Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于调节一内燃机的燃料供给压力的改进电磁阀。
背景技术
在现代发动机燃料供给系统中,一高压泵将燃料供给一分配器,分配器将燃料供给各个发动机气缸喷油器;分配器中的燃料压力通常借助于由一压力检测器控制的电磁阀予以控制并保持恒定,以便把由高压泵供给的任何多余燃料排回到储箱中。电磁阀包括一个与高压泵的排出管路连通的输送管路;以及一个由一电磁铁控制并与输送管路上的座协同工作的闸门。
在包括在一径向柱塞泵中的一个已知的压力调节电磁阀中,闸门由一球限定,其由电磁铁衔铁上的一杆的端部控制,并与位于输送管路一端处的锥形密封座协同工作。
由于所述球与锥形密封座之间的例如金属颗粒等污物,所述电磁阀易产生密封问题,导致压力的降低以及从而供给系统的略化。而且,由于涉及例如约1400巴的非常高的工作压力,装设于输送管路内的普通过滤装置也导致输送管路中压力的降低。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种极其简单的、可靠的压力调节电磁阀,设计用来消除通常与已知电磁阀相关联的上述缺陷。
根据本发明,提供了一种电磁阀,包括一燃料输送通道,以及由一电磁铁控制并与位于所述通道上的一座协同工作的闸门,并包括装设于所述通道中的燃料过滤装置,用以防止污渣颗粒出现在所述座与所述闸门之间而不造成燃料压力的过度降低,所述座是锥形的且位于所述通道的一端处;闸门包括一与所述锥形座协同工作的球,过滤装置包括一金属板,该金属板具有若干个孔且配装于所述通道的另一端,所述板上的孔(19)直径小于0.25mm。
特别地,在其中所述座是锥形的且位于所述通道一端处的电磁阀中,所述闸门包括一与所述锥形座协同工作的球,过滤装置包括一金属板,该金属板具有许多孔且配装于所述输送过滤的另一端。

具体实施方式
图1中的附图标记5总体上表示用于调节一内燃机的燃料供给压力的电磁阀。电磁阀5包括一个阀体6,阀体6具有一个在阀体6的第一圆柱部8内部轴向延伸的输送通道7;输送通道7包括一个直径校准部9并与未示出的一高压燃料供给泵的排出侧连通;以及圆柱部8以液密方式借助于适当的密封10配接于泵的体部。
圆柱部8具有若干个与泵体上的一排放管路(未示出)连通的径向孔11;一状为球12的闸门位于输送通道7与各径向孔11之间,并与一在部分9端部上形成的一锥形座13接合以关闭通道7;电磁阀5包括一个电磁铁14,电磁铁具有一阀体6以已知方式配装其上的体部15;且电磁铁14控制一衔铁,衔铁具有一在体部15上孔17内滑动的杆16并控制球12。
输送通道7中的燃料压力必须保持在至少1000巴的工作压力下;优选的工作压力约为1400巴;且通道7的内径有利的是约为2.5mm。
按照本发明,输送通道7设置有燃料过滤装置,即包括一具有若干孔眼19的一金属板18(图2);且板18插入并以已知方式固定于在通道7的与锥形座13相对的端部处的一台肩20限定的座体中。
带孔板18防止污渣的颗粒-通常为小的金属颗粒-出现在锥形座13与球12之间,并从而确保电磁阀5不出现可能将通道7中的燃料压力降低到损害燃料供给系统操作程度的密封问题。然而,同时,带孔板18必须是:不在通道7中产生燃料压力的过度下降且防止液流气泡侵蚀现象。
为此目的,板18需包括至少200个孔,且每个孔19的直径需小于0.25mm。优选地,板18可由高强度钢制成,且可以约1mm厚。孔19的直径可以是约0.1mm且数量可以是约500个;如此数量的直径非常小的孔19可以用已知的激光钻孔装置来形成。
在带孔板18中,孔19的长度与总的通路截面之间的比值应能防止压力的过度下降,且孔19的总的通路截面与球12和电磁阀5的锥形座13之间的通路截面之间的比值应能防止沿燃料管路的阻塞。
本发明电磁阀5较之现有电磁阀的各项优点从上述说明中是明显的。即,输送通道7上的过滤器18、19一方面确保球12于锥形座13内的有效密封而不造成压力的过度下降,且另一方面防止于锥形座13中产生液流气泡侵蚀现象。
显而易见的是,可以对本文上面描述的电磁阀进行各种改变而不背离所附权利要求的范围。例如,过滤器可以是一不同形式的,可包括不止一个带孔板,且可以位于顺沿通道7的任何部位。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于调节一内燃机的燃料供给压力的电磁阀,包括一燃料输送通道(7),以及由一电磁铁(14)控制并与位于所述通道(7)中的一座(13)协同工作的闸门(12),其特征在于,包括装设于所述通道(7)中的燃料过滤装置(18,19),用以防止污渣颗粒出现在所述座(13)与所述闸门(12)之间而不造成燃料压力的过度降低,所述座(13)是锥形的且位于所述通道(7)的一端处;所述闸门包括一与所述锥形座(13)协同工作的球(12),过滤装置(18,19)包括一金属板(18),该金属板具有若干个孔(19)且配装于所述通道(7)的另一端(21),所述板(18)上的孔(19)直径小于0.25mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述管路(7)中的燃料压力大于1000巴。
3.如权利要求2所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述燃料压力约为1400巴。
4.如权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述板(18)包括多于200个孔(19)。
5.如权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述板(18)为1mm厚且装设于由所述另一端(21)处的一台肩(20)限定的一座中。
6.如权利要求5所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述通道(7)具有2.5mm的内径;且所述板(18)包括500个孔(19);每个所述孔(19)直径为0.1mm。
