Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hair composition capable of replacing silicone oil and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals.
Background
In daily life, hair scales of hair are damaged due to natural factors such as ultraviolet rays, dust, strong wind and the like and artificial factors such as scalding, dyeing, blowing or using unsuitable shampoo, so that the hair is shiny, dry and split, becomes coarse and is easy to tangle and knot.
In order to make the hair more flexible, silicone oil is added into many shampoo and conditioner products. The silicone oil can be adhered to the hair to form a layer of oil film, so that the moisture content of the hair is maintained, the hair scales are repaired and smoothed, and the problems of rough hair, friction, static electricity and the like are effectively reduced. Meanwhile, gaps among the hair scales can be filled, so that the hair scales become flat, and the hair is smoother.
The silicone oils added to the current hair products are mainly volatile cyclopentadimethicones, and are compounded with high molecular weight dimethicones (alcohols). However, the use of silicone oils also presents certain hidden hazards. Because silicone oil is insoluble in water and is easy to form a film, certain residues exist on hair and scalp, after long-term use, the hair may lose elasticity, hair follicles are blocked and cannot be metabolized normally, and the problems of oil washing, scalp itching and even continuous alopecia occur.
Therefore, in recent years, a hot tide without silicone oil concept is raised in the scalp care field, and more attention is paid. A silicone oil replacement technology with excellent effects is sought, and is also a constant pursuit by many hair care researchers.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the formula, uniformly dispersing polydimethylsiloxane and PEG-40 castor oil in part of purified water, sequentially adding ethanol, dimethyl ether and phenoxyethanol, adding the rest of purified water, and uniformly mixing to obtain the hair spray D6.
Comparative example 7
The hair spray D7 was prepared according to the protocol of hair spray S1, except that: the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is replaced with sodium hyaluronate having a molecular weight of 200kDa to 400 kDa.
Experimental example 1 Water absorption Water loss experiment
Washing the collected damaged hair with neutral shampoo, cleaning with clear water, and air drying. The hair was equally divided into 18 groups, one of which was not treated as a blank. The other 17 groups were sprayed with equal amounts of the hair sprays of examples and comparative examples, and dried for use.
Drying the above hair groups in a dryer for 24-h, weighing each hair group after drying, and recording as m 1 The hair groups were then transferred to glassware, the relative humidity in which was controlled to 80% with saturated KCl solution at room temperature, and weighed after 12h and 24h, respectively, and recorded as m 2 And the water absorption R of the hair was calculated according to the following formula 1 . Then, the moisture-absorbed hair is transferred into another glass deviceIn a dish, saturated K is used in a glass dish 2 CO 3 The solution was adjusted to a relative humidity of 43% and weighed after 12h and 24h, respectively, and recorded as m 3 And calculating the water loss rate R of the hair according to the following formula 2 。
The water absorption and loss rates of the differently treated hair at 12h and 24h are shown in table 3 below:
the hair contains a certain amount of moisture because of the abundance of natural moisturizing factors in the hair's cuticle. The hair spray prepared by the invention can be well combined with damaged hair, a smooth film is formed on the surface of the hair, and the glossiness of the hair and the holding performance of moisture are improved. As shown in Table 3, after the hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid and the sclerotium gum are added, the water absorption and the water loss of the hair can be increased, and the requirements of 10-15% of water content of healthy hair can be met. And as can be seen from example 1 and comparative examples 1 and 3, the combination of the sclerotium gum and the hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid has synergistic cooperativity in the aspects of water absorption and water loss of hair, and has little difference with the effect of the hair care spray (D6) containing silicone oil. If the addition amount of the sclerotium gum or the hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid is too low, the moisturizing effect of the spray is significantly reduced, such as comparative example 2, comparative example 4, comparative example 5. From example 1 and comparative example 7, the micronucleus pulposus showed a remarkable synergistic effect with the hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid of low molecular weight, but was inferior in effect when combined with hyaluronic acid of larger molecular weight.
Experimental example 2 repair experiment
The collected damaged hair is washed by neutral shampoo, then is washed by clear water, is air-dried and photographed (blank control is made), is regrouped, is sprayed with the hair spray prepared in the examples and the comparative examples, and is photographed after being air-dried for 15 min.
Samples of hair treated with the hair sprays S1, D3, and D6 and hair (blank control) not subjected to any treatment were placed in a high vacuum metal spraying TM-3030 scanning electron microscope and observed, and the samples were respectively enlarged to appropriate multiples by the scanning electron microscope to observe the appearance, and the results are shown in fig. 1. As can be seen from the figure, the untreated damaged hair (blank control group) was uniformly covered with tile-shaped scales, which had large openings, end defects, exposed inner cortex, rough hair and poor glossiness. The hair treated by spraying the composition (S1) has small flake length, full and glossy and is tightly adhered to the hair. The hair treated by the spray (D6) containing silicone oil has the scales closely attached to the hair, the scales have blurred edges and a smoother surface. From the pictures, it can be seen that the spray containing the present composition has better hair restoration effect than S1 and D6. From D1 and D3, the hair surface is uniformly covered with tile-shaped scales, the scale openings are smaller, the defects of the tail ends are reduced, the inner cortex is sometimes exposed, and the glossiness is relatively poor. Comprehensive analysis shows that the composition has better effect when the sclerotium gum and the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate are used together, and has better repairing and maintaining effects on hair.
