本申请公开了一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料及其生产工艺由多个单元平纹织造而成,单元包括芯线及包裹层,包裹层包裹在芯线上,芯线为锦纶,包裹层包括骆驼绒、绵羊毛及聚酯纤维。本发明大大改善了面料服用性能的单一性,悬垂性、吸湿排汗性、透气性优良,可机洗;采用了混纺纱线,特别增加了抗菌聚酯纤维,利用抗菌聚酯纤维增加骆驼绒纱线的抗菌效果和结构强度,使得纱线更加牢固,纺纱过程中采用了多次针梳、头道粗纱工艺和末道粗纱工艺,细纱采用赛络紧密纺包芯纱工艺纺制高支单经单纬纱,减少毛羽,使条干更光洁,确保了条干的均匀性,有利于充分发挥驼绒和抗菌纤维的特性,制得的面料既耐用,又有抗菌效果,健康,可做衬衫面料,抗皱及可机洗。

本发明的目的在于提供一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料及其生产工艺,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本申请实施例公开了一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料,其特征在于:由多个单元(高支单经单纬纱线)平纹织造而成,所述单元包括芯线及包裹层,所述包裹层包裹在芯线上,所述芯线为锦纶,所述包裹层包括骆驼绒、绵羊毛及聚酯纤维。
优选的,在上述的一种驼绒绒包芯纱混纺面料中,所述聚酯纤维、骆驼绒、绵羊毛及锦纶之间的比例为27:27:24:22。
一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料的生产工艺,用于权利要求1-2任意一项的所述一种混纺面料,其特征在于:将骆驼绒、绵羊毛及聚酯纤维经过清洗、分梳、预处理、脱色、染色、和毛、精梳混合后得到毛条,再经针梳,头道粗纱、末道粗纱、细纱(包芯纱)、络筒及蒸纱工艺将毛条包裹在锦纶上形成单元,再将得到的单元经织造和整理成面料。
优选的,在上述的一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料的生产工艺中,所述织造过程中的整经环节加入上冷浆工艺。
优选的,在上述的一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料的生产工艺中,所述织造过程中的穿棕工艺采用飞穿法。
优选的,在上述的一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料的生产工艺中,所述包芯纱工艺采用赛络紧密纺包芯纱纺纱方式。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明选用骆驼绒,这一具有天然远红外功能的黄金纤维,也是蛋白质纤维,骆驼绒质地松软而富弹性,保暖性好,有延伸性,同时也加了绵羊毛纤维,它同样具有较好的弹性及保暖性,也是蛋白质纤维,但由于蛋白质纤维容易引起虫蛀等问题,因此我们加入了抗菌聚酯纤维,它能使我们的织物具有抑菌的效果,能更好地延长我们衣物的使用寿命,再加上纺纱采用包芯纱技术,能更好地满足面料的服用性能,使我们生产的精纺面料和市场面料具有一定的差异化,提高市场竞争力,大大改善了面料服用性能的单一性,悬垂性、吸湿排汗性、透气性优良,可机洗;采用了混纺纱线,特别增加了抗菌聚酯纤维,利用抗菌聚酯纤维增加骆驼绒纱线的抗菌效果和结构强度,使得纱线更加牢固,纺纱过程中采用了多次针梳、头道粗纱和末道粗纱工艺,细纱采用赛络紧密纺包芯纱工艺纺制高支单经单纬纱,减少毛羽,使条干更光洁,确保了条干的均匀性,有利于充分发挥驼绒和抗菌纤维的特性,制得的面料既耐用,又有抗菌效果,健康。面料采用了单经单纬平纹织造,相较传统面料采用双经单纬织造,织造难度更大,对纱线要求更高,面料呈现出细腻、轻薄、透气的质地。

1.一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料,其特征在于:由多个单元平纹织造而成,所述单元包括芯线及包裹层,所述包裹层包裹在芯线上,所述芯线为锦纶,所述包裹层包括骆驼绒、绵羊毛及聚酯纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维、骆驼绒、绵羊毛及锦纶之间的比例为27:27:24:22。
3.一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料的生产工艺,用于权利要求1-2任意一项的所述一种混纺面料,其特征在于:将骆驼绒、绵羊毛及聚酯纤维经过清洗、分梳、预处理、脱色、染色、和毛、精梳混合后得到毛条,再经针梳,头道粗纱、末道粗纱、细纱(包芯纱)、络筒及蒸纱工艺将毛条包裹在锦纶上形成单元,再将得到的单元经织造和整理成面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述织造过程中的整经环节加入上冷浆工艺。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种骆驼绒包芯纱混纺面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述织造过程中的穿棕工艺采用飞穿法。
