Description

인공 녹지토 조성물{ARTIFICIAL SOIL COMPOSITION FOR AFFORESTATION}Artificial green soil composition {ARTIFICIAL SOIL COMPOSITION FOR AFFORESTATION}

The present invention relates to an artificial green soil composition, and more particularly, it is sprayed for environmental restoration of cut and embankment areas requiring artificial vegetation conditions and creates vegetation conditions in which green plants to be planted can stably engraft. It relates to an artificial green soil composition that enables sustainable greening.

In general, cutting and embankment work frequently occurs during civil engineering works, and soil erosion due to rainfall or wind occurs on slopes such as incision areas that appear during such cutting and embankment work, and slope collapse (sliding) occurs in case of rain. As a result, the natural landscape is being destroyed.

Accordingly, in order to prevent soil erosion or slope collapse and to restore natural scenery, environmental restoration of damaged lands during civil engineering works is required.

And for such environment restoration, a sustainable greening technology that restores to a natural state after construction is required.

As one of these greening technologies, there is a general greening method using an artificial soil composition.

The general greening method can be divided into a dry method in which artificial materials are sprayed using their own moisture, and a wet method in which water is mixed with dry materials and sprayed.

However, in the general greening method described above, the material is sprayed at a thickness of approximately 5 to 7 cm or 10 to 15 cm, and slope collapse occurs due to its own load, resulting in frequent loss of material. .

In other words, in the existing general greening method, serious separation and cracking between the existing soil and the topsoil layer occur due to slope collapse after spraying and construction or lack of adsorption of artificial soil during the drying process after construction, and lack of moisture retention and retention. In addition to the poor growth of plants, this causes problems such as exposure of the original ground.

In particular, in the period of concentrated rainfall or continuous rainy season, there is a problem in that excessive moisture absorption causes loss or collapse without overcoming the soil's own weight, resulting in safety problems in construction or additional costs for repairing defects.

In addition, the embodiments of the present invention do not limit the scope of the present invention, but are only exemplary of the components presented in the claims of the present invention, are included in the technical spirit throughout the specification of the present invention, and cover the scope of the claims. It is an embodiment including components that can be replaced as equivalents in components.

The artificial green soil composition according to the present invention is made of a lightweight eco-friendly material, and the soil has the same soil quality as that of the original ground; A fertilizer material that is stable against erosion by rain or wind, contains organic components with high fertility, and is composed of peat, decayed bark, livestock manure, and complex organic fertilizer; A lightweight mixture that increases the binding force between the contained materials and is composed of paper sludge, proganics, and interlocking fibers; and a natural adhesive having strong adsorption to increase adsorption with other materials and made of activated carbon and carboxylmethylcellulose (CMC).

Specifically, the artificial green soil composition according to the present invention includes 20 to 40% by weight of paper sludge, 15 to 30% by weight of Masato, 5 to 20% by weight of livestock flour, 8 to 10% by weight of Proganix, and 3 to 5% by weight of interlocking fibers. %, 5 to 10% by weight of peat, 5 to 7% by weight of composted bark, 3 to 7% by weight of activated carbon, 2 to 4% by weight of complex fertilizer, and 1 to 2% by weight of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC).

In addition, the green soil composition of the present invention includes 30% by weight of papermaking sludge, 25% by weight of masato, 10% by weight of livestock flour, 10% by weight of Proganix, 5% by weight of interlocking fiber, 5% by weight of peat, 5% by weight of composted bark, and activated carbon. It is more preferable to include 5% by weight, 3% by weight of complex fertilizer, and 2% by weight of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC).

The papermaking sludge is intended to secure moisture retention, retention and air permeability, and due to the nature of the material, excessive moisture other than appropriate moisture is naturally released, and after completion, the binding force between the materials is increased to prevent slope collapse and erosion shows a preventive effect.

In addition, the nitrogen component contained in a large amount in the fully ripened paper sludge serves to increase the biomass by promoting the initial growth after germination of vegetation seeds.

When the content of the paper sludge is less than 20% by weight, the moisturizing power and holding power are lowered and the binding force between the contained materials is weakened.

In addition, when the content of the papermaking sludge exceeds 40% by weight, slope collapse and material erosion may occur due to excessive moisture during the precipitation concentration period.

Therefore, the content of the paper sludge is preferably 20 to 40% by weight, more preferably 30% by weight.

The masato is a natural soil with a single-grain structure of weathered igneous rock, and plays a role as soil during seed germination.

In addition, the masato is preferably made of the same soil as the original ground so as to be mixed with the soil of the original ground to form an aggregate structure to secure stability in terms of soil dynamics.

If the content of the masato is less than 15% by weight, the role of the soil during seed germination is lowered, so that the germination rate and initial growth are lowered, and isolation from the topsoil layer, which is the original ground, may occur.

In addition, when the content of the masato exceeds 30% by weight, there is a risk of separation from the original ground, and it is difficult to secure stability due to the dynamic structure of the soil due to its own load.

Therefore, the content of the Masato is preferably 15 to 30% by weight, more preferably 25% by weight.

The livestock manure, which has cow manure and pig manure as main components, is an eco-friendly organic fertilizer produced in an automated composting system, and contains a high content of organic matter and trace elements.

In addition, it is preferable to use the livestock meal as a raw material after mixing it with bark, which is the bark, and undergoing a secondary ripening process on its own.

If the content of the livestock meal is less than 5% by weight, seed germination rate and initial growth are reduced due to lack of soil chemistry including nutrients and essential minerals of plants.

In addition, when the content of the livestock meal exceeds 20% by weight, as the content decreases due to natural decomposition after construction, the voids increase and the physical stability of the soil decreases, which may decrease the stability in terms of the dynamic structure of the soil.

Therefore, the content of the livestock meal is preferably 5 to 20% by weight, more preferably 10% by weight.

ProGanics is a soil-reinforcing material that contains a large amount of fiber and nutrients by itself using natural wood or bark as a raw material, and is manufactured and sold by PROFILE Products LLC in Canada. .

These proganics are supplied as nutrients while tissues are decomposed in the soil, and play a role in promoting the growth of vegetation and soil organic matter content.

In particular, Proganix promotes the activity of soil microbial communities to quickly restore the soil ecosystem of the construction site to its natural state, and the fiber contained in it effectively reduces soil erosion and promotes plant root growth to enable early greening. .

The proganics increase the effect as the content increases, but a significant increase in the effect does not appear above a certain content.

Therefore, the content of the proganix was set to 8% by weight as the lower limit so that sufficient effects could be obtained while setting the upper limit to 10% by weight.

The interlocking fiber is a soil erosion prevention component made of 100% pure vegetable fiber, and has non-toxic and biodegradable properties.

These interlocking fibers have strong adsorption power even on curved soil surfaces, rocks, masato, sandy soil, etc., and form a fiber matrix to harmonize well with other components of artificial soil.

In addition, the interlocking fiber enhances the soil cohesiveness of the root layer to prevent loss of vegetation seeds, and promotes seed germination so that early greening can be achieved.

In addition, it has strong moisturizing power, so it can continuously maintain constant soil moisture even in dry land.

As such an interlocking fiber, it is preferable to use SOILGUARD from Mat, Inc., USA.

And the interlocking fiber also increases the effect as the content increases, but a significant increase in the effect does not appear above a certain content.

Therefore, while making 5% by weight the upper limit, 3% by weight was made the lower limit so that a sufficient effect could be obtained.

The peat is a pre-coal material having a moderate degree of erosion carbonization due to a not long deposition period, and is used as a raw material of organic fertilizer because it is lightweight and corresponds to an organic and eco-friendly material.

Such peat plays a role of increasing soil chemistry by components such as various minerals in addition to nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potassium, and increasing soil physical properties such as aeration and moisture retention after construction.

In addition, peat is a material with a high water content, and when the content ratio exceeds 10% by weight, its own weight increases during absorption and may cause slope collapse (sliding) due to high load.

In addition, when the content ratio of peat is less than 5% by weight, the moisturizing power is not sufficient, which may cause a lack of moisture during the dry season.

Therefore, the content of the peat is preferably 5 to 10% by weight.

The decayed bark is used as a soil improving material after finely pulverizing pine bark, mixing microbial agents and other fertilizers, and sufficiently ripening in a natural state, and has excellent water retention and water retention, and serves to increase air permeability as a lightweight material. and plays a role in improving structural stability after construction.

If the content of the decayed bark is less than 5% by weight, the effect is reduced, and if it exceeds 7% by weight, soil erosion may be caused.

Therefore, the content of the composted bark is preferably 5 to 7% by weight.

The activated carbon (Coconut Charcoal) is a porous organic material made of coconut charcoal, and has the effect of neutralizing acidic soil and adsorbing microorganisms in the soil to promote eco-friendly soil ecology.

In addition, it neutralizes gas generated from livestock manure, etc., secures an appropriate level of air gap to supply moisture to the root layer of plants, and improves air permeability.

In addition, the fibrous carbon crystals prevent structural cracks and erosion by promoting physical connection of materials like a net, and enhance the stability of the physical structure after construction.

In addition, activated carbon prevents secondary contamination when mixed with other materials by adsorbing various harmful substances, and shows excellent performance in soil improvement effect when it contains 3 to 7% by weight.

The complex fertilizer is an essential base in which nitrogen (N), phosphoric acid (P205), and potassium (K2O) are mixed in a ratio of 21:17:17, and may contain complex trace elements such as manganese and iron in addition to the main components. .

Such a compound fertilizer provides essential nutrients for germination and growth of plant seeds, and the content thereof is preferably 2 to 4% by weight, more preferably 3% by weight.

The carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) is an eco-friendly biodegradable adhesive that is harmless to plants, and serves to prevent slope collapse by increasing the bonding strength of the particles constituting the artificial soil and improving the bonding strength with the soil base.

However, when the content of the carboxymethylcellulose is excessive, the solidification of the artificial soil is increased to inhibit the growth of roots and may cause a decrease in plant growth due to lack of air permeability, so 2% by weight was set as the upper limit.

In addition, it is preferable to use the papermaking sludge and livestock meal after completely ripening to prevent gas from being generated. This is to prevent the generation of gas due to decay or the like in the green soil composition.

In addition, the green soil composition of the present invention is preferably sprayed on the slope by a high-pressure artificial soil sprayer such as a soil spray and applied at a thickness of 1 to 3 cm.

On the other hand, after preparing various samples to verify the effect of the green soil composition according to the present invention, seeds for greening mixed in various forms were sown on these samples to measure the ground coverage and greening rate according to the period. As a result, the following result was obtained.

Here, seeds for greening were tested by dividing into cold season grasses, cold season grasses + wild flowers, cold season grasses + wild flowers + main plants, and the like.

Thereafter, as a result of confirming the change in green vegetation over time, it was shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, and among them, as a result of confirming the growth results of green vegetation in the early stage of germination (30 days after sowing), Table 1 below could get

And, the ground coverage and greening rate in the early stages of germination are as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 .

That is, it was confirmed that the examples of the present invention were superior to the comparative examples in terms of ground coverage and greening rate in the early stages of germination.

In addition, as a result of checking the growth results on the 176th day after sowing to verify the greening effect in spring, the results in Tables 2 and 3 were obtained.

In other words, in the growth effect in spring, there was no significant difference in ground coverage and greening, but it was confirmed that there was a large difference in the result of comparing the biomass.

Here, the effect of increasing the biomass is determined to be due to Proganix, but it was confirmed that the growth promoting effect was further improved when peristaltic fibers were added.

That is, it was confirmed that the examples according to the present invention have excellent natural restoration effects compared to the comparative examples.
