Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材、制动器及制备方法,属于新型木材技术开发技术领域。本发明提供的制备方法包括将木材用亚氯酸钠溶液脱除木质素处理、通过碱处理脱除半纤维素、利用负压法使木片复合偶氮苯类化合物,再经密实化处理成膜制备而成。本发明提供的制备方法成功制得了柔性智能木材,并且由柔性智能木材制得的制动器以外界环境给予的刺激(如光照)作为动力来源,具备无二次能源的消耗的优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及新型木材技术开发技术领域,特别涉及一种具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材、制动器及制备方法。
背景技术
木材作为一种天然可再生材料,相比于传统金属材料具有天然多孔结构、高强重比和环境友好等特点,木材的高效、高值化利用一直是材料科学领域研究的热点之一。木材的创新研究由传统基础研究逐渐向先进多功能的应用研究转型,是近年来研究所呈现出来的趋势,其先进功能开发利用一直是国际上所关注的前沿创新研究,例如透明木材、超强木材、制冷木材、发光木材和自愈合木材等。木材细胞壁主要由纤维素、木质素和半纤维素组成,纤维素相比于木质素和半纤维素具有更加规则的形状,在木材中作为骨架起支撑作用。木材的天然蜂窝孔隙的存在不仅有利于化学物质浸入与细胞壁组分发生化学反应,还有利于其他改性剂的填充。基于以上木材的结构和组成特点,充分利用木材天然的多孔结构,以及发挥其细胞壁多层级组装和纤维定向排列的结构优势。例如:利用木材的多孔结构,通过填充树脂或致密化压缩,进而构筑的透明木材和超强木材等。另外,还可通过化学改性,使木材具有其他功能,如磁性、发光、辐射制冷、储能、吸波等性能。综上所述,木材的研究和应用逐渐向高附加值、智能化的方向发展,以期满足人们对木材功能性材料的多元化需求。
为了进一步提高木材的附加值并拓宽其应用领域,木材的研究逐渐朝着智能领域发展。天然木材自身具有环境调节的功能,例如实木装饰的房屋具有冬暖夏凉的优势,在环境过于干燥或者湿润时候,木材可以利用自身组成成分的优势对环境湿度进行调节等。除此之外,木材在受到冲击之后,在弹性形变恢复范围内还可以恢复原始形态。受到天然木材的自适性调节特性的启发,人们可以通过对木材的化学改性,使木材具有环境感知、刺激响应等智能响应行为。诸如自愈合木材、木材海绵、光致变色木或木材纳米发电机等,均是以木材为原料开发的智能型功能木质材料。但是目前所开发的智能木质材料主要集中在材料本身的电子、光子或者纤维素的氢键智能响应等,这些木材基智能材料在柔韧性方面的变化幅度都非常有限,进而在一些软体、柔性应用场合受限较大,例如电子皮肤、柔性制动器和人体组织敷料领域等。因此,迫切开发具有先进智能响应功能的且环境友好的智能柔性材料。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的在于提供一种具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材、制动器及制备方法,本发明提供的柔性智能木材在受到光刺激时,可以对外界刺激通过形状的变化做出响应,可以应用于智能柔性元器件领域。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液,将亚氯酸钠溶解于缓冲溶液中,得到溶液A;
(2)将木材裁剪成木片,浸泡在溶液A中进行脱木质素处理;
(3)将步骤(2)所得木片进行碱处理,去除木片中的半纤维素;
(4)将偶氮苯类化合物通过负压法浸渍入碱处理后的木片;
(5)将步骤(4)所得木片密实化处理成木膜即得具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材。
优选的,步骤(1)所述缓冲溶液的pH为4.6,所述溶液A中亚氯酸钠的含量为1~1.5wt%。
优选的,所述步骤(2)所述木材包括巴沙木、杨木、松木、桦木、榉木、栎木、椴木、榆木、铁力木、水曲柳、桐木、香樟木、橡胶木、柞木、柏木和杉木。
优选的,步骤(2)所述脱木质素处理为:将剪裁好的木片浸泡在溶液A中500r/min搅拌并加热至80℃蒸煮6h。
优选的,步骤(3)所述碱处理为将脱除木质素的木片放置在4%浓度的NaOH溶液中,浸泡3-6h。

优选的,步骤(4)所述负压法为将木片浸入在装有偶氮苯类化合物溶液的容器中,在-0.1~-0.08MPa负压处理1h。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述制备方法制备得到的具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材。
本发明还提供了一种智能响应柔性木材致动器,由所述柔性智能木材进行编辑得到。
有益技术效果:本发明提供了一种具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材、制动器及制备方法。本发明提供的制备方法包括将木材用亚氯酸钠溶液脱除木质素处理、通过碱处理脱除半纤维素、利用负压法使木片复合偶氮苯类化合物,再经密实化处理成膜制备而成。本发明是以木材为主要原材料,为天然绿色可再生材料;该智能响应柔性木材致动器在受到光刺激时,可以对外界刺激通过形状的变化做出响应;智能响应柔性木材致动器,不仅能够使木材应用于智能柔性元器件领域,而且智能响应柔性木材致动器也可以应用于无电池、电缆、电子原件等的无线驱动机器人领域;柔性、智能响应这些特点满足了微型机器人的轻量化、小型化和可控性等,在智能型功能材料应用场景的需求。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取醋酸钠和醋酸,均匀的搅拌在去离子水中,配制pH=4.6的缓冲溶液,称取亚氯酸钠溶解于缓冲液中得到溶液A,所述溶液A中亚氯酸钠的含量为1~1.5wt%。
(2)将木材裁剪成20×50×0.8mm3尺寸的木片,浸泡在溶液A中,在500r/min、80℃的条件下搅拌6h,目的是脱除木质素。
(3)将步骤(2)所得木片放置在去离子水中清洗干净,配制质量分数4%NaOH溶液,将清洗干净的木片放置在配置好的4%NaOH溶液中,将容器放置在真空干燥箱中负压30min。在NaOH溶液中处理3-6h,直至木片软化。
(4)将软化的木片使用去离子水清洗,再将清洗之后的木片放置在丙酮溶液中清洗,以上清洗过程均在真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa压力环境完成,每次时间为20min,使用偶氮苯类化合物溶解于N’N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,AR,99.5%)中,之后将用丙酮清洗完成的木片放置在偶氮苯类化合物的DMF溶液中,将其一起放入真空干燥箱中-0.1~-0.08MPa负压处理1h,目的是将偶氮苯类化合物浸渍入木片的孔隙中去。
(5)将浸渍了偶氮苯类化合物的木片取出,使用去离子水冲洗掉木片表面的偶氮苯和残余的DMF液体,将木片放置在铺有PES膜的钢板中间,在钢板上施加6-10kg的重物压缩木片,使木片压缩成膜。压缩后的木片,厚度约为45-70μm,呈半透明状态。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述制备方法制备得到的具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材
本发明还提供了一种智能响应柔性木材致动器,由所述柔性智能木材进行编辑得到,具体的,以蝴蝶、蜻蜓等昆虫的形状为模板将木片裁剪,得到具有特殊形状的木片;或将木片的一端固定,作为起重装置。经过设计的木片,在紫外灯的照射下,最终获得智能响应柔性木材致动器。
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
(1)称取4g醋酸钠和18g醋酸,均匀的搅拌在3L去离子水中,配制Ph=4.6的缓冲溶液,称取6g亚氯酸钠溶解于594g的缓冲液中为溶液A;
(2)将巴沙木裁剪成20×50×0.8mm3尺寸的木片,浸泡在溶液A中,在500r/min、80℃的条件下搅拌6h;
(3)将木片取出,放置在去离子水中清洗干净,配制质量分数4%NaOH溶液,将清洗干净的木片放置在配置好的4%NaOH溶液中,将容器放置在真空干燥箱中负压30min,在NaOH溶液中处理6h,直至木片软化;
(4)将软化的木片再次使用去离子水清洗两遍,再将清洗之后的木片放置在20ml丙酮溶液中清洗两遍,以上清洗过程均在真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa压力环境完成,每次时间为20min;使用偶氮苯溶解于N’N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,AR,99.5%)中,之后将用丙酮清洗完成的木片放置在偶氮苯的DMF溶液中,将其一起放入真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa负压处理1h;
(5)将浸渍了偶氮苯的木片取出,使用去离子水冲洗掉木片表面的偶氮苯和残余的DMF液体,将木片放置在铺有PES膜的钢板中间,在钢板上施加10kg的重物压缩木片,使木片压缩成膜。压缩后的木片,厚度约为45μm,呈半透明状态。
对原始木材和制备得到的柔性智能木材进行成分分析,由图1可知,相比于原始木材,可以发现经过酸缓冲液和碱的处理,木材中的木质素和半纤维素含量大幅度减少,木质素和半纤维素的含量从占总量的50%,到不足20%。这也是智能响应柔性木材具有柔性的原因,其中坚硬的部分已经被大部分除去。
对原始木材、脱出木质素木材和碱处理之后木材进行微观形貌表征,如图2所示,其中a、d为原始木材的微观形貌图,b、e为脱出木质素的木材的微观形貌图,e、f为碱处理之后木材的微观形貌图。从图2中可以看出,木材细胞壁在逐渐变薄,这是因为细胞壁中木质素和半纤维素被除去的结果,而经过继续放大之后的图d、e、f则表示出,胞间角从致密到疏松多孔的变化,这与图1成分分析所表达的结论相同。
对负载偶氮苯类化合物的木材薄膜进行表面微观形貌表征,如图3所示,其中,原始木材薄膜的表面微观形貌见(a-c),负载偶氮苯类化合物的木材薄膜表面形貌见(d-f),原始木材薄膜的横截面见(g),负载偶氮苯类化合物的木材薄膜横截面见(h-i)。由图3可以发现原始木材薄膜的表面十分光滑,而d、e、f的表面具有颗粒状的偶氮苯类化合物,g图是原木木材薄膜的横截面,可以看到和h、i相比在层状的纤维素之间缺少了偶氮苯类化合物,由此可以看出,偶氮苯类化合物已经在负载在木膜表面。
对木材薄膜与负载偶氮苯木材薄膜的透明度和雾度进行测试,如图4所示,其中,a为透明度图,b为雾度图。图4a说明偶氮苯类化合物的加入将原始木材薄膜的透明度降低了约30%,而透明度的降低会影响光响应速度。图b表明原始木材薄膜相比于加入偶氮苯类化合物的木材薄膜,雾度的变化不大,偶氮苯类化合物对木材薄膜在雾度方面的影响可以忽略不计。
实施例2
(1)称取4g醋酸钠和18g醋酸,均匀的搅拌在3L去离子水中,配制Ph=4.6的缓冲溶液,称取6g亚氯酸钠溶解于594g的缓冲液中为溶液A;
(2)将杨木裁剪成20×50×0.8mm3尺寸的木片,浸泡在溶液A中,在500r/min、80℃的条件下搅拌6h;
(3)将木片取出,放置在去离子水中清洗干净,配制质量分数4%NaOH溶液,将清洗干净的木片放置在配置好的4%NaOH溶液中,将容器放置在真空干燥箱中负压30min,在NaOH溶液中处理5h,直至木片软化;
(4)将软化的木片再次使用去离子水清洗两遍,再将清洗之后的木片放置在20ml丙酮溶液中清洗两遍,以上清洗过程均在真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa压力环境完成,每次时间为20min;使用氧化偶氮苯溶解于N’N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,AR,99.5%)中,之后将用丙酮清洗完成的木片放置在氧化偶氮苯的DMF溶液中,将其一起放入真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa负压处理1h;
(5)将浸渍了氧化偶氮苯的木片取出,使用去离子水冲洗掉木片表面的偶氮苯和残余的DMF液体,将木片放置在铺有PES膜的钢板中间,在钢板上施加10kg的重物压缩木片,使木片压缩成膜。压缩后的木片,厚度约为50μm,呈半透明状态。
实施例3
(1)称取4g醋酸钠和18g醋酸,均匀的搅拌在3L去离子水中,配制Ph=4.6的缓冲溶液,称取6g亚氯酸钠溶解于594g的缓冲液中为溶液A;
(2)将松木裁剪成20×50×0.8mm3尺寸的木片,浸泡在溶液A中,在500r/min、80℃的条件下搅拌6h;
(3)将木片取出,放置在去离子水中清洗干净,配制质量分数4%NaOH溶液,将清洗干净的木片放置在配置好的4%NaOH溶液中,将容器放置在真空干燥箱中负压30min,在NaOH溶液中处理5h,直至木片软化;
(4)将软化的木片再次使用去离子水清洗两遍,再将清洗之后的木片放置在20ml丙酮溶液中清洗两遍,以上清洗过程均在真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa压力环境完成,每次时间为20min;使用对氨基偶氮苯溶解于N’N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,AR,99.5%)中,之后将用丙酮清洗完成的木片放置在对氨基偶氮苯的DMF溶液中,将其一起放入真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa负压处理1h;
(5)将浸渍了对氨基偶氮苯的木片取出,使用去离子水冲洗掉木片表面的偶氮苯和残余的DMF液体,将木片放置在铺有PES膜的钢板中间,在钢板上施加10kg的重物压缩木片,使木片压缩成膜。压缩后的木片,厚度约为48μm,呈半透明状态。
实施例4
(1)称取4g醋酸钠和18g醋酸,均匀的搅拌在3L去离子水中,配制Ph=4.6的缓冲溶液,称取6g亚氯酸钠溶解于594g的缓冲液中为溶液A;
(2)将桦木裁剪成20×50×0.8mm3尺寸的木片,浸泡在溶液A中,在500r/min、80℃的条件下搅拌6h;
(3)将木片取出,放置在去离子水中清洗干净,配制质量分数4%NaOH溶液,将清洗干净的木片放置在配置好的4%NaOH溶液中,将容器放置在真空干燥箱中负压30min,在NaOH溶液中处理4h,直至木片软化;
(4)将软化的木片再次使用去离子水清洗两遍,再将清洗之后的木片放置在20ml丙酮溶液中清洗两遍,以上清洗过程均在真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa压力环境完成,每次时间为20min;使用对氨基偶氮苯溶解于N’N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,AR,99.5%)中,之后将用丙酮清洗完成的木片放置在对氨基偶氮苯的DMF溶液中,将其一起放入真空干燥箱中-0.1MPa负压处理1h;
(5)将浸渍了对氨基偶氮苯的木片取出,使用去离子水冲洗掉木片表面的偶氮苯和残余的DMF液体,将木片放置在铺有PES膜的钢板中间,在钢板上施加10kg的重物压缩木片,使木片压缩成膜。压缩后的木片,厚度约为55μm,呈半透明状态。
实施例5
同实施例4,区别在于,将对氨基偶氮苯替换为4-甲氧基偶氮苯。压缩后的木片,厚度约为52μm,呈半透明状态。
实施例6
同实施例4,区别在于,将对氨基偶氮苯替换为3,3-二羧酸偶氮苯。压缩后的木片,厚度约为47μm,呈半透明状态。
试验例
将实施例1所得柔性智能木材在光响应情况下托举牙签进行效果测试,由图5可知,将重物(牙签)放置在柔性智能木材的一端,距离边界的距离为d1。经过紫外光的照射,柔性木材发生响应,放置重物的一端翘起并推动重物向右运动,测得此时距边界的距离为d2,由图可知d2>d1,不仅如此,柔性智能木材的一端在光照前后与平面的所呈现的角度也不同,由图可知β>α。
实施例7
以蝴蝶的形状为模板将实施例1所得柔性智能木材裁剪,得到具有特殊形状的木材制动器,并对其进行效果测试光响应效果见图6,在紫外光的照射下,发生了翅膀的扇动,从图中可以看出翅膀位置的变化。
实施例8
将实施例1所得柔性智能木材的一端固定,作为起重装置,得到木材制动器,并对其进行效果测试。由图7可知,经过紫外光的照射,柔性智能木材发生响应,托起放置的牙签,在没有电线和其他连接下,作为起重装置。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液,将亚氯酸钠溶解于缓冲溶液中,得到溶液A;
(2)将木材裁剪成木片,浸泡在溶液A中进行脱木质素处理;
(3)将步骤(2)所得木片进行碱处理,去除木片中的半纤维素;
(4)将偶氮苯类化合物通过负压法浸渍入碱处理后的木片;
(5)将步骤(4)所得木片密实化处理成木膜即得具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材;
步骤(3)所述碱处理为将脱除木质素的木片放置在质量分数为4%的NaOH溶液中,浸泡3-6h;
步骤(4)所述负压法为将木片浸入在装有偶氮苯类化合物溶液的容器中,在-0.1~-0.08MPa负压处理1h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述缓冲溶液的pH为4.6,所述溶液A中亚氯酸钠的含量为1~1.5wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)所述木材包括巴沙木、杨木、松木、桦木、榉木、栎木、椴木、榆木、铁力木、水曲柳、桐木、香樟木、橡胶木、柞木、柏木和杉木。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述脱木质素处理为:将剪裁好的木片浸泡在溶液A中500r/min搅拌并加热至80℃蒸煮6h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述偶氮苯类化合物包括偶氮苯、氧化偶氮苯、对氨基偶氮苯、4-甲氧基偶氮苯、3,3-二羧酸偶氮苯、4,4-二羧酸偶氮苯、4-氨基偶氮苯-4-磺酸钠、3,3-二甲基偶氮苯、4-磺酰氯偶氮苯、4-(二甲氨基)-2-甲基偶氮苯、4-硝基偶氮苯、4-苯偶氮苯甲酰氯、对二氨基偶氮苯、4-氯-4二甲氨基偶氮苯、4-羧基-2氨基偶氮苯、4’4二甲酸二甲酯-偶氮苯、2 ,2-二羟基偶氮苯、4-氨基偶氮苯盐酸盐、4-(甲氨基)偶氮苯、4-苄氧基偶氮苯、2-氯-4-二甲氨基偶氮苯、偶氮苯-4’4-二羰酰氯、4-羟基偶氮苯-4-磺酸钠水合物、3-氯-4-二甲氨基偶氮苯、4,4-二戊氧基偶氮苯、4-碘-4-二甲氨基偶氮苯、4-(二甲氨基)-2-甲基偶氮苯、4-二甲氨基偶氮苯-4-甲酸、4,4-双(马来酰胺基)偶氮苯、4,4-二壬氧基氧化偶氮苯、4,4-双(己氧基)-3-甲基偶氮苯、4,4'-双(癸氧基)-3-甲基偶氮苯、4'-羟基偶氮苯-4-甲酸水合物、氧化偶氮苯-4,4'-二羧酸二乙酯、4-乙酰氨基-2',3-二甲基偶氮苯、4-(4-羟基-偶氮苯)苯甲酸乙酯、4-氨基-1,1'-偶氮苯-3,4'-二磺酸钠盐、4,4'-二正十二烷氧基氧化偶氮苯、4,4'-双(十二烷氧基)-3-甲基偶氮苯、4-二甲胺基苯基偶氮苯磺酰氯、2,4-己二炔-1,6-二醇双(偶氮苯-4-磺酸盐)、4-(二甲氨基)偶氮苯4'-异硫氰酸酯、4-[双(9,9-二甲基芴-2-基)氨基]偶氮苯、4-二甲氨基偶氮苯-4'-磺酰-L-亮氨酸、5-磺基-4'-二乙氨基-2,2'-二羟基偶氮苯、4-(二乙氨基)偶氮苯、4-羟基-4'-二甲氨基偶氮苯、4,4'-二正辛氧基氧化偶氮苯、2-氨基偶氮甲苯盐酸盐、二甲基黄、邻氨基偶氮甲苯、4-(苯偶氮基)苯甲酸、4,4'-氧化偶氮苯甲醚、4-(4-溴苯偶氮基)苯酚、4-(4-硝基苯基偶氮)酚、间甲基红、丹磺酰-L-丙氨酸、4-(4-丁基苯基偶氮)苯酚、二甲基黄标准溶液、盐酸甲基红、苏丹橙G、4,4'-偶氮二苯甲酸二乙酯、甲基红钠盐、4-[4-(二甲氨基)苯基偶氮]苯甲酸N-琥珀酰亚胺酯、奥沙拉嗪钠。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述制备方法制备得到的具有响应性功能的柔性智能木材。
7.一种智能响应柔性木材致动器,其特征在于,由权利要求6所述柔性智能木材进行编辑得到。
