Abstract

本发明涉及一种饮料容器的盖体。
背景技术
通常,由于在用于携带的饮料容器中,容器主体上盖有内盖和杯子兼用的盖,所以在从容器主体直接饮用饮料水的情况下,摘下盖和内盖,将口对着容器主体的开口部进行饮用。因此,由于摘下盖和内盖的操作很麻烦,所以不适用于运动时等急于饮用的情况或身体在活动中的情况,为了适应这种情况,有一种带有吸口的水筒。
这种水筒在其盖上设有吸口,按压容器主体的筒身部使容器主体变形,以防止在使用时容器主体内成为减压状态。而且,如实公平1-27699号公报所示,在盖上设有吸口和防止容器主体内减压的空气孔,该吸口在不使用时收藏在盖内,使用时通过操作构件的转动而从盖中突出,并且吸口在不使用时折叠起来而截水,同时将空气孔堵住。
但是,前者的水筒,为了使容器主体变形需要推压力,而后者的水筒,吸口的折叠和空气孔的开闭构造复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸口的开闭操作简单,并可顺利地饮用饮料水的饮料容器的盖体。
本发明的饮料容器的盖体在其顶板的一侧上设有可止水的吸口,同时在另一侧上设有只有当容器主体内部减压时才打开阀的减压解除阀。因此,在将饮料容器倾斜,从吸口吸饮料容器内的饮料水时,空气通过减压解除阀进入容器主体内,不使容器主体内产生负压,从而可顺利地饮用饮料水。
而且,上述吸口包含具有从上述顶板突出的流路的吸口主体部;可沿轴线方向移动地外嵌在该吸口主体部上,并开闭上述流路的吸口部;和可离合地覆盖在该吸口部上的吸口盖,上述吸口部随着该吸口盖的离合和而移动,从而开闭上述流路,上述减压解除阀包括插入形成在上述顶板的另一侧上的空气孔中的阀轴、设在该阀轴的一端密接在顶板内表面的空气孔周围的阀体,以及形成在上述阀轴的另一端的止脱部,当上述容器主体内部减压时,上述阀体弯曲而将上述空气孔打开。因此,可用单手或口容易地操作流路的开闭。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
图1-3表示本发明的第1实施例,饮料容器10包含容器主体11和可离合地安装在该容器主体11的开口部上的盖体12。盖体12具有可截水的吸口13和减压解除阀14。
如图2和图3所示,上述容器主体11为金属制的有底内筒15的顶端开口部和有底外筒16的顶端开口部结合成一体的装置,在两个筒15,16之间形成有真空隔热结构的隔热部17。在外筒16的顶部外周上形成有螺旋安装上述盖体12的螺纹部18。另外,内筒15和外筒16也可是合成树脂制品。而且隔热部17也可是封入低传热率气体的隔热构造,填充无机类填充物的隔热构造或填充泡沫聚苯乙烯等有机类填充物的隔热构造。
上述盖体12在其顶板20上突出设置有上述吸口13,同时还设置有减压解除阀14。在该顶板20的内侧外周上具备有贴紧在容器主体11的开口部边缘上的密封件19。
上述吸口13包含具有从顶板20的一侧直立的流路21的圆筒状吸口主体部22;可沿轴线方向移动地外嵌在该吸口主体部22上,开闭上述流路21的吸口部23;和可离合地覆盖在该吸口部23上的吸口盖24。
上述吸口主体部22在顶端中央处具有圆柱状的导向件25,该导向件25的周围形成有作为上述流路21的数条小直径的贯通孔,在顶端外周上突出形成有防止上述吸口部23脱落的止挡部26。
上述吸口部23在筒体27上一体地结合有顶面28,在顶面28的中央形成有插入上述导向件25的贯通孔29,在筒体27的中间部内周上形成有卡合在上述防脱落止挡部26上的突状部30,同时,在筒体27的顶部外周上形成有吸口盖24的卡止部31。
吸口部23在顶面28与吸口主体部22的顶面相接触的状态下,上述贯通孔29由上述导向件25所堵塞,同时,顶面28的内面的贯通孔29周缘部将上述流路21关闭。因此,当向上方移动吸口部23时,顶面28离开流路21而将流路21打开,同时,贯通孔29离开导向件25而打开。
上述吸口盖24由覆盖吸口部23的盖部32,安装在吸口主体部22的基部上的保持环33,连接盖部32和保持环33并折曲成U字形的保持带34所构成。盖部32在顶部内周上形成有卡止在上述吸口部23的卡止部31上的卡止部35,在顶部外周上形成有构成打开盖部32的把手的突起36。当盖部32覆盖在吸口部23上时,在盖部32的顶面37的内侧上沿圆周连续地形成有推压吸口部23的顶面28的突起38。另外,也可断续地形成该突起38。
上述盖体12的顶板20的另一侧上狭缝状地形成有空气孔39,以防止容器主体11内的压力降低,该空气孔39上设有上述减压解除阀14。减压解除阀14具有插入在空气孔39中的阀轴40,设置在该阀轴40底部的阀体41和在阀轴40的顶部形成的止脱部42。该减压解除阀14中,阀轴40从容器主体11的内侧插入空气孔39中,止脱部42从顶板20的外侧突出地安装在顶板20上,阀体41配置在顶板20的内表面侧并与其贴紧,由阀体41从容器主体11的内侧开闭空气孔39。当容器主体11内的压力降低时,阀体41弯曲而将空气孔39打开,当容器主体11内的压力恢复正常以及容器主体11内饮料水的压力作用时,空气孔39关闭。另外,在盖体12的顶板20的外表面上形成有包围着空气孔39的突状部43,该突状部43包围着空气孔39的一部分或全部,以使减压解除阀14的止脱部42上方配置的上述吸口盖24的保持带34不与减压解除阀14的止脱部42相接触。
这种结构的饮料容器10,如图2所示,在吸口13的吸口部23上覆盖有吸口盖24的状态下,吸口部23的顶面28与吸口主体部22的顶面相接触,由吸口主体部22的导向件25将吸口部23的贯通孔29堵住,同时,贯通孔29的周缘部将吸口主体部22的流路21关闭。而且,减压解除阀14的阀体41也将空气孔39关闭。
因此,当用手或口上拉吸口盖24的突起36时,由于吸口盖24的卡止部35卡止在吸口部23的卡止部31上,所以吸口部23与吸口盖24一起被拉向上方,吸口部23沿吸口主体部22向上方移动,吸口部23的突状部30一直移动到与防止吸口主体部22脱落的止挡部26相卡合。接着,吸口盖24的卡止部35越过吸口部23的卡止部31,如图3所示,吸口盖24从吸口部23上脱落下来。因此,将吸口部23的贯通孔29和吸口主体部22的流路21打开。
在这种状态下,当将口靠在吸口部23处,倾斜饮料容器10使吸口13朝向下侧而吸饮料水时,饮料容器10内的压力降低,减压解除阀14的阀体41弯曲而打开空气孔39,将外气从空气孔39导入饮料容器10内,不使饮料容器10内为负压,所以可通过流路21从贯通孔29饮用饮料容器10内的饮料水。而且,此时由于饮料容器10为倾斜状态,所以空气孔39位于吸口13的上方,空气孔39被饮料水浸没的可能性很小,饮料水不易从空气孔39处泄漏。
因此,可以顺利地饮用到具有刚性的,保温性较高的饮料容器10中的饮料水。而且,吸口部23随着吸口盖24的开闭而上下移动,进行吸口部23的贯通孔29和吸口主体部22的流路21的开闭操作,所以用单手或口即可进行开闭操作。另外,由于在吸口盖24的顶面37的内侧上设有推压吸口部23的顶面28的突起38,所以在关闭操作时能够可靠地推压吸口部23的顶面28,将贯通孔29流路21关闭。而且,通过在盖体12的顶板20外侧上形成的突状部43,使吸口盖24的保持带34不与防止减压解除阀14脱落的止挡部42相接触,所以减压解除阀14不会从盖体12的顶板20上脱落,饮料容器10内的饮料水不易泄漏。另外,由于减压解除阀14设置在盖体12的顶板20上,当饮料容器10内的饮料水压力作用时,空气孔39是关闭的,所以即使将饮料容器10横向放置或倾倒,饮料容器10内的饮料水也不易泄漏。
图4表示本发明的第2实施例。另外,对于与上述第1实施例为同一个或同样的要素,标以与第1实施例相同的符号而将说明省略。
本实施例中,在吸口盖24的盖部32的下端内周上形成有突起44,当盖部32覆盖住吸口部23时,使突起44卡合在吸口主体部22的卡合槽45中。因此,使盖部32可靠地卡止在吸口主体部22上而发挥盖部32的止水效果。
另外,上述两实施例中,容器主体是采用隔热结构材料,但也可用于不具有隔热结构的容器主体。

Claims (2)

1.一种可离合地安装在容器主体的开口部上的饮料容器的盖体,该盖体在其顶板的一侧上突设有可止水的吸口,同时在另一侧上设有只有当容器主体内部减压时才打开阀的减压解除阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮料容器的盖体,其特征在于:上述吸口包括吸口主体部,吸口部和吸口盖,该吸口主体部具有从上述顶板突出的流路,该吸口部可沿轴线方向移动地外嵌在该吸口主体部上以开闭上述流路,该吸口盖可离合地覆盖在该吸口部上,上述吸口部随着该吸口盖的离合而移动,从而开闭上述流路,上述减压解除阀包括插入形成在上述顶板的另一侧上的空气孔中的阀轴、设在该阀轴的一端密接在顶板内表面的空气孔周围的阀体,以及形成在上述阀轴的另一端的止脱部,当上述容器主体内部减压时,上述阀体弯曲而将上述空气孔打开。
