Abstract
本发明公开了一种表面活性防锈剂及其制备方法和应用,其属于防锈技术领域,其中,表面活性防锈剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:将聚氟硅氧烷与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,在引发剂、极性调节剂和溶剂的作用下,进行接枝共聚反应,得到所述表面活性防锈剂;所述的聚氟硅氧烷为三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷、全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、全氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;所述的聚氧乙烯醚为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。本发明提供的表面活性防锈剂,能够有效降低表面张力,提高防锈油在金属表面的延展性能与附着力,且在制备硬膜防锈油时能够提高膜的耐候性、耐水性,以提高防锈性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈技术领域,具体是一种表面活性防锈剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
对于各个工业部门而言,金属是最重要的结构材料,然而,金属很容易受到介质的电化学效应影响,造成变质,以及还会受到外部环境的损坏。这就是人们经常说的金属腐蚀。金属腐蚀是材料破坏的主要形式之一,为了减少损失并避免金属的腐蚀,人们采用了各种各样的方法,用防锈油来保护金属制品,便是目前最常见的防护方法之一。
防锈油一般包括基础油、防锈剂和成膜剂,从目前防锈油的性能上看,薄层防锈油油膜薄,但是防锈效果不理想,油膜厚,防锈油用量大造成环境污染,且市面上的防锈油延展性差、附着力差,不能较好的在金属表面完全铺展开,特别是在一些中小型企业,通过人工喷涂工艺时,易发生防锈油铺展不开、不均匀导致加工件腐蚀的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面活性防锈剂及其制备方法和应用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:
一种表面活性防锈剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
将聚氟硅氧烷与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,在引发剂、极性调节剂和溶剂的作用下,进行接枝共聚反应,得到所述表面活性防锈剂;
所述的聚氟硅氧烷为三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷、全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、全氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;
所述的聚氧乙烯醚为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,表面活性防锈剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
按重量份计,往10-50份溶剂中加入10-50份聚氟硅氧烷,通入保护气体并加热至40-80℃后,再加入1-5份极性调节剂,然后滴加55-150份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和1-5份引发剂进行接枝共聚反应,得到所述表面活性防锈剂。
优选地,所述溶剂为甲苯、溶剂油和三氯乙烷中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述的极性调节剂为乙酸乙酯和/或正硅酸乙酯。
优选地,所述引发剂为硅醇钠和/或偏硅酸钠。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种采用上述制备方法制得的表面活性防锈剂。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种上述表面活性防锈剂在制备防锈油中的应用。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种防锈油,包括以下按照质量百分比计的组分:防锈组分5%-30%、成膜组分0-30%、基础油40%-95%,所述防锈组分至少包括上述表面活性防锈剂。
优选地,所述防锈组分还包括石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、十七烯基咪唑啉的十二烯基丁二酸盐、环烷酸锌、二壬基萘磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐、司本-80中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述成膜组分包括丙烯酸酯、醇酸树脂、古马隆树脂、2402树脂、C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、萜烯树脂、司本-80、羊毛脂镁皂、氧化石油脂钡皂中的一种或多种。
本发明提供的一种表面活性防锈剂的制备方法,其制得的表面活性防锈剂,能够有效降低表面张力,提高防锈油在金属表面的延展性能与附着力,且在制备硬膜防锈油时能够提高膜的耐候性、耐水性,以提高防锈性能。

在本发明的一个实施例中,提供了一种表面活性防锈剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
将聚氟硅氧烷与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,在引发剂、极性调节剂和溶剂的作用下,进行接枝共聚反应,得到所述表面活性防锈剂;
所述的聚氟硅氧烷为三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷、全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、全氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;
所述的聚氧乙烯醚为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
上述制备方法制得的表面活性防锈剂是一种或多种的聚氟硅氧烷与聚氧乙烯醚接枝共聚物。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,表面活性防锈剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
按重量份计,往10-50份溶剂中加入10-50份聚氟硅氧烷,通入保护气体并加热至40-80℃后,再加入1-5份极性调节剂,然后滴加55-150份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和1-5份引发剂进行接枝共聚反应0.5-2h,然后蒸馏出溶剂和低沸物,得到所述表面活性防锈剂。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述溶剂为甲苯、溶剂油和三氯乙烷中的一种或多种。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的极性调节剂为乙酸乙酯和/或正硅酸乙酯。其中,极性调节剂是控制反应聚合物的亲油亲水性,对于油性防锈剂,接枝共聚反应过程中,产品需要亲油性,因此在合成过程中需要添加剂极性调节剂;如果不添加,产品会出现亲水性大于亲油性,无法在实际产品中添加使用。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述引发剂为硅醇钠和/或偏硅酸钠。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,还提供了一种采用上述制备方法制得的表面活性防锈剂。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,还提供了一种上述表面活性防锈剂在制备防锈油中的应用。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,还提供了一种防锈油,包括以下按照质量百分比计的组分:防锈组分5%-30%、成膜组分0-30%、基础油40%-95%,所述防锈组分至少包括上述表面活性防锈剂。
其中,基础油可以采用矿物油基础油、合成酯基础油、环保型溶剂油中的一种或多种,但不限于此。
上述防锈油制备方法为:在搅拌下先单独配制防锈组分和成膜组分,然后按照不同的要求,配制不同比例的防锈组分和成膜组分,通过在基础油中稀释配制不同性能或应用场所所需要的防锈油,得到的防锈油均匀地涂抹在金属表面,可形成致密的防锈膜,阻止水分子及杂质的接触,其附着力、耐候性强,从而可以达到长期防锈的目的。
在实际应用中,通过在基础油中调整防锈组分和成膜组分不同的比例,配制成不同工艺、不同应用场所需要的防锈油产品,灵活变动,解决了由于防锈油膜层薄而防锈性能差的特点,提高了配制的硬膜防锈油膜层的耐候性和耐水性,提高硬膜防锈油的防锈性能,可露天存放;另外,还提高了防锈油的延展性和附着力,特别针对一些中小企业的人工喷涂工艺,延长了加工件的防锈周期。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述防锈组分还包括石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、十七烯基咪唑啉的十二烯基丁二酸盐、环烷酸锌、二壬基萘磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐、司本-80中的一种或多种。
其中,上述表面活性防锈剂是亲油性氟硅聚合物。在防锈油中,其它防锈组分的防锈剂机理都是成膜防锈,而上述表面活性防锈剂由于含F-Si键,能够增加防锈油其他组分的成膜致密性,进而形成协同作用。
在实际应用中,防锈组分在配制过程中,可以添加少量的基础油,并可加热至50-80℃将各组分进行溶解混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述成膜组分包括丙烯酸酯、醇酸树脂、古马隆树脂、2402树脂、C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、萜烯树脂、司本-80、羊毛脂镁皂、氧化石油脂钡皂中的一种或多种。
在实际应用中,成膜组分在配制过程中,可以添加少量的基础油,并可加热至50-80℃将各组分进行溶解混合。
本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案相比于现有技术具有以下优点:
1、本发明实施例提供的表面活性防锈剂具有互穿网络结构,其可使防锈油的膜层致密,以提高防锈性能;
2、本发明实施例提供的防锈油生产方便,灵活变动,通过改变不同比例的防锈组分和成膜组分的用量,可配制不同工艺、不同应用场所需要的防锈油产品;
3、本发明实施例提供的表面活性防锈剂中氟硅元素的加入使得防锈油具有较低的表面张力,其具有延展性好、附着力好、膜层薄的优点,特别适用于一些中小企业的人工喷涂工艺,避免涂抹不均,提高防锈性能;
4、本发明实施例提供的防锈油的膜层的耐候性、耐水性好,可阻止水分子或其它杂质的进入,进而提高防锈性能,特别是在配制硬膜防锈油时,可室外存储。
下述实施例为本发明在实际应用中的部分具体实施案例,但不局限于此。
实施例1
该实施例提供了一种防锈油的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、在搅拌下,往50g甲苯溶剂中加入50g三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷,通入氮气作为保护气体并加热至70℃后,再加入2.5g乙酸乙酯,然后滴加140g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和3g硅醇钠,滴加时间控制在30min,滴加完毕后保温,进行接枝共聚反应1h,然后蒸馏出溶剂和低沸物,即可得到表面活性防锈剂,备用。
S2、取5g上述表面活性防锈剂、10g石油磺酸钡、3g二壬基萘磺酸钡、0.2g十二烯基丁二酸、0.5g司本-80在搅拌下配制成防锈组分,备用。
S3、取3g羊毛脂镁皂、20g矿物油、3g司本-80进行混合,并加热至70℃,配制成成膜组分,备用。
S4、往85g矿物油中加入10g上述防锈组分进行搅拌均匀后,再加入5g上述成膜组分进行搅拌均匀,即可得到薄层防锈油。
实施例2
该实施例提供了一种防锈油的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、在搅拌下,往50g甲苯溶剂中加入50g三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷,通入氮气作为保护气体并加热至70℃后,再加入2.5g乙酸乙酯,然后滴加140g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和3g硅醇钠,滴加时间控制在30min,滴加完毕后保温,进行接枝共聚反应1h,然后蒸馏出溶剂和低沸物,即可得到表面活性防锈剂,备用。
S2、取5g上述表面活性防锈剂、10g石油磺酸钡、3g二壬基萘磺酸钡、0.2g十二烯基丁二酸、0.5g司本-80在搅拌下配制成防锈组分,备用。
S3、取3g羊毛脂镁皂、20g矿物油、3g司本-80进行混合,并加热至70℃,配制成成膜组分,备用。
S4、往80g的D70基础油中加入10g上述防锈组分进行搅拌均匀后,再加入10g上述成膜组分进行搅拌均匀,即可得到软膜防锈油。
实施例3
该实施例提供了一种防锈油的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、在搅拌下,往50g甲苯溶剂中加入50g全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷,通入氮气作为保护气体并加热至75℃后,再加入2g乙酸乙酯,然后滴加55g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和2.5g硅醇钠,滴加时间控制在30min,滴加完毕后保温,进行接枝共聚反应1h,然后蒸馏出溶剂和低沸物,即可得到表面活性防锈剂,备用。
S2、取5g上述表面活性防锈剂、10g石油磺酸钡、3g二壬基萘磺酸钡、0.2g十二烯基丁二酸、0.5g司本-80在搅拌下配制成防锈组分,备用。
S3、取3g羊毛脂镁皂、20g溶剂油、3g司本-80、20g的2402树脂进行混合,并加热至75℃,配制成成膜组分,备用。
S4、往80g溶剂油中加入5g上述防锈组分进行搅拌均匀后,再加入15g上述成膜组分进行搅拌均匀,即可得到硬膜防锈油。
实施例4
该实施例提供了一种防锈油的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、在搅拌下,往50g甲苯溶剂中加入50g三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷,通入氮气作为保护气体并加热至70℃后,再加入2g正硅酸乙酯,然后滴加150g辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3g硅醇钠,滴加时间控制在1h,滴加完毕后保温,进行接枝共聚反应1h,然后蒸馏出溶剂和低沸物,即可得到表面活性防锈剂,备用。
S2、取10g上述表面活性防锈剂、15g石油磺酸钡、5g石油磺酸钠、0.5g十二烯基丁二酸、1g司本-80、5g的N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐在搅拌下配制成防锈组分,备用。
S3、取3g氧化石油脂钡皂、20g矿物油、10g丙烯酸酯树脂进行混合,并加热至70℃,配制成成膜组分,备用。
S4、往80g矿物油中加入15g上述防锈组分进行搅拌均匀后,再加入5g上述成膜组分进行搅拌均匀,即可得到脱水防锈油。
实施例5
该实施例提供了一种防锈油的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、在搅拌下,往10g溶剂油中加入10g全氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷,通入氮气作为保护气体并加热至40℃后,再加入1g乙酸乙酯,然后滴加55g辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和1g偏硅酸钠,滴加时间控制在20min,滴加完毕后保温,进行接枝共聚反应0.5h,然后蒸馏出低沸物,即可得到表面活性防锈剂,备用。
S2、取5g上述表面活性防锈剂、10g石油磺酸钡、2g环烷酸锌、0.5g十七烯基咪唑啉的十二烯基丁二酸盐、0.5g司本-80在搅拌下配制成防锈组分,备用。
S3、取3g羊毛脂镁皂、20g溶剂油、3g司本-80、2g醇酸树脂、1g古马隆树脂进行混合,并加热至50℃,配制成成膜组分,备用。
S4、往40g溶剂油中加入30g上述防锈组分进行搅拌均匀后,再加入30g上述成膜组分进行搅拌均匀,即可得到防锈油。
实施例6
该实施例提供了一种防锈油的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、在搅拌下,往20g三氯乙烷和20g甲苯的混合溶剂中加入10g三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷和10g全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷,通入氮气作为保护气体并加热至80℃后,再加入2g乙酸乙酯和3g正硅酸乙酯,然后滴加50g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、50g辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3g硅醇钠和2g偏硅酸钠,滴加时间控制在40min,滴加完毕后保温,进行接枝共聚反应2h,然后蒸馏出溶剂和低沸物,即可得到表面活性防锈剂,备用。
S2、取5g上述表面活性防锈剂、10g石油磺酸钡、3g二壬基萘磺酸钡、0.2g环烷酸锌、10g矿物油进行混合,并加热至80℃,配制成防锈组分,备用。
S3、取3g羊毛脂镁皂、20g矿物油、3g司本-80、5g的C5石油树脂进行混合,并加热至80℃,配制成成膜组分,备用。
S4、往70g矿物油中加入20g上述防锈组分进行搅拌均匀后,再加入10g上述成膜组分进行搅拌均匀,即可得到防锈油。

该实施例提供了一种防锈油的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、在搅拌下,往50g甲苯溶剂中加入10g全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷,通入氮气作为保护气体并加热至60℃后,再加入2g乙酸乙酯,然后滴加60g辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和2g硅醇钠,滴加时间控制在30min,滴加完毕后保温,进行接枝共聚反应1h,然后蒸馏出溶剂和低沸物,即可得到表面活性防锈剂,备用。
S2、取5g上述表面活性防锈剂、10g石油磺酸钡、3g二壬基萘磺酸钡、0.2g十二烯基丁二酸、0.5g司本-80在搅拌下配制成防锈组分,备用。
S3、往95g矿物油中加入5g上述防锈组分进行搅拌均匀,即可得到防锈油。
实施例8
该实施例提供了一种防锈油的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、在搅拌下,往30g甲苯溶剂中加入30g三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷,通入氮气作为保护气体并加热至60℃后,再加入3g正硅酸乙酯,然后滴加100g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和3g硅醇钠,滴加时间控制在40min,滴加完毕后保温,进行接枝共聚反应1.5h,然后蒸馏出溶剂和低沸物,即可得到表面活性防锈剂,备用。
S2、取5g上述表面活性防锈剂、10g二壬基萘磺酸钡、1g司本-80在搅拌下配制成防锈组分,备用。
S3、取3g羊毛脂镁皂、20g矿物油、3g司本-80、5g的C9石油树脂、5g萜烯树脂进行混合,并加热至60℃,配制成成膜组分,备用。
S4、往40g矿物油和40g溶剂油中加入10g上述防锈组分进行搅拌均匀后,再加入10g上述成膜组分进行搅拌均匀,即可得到防锈油。
对上述实施例1-2制得的防锈油进行性能指标检测,其检测结果如表1所示。

对上述实施例4制得的防锈油进行性能指标检测,其检测结果如表3所示。

另外,在实际测试过程中,与实施例1-4制得的防锈油,在其他组分不变的情况下,若不添加上述表面活性防锈剂的,其制得的防锈油盐雾试验时长会缩短10-20%左右。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容。
Claims (9)
1.一种表面活性防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按重量份计,往10-50份溶剂中加入10-50份聚氟硅氧烷,通入保护气体并加热至40-80℃后,再加入1-5份极性调节剂,然后滴加55-150份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和1-5份引发剂进行接枝共聚反应,得到所述表面活性防锈剂;
所述的聚氟硅氧烷为三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷、全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、全氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;
所述的聚氧乙烯醚为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面活性防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂为甲苯、溶剂油和三氯乙烷中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面活性防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的极性调节剂为乙酸乙酯和/或正硅酸乙酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面活性防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述引发剂为硅醇钠和/或偏硅酸钠。
5.一种采用权利要求1-4中任一项所述制备方法制得的表面活性防锈剂。
6.一种如权利要求5所述表面活性防锈剂在制备防锈油中的应用。
7.一种防锈油,包括以下按照质量百分比计的组分:防锈组分5%-30%、成膜组分0-30%、基础油40%-95%,其特征在于,所述防锈组分至少包括如权利要求5所述表面活性防锈剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防锈油,其特征在于,所述防锈组分还包括石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、十七烯基咪唑啉的十二烯基丁二酸盐、环烷酸锌、二壬基萘磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐、司本-80中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种防锈油,其特征在于,所述成膜组分包括丙烯酸酯、醇酸树脂、古马隆树脂、2402树脂、C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、萜烯树脂、司本-80、羊毛脂镁皂、氧化石油脂钡皂中的一种或多种。
