Description

Composite microbial fertilizer with insecticidal activity
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, relates to a microbial fertilizer, and particularly relates to a compound microbial fertilizer with insecticidal activity.
Background
With the large-scale use of chemical fertilizers, the agricultural yield-increasing effect is obvious, but the large-scale use of chemical fertilizers also causes environmental pollution problems such as increase of heavy metals and toxic elements in soil, reduction of microbial activity, nutrient imbalance, severe acidification and the like. And with the improvement of the life quality of people, residents pay more attention to the quality safety problem of agricultural products. The quality safety problem of agricultural products becomes the most concerned practical problem for people, and if the quality safety of the agricultural products can not be guaranteed, the quality safety of the agricultural products can not only harm the health of people, but also is not beneficial to the healthy development of agriculture. The contradiction between the quality requirement of agricultural products and the traditional fertilizer needs to be solved urgently by a novel green fertilizer, and the development of the compound microbial fertilizer provides a new thought and way for solving the contradiction. The compound microbial fertilizer is a new generation of high-tech green environment-friendly fertilizer formed by modifying and deeply processing the traditional fertilizer by taking the biological engineering technology as the means and taking agricultural wastes as main raw materials according to the theory of microecology and plant nutrition and the requirements of balanced fertilization technology and soil testing formula technology. The compound microbial fertilizer generally comprises inorganic nutrients, organic nutrients, microbial bacteria and trace element fertilizers, integrates the quick acting of the inorganic fertilizers, the long acting of the organic fertilizers and the synergism of the biological fertilizers, not only meets the nutrient requirements of crops, but also improves the soil, relieves the soil hardening and salinization, and simultaneously can improve the product quality and the crop yield. The research, production and application of the biological fertilizer in China have been in history for more than 60 years, and blowout type development is presented in recent years, but the composite microbial fertilizer in China is still in the initial stage, is not standardized and perfect in industrial production, and has a larger difference in production equipment and production process compared with the foreign advanced level. At present, the composite microbial fertilizer in China mainly has the problems of poor product quality stability, unstable fertilizer efficiency, low survival rate of bacterial strains and the like.
For a long time, chemical pesticides are always adopted in China to control plant diseases and insect pests, high-toxicity chemical pesticides are widely and infinitely used in large quantities, surrounding water, soil and crops are seriously polluted, the natural ecological environment is damaged, the physical health and life of people are greatly threatened, and in order to avoid side effects, many scholars at home and abroad search for microbial pesticides which are high in selectivity, high in efficiency, low in toxicity and safe to use. The microbial pesticide is a preparation prepared from living organisms and metabolites thereof and used for preventing and treating crop diseases, insect pests and weeds, and also comprises a protective agent, an auxiliary agent and a synergistic agent of the living organisms and an artificially synthesized preparation simulating certain insect toxins and antibiotics. At present, the commercial products developed and applied by research at home and abroad mainly comprise bacterial insecticides, fungal insecticides and virus insecticides. Compared with chemical pesticides, the use of microbial insecticides for controlling pests has many advantages as follows: (1) the microbial insecticide has strong action specificity on pests, rarely kills natural enemies and beneficial organisms of the pests and does not destroy ecological balance; (2) various components and factors act, and pests are not easy to generate drug resistance; (3) is safe to human and livestock, does not pollute the environment, and is beneficial to improving the production and living environment of human; (4) the production raw materials mainly comprise agricultural and sideline products and byproducts, so that local production and application are facilitated, and rural popularization and the like are facilitated. However, the existing microbial insecticide has some problems in production and application, such as slow insecticidal effect, and no characteristics of small chemical pesticide dosage and quick response, so that the microbial insecticide is not easily and widely accepted by people in a short period; the use is greatly influenced by the environment, and the drug effect is influenced by humidity, temperature, rainwater and the like; the production cost and the application cost are high.
According to the invention, through a large number of indoor researches and field experiments, the compound microbial fertilizer with insecticidal activity is screened out, is a pure nutritional compound microbial fertilizer, has the functions of rapidly supplementing organic nutrition for fruit tree crops, and improving the stress resistance of the fruit tree crops such as cold resistance, drought resistance, disease and pest resistance, and the like, has a good effect on preventing and treating fruit tree diseases and pests, solves the problems that a common chemical insecticide for an orchard kills pests, a large amount of natural enemies and beneficial organisms of the pests are killed, the ecological balance is seriously damaged, and the like, avoids the phytotoxicity of the chemical insecticide, and improves the fruit quality. At present, no relevant report is found at home and abroad.
The above background disclosure is only for the purpose of assisting understanding of the inventive concept and technical solutions of the present invention, and does not necessarily belong to the prior art of the present patent application, and should not be used for evaluating the novelty and inventive step of the present application in the case that there is no clear evidence that the above content is disclosed at the filing date of the present patent application.
