Background
With the large-scale use of chemical fertilizers, the agricultural yield-increasing effect is obvious, but the large-scale use of chemical fertilizers also causes environmental pollution problems such as increase of heavy metals and toxic elements in soil, reduction of microbial activity, imbalance of nutrients, aggravation of acidification and the like. With the development of society, healthy body and life become the targets pursued by more and more people. High yield, organic property, low energy consumption and high efficiency of agricultural products are inevitable roads and requirements for future agricultural progress. In modern agricultural production practice, various novel fertilizers are produced by transportation in order to improve fertilizer efficiency, reduce the using amount of the fertilizer, realize zero growth of the fertilizer and solve the defects and the defects of the traditional fertilizer application. The water-soluble fertilizer is a novel fertilizer which is produced by matching with water-saving irrigation, three-dimensional high-efficiency cultivation and high-yield and high-quality cultivation technologies, has the characteristics of improving the utilization rate of the fertilizer, saving energy, protecting environment, saving water, saving fertilizer, saving labor and increasing yield, is a good product for developing modern agriculture, and is one of important directions for developing fertilizers in the future. The water soluble fertilizer is a liquid or solid fertilizer which is dissolved or diluted by water and is used for purposes of fertigation, foliar fertilization, soilless culture, seed soaking and root dipping and the like. It not only contains the nutrient elements of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, etc. required by crops, but also contains the nutrient components of humic acid, amino acid, alginic acid and plant growth regulator, etc. The application of water-soluble fertilizers in China starts late, and has a larger gap compared with the foreign advanced level in production equipment and production technology. At present, the water-soluble fertilizer in China mainly has the problems of poor product quality stability, easy deliquescence, hardening, excessive impurities, poor water solubility and the like.
For a long time, chemical pesticides are always adopted in China to control plant diseases and insect pests, high-toxicity chemical pesticides are widely and infinitely used in large quantities, surrounding water, soil and crops are seriously polluted, the natural ecological environment is destroyed, the physical health and life of people are greatly threatened, and in order to avoid side effects, many scholars at home and abroad search for microbial pesticides which are high in selectivity, high in efficiency, low in toxicity and safe to use. The microbial pesticide is a preparation prepared from living organisms and metabolites thereof and used for preventing and treating crop diseases, insect pests and weeds, and also comprises a protective agent, an auxiliary agent and a synergistic agent of the living organisms and an artificially synthesized preparation simulating certain insect toxins and antibiotics. At present, the commercial products developed and applied by research at home and abroad mainly comprise bacterial insecticides, fungal insecticides and virus insecticides. Compared with chemical pesticides, the use of microbial pesticides for controlling pests has many advantages: (1) the microbial pesticide has strong action specificity on pests, rarely kills natural enemies and beneficial organisms of the pests, and does not destroy ecological balance; (2) various components and factors act, and pests are not easy to generate drug resistance; (3) is safe to human and livestock, does not pollute the environment, and is beneficial to improving the production and living environment of human; (4) the production raw materials mainly comprise agricultural and sideline products and byproducts, so that local production and application are facilitated, and rural popularization and the like are facilitated. However, the existing microbial pesticide has some problems in production and application, such as slow pesticidal effect, and does not have the characteristics of small chemical pesticide dosage and quick response, so that the microbial pesticide is not easily and widely accepted by people in a short period of time; the use is greatly influenced by the environment, and the drug effect is influenced by humidity, temperature, rainwater and the like; the production cost and the application cost are high.
The camphor oil, named camphor oil, camphor wood oil and camphor crude oil, is prepared with camphor wood of Lauraceae through steam distillation, and has main components including camphor 30-55%, alpha-pinene, camphene, phellandrene, terpineol, geraniol acetate, isovaleraldehyde, citronellal and piperonyl ketone, and has the functions of preventing corrosion, diminishing inflammation, relieving cough, eliminating phlegm, killing parasite, etc. and is one important material for modern medicine, metallurgy, chemical industry, perfume, food industry, military industry, etc.
Borneol camphor is a new chemical type camphor tree variety discovered by Chinese researchers in Jian City of Jiangxi province in 1986, the content of the main component d-borneol (natural borneol) of leaf essential oil of the camphor tree is up to 87%, and the natural borneol is a traditional and rare Chinese medicinal material and high-grade spice in China, is an important medicament for preparing Chinese patent medicines and is also a high-grade additive in daily chemical industry and food industry. The borneol camphor essential oil is prepared by distilling borneol camphor with water vapor, mainly contains dextroborneol components, and has the effects of antisepsis, anti-inflammation, cough relieving, phlegm reducing, insect killing and the like.
According to the invention, through a large amount of indoor researches and field experiments, the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity is screened out, is a pure nutritional humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer, has the functions of quickly supplementing organic nutrition for fruit tree crops, and improving the stress resistance of the fruit tree crops such as cold resistance, drought resistance, disease and pest resistance and the like, has a good effect on preventing and controlling fruit tree diseases and pests, solves the problems that a common chemical insecticide for an orchard kills pests, also kills a large amount of natural enemies and beneficial organisms of the pests, seriously destroys ecological balance and the like, avoids the phytotoxicity of the chemical insecticide, and improves the fruit quality. In addition, the camphor oil and the borneol camphor essential oil are used as the bio-stimulin in the water-soluble fertilizer, so that the effect of killing mite pests such as citrus red mites can be effectively improved. At present, no relevant report is found at home and abroad.

a humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of nitrogen potash fertilizer, 45-60 parts of biostimulant, 5-12 parts of surfactant and 3-5 parts of anti-caking agent; the following raw materials in parts by weight are most preferred: 30 parts of nitrogen-potassium fertilizer, 52 parts of biostimulant, 8 parts of surfactant and 4 parts of anti-caking agent.

Further, the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity is characterized in that the nitrogen-potassium fertilizer is one or more of urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate and one or more of potassium nitrate, potassium sulfate and potassium chloride; the surfactant is one or two of methylene dinaphthalene sodium sulfonate, sodium benzene sulfate sulfonate, tween and sodium lignin benzene sulfonate, and the anti-caking agent is magnesium sulfate monohydrate and/or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
Further, the above-mentioned water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid with insecticidal activity, the biostimulant is a combination of two or more of special biological bacteria including Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) LTBA02, camphor wood oil, borneol camphor wood essential oil, amino acids, humic acids, fulvic acids, protease hydrolysate and alginic acid; wherein the special biological bacteria comprise a mixture of Bacillus mucilaginosus, Bacillus subtilis and secondary metabolites thereof in addition to Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) LTBA 02; the amino acid is animal-derived polypeptide amino acid; the humic acid is biochemical potassium humate and sodium humate; the fulvic acid is a composition of biochemical source fulvic acid and mineral source fulvic acid.
The application of the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity is as follows:
(1) the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer is used for fertilizing fruit trees as a pure nutritional type humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer;
(2) the pesticide is used for preventing and controlling plant diseases and insect pests in orchards.
Further, when the application of the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity is used as an insecticide for preventing and treating plant diseases and insect pests in an orchard, the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer is diluted by 150-fold and sprayed on fruit trees; when the application is used as a pure nutritional type humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer for fruit tree fertilization, the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer is diluted by adding 200-fold water, and is applied by spraying or drop irrigation or spraying to fruit trees.

The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) LTBA02 is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) and has the address of university of Wuhan, China. The preservation date is 2018, month 07 and 02, and the survival is detected in 2018, month 07 and 15. The preservation number is CCTCC NO: m2018433.
Based on the traditional water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid, the invention has great innovation through deep research, and compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer is scientifically prepared from multiple components, and under the action of mutual coordination and mutual promotion of the components in the formula, the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer can be used as a humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer for providing nutrition for fruit trees and can also be used as a pesticide for preventing and treating orchard diseases and insect pests.
(2) The humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity is a pure nutritional humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer, does not contain any chemical insecticide and pesticide components, and is green, environment-friendly, harmless and pollution-free.
(3) The humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity is a biological insecticide, wherein the specific Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) LTBA02 can secrete extracellular exochelial active protein and a soluble wax acid metabolite, and under the synergistic action of other biological stimulin components, the epidermis of pests can dissolve wax, block and instantly touch out, the insecticidal effect is fast, the insecticidal range is wide, various orchard pests and diseases can be effectively controlled, particularly the control effect on the pests such as citrus red spiders which are difficult to kill is more remarkable, tests prove that the citrus red spiders can be killed for 3 minutes, the once killing rate reaches more than 95 percent, and the defects of slow effect taking and the like of the existing microbial insecticide are overcome.
(4) The camphor oil and the borneol camphor essential oil used in the invention have the functions of killing insects and promoting infiltration, wherein the camphor oil has stronger wax-dissolving function, can effectively improve the wax-dissolving effect of the LTBA02 strain and improve the insect pest inhabitation efficiency; the camphor oil and the borneol camphor essential oil have the capability of promoting the LTBA02 strain to secrete extracellular exocuticle active protein, and can promote the conduction of effective components in the fertilizer in the body of pests, thereby improving the contact killing effect; in addition, the camphor wood oil and the borneol camphor wood essential oil also have strong pungent smell and have certain repelling effect on pests, thereby improving the control effect of the pests.
(5) The humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity is a contact-killing type pesticide fertilizer when used as an insecticide, has quick response, has no influence on pesticide effect by environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, rainwater and the like, greatly reduces the requirement on weather conditions when used, overcomes the defect that most chemical pesticides are systemic toxicants, need to be eaten by pests to exert pesticide effect, and need to be used when the weather is fine to ensure the effect, and also overcomes the defect that the existing microbial insecticide is greatly influenced by the environment when used, and has influence on pesticide effect by humidity, temperature, rainwater and the like.
(6) The humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity has strong pertinence when being used as an insecticide, only kills pests, does not generate drug resistance, has no pollution to the environment and high safety, and can effectively prevent and control various orchard diseases and insect pests. Overcomes the defects that the conventional chemical insecticide seriously pollutes the environment and crop products due to residue, kills a great amount of natural enemies and beneficial organisms of pests while killing the pests, seriously damages ecological balance and the like, stops the phytotoxicity of the insecticide, and improves the fruit quality.
(7) The humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer with insecticidal activity can efficiently activate soil, improve the content of organic matters in the soil and promote the propagation of beneficial microorganisms in the soil; the air permeability and the water retention performance of the soil are improved, and the soil is effectively improved and repaired; can quickly supplement organic nutrition of crops, improve the stress resistance capabilities of fruit tree crops such as cold resistance, drought resistance, disease and pest resistance and the like, and effectively overcome the problems of poor growth, susceptibility to diseases and pests, early senescence of etiolated crops and the like caused by soil hardening, increase of harmful microorganisms in soil and reduction of crop stress resistance due to long-term application of fertilizers.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments. It should be emphasized that the following description is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application.
Preparation of humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer solid powder preparation with insecticidal activity
1. Design of experiments
The test uses 3 examples to prepare solid powder formulations, respectively, and the specific parameters are detailed in table 1.

Secondly, product detection
1. Product quality inspection
The samples of the above examples 1 to 3 are respectively subjected to product quality inspection according to the row standards NY 1106-2010 (macroelement type) and NY 1110-2010, and the quality of the products of the 3 examples meets the standard. The results are shown in Table 2.

2. Chemical pesticide composition detection
The samples of the above examples 1-3 were tested for the chemical insecticide components amitraz, fenphostin, pyridaben, fenpyroximate, spirotetramat, bifenazate, fenpropathrin, bifenthrin, cyhalothrin, triazophos, profenofos, chlorpyrifos, flufenoxuron, diafenthiuron, carbosulfan, tebufenpyrad and quinate, and as a result, no chemical insecticide component was detected in any of the 3 examples.
Third, stability survey
The samples of the above examples 1 to 3 were packaged in commercially available packages, and placed in a cool, dry, ventilated room: the temperature is 10-35 ℃, the humidity is 40-90%, the test is 6 months, the stability key investigation indexes such as appearance, water solubility, pH value, moisture, effective viable count and organic matter content of the sample are inspected at 0, 3 and 6 months, and compared with the measurement result of the sample at 0 month, no obvious change exists, which shows that the sample quality of the embodiments 1-3 of the invention is stable. The test results are shown in Table 3.

Fourth, field test
To better understand the essence of the present invention, the inventors have tested 5-year-old ponkan growing areas where citrus red spiders are more harmful throughout the year, as outlined below:
1. materials and methods
1.1 test materials
The samples of the invention of example 3, example 4 and example 5 were selected for testing, and the commercial 9.5% mite-killing emulsifiable concentrate was used as a control.
1.2 test methods
Repeating the treatment for 4 times, totally 24 cells, arranging the cells in random block groups, arranging protective rows around the cells, applying 3 plants to each cell, spraying the medicine on sunny days, spraying the tree crowns by using a controllable pressure manual sprayer, uniformly spraying the front and back surfaces of leaves to fully contact the liquid medicine until the liquid medicine is about to drip, and respectively performing 5 treatments:
and (3) treatment A: blank Control (CK), applied as per local habit but without insecticidal treatment.
And (B) treatment: positive control, local habit fertilizer application, and spraying with commercial 9.5% mite kill emulsifiable concentrate (3000 times liquid).
And C, treatment: as a pure nutritional type humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer, the sample of the embodiment 3 of the invention is applied, diluted by 500 times of water and applied by spraying, and the application is carried out for 4 times at intervals of 15 days; the pesticide is used for treating diseases and insect pests in orchards, the sample of the embodiment 3 of the invention is sprayed and diluted by 150 times of water for spraying and killing insects, and the pesticide is applied for 1 time.
And D, processing: the pesticide is used for treating diseases and insect pests in orchards, the sample of the embodiment 4 of the invention is sprayed and diluted by adding 150 times of water for spraying and killing insects, and the pesticide is applied for 1 time.
And E, processing: the pesticide is used for treating diseases and insect pests in orchards, the sample of the embodiment 5 of the invention is sprayed and diluted by 150 times of water for spraying and killing insects, and the pesticide is applied for 1 time.
The above 5 treatments were all the same as the other field management measures.
1.3 investigation of pesticidal Effect
By adopting a fixed-point survey method, 2 ponkan trees are searched in each cell, each tree is divided into upper and lower 5 leaves according to 4 directions of east, south, west and north, each direction is marked, fixed-point survey is carried out, and 40 leaves are searched in each cell. The population base number of the mites was investigated 1d before application, and the numbers of live mites on both sides of the leaf were examined 1 time each 3min, 30min, 1h, 12h, 1d, 3d, 7d, and 15d after application.

2. Results and analysis
2.1 insecticidal Effect
As can be seen from Table 4, the control effect of the sample (treatment C) sprayed with the pesticide of the invention in example 3 on the citrus red mites is far higher than that of the positive control (treatment B) after 3min, 30min and 1h of pesticide application, which indicates that the pesticide of the invention has quick effect when being used for killing pests; after the insecticide is sprayed for 12 hours, 1d, 7d and 15d, the control effect of the sample (treatment C) in the embodiment 3 of the invention on citrus red spiders is not obvious different from that of the positive control (treatment B), which shows that the control effect of the sample and the positive control on citrus red spiders is equivalent. Meanwhile, in the whole test process, the control effect of spraying the sample (treatment C) in the embodiment 3 of the invention on citrus red spiders is far higher than that of spraying the sample (treatment D) in the embodiment 4 of the invention, which shows that the special strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) LTBA02 in the formula plays a crucial role in the insecticidal effect of the product of the invention, and can selectively and rapidly destroy epidermal growth factors of red spider pests mainly because the strain can secrete extracellular exochelial active proteins and lysowax acid metabolites, thereby playing a role in instant touch killing. The control effect of the sample (treatment E) sprayed in the example 5 of the invention on the citrus red spiders is lower than that of the sample (treatment C) sprayed in the example 3 of the invention in the whole test process, which shows that the wax dissolution and the inhabitation of the citrus red spiders can be promoted by adding the camphor wood oil and the borneol camphor wood essential oil, the contact killing effect is improved, and the control effect of pests is improved.

2.2 Effect on Ponkan yield and quality
As can be seen from Table 5, the yield of the sample (treatment C) of example 3 to which the present invention was applied was 2401.9kg/667m2Respectively higher than the blank control (1657.3kg/667 m)2) And a positive control (2235.6kg/667 m)2) And the appearance and the quality of the produced fruit are superior to those of a blank control and a positive control. The insecticidal effect is obvious, fruit trees are not damaged, and soil can be improved and fertilizer can be increased; when the spraying fertilization is carried out, the organic nutrition of crops can be quickly supplemented, the stress resistance capabilities of cold resistance, drought resistance, disease and pest resistance and the like of fruit tree crops are improved, the soil is effectively improved and repaired, the fruit trees have sufficient nutrients and lasting aftereffect, and the yield and quality are increased.
