背景技术
为增加O型圈的密封效果并延长使用寿命,O型圈在使用前通常要在其表面涂抹一层油脂,现有的涂抹作业采用人工涂抹,费时费力,涂抹不均匀,且人力成本高。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种代替人工,提高涂抹效率并降低人力成本的O型圈油脂自动涂抹装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种O型圈油脂自动涂抹装置,工作台上方设有横向滑轨,滑架通过平移气缸滑动连接滑轨,滑架上设有纵向滑轨,O型圈取放机构通过升降气缸滑动连接纵向滑轨,O型圈取放机构下方工作台上设有自动涂油机构。
所述O型圈取放机构包括,滑动连接纵向滑轨的滑板,滑板底部设有固定块,滑板上固定有退料气缸,退料气缸输出端连接贯穿固定块的导向轴,导向轴底部通过连板连接退料轴套,所述退料轴套套设于O型圈搬送杆上,所述O型圈搬送杆贯穿连板并固定在固定块底部。
所述自动涂油机构包括,连接供油管路的涂油块,涂油块下端面设有连通供油管路的出油孔,所述涂油块连接驱动气缸,涂油块滑动连接导向槽,导向槽端部设有O型圈容置腔。
所述供油管路连接储油腔,供油管路上设有供油泵。
所述导向槽端部设有漏油孔,漏油孔底部设有接油槽。
所述驱动气缸固定在工作台上。
所述横向滑轨通过支撑固定在工作台上,工作台底部固定在底座上。

一种O型圈油脂自动涂抹装置,工作台1上方设有横向滑轨2,横向滑轨2通过支撑架19固定在工作台1上,工作台1底部固定在底座20上,滑架3通过平移气缸4滑动连接滑轨2,滑架3上设有纵向滑轨5,O型圈取放机构通过升降气缸6滑动连接纵向滑轨5,O型圈取放机构下方工作台1上设有自动涂油机构,平移气缸4和升降气缸6分别带动自动涂油机构平移和升降。所述O型圈取放机构包括,滑动连接纵向滑轨5的滑板7,滑板7底部设有固定块8,滑板7上固定有退料气缸9,退料气缸9输出端连接贯穿固定块8的导向轴10,导向轴10底部通过连板11连接退料轴套12,所述退料轴套12套设于O型圈搬送杆13上,所述O型圈搬送杆13贯穿连板11并固定在固定块8底部。
所述自动涂油机构包括,连接供油管路的涂油块14,涂油块14下端面设有连通供油管路的出油孔,所述涂油块14连接驱动气缸15,驱动气缸15固定在工作台1上,涂油块14滑动连接导向槽16,导向槽端部设有O型圈容置腔17,。所述供油管路连接储油腔,供油管路上设有供油泵,供油泵将储油腔中的油通过供油管路泵到涂油块14的出油孔处。所述导向槽16端部设有漏油孔,漏油孔底部设有接油槽18,多余油脂从漏油孔滴落到接油槽18中,避免油脂在导向槽16中堆积,接油槽18可取下,定期清空处理。
本发明工作过程如下:
平移气缸4带动O型圈搬送杆13移动至O型圈存储位置上方,升降气缸6带动O型圈搬送杆13下移并穿入O型圈中心孔,使O型圈套设在O型圈搬送杆13上,平移气缸4带动O型圈搬送杆13移动至O型圈容置腔17上方,升降气缸6带动O型圈搬送杆13下移,使套设在O型圈搬送杆13上的O型圈进入到O型圈容置腔17中,退料气缸9带动退料轴套12相对于O型圈搬送杆13下移,将O型圈从O型圈搬送杆13上推下,O型圈与O型圈搬送杆13分离并停放在O型圈容置腔17中,O型圈搬送杆13上移让位,驱动气缸15推动涂油块移至O型圈容置腔17上方,出油孔向O型圈容置腔17中注油,使容置腔中的O型圈表面全方位无死角与油脂接触,油脂附着在O型圈表面,涂油块14沿导向槽16退回,将O型圈容置腔17油脂上表面刮平,O型圈搬送杆13下移,插入O型圈中心孔中,O型圈被O型圈搬送杆13移至预定位置,再由退料轴套12将O型圈从O型圈退下搬送杆13上退下。装置进入一下工作循环。

2.根据权利要求1所述的O型圈油脂自动涂抹装置,其特征在于,所述O型圈取放机构包括,滑动连接纵向滑轨(5)的滑板(7),滑板(7)底部设有固定块(8),滑板(7)上固定有退料气缸(9),退料气缸(9)输出端连接贯穿固定块(8)的导向轴(10),导向轴(10)底部通过连板(11)连接退料轴套(12),所述退料轴套(12)套设于O型圈搬送杆(13)上,所述O型圈搬送杆(13)贯穿连板(11)并固定在固定块(8)底部。
