(2) 750 parts of waste rock waste slag for tunnel construction of a plateau, 175 parts of pretreated sludge, 75 parts of dry yak dung, 4 parts of pasture, 1 part of polyacrylamide, 1 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.04 part of azotobacter chroococcum, 0.04 part of trichoderma harzianum and 0.04 part of bacillus mucilaginosus;
(3) Preparation of artificial soil
Mixing waste stone waste slag, pretreated sludge, dry yak dung and pasture for constructing a plateau tunnel to obtain a mixture; adding acrylamide and sodium polyacrylate into the obtained mixture, uniformly stirring, and adding water into the microbial inoculant azotobacter chroococcus, the trichoderma harzianum inoculant and the bacillus mucilaginosus inoculant according to the specified mass, and uniformly stirring to obtain an artificial soil primary mixed material; and (3) adding water into the artificial soil primary mixed material to saturate, and curing for 24 hours to obtain the artificial soil prepared based on the waste stone waste slag of the plateau tunnel construction.
Example 2
(1) Preparation of raw materials
Collecting engineering waste rock waste slag generated by tunnel construction near the Sichuan-Tibetan line-folded multi-mountain in a plateau area, crushing and sieving to obtain the plateau tunnel construction waste rock waste slag with the diameter of 2 mm;
collecting sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Kangding city, wherein the collected sludge is municipal sludge with the water content of 70% -80%, air-drying the sludge until the water content is 60%, mixing the sludge with plant branches and leaves according to the weight ratio of 6:1, and composting and fermenting for two weeks to obtain pretreated sludge;
collecting dry yak dung of grasslands or farmlands near tunnel construction project areas near the Sichuan Tibetan line Boduo mountain in a plateau area, crushing and sieving to obtain dry yak dung with the diameter of 2 mm;
pasture around a tunnel construction project area near the Sichuan Tibetan line book multi-mountain in the plateau area is collected and crushed to obtain pasture with the diameter of 2 mm;
(2) 700 parts of waste rock waste slag for tunnel construction on a plateau, 200 parts of pretreated sludge, 100 parts of dried yak dung, 4 parts of pasture, 1 part of polyacrylamide, 1 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.04 part of azotobacter chroococcum, 0.04 part of trichoderma harzianum and 0.04 part of bacillus mucilaginosus;
(3) Preparation of artificial soil
Mixing waste stone waste slag, pretreated sludge, dry yak dung and pasture for constructing a plateau tunnel to obtain a mixture; adding acrylamide and sodium polyacrylate into the obtained mixture, uniformly stirring, and adding water into the microbial inoculant azotobacter chroococcus, the trichoderma harzianum inoculant and the bacillus mucilaginosus inoculant according to the specified mass, and uniformly stirring to obtain an artificial soil primary mixed material; and (3) adding water into the artificial soil primary mixed material to saturate, and curing for 24 hours to obtain the artificial soil prepared based on the waste stone waste slag of the plateau tunnel construction.
Example 3
(1) Preparation of raw materials
Collecting engineering waste rock waste slag generated by tunnel construction near the Sichuan-Tibetan line-folded multi-mountain in a plateau area, crushing and sieving to obtain the plateau tunnel construction waste rock waste slag with the diameter of 1 mm;
collecting sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Kangding city, wherein the collected sludge is municipal sludge with the water content of 70% -80%, air-drying the sludge until the water content is 55%, mixing the sludge with plant branches and leaves according to the weight ratio of 6:1, and composting and fermenting for two weeks to obtain pretreated sludge;
collecting dry yak dung of grasslands or farmlands near tunnel construction project areas near the Sichuan Tibetan line Boduo mountain in a plateau area, crushing and sieving to obtain dry yak dung with the diameter of 2 mm;
pasture around a tunnel construction project area near the Sichuan Tibetan line book multi-mountain in the plateau area is collected and crushed to obtain pasture with the diameter of 2 mm;
(2) Weighing 775 parts of waste rock waste slag for plateau tunnel construction, 150 parts of pretreated sludge, 75 parts of dry yak dung, 9 parts of pasture, 1 part of polyacrylamide, 1 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.04 part of azotobacter chroococcum, 0.04 part of trichoderma harzianum and 0.04 part of bacillus mucilaginosus;
(3) Preparation of artificial soil
Mixing waste stone waste slag, pretreated sludge, dry yak dung and pasture for constructing a plateau tunnel to obtain a mixture; adding acrylamide and sodium polyacrylate into the obtained mixture, uniformly stirring, and adding water into the microbial inoculant azotobacter chroococcus, the trichoderma harzianum inoculant and the bacillus mucilaginosus inoculant according to the specified mass, and uniformly stirring to obtain an artificial soil primary mixed material; and (3) adding water into the artificial soil primary mixed material to saturate, and curing for 24 hours to obtain the artificial soil prepared based on the waste stone waste slag of the plateau tunnel construction.
Example 4
(1) Preparation of raw materials
Collecting engineering waste rock waste slag generated by tunnel construction near the Sichuan-Tibetan-line-folded multi-mountain in a plateau area, crushing and sieving to obtain the plateau tunnel construction waste rock waste slag with the diameter of 0.5 mm;
collecting sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Kangding city, wherein the collected sludge is municipal sludge with the water content of 70-80%, air-drying the sludge until the water content is 60%, mixing the sludge with plant branches and leaves according to the weight ratio of 6:1, and composting and fermenting for three weeks to obtain pretreated sludge;
collecting dry yak dung of grasslands or farmlands near tunnel construction project areas near the Sichuan Tibetan line Boduo mountain in a plateau area, crushing and sieving to obtain dry yak dung with the diameter of 1 mm;
collecting and crushing the highland azalea around the tunnel construction project area near the Sichuan Tibetan line Duoshan in the highland area to obtain the highland azalea with the diameter of 0.5mm, as shown in figure 5;
(2) Weighing 800 parts of waste rock waste slag for plateau tunnel construction, 150 parts of pretreated sludge, 50 parts of dry yak dung, 4 parts of plateau rhododendron, 1 part of polyacrylamide, 1 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.04 part of azotobacter chroococcum, 0.04 part of trichoderma harzianum and 0.04 part of bacillus mucilaginosus;
(3) Preparation of artificial soil
Mixing the waste stone waste slag, the pretreated sludge, the dry yak dung and the highland rhododendron to obtain a mixture; adding acrylamide and sodium polyacrylate into the obtained mixture, uniformly stirring, and adding water into the microbial inoculant azotobacter chroococcus, the trichoderma harzianum inoculant and the bacillus mucilaginosus inoculant according to the specified mass, and uniformly stirring to obtain an artificial soil primary mixed material; and (3) adding water into the artificial soil primary mixed material to saturate, and curing for 24 hours to obtain the artificial soil prepared based on the waste stone waste slag of the plateau tunnel construction.
Example 5
(1) Preparation of raw materials
Collecting engineering waste rock waste slag generated by tunnel construction near the Sichuan-Tibetan line-folded multi-mountain in a plateau area, crushing and sieving to obtain the plateau tunnel construction waste rock waste slag with the diameter of 1 mm;
collecting sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Kangding city, wherein the collected sludge is municipal sludge with the water content of 70-80%, air-drying the sludge until the water content is 50%, mixing the sludge with plant branches and leaves according to the weight ratio of 6:1, and composting and fermenting for three weeks to obtain pretreated sludge;
collecting dry yak dung of grasslands or farmlands near tunnel construction project areas near the Sichuan Tibetan line Boduo mountain in a plateau area, crushing and sieving to obtain dry yak dung with the diameter of 0.5 mm;
collecting and crushing the highland azalea around the tunnel construction project area around the Sichuan Tibetan line Duoshan in the highland area to obtain the highland azalea with the diameter of 10 mm;
(2) 750 parts of waste rock waste slag for plateau tunnel construction, 200 parts of pretreated sludge, 50 parts of dry yak dung, 5 parts of rhododendron, 1 part of polyacrylamide, 1 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.04 part of azotobacter chroococcum, 0.04 part of trichoderma harzianum and 0.04 part of bacillus mucilaginosus;
(3) Preparation of artificial soil
Mixing the waste stone waste slag, the pretreated sludge, the dry yak dung and the highland rhododendron to obtain a mixture; adding acrylamide and sodium polyacrylate into the obtained mixture, uniformly stirring, and adding water into the microbial inoculant azotobacter chroococcus, the trichoderma harzianum inoculant and the bacillus mucilaginosus inoculant according to the specified mass, and uniformly stirring to obtain an artificial soil primary mixed material; and (3) adding water into the artificial soil primary mixed material to saturate, and curing for 24 hours to obtain the artificial soil prepared based on the waste stone waste slag of the plateau tunnel construction.
Comparative example 1
The same as in example 1 is only different in that 850 parts of waste stone waste slag for tunnel construction on a plateau, 105 parts of pretreated sludge and 45 parts of dry yak dung are weighed according to parts by weight.
Comparative example 2
The same as in example 1 is only different in that 700 parts of waste rock waste slag for tunnel construction on a plateau, 140 parts of pretreated sludge and 60 parts of dry yak dung are weighed according to parts by weight.
Comparative example 3
The difference from example 1 was that the amount of polyacrylamide added was 0.5 parts and the amount of sodium polyacrylate added was 2 parts.
Comparative example 4
The only difference from example 1 is that the weight of the plateau plant grass or the like is replaced with spruce chips.
Performance testing
The nutrient and conductivity of the artificial soil prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 after 24 hours of maintenance were measured, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the artificial soil prepared in examples 1-5 of the present invention contains abundant nutrients, has a suitable pH and conductivity, and is suitable for plant growth in plateau areas.
The water retention capacity of the artificial soil prepared by the embodiment of the invention still has certain water content and good water retention property when the water retention capacity is tested by continuously observing the change of the water in the soil, and the result is shown in fig. 6, and the result can be seen from fig. 6.
The artificial soil prepared in example 1 was used to plant the plants of bluegrass, elymus-cape and dandelion near the tunnel construction project area near the Tibetan line rue mountain, 10 seeds of each plant were taken, mixed and directly sown on the flowerpot filled with the artificial soil, 30 planting tests were performed, in order to simulate the actual application situation, the sowing mode was mixed sowing, the planting result is shown in fig. 7, the germination rate of the sown bluegrass and elymus-cape reaches more than 90%, and the dandelion reaches 30%.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily conceivable by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered in the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (9)
1. The artificial soil prepared based on the waste rock waste slag for the plateau tunnel construction is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
700-800 parts of waste rock waste slag for plateau tunnel construction, 150-200 parts of pretreated sludge, 50-100 parts of dry yak dung, 4-9 parts of plateau plants, 1 part of polyacrylamide, 1 part of sodium polyacrylate and 0.12 part of microbial agent.
2. The artificial soil formulated based on the highland tunnel construction waste rock waste slag of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the highland tunnel construction waste rock waste slag is 0.5-2mm.
3. The artificial soil prepared based on the waste stone waste slag for the plateau tunnel construction according to claim 1, wherein the pretreated sludge is obtained by air-drying the sludge until the water content is 40% -60%, and mixing and fermenting the sludge with plant dry branches and fallen leaves according to the weight ratio of 6:1.
4. The artificial soil formulated based on waste rock waste slag for construction of plateau tunnel according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the dry yak dung is 0.5-2mm.
5. The artificial soil prepared based on waste stone waste slag for plateau tunnel construction according to claim 1, wherein the crushed particles are 0.5-10mm.
6. The artificial soil prepared based on waste rock waste slag for plateau tunnel construction of claim 1, wherein the microbial inoculant comprises, by weight, 0.04 part of azotobacter chroococcus, 0.04 part of trichoderma harzianum and 0.04 part of bacillus mucilaginosus.
7. A method for preparing artificial soil prepared based on waste rock waste slag for tunnel construction on a plateau as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) Weighing the raw materials according to parts by weight, and mixing the waste stone waste slag, the pretreated sludge, the dry yak dung and the plateau plants to obtain a mixture;
(2) Adding the acrylamide and the sodium polyacrylate into the mixture obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring, and then adding the microbial agent to obtain an artificial soil primary mixed material;
(3) And (3) adding water into the artificial soil primary mixed material to saturate, and curing to obtain the artificial soil prepared based on the waste stone waste slag for the plateau tunnel construction.
8. The method for preparing artificial soil based on the preparation of the waste rock waste slag for the construction of the plateau tunnel according to claim 7, wherein the maintenance time is 24 hours.
9. The use of artificial soil prepared based on waste stones and waste residues for plateau tunnel construction according to any one of claims 1-6 in the restoration of the ecological environment of a waste residue pile, characterized in that the waste residue pile is subjected to soil-covering by spraying.
