the medicine is reduced, and meanwhile, the burden of intestines and stomach, liver and kidney is increased.
However, since it is difficult for the common traditional Chinese medicine ointment to directly reach the focus of the liver and gall through the skin of the body surface of the liver and gall, the traditional Chinese medicine ointment for treating the liver and gall problems is still blank at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, a traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing liver and promoting bile flow and a preparation method and application thereof are provided.
