Description

Novel biological pesticide and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a novel biological pesticide and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Agriculture is the basis for human survival, is the basis for national economy, and with the continuous increase of population, more grain output is required to meet the population growing demands. Grain production depends on cultivated land resources, the cultivated land resources are limited, according to the statistics of grain and agricultural organization (FAO) of united countries, the cultivated land area of the whole world is about 14 hundred million hectares in 2000, the cultivated land area of 2013 is increased to 14.08 hundred million public, the cultivated land area is hardly increased in more than ten years, and the growing speed is far lower than the growing speed of grain requirements, so that the growing of the grain requirements is difficult to be completely met by the growing of the cultivated land area, measures are needed to be taken to improve the grain yield of unit cultivated land area by improving the refinement degree of agriculture, such as seed improvement, strengthening crop plant protection measures and the like, and the important roles of biotechnology and agricultural chemistry in production are fully embodied.
The pesticide is used as important production data in agricultural production, and plays an important role in preventing and controlling diseases, insect pests and weeds. The contribution of pesticides to agricultural production is widely accepted, if no pesticides are used, the grain yield is reduced by 30-40%, and the survival and development of human beings are directly threatened. Therefore, the pesticide plays an extremely important role in protecting crops from being damaged by harmful organisms, guaranteeing grain supply and developing national economy. The development of the world pesticides has been generally carried out in three periods, the first period is before the 70 th year of the 19 th century, and natural products such as sulfur and the like are utilized for controlling plant diseases and insect pests; the second period is from the 70 th year of the 19 th century to the 40 th year of the 20 th century, the inorganic pesticides are used in a large amount, the natural products and inorganic compounds are used in a large amount, the third period is after the 40 th year of the 20 th century, the artificially synthesized pesticides are used as organic pesticides, and the artificially synthesized pesticides have the forms of dripping, 2,4-D, six and the like, so that the human beings end the stage of pest control mainly relying on the inorganic pesticides and the natural products. Since then, a large number of pesticides have been synthesized and named chemical pesticides. Early organic synthetic pesticides mainly comprise three main types of organophosphorus pesticides, organochlorine pesticides and carbamic acid cool pesticides, and then bactericides and herbicides are also developed. The traditional pesticide preparation comprises emulsifiable concentrate, wettable powder, granules and powder, the four dosage forms occupy about 50 percent of market share, the four preparations are harmful to users and pollute the environment, the duration is short, and the residue and the resistance are easy to increase after a large amount of long-term use. Along with the continuous increase of environmental protection requirements, the water-based, granular, slow-release and multifunctional dosage forms with high efficiency, low toxicity, economy and environmental protection become the development direction and research hot spot of pesticide preparation processing.
Patent CN115005215a discloses a mixture and composition comprising a paenibacillus strain or fumonisins and a chemical pesticide which is effective against pests and pathogens but which has pesticide residues and negative environmental impact. Patent CN115386018A discloses a biological pesticide and a preparation method thereof, the invention uses chitosan in the five-cereal insects as a main raw material of the biological pesticide, can play a role in killing germs of crops, has less environmental pollution, but the product stability of the technology needs to be further improved. Patent CN115380899a discloses a gel-type humic acid slow-release pesticide and a preparation method thereof, cyclodextrin is taken as a reaction main body, chloroacetic acid is adopted to modify the cyclodextrin, carboxyl is introduced into the cyclodextrin to obtain modified cyclodextrin, then amino in the pesticide reacts with carboxyl in the modified cyclodextrin, an amide bond is generated by the reaction, and the amide is hydrolyzed when in use, so that the effective components of the pesticide are released, the effect of slow-release pesticide can be achieved, but the control effect of the pesticide needs to be further improved.
Therefore, in order to meet the demands of practical application, it is necessary to provide a novel pesticide which is friendly to the environment, low in residue, good in stability and good in insect pest prevention effect.
