本发明公开了一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料。由如下重量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂50‑80份、导电剂3‑10份、填料5‑15份、流平剂1‑3份、固化剂3‑5份、分散剂3‑5份、偶联剂3‑5份。本发明的粉末涂料,采用聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯和非晶态α‑烯烃共聚物作为主料制备而成,加入导电剂,材料的附着力强,耐腐蚀性能好,同时具有较高的抗静电性能,适合于木门喷涂。

技术领域
本发明属于粉末涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料是以固体树脂和填料及助剂等组成的固体粉末状合成树脂涂料。和普通溶剂型涂料及水性涂料不同,它的分散介质不是溶剂和水,而是空气。它具有无溶剂污染,能耗低的特点。粉末涂料有热塑性和热固性两大类。热塑性粉末涂料是由热塑性树脂、颜料、填料、增塑剂和稳定剂等成分组成的,热塑性粉末涂料包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚氯乙烯、氯化聚醚、聚酰胺系、纤维素系、聚酯系等。热固性粉末涂料是以热固性合成树脂为成膜物质,在烘干过程中树脂先熔融,再经化学交联后固化成平整坚硬的涂膜。
传统使用油漆喷涂木门,需要大量液态溶剂作为稀释剂,这种溶剂会在生产和使用中释放大量VOCs;VOCs是形成PM2.5和臭氧的关键前体物,是复合型大气污染的重要诱因。粉末喷涂是完全符合国家环保法要求的一种喷涂方法,具有零污染、低成本等特点,在环境保护法规的促进下,限制VOC的排放量将使粉末喷涂得到更快的推广应用,带来的经济效益前景非常可观,但是粉末喷涂的涂料常常产生大量静电,限制了其广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料。
一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,由如下重量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂50-80份、导电剂3-10份、填料5-15份、流平剂1-3份、固化剂3-5份、分散剂3-5份、偶联剂3-5份。
所述高分子树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯与非晶态α-烯烃共聚物按照质量比1:1混合的混合物。
所述导电剂为导电碳黑、导电聚苯胺、石墨烯、碳纳米管中的一种或几种的组合。
所述填料为碳化硅、滑石粉、硅酸钙、硅酸锆、硫酸钡、高岭土、硅藻土中的一种或几种的组合。
所述流平剂为全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠、α-甲基苯乙烯、偶氮二异丁腈、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯中的一种或几种的组合。
所述固化剂为二氨基苯砜、硅酸乙酯-40、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、聚乙二醇单甲醚中的一种或几种的组合。
所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、木质素磺酸钠、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或几种的组合。
所述偶联剂为钛酸酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种的组合。
所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按重量份称取高分子树脂50-80份、导电剂3-10份、填料5-15份、流平剂1-3份、固化剂3-5份、分散剂3-5份、偶联剂3-5份,并混合均匀,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的混合物进行熔融共混,制粒挤出,冷却;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料进行研磨和过筛,得到抗静电粉末涂料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的粉末涂料,采用聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯和非晶态α-烯烃共聚物作为主料制备而成,加入导电剂,材料的附着力强,耐腐蚀性能好,同时具有较高的抗静电性能,适合于木门喷涂。

实施例1
一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,由如下重量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂60份、导电碳黑5份、碳化硅10份、全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠2份、二氨基苯砜4份、聚乙烯蜡4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4份;所述高分子树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯与非晶态α-烯烃共聚物按照质量比1:1混合的混合物。
所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按重量份称取高分子树脂60份、导电碳黑5份、碳化硅10份、全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠2份、二氨基苯砜4份、聚乙烯蜡4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4份,并混合均匀,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的混合物进行熔融共混,制粒挤出,冷却;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料进行研磨和过筛,得到抗静电粉末涂料。
实施例2
一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,由如下重量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂55份、导电聚苯胺7份、滑石粉5份、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠1份、硅酸乙酯-40 3份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺3份、钛酸酯3份;所述高分子树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯与非晶态α-烯烃共聚物按照质量比1:1混合的混合物。
所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按重量份称取高分子树脂55份、导电聚苯胺7份、滑石粉5份、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠1份、硅酸乙酯-40 3份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺3份、钛酸酯3份,并混合均匀,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的混合物进行熔融共混,制粒挤出,冷却;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料进行研磨和过筛,得到抗静电粉末涂料。
实施例3
一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,由如下重量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂80份、石墨烯10份、硅酸钙15份、α-甲基苯乙烯3份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯5份、木质素磺酸钠5份、γ-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷5份;所述高分子树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯与非晶态α-烯烃共聚物按照质量比1:1混合的混合物。
所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按重量份称取高分子树脂80份、石墨烯10份、硅酸钙15份、α-甲基苯乙烯3份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯5份、木质素磺酸钠5份、γ-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷5份,并混合均匀,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的混合物进行熔融共混,制粒挤出,冷却;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料进行研磨和过筛,得到抗静电粉末涂料。
实施例4
一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,由如下重量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂70份、碳纳米管8份、硅酸锆6份、偶氮二异丁腈1份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体3份、木质素磺酸钠3份、N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷5份;所述高分子树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯与非晶态α-烯烃共聚物按照质量比1:1混合的混合物。
所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按重量份称取高分子树脂70份、碳纳米管8份、硅酸锆6份、偶氮二异丁腈1份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体3份、木质素磺酸钠3份、N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷5份,并混合均匀,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的混合物进行熔融共混,制粒挤出,冷却;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料进行研磨和过筛,得到抗静电粉末涂料。
对比例1
一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,由如下重量份数的组分构成:聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯60份、导电碳黑5份、碳化硅10份、全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠2份、二氨基苯砜4份、聚乙烯蜡4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4份。
所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按重量份称取聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯60份、导电碳黑5份、碳化硅10份、全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠2份、二氨基苯砜4份、聚乙烯蜡4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4份,并混合均匀,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的混合物进行熔融共混,制粒挤出,冷却;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料进行研磨和过筛,得到抗静电粉末涂料。
对比例2
一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,由如下重量份数的组分构成:非晶态α-烯烃共聚物60份、导电碳黑5份、碳化硅10份、全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠2份、二氨基苯砜4份、聚乙烯蜡4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4份。
所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按重量份称取非晶态α-烯烃共聚物60份、导电碳黑5份、碳化硅10份、全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠2份、二氨基苯砜4份、聚乙烯蜡4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4份,并混合均匀,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的混合物进行熔融共混,制粒挤出,冷却;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料进行研磨和过筛,得到抗静电粉末涂料。
实验例:
根据GB/T9286-1998测定实施例1-4及对比例1-2制备的抗静电粉末涂料的附着力,测定结果为实施例1-4的产品附着力均为0级,对比例1-2的产品附着力均为1级。
根据GB/T1771-2007测定实施例1-4及对比例1-2制备的抗静电粉末涂料的耐盐雾等级,其中,盐雾试验试验时间为960小时,以腐蚀面积与总面积之比的百分数X作为评级标准,X为0-5%为1级,X为6-10%为2级,X为11-20%为3级,X为20-40%为4级。测定结果为实施例1-4的产品耐盐雾均为1级,对比例1-2的产品耐盐雾均为2级。
表面电阻率测试方法:将按上述实施例所制得涂料用静电喷涂的方法分别喷涂在木板上,固化后得到干膜厚为120um,使用FT-303表面电阻率测试仪测定其表面电阻率,测定结果见表1。

1.一种用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂50-80份、导电剂3-10份、填料5-15份、流平剂1-3份、固化剂3-5份、分散剂3-5份、偶联剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述高分子树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯与非晶态α-烯烃共聚物按照质量比1:1混合的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述导电剂为导电碳黑、导电聚苯胺、石墨烯、碳纳米管中的一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为碳化硅、滑石粉、硅酸钙、硅酸锆、硫酸钡、高岭土、硅藻土中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠、α-甲基苯乙烯、偶氮二异丁腈、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯中的一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂为二氨基苯砜、硅酸乙酯-40、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、聚乙二醇单甲醚中的一种或几种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、木质素磺酸钠、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或几种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种的组合。
9.权利要求1所述用于木门喷涂的抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按重量份称取高分子树脂50-80份、导电剂3-10份、填料5-15份、流平剂1-3份、固化剂3-5份、分散剂3-5份、偶联剂3-5份,并混合均匀,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的混合物进行熔融共混,制粒挤出,冷却;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的物料进行研磨和过筛,得到抗静电粉末涂料。
