Abstract
本发明公开了一种可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,包括水性聚氨酯乳液,水性丙烯酸树脂液,有机硅改性剂,高耐磨蜡乳液,高耐磨有机硅乳液,助剂,交联剂,水。通过功能性涂层一遍上光的方式,实现了BOPP薄膜在纸张表面的防护功能,从而取代现有复杂的覆膜工艺。整体成本降低的同时,有效保护环境,提升纸张资源再生利用率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能性涂层技术领域,具体涉及一种可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的覆膜工艺是在纸张底材上先印刷油墨得到想要的印刷图案,然后通过胶水将BOPP薄膜(薄膜上已做好哑光或触感等效果)热覆在纸张底材上,防止运输过程中的磨损或浸湿等问题,覆膜工艺的使用有效保护了纸箱。但因为BOPP薄膜不容易降解,与纸结合后,在废纸处理过程中很难实现纸与BOPP薄膜的分离,造成大量资源的损失。近年来,通过功能性涂层替代BOPP薄膜的需求在不断增强。
另外一个原因是BOPP薄膜的价格在不断上涨,导致覆膜工艺的成本增加,所以市面上多数客户希望取消覆膜的工艺,在底材印刷油墨后直接印刷上光功能性涂层的工艺,既能达到原有工艺的物理性能,又能很好地回避限塑令的约束,实现成本上降低的同时,又能保护自然环境,实现纸张的有效回收,一举多得。
发明内容
本发明提供的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层直接印刷或涂布在各种基材表面制成替代BOPP薄膜的纸包装产品,且其工艺简单,易于操作,更利于工业化大规模生产。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面提供了一种可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,所述功能性涂层包括按重量份计的下述组分:
水性聚氨酯乳液50~90重量份,水性丙烯酸树脂液3~20重量份,有机硅改性剂1~10重量份,高耐磨蜡乳液1~10重量份,高耐磨有机硅乳液1~10重量份,助剂1~5重量份,交联剂1~5重量份,水1~10重量份。
优选地,所述水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为35~40%,粘度为1000~1500mPa·s。
优选地,所述水性丙烯酸树脂液固含量为40~45%,粘度为300~1000mPa·s。
优选地,所述有机硅改性剂是末端含有环氧基团的硅烷改性剂。
优选地,所述高耐磨蜡乳液的平均粒径为3~10微米。
优选地,所述高耐磨有机硅乳液为改性超高分子量聚硅氧烷分散体。
优选地,所述助剂为流平剂、润湿剂、消泡剂。
优选地,所述交联剂为碳化二亚胺。
优选地,所述水为去离子水。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层的制备方法,所述方法采用本发明所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,该方法包括下述步骤:
步骤A:在搅拌条件下,将水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸树脂液、有机硅改性剂混合分散均匀,得到乳液A;
步骤B:在搅拌条件下,将有机硅耐磨乳液与水混合后加入到上述乳液A中,搅拌速度为800~1000rpm,搅拌时间为20~30min得到乳液B;
步骤C:在搅拌条件下,将耐磨蜡乳液加入到上述乳液B中,搅拌速度为800~1000rpm,搅拌时间为20~30min,得到乳液C;
步骤D:在搅拌条件下,将助剂加入到上述乳液C中,搅拌速度为400~600rpm,搅拌时间为30~60min得到乳液D;
步骤E:在搅拌条件下,将交联剂加入到上述乳液D中,搅拌速度为400~600rpm,搅拌时间为5~10min得到可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层通过上光的方式涂敷在纸张表面相比于覆膜的方式,加工工艺简单,易于操作;
(2)本发明的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层与纸张结合后,不影响纸张的回收再浆,从真正意义上做到环保,提升纸类资源的利用率;
(3)本发明的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层相比与普通上光涂层,耐磨及耐折性能上更优;

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。以下实施例中,如无特别说明,所用的各材料均可通过商购获得,如无特别说明,所用的方法为本领域的常规方法。

按照下述方法进行测试:
凸版装潢印刷品GB/T 7706-2008
运输包装用单瓦楞纸箱和双瓦楞纸箱GB/T 6543-2008
其他采用常规方式进行。
实施例1
一种可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,包括按重量份计的下述组分:水性聚氨酯乳液90重量份,水性丙烯酸树脂液4重量份,有机硅改性剂1重量份,高耐磨蜡乳液1重量份,高耐磨有机硅乳液1重量份,助剂1重量份,交联剂1重量份,水1重量份。
对上述功能性涂层上光印刷后得到的纸样进行耐磨及耐折性能测试,在磨擦试验机上以4磅,43次/min条件测试,可达200次不脱色。在温度-5~65℃,20-80%湿度条件下进行180°往返耐折测试,耐折次数可达10次不出现裂纹。
实施例2
一种可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,包括按重量份计的下述组分:水性聚氨酯乳液80重量份,水性丙烯酸树脂液3重量份,有机硅改性剂1重量份,高耐磨蜡乳液5重量份,高耐磨有机硅乳液1重量份,助剂1重量份,交联剂4重量份,水5重量份。
对上述功能性涂层上光印刷后得到的纸样进行耐磨及耐折性能测试,在磨擦试验机上以4磅,43次/min条件测试,可达1000次不脱色。在温度-5~65℃,20-80%湿度条件下进行180°往返耐折测试,耐折次数可达8次不出现裂纹。
实施例3
水性聚氨酯乳液60重量份,水性丙烯酸树脂液10重量份,有机硅改性剂5重量份,高耐磨蜡乳液5重量份,高耐磨有机硅乳液5重量份,助剂5重量份,交联剂5重量份,水5重量份。
对上述功能性涂层上光印刷后得到的纸样进行耐磨及耐折性能测试,在磨擦试验机上以4磅,43次/min条件测试,可达1000次不脱色。在温度-5~65℃,20-80%湿度条件下进行180°往返耐折测试,耐折次数可达5次不出现裂纹。
上述各个实施例所述可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层的制备方法是通过以下步骤制备的:
步骤A:在搅拌条件下,将水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸树脂液、有机硅改性剂混合分散均匀,得到乳液A;
步骤B:在搅拌条件下,将有机硅耐磨乳液与水混合后加入到上述乳液A中,搅拌速度为800rpm,搅拌时间为30min得到乳液B;
步骤C:在搅拌条件下,将耐磨蜡乳液加入到上述乳液B中,搅拌速度为1000rpm,搅拌时间为30min,得到乳液C;
步骤D:在搅拌条件下,将助剂加入到上述乳液C中,搅拌速度为600rpm,搅拌时间为60min得到乳液D;
步骤E:在搅拌条件下,将交联剂加入到上述乳液D中,搅拌速度为600rpm,搅拌时间为10min得到可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层。

1.一种可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其特征在于,所述功能性涂层包括按重量份计的下述组分:
水性聚氨酯乳液50~90重量份,水性丙烯酸树脂液3~20重量份,有机硅改性剂1~10重量份,高耐磨蜡乳液1~10重量份,高耐磨有机硅乳液1~10重量份,助剂1~5重量份,交联剂1~5重量份,水1~10重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其中,所述水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为30~45%,粘度为500~2000mPa·s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其中,所述水性丙烯酸乳液固含量为30~45%,粘度为300~3000mPa·s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其中,所述有机硅改性剂为环氧硅烷低聚物水解液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其中,所述高耐磨蜡乳液为聚乙烯蜡乳液,聚乙烯-聚四氟乙烯蜡乳液,聚四氟乙烯蜡乳液中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其中,所述高耐磨有机硅乳液为聚硅氧烷改性有机硅乳液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其中,所述助剂为流平剂、消泡剂和润湿剂的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其中,所述交联剂为碳化二亚胺,氮丙啶中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,其中,所述水为去离子水。
10.一种可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法采用权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层,该方法包括下述步骤:
步骤A:在搅拌条件下,将水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸树脂液、有机硅改性剂混合分散均匀,得到乳液A;
步骤B:在搅拌条件下,将有机硅耐磨乳液与水混合后加入到上述乳液A中,搅拌速度为800~1000rpm,搅拌时间为20~30min得到乳液B;
步骤C:在搅拌条件下,将耐磨蜡乳液加入到上述乳液B中,搅拌速度为800~1000rpm,搅拌时间为20~30min,得到乳液C;
步骤D:在搅拌条件下,将助剂加入到上述乳液C中,搅拌速度为400~600rpm,搅拌时间为30~60min得到乳液D;
步骤E:在搅拌条件下,将交联剂加入到上述乳液D中,搅拌速度为400~600rpm,搅拌时间为5~10min得到可替代BOPP薄膜的功能性涂层。
