Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种个人便携式饮料存储容器。更特别地,本发明涉及这样一种个人便携式饮料存储容器,该存储容器具有由不锈钢瓶体构成的真空隔绝主腔体以及位于瓶体外部便于抓握和用于其他用途的弹性带。
背景技术
已有很多种个人便携式饮料存储容器能够使得人们装运和存储饮料。其中一些容器中进行了真空隔绝处理,以利于将饮料保持在所需的温度。虽然这些容器在很多方面比较方便,但对于某些用户来说,它们在方便性和满意度方面比不上这里所描述的容器。本发明所描述的容器将以下特征和结构独特地结合在一起,增强了容器的实用性、使得容器生产起来比较经济、在外观上新颖并且经久耐用。
发明内容
为了上述目的,本发明提供了一种保存饮料的容器,其包括:一个限定了主腔体的瓶体,且在瓶体的顶部带有一个开口,用于通向该主腔体;该瓶体具有一个外表面,当使用者握持该容器时可以握住该瓶体的外表面;其中该瓶体进行了真空隔绝,且包括一个内壳、一个外壳以及在内壳和外壳之间的一个真空隔绝空间,且该外表面形成在该外壳上,其中该内壳和该外壳由不锈钢制成;一个连接到瓶体的顶部上的水杯;一个连接到瓶体的顶部上的瓶塞,用来密封出口及保存和倒出饮料;一个位于瓶体的外表面上且绕瓶体周向延伸的弹性带,以利于使用者握住容器;以及在弹性带的每一侧上所形成的突脊,该突脊作为瓶体的外壳的一部分整体形成;其中外壳在突脊处的厚度和外壳在其他部分处的厚度大致相同。

具体实施方式
以下将通过参考附图中的具体实施例来阐述发明的原理。根据发明的原理可以用来生产不同于附图中所示的实施例,用以满足特殊的要求,但这些都属于发明的范围。本发明的范围将在所附加的权利要求书中详细地进行定义。
图1-3以容器10为例来描述发明原理。如图3所示,容器10包含一个真空隔绝主腔体20。该主腔体20由瓶体21所限定。瓶体21还限定了一个出口,用来从主腔体20中倒出饮料。瓶21可以以所示的已知方法进行真空隔绝,以利于保持储存在主腔体20中饮料的温度。在图1-3中,瓶体由内壳22和外壳23构成,且内表面22a形成在内壳22上,外表面23a形成在外壳23上。内壳22和外壳23之间形成了一个真空隔绝空间。在其他实施例中,瓶体21不必进行真空隔绝处理。
瓶体21可以用不锈钢制成,以便经久耐用并易于保养,也可用其他的金属材料比如铝或钛制成。该瓶体也可以用塑料制成。使用者抓持容器10的时候,会握住瓶体21的外表面23a。因为使用者可以看得见并摸得着外表面23a,当瓶体21用不锈钢制成时,该表面23a特别吸引人并且持久耐用。不锈钢还是一种用于瓶体21的经济的材料,因为它不需要例如涂漆等任何进一步的表面处理。但是,如果需要的话,也可以对瓶体21的外表面23a进行表面处理。
瓶体21有一个和底部相连的底盖24。底盖24的表面平整光滑,以利于容器10放在桌面上和利于拿放容器10。瓶体21的底部具有一个使用在对瓶体进行真空隔绝当中的接口25。接口25通常具有粗糙的边缘或突起的表面。优选地,该接口25和瓶体21底部上包含粗糙边缘或突起物的其他表面一起被底盖24所遮盖。如图3所示,底盖24可以利用已知的方法由塑料注塑成型,并连接到瓶体21上。或者,如图1和图2所示,底盖可以通过已知的方法用不锈钢制造,并连接到瓶体21上。
瓶体21的顶部包含螺纹和其他的连接装置,用来连接水杯30和瓶塞40。在图示的实施例中,瓶体21设置了用于水杯30的螺纹26。螺纹26直接在瓶体21的外壳23上形成。水杯30具有和螺纹26相匹配的螺纹31,以将水杯30保持在瓶21上用于存储。水杯30优选由塑料注塑成型,且可以包含或者不包括一个把手,以方便使用者抓握。如图1所示,如果水杯30用透明的塑料材料来制造,可以在视觉上更加具有吸引力。
瓶塞40封闭了主腔体20中的出口,用来保存饮料;并且包含打开主腔体的装置,用来倒出饮料。任何适当的瓶塞都可以用来实现这些用途。螺纹28可以直接在瓶体21的外壳23上形成,用来连接瓶塞40。瓶塞40包括与螺纹28相匹配的螺纹41,用来将瓶塞40保持在瓶体21上。可以在瓶体21和瓶塞40之间使用一个密封件42,用来防止饮料泄漏以确保保持饮料。图1和图2所示的是一个弹出阀式(pop-up valved stopper)瓶塞,图3所示的是一个双管口拔起式瓶塞(two-spouted pull-up stopper)。
瓶体21的外表面23a上可包括弹性带40,用于方便使用者握持住容器10。弹性带40可以用任何适当的弹性材料制造,比如PVC。弹性带40能增加摩擦面积,使得使用者的手指将容器10握持得更紧。弹性带40也可以在视觉上对使用者具有吸引力,该视觉上的效果也可以具有一个附加的用途,用来帮助识别容器10。弹性带40可以做成几种不同颜色中的一种,来将一个容器与另一个类似的容器区分开来。这种区别虽然可能增加了容器10的制造成本,但可以通过改变容器10中的相对小组成部分(例如弹性带40)的颜色来减小该增加的成本。
弹性带40也可以用皮革或者仿皮革材料制造。用皮革或者仿皮革材料制造弹性带40,可以使弹性带的颜色和质地更加受到使用者的喜爱。出于本发明的上述目的,将皮革或者仿皮革材料用作弹性材料,因为它们可以弹性变形,而且能够增加使用者手指与容器10间的摩擦力以方便抓握。
图1-3所示的弹性带40是连续的。也可以使用不连续的弹性带,但其两端连接在一起以把弹性带固定在容器10上。所述两端可以用钩环紧固件或者其他装置紧固在一起。
为了进一步便于使用者拿稳容器10,理想地是包括一种覆盖底盖24的弹性材料。底盖24的覆盖物可以作为一个单独的部分形成并连接在底盖上,也可以采用包覆成型的办法。该覆盖物可以用弹性材料、皮革或者仿皮革材料制造。该底盖24的覆盖物还具有其他的优势,例如防止容器10从桌面上滑落。
为了保护弹性带40并且协助其在生产过程中适当地放置在容器10上,弹性带40可以位于在瓶体21的外壳23上的突脊27之间。该突脊27可以形成在每个弹性带40的每一侧上。该突脊27从直接围绕外表面23a的轮廓上凸起,其凸起的高度等于或者大于弹性带40的厚度。作为瓶体21的外壳23上的一个组成部分,该突脊27加工起来很低廉。通过弯曲在制造外壳23时所使用的材料,就可以形成突脊27。外壳在突脊27处的厚度和在其他部分处的厚度大致相同,也就是说,外壳的整体厚度近似一致。
突脊27有利于将弹性带40保持在适当的位置,并且防止弹性带磨损、刮擦和撕裂。弹性带40由弹性材料制成,用来增加与使用者手指之间的摩擦力。但是,弹性材料可能没有像所需的那样耐用,因此突脊27在保护弹性带40方面可起到重要的作用。
图1-3表示了两条弹性带40。对于一个特定的容器,可以根据需要使用较多或者较少的弹性带40。例如,图3中的虚线表示了一个较大的弹性带40a。或者,弹性带40a也可以和弹性带40一起来使用。
虽然通过在一个实施例中的特定的部件布置描述了本发明,但本领域的技术人员能够在不偏离本发明的精神或范围内进行各种修改和变更。上述描述只是用作示例,并不用来以任何方式限制发明的范围。本发明的范围将由所附的权利要求来限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种保存饮料的容器,其包括:
一个限定了主腔体的瓶体,且在瓶体的顶部带有一个开口,用于通向该主腔体;该瓶体具有一个外表面,当使用者握持该容器时可以握住该瓶体的外表面;其中该瓶体进行了真空隔绝,且包括一个内壳、一个外壳以及在内壳和外壳之间的一个真空隔绝空间,且该外表面形成在该外壳上,其中该内壳和该外壳由不锈钢制成;
一个连接到瓶体的顶部上的水杯;
一个连接到瓶体的顶部上的瓶塞,用来密封出口及保存和倒出饮料;
一个位于瓶体的外表面上且绕瓶体周向延伸的弹性带,以利于使用者握住容器;以及
在弹性带的每一侧上所形成的突脊,该突脊作为瓶体的外壳的一部分整体形成;
其中外壳在突脊处的厚度和外壳在其他部分处的厚度大致相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,还包括:
一个覆盖瓶体的底部的底盖,该底盖的表面通常平整光滑。
3.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中该水杯具有用来连接到瓶体上的螺纹,且该瓶体具有相匹配的、直接形成在外壳上并作为外壳的组成部分的螺纹。
4.如权利要求3所述的容器,其中该水杯通常由透明塑料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中该容器包括至少两个弹性带,其中每个弹性带位于瓶体的外表面上且绕瓶体周向延伸,以利于使用者握住容器。
