技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制动系统制动液体技术,特别提供一种硼酸酯型制动液及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车制动液是液压传动中传递压力的工作介质,其性能的好坏直接影响车辆的行驶安全,因此国家对汽车制动液质量有着严格的要求。目前,世界上主流的产品是以醇醚硼酸酯为主要原料的DOT4类型制动液。该制动液具有一定的抗水性,对钢、黄铜、紫铜、铸铁、铝等金属无腐蚀性,橡胶适应性好,受温度变化影响小。然而,DOT4类型制动液的高低温性能(平衡回流沸点230℃,低温运动粘度1500mm2·s-1)已经无法适用于高端汽车的制动系统。随着市场对高端汽车制动液的迫切需求,开发出沸点更高,低温运动粘度更低的制动液刻不容缓。迄今为止,已经开发出DOT5(平衡回流沸点260℃,低温运动粘度900mm2·s-1)、DOT6(平衡回流沸点250℃,低温运动粘度750mm2·s-1)两种高性能的制动液。其中,DOT5类型制动液是以硅油为主要原料,它不仅具有良好的高低温性能,还增强了抗水性。但是硅油的成本高,润滑性差,长期使用会对刹车系统的磨损相当严重,因此并没有广泛使用。而硼酸酯具有良好的润滑性、成本低,因此DOT6类型制动液依然以醇醚硼酸酯为主要原料,相对于DOT5类型制动液,它不仅成本低、润滑性好,而且低温性能更加优异。然而,DOT6类型制动液研究甚少,目前仅有以三乙二醇单甲醚链状硼酸酯为基础液所的一例报道(陶佃彬,广东化工,2021,10,99)。加快对DOT6类型制动液的研究,将是满足市场对高端制动液需求的必要解决方式。
中国专利CN 101619258A一种高性能硼酸酯型汽车制动液,以聚丙醇丙醚链状硼酸酯和聚丙醇甲醚链状硼酸酯为基础液,聚丙醇丙醚和聚丙醇甲醚为稀释剂制备汽车制动液,然而,该制动液只能满足一般的DOT4标准要求。中国专利CN 102796600A一种高性能硼酸酯型汽车制动液,以聚丙醇丙醚环状硼酸酯为基础液,以聚丙醇丙醚为稀释剂制备汽车制动液,其平衡回流沸点达到了273℃,低温运动粘度达到了880mm2·s-1。然而,距离DOT6标准的制动液还有一定的差距。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种硼酸酯型制动液及其制备方法,该新型的DOT6硼酸酯型制动液,其不仅具有高的平衡回流沸点,还具有良好的低温运动粘度。方法具有原料易得、成本低、污染小、操作简单、产率较高、便于分离等优点。
技术方案:本发明提供一种硼酸酯型制动液,所述硼酸酯型制动液包括含硼酸酯、稀释剂和制动液添加剂,所述硼酸酯的结构式如下所示:
其中,R1为的C1-C5烷基;R2为氢或C1-C5烷基;n=2~8。
进一步的,所述R1为乙基或丙基;R2为氢、甲基或乙基;n=2~8;更优选的,n=3。
进一步的,所述硼酸酯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将醇在碱催化的条件下与环氧烷烃发生聚合反应,制备聚醇醚;
(2)将聚醇醚与硼酸或六元环状硼酸发生酯化反应,制备链状或环状硼酸酯;
其中,R1、R2和n同上所述。
优选的,步骤(1)中,所述的碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、甲醇钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾或三乙胺中的一种或几种。
优选的,步骤(1)中,所述聚合反应时间为2~10h,聚合温度为120~240℃,醇与环氧烷烃的摩尔比为1:2~10,碱用量为醇摩尔当量的2.5%~20%,聚合压力为0.2~6MPa。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述聚醇醚与硼酸发生酯化反应,制备链状硼酸酯的反应中,酯化反应时间为3~15h,酯化反应温度为100~200℃,硼酸与聚醇醚的摩尔比为1:3~6。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述聚醇醚与六元环状硼酸发生酯化反应,制备环状硼酸酯的反应中,酯化反应时间为3~15h,酯化反应温度为100~200℃,硼酸与聚醇醚的摩尔比为1:1~5。
进一步的,所述稀释剂为三乙二醇单甲醚、三乙二醇单乙醚、三乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述制动液添加剂为pH调节剂、橡胶溶胀剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、水解稳定剂中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供了所述硼酸酯型制动液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将硼酸酯、稀释剂和制动液添加剂混合,30-50℃搅拌0.5-2h,即得。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优势:
(1)本发明通过聚合、酯化的步骤制备硼酸酯的步骤,具有反应后处理简单、反应条件温和、便于分离等优点;
(2)本发明提供了一种硼酸酯型制动液,由于采用特定聚合度的硼酸酯和稀释剂,其具有高的干湿平衡回流沸点和良好的高低温运动粘度,性能远超DOT6标准。

具体实施方式
下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
实施例1
(一)聚醇醚的制备
将12.02g(0.2mol)正丙醇,23.23g(0.4mol)环氧丙烷加入到250mL的高压釜中,再加入0.2g(0.005mol)NaOH固体。通入氩气至高压釜压力为0.6MPa,120℃下搅拌3h。随后冷却至室温,向体系内加入二氯甲烷稀释,经硅藻土助滤得到16.78g无色油状聚丙醇丙醚三聚物,收率为35.8%。
(二)硼酸酯的制备
将35.14g(0.15mol)聚丙醇丙醚三聚物,1.5g(0.025mol)硼酸依次加入到50mL三口烧瓶中,100℃下搅拌3h。反应结束后,向体系内滴加5mL甲苯真空分水,得21.67g淡黄色油状聚丙醇丙醚链状硼酸酯,收率为91.9%。
将46.86g(0.2mol)聚丙醇丙醚三聚物,6.77g(0.067mol)六元环状硼酸依次加入到50mL三口烧瓶中,100℃下搅拌4h。反应结束后,向体系内滴加10mL甲苯真空分水,得27.49g淡黄色油状聚丙醇丙醚环状硼酸酯,收率为94.8%。
(三)制动液的复配
将15g的聚丙醇丙醚链状硼酸酯(实施例1所得),5g三乙二醇单丁醚,1.0g pH调节剂,1.0g制动液添加剂(包括橡胶溶胀抑制剂、防锈剂和抗氧化剂)依次加入到100mL单口烧瓶中,40℃搅拌1h得硼酸酯型制动液1。

2.根据权利要求1所述的硼酸酯型制动液,其特征在于,所述R1为乙基或丙基;R2为氢、甲基或乙基;n=2~8。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硼酸酯型制动液,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、甲醇钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾或三乙胺中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的硼酸酯型制动液,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述聚合反应时间为2~10h,聚合温度为120~240℃,醇与环氧烷烃的摩尔比为1:2~10,碱用量为醇摩尔当量的2.5%~20%,聚合压力为0.2~6MPa。
6.根据权利要求3所述的硼酸酯型制动液,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述聚醇醚与硼酸发生酯化反应,制备链状硼酸酯的反应中,酯化反应时间为3~15h,酯化反应温度为100~200℃,硼酸与聚醇醚的摩尔比为1:3~6。
7.根据权利要求3所述的硼酸酯型制动液,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述聚醇醚与六元环状硼酸发生酯化反应,制备环状硼酸酯的反应中,酯化反应时间为3~15h,酯化反应温度为100~200℃,硼酸与聚醇醚的摩尔比为1:1~5。
8.根据权利要求1所述的硼酸酯型制动液,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为三乙二醇单甲醚、三乙二醇单乙醚、三乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种;
9.根据权利要求1所述的硼酸酯型制动液,其特征在于,所述制动液添加剂为pH调节剂、橡胶溶胀剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、水解稳定剂中的一种或几种。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的硼酸酯型制动液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将硼酸酯、稀释剂和制动液添加剂混合,30-50℃搅拌0.5-2h,即得。
