农药水分散粒剂是二十世纪八十年代发展起来的一种农药环保型新剂型,能够在水中迅速崩解分散成高悬浮的固液分散体系的颗粒状剂型,因其使用便捷、无需溶剂、无粉尘污染、有效成分的含量高等优点得到迅速的发展。
农药水分散粒剂主要由原药、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、粘结剂和填料组成,农药水分散粒剂的分散性、悬浮率等除了与原药的化学结构有关外,还与其他组分有很大的关系。而随着农药水分散粒剂的发展,农药制剂领域对农药水分散粒剂的分散性、悬浮率提出了更高的要求。

本发明提出一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂及其制备方法,解决了相关技术中的农药水分散粒剂的分散性能、悬浮率低的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,包括以下重量份组分:30-80份农药活性成分、3-6份草木灰、1-2份腐植酸、3-10份分散剂,3-12份润湿剂、2-8份崩解剂、1-5份粘结剂、2-8份填料;所述腐植酸由腐植酸A和腐植酸B组成;所述腐殖酸A的粒径为10-15μm;所述腐殖酸B的粒径为2-5μm。

S2、将润湿剂、粘结剂和水混合后,再与混合物料混合,得到悬浮液;
S3、将悬浮液进行喷雾干燥,得到混合物;
S4、将混合物与填料混合后,通过挤压造粒、烘干后,得到农药水分散粒剂。
本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:
1、本发明中以农药活性成分为主,通过优化添加草木灰、腐植酸、分散剂和润湿剂等辅料,提高了农药水分散粒剂的分散性和悬浮率。并且通过高粒径和低粒径的腐植酸进行复配,提高了腐植酸表面的活性,复配后腐植酸可以更好的对草木灰中的金属离子进行螯合,形成了具有一定稳定程度的腐植酸-金属离子螯合物,不仅农药水分散粒剂的分散性,还提高了悬浮率。
2、本发明通过限定草木灰和腐植酸的质量比为3:1能进一步的提高农药水分散粒剂的分散性和悬浮率。

S2、将3份十二烷基硫酸钠、1份聚乙烯醇和水混合后与混合物料混合,得到悬浮液;
S3、将悬浮液进行喷雾干燥,得到颗粒;其中喷雾干燥进口温度为120℃,出口温度为105℃;
S4、将颗粒与填料混合后,通过挤压造粒、烘干后,得到农药水分散粒剂。

S1、将0.5份12μm的腐植酸A,1份4μm的腐植酸B混合后,得到腐植酸C,将50份噁酮·锰锌、4.5份草木灰、5份分散剂、6份羧甲基淀粉钠混合均匀后进行超微气流粉碎至15-13μm,再与腐植酸C混合,得到混合物料;
S2、将8份十二烷基硫酸钠、3份聚乙二醇和水混合后与混合物料混合,得到悬浮液;
S3、将悬浮液进行喷雾干燥,得到颗粒;其中喷雾干燥进口温度为120℃,出口温度为105℃;
S4、将颗粒与填料混合后,通过挤压造粒、烘干后,得到农药水分散粒剂。

试验例
分别测定实施例1-9及对比例1-5制备得到的农药水分散粒剂的分散性和悬浮率,测定方法如下:
分散性:依据GB/T32775-2016《农药分散性测定》中的测定方法测定农药水分散粒剂的分散性;
悬浮率:依据GB/T14825-2006《农药悬浮率测定方法》中的测定方法测定农药水分散粒剂的悬浮率;
测定结果如表1所示。

与实施例3相比,实施例4-5改变了腐植酸A和腐植酸B的比例,结果实施例4-5的分散性和悬浮率均低于实施例3。说明腐植酸A和腐植酸B的质量比为1:2时,制备得到的农药水分散粒剂的分散性好、悬浮率高。
与实施例3相比,实施例6-7分别改变腐植酸A的粒径,实施例8-9分别改变腐植酸B的粒径,结果实施例6-9制备得到的农药水分散粒剂的分散性和悬浮率均低于实施例3,说明当腐植酸A粒径为12μm,腐植酸B粒径为4μm时复配能进一步提高农药水分散粒剂的分散性和悬浮率。
与实施例3相比,对比例1-2改变腐植酸和草木灰的比例,对比例3不加草木灰,对比例4不加腐植酸,对比例5不加草木灰和腐植酸,结果对比例1-5制备得到农药水分散粒剂的分散性和悬浮率均低于实施例3。说明当草木灰和腐植酸的质量比为3:1时制备得到的农药水分散粒剂的分散性最好,悬浮率最高。

Claims (10)
1.一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:30-80份农药活性成分、3-6份草木灰、1-2份腐植酸、3-10份分散剂,3-12份润湿剂、2-8份崩解剂、1-5份粘结剂、2-8份填料;所述腐植酸由腐植酸A和腐植酸B组成;所述腐殖酸A的粒径为10-15μm;所述腐殖酸B的粒径为2-5μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述腐殖酸A和腐殖酸B质量比为2:3-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述草木灰和腐植酸的质量比为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂由阴离子磺酸盐类表面活性剂和阴离子羧酸盐类表面活性剂组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述农药活性成分为噁酮·锰锌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂包括十二烷基硫酸钠、丁基萘磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述崩解剂包括羧甲基淀粉钠、无水硫酸钠、聚丙烯酸乙酯中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述粘结剂包括聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述填料包括硅藻土、高岭土、陶土中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散性好的农药水分散粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将农药有效成分、草木灰、腐殖酸、分散剂、崩解剂混合均匀后,得到混合物料;
S2、将润湿剂、粘结剂和水混合后,再与混合物料混合,得到悬浮液;
S3、将悬浮液进行喷雾干燥,得到混合物;
S4、将混合物与填料混合后,通过挤压造粒、烘干后,得到农药水分散粒剂。
