本发明公开了一种沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料及其制备方法,称取水、磷酸锌、聚乙烯醇、重铬酸钾、丙烯酸、钼酸铵、醋酸乙烯酯、溶纤剂、过硫酸铵、滑石粉、碳酸氢铵、氯化三苯基锡、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和着色剂,将原料烘干后加入剩余原料,搅拌后研磨即可;产品铅笔硬度为HB,附着力100/100;涂膜外观平整、光亮,耐盐雾200-250h无异常,耐盐性30-90d无异常;耐水性浸入35℃水中4-8d,不起泡不变色;粘度50-70s,表干1-3h,实干12-16h。

技术领域
本发明涉及船底防锈涂料,尤其涉及一种沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防锈涂料可保护金属表面免受大气、海水等的化学或电化学腐蚀的涂料。在金属表面涂上防锈涂料能够有效的避免大气中各种腐蚀性物质的直接入侵,使得最大化的延长金属使用期限。可分为物理性和化学性防锈漆两大类。前者靠着色剂和漆料的适当配合,形成致密的漆膜以阻止腐蚀性物质的侵入,如氧化铁红、铝粉、石墨防锈漆等;后者靠防锈着色剂的化学抑锈作用,如红丹、氧化铁红防锈漆等。用于桥梁、船舶、管道等金属的防锈。使用的防锈漆大致为油性防锈漆和水性防锈漆两种。油性防锈漆使材料表面油腻去除困难,已很少使用。油性防锈漆使用方便,价格低廉,但因含有亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等有毒物质,对操作人员危害较大,国家已限制使用,且此类产品性能单一,不能满足磁性合金材料的防锈要求。选用金属强力螯合剂肌醇六磷酸酯为主要成分,与其他几种水性助剂复配而成。肌醇六磷酸酯是从粮食作物中提取的天然无毒有机化工产品,当它作为磁性材料防锈剂使用时,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀。经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗即可进入涂装等下道工序。是防锈漆的重要组成部分.物理防锈着色剂是一类本身化学性质较防锈着色剂为稳定的着色剂,它们是靠本身的物理性能,化学性能稳定,质地坚硬,颗粒细微,优良的填充性,提高漆膜的致密度,降低漆膜的可渗性从而起到防锈的作用.锌铬黄就属这类物质.而金属铝粉的防锈性是由于铝粉具有鳞片状结构,形成漆膜紧密,还有较强的反射紫外线光的能力,可提高漆膜抗老化的能力。
沥青是一种褐色或黑褐色的有机胶凝材料,是土木工程建设中不可缺少的材料。在建筑、公路、桥梁等工程中有着广泛的应用。沥青防水涂料是以沥青为基料配置的溶剂型或水乳型防水涂料,溶剂型沥青防水涂料是指将未改性的石油沥青直接溶解于汽油等溶剂中而配置成,又称为冷底子油。水乳型沥青防水涂料是指将石油沥青在化学乳化剂或矿物乳化剂作用下,分散于水中,形成稳定的水分散体构成的涂料。冷底子油常用语防水层的底层,采用喷涂或刷图的施工方法。一般要在基面完全干燥之后再施工,涂层要求薄而均匀,不留空白。若找平层表面过于粗糙,则应先涂刷一道快挥发性冷底子油,待干燥后再刷第二层冷底子油。两道冷底子油在间隔时间一般为4~6h左右,用手指请按第一遍冷底子油表面不留痕迹即可。具有一定的防水性和防腐性。由于沥青本身性能的限制,乳化沥青防水涂料的使用寿命短,康烈性、低温柔性和耐热性等性能较差,适用于防水等级为Ⅲ 、Ⅳ级的工业与民用建筑屋面、厕浴间防水层和地下防潮、防腐涂层的施工,是廉价低档的防水涂料。因此,乳化沥青防水涂料的生产及应用正逐渐减少。以沥青为基料,配以石灰膏为分散剂,石棉绒为填充料加工而成的一种冷沥青悬乳液。用石灰乳化沥青铺抹在基层以后,由于水分蒸发,悬浮体的内部结构重新分布,分散极细的沥青颗粒、石灰和石棉绒互相挤靠包裹,沥青凝结成膜,石灰在沥青中形成均匀的蜂窝状骨架,而成为一种耐热性高,抗老化性好的防水层。具有耐候、耐温性能好,能在潮湿基面上施工,与基层粘结性能好,无毒、无污染,施工简单方便等优点,被广泛使用与地下室、卫生间、厨房、屋面、公路、桥梁等防水工程。
该漆系以煤焦油沥青以及煤焦油为主要原料,加入稀释剂、改性剂、催干剂等有机溶剂组成。主要原料的配比一般因气候、温度、使用环境不同而不同,改性剂的使用按需求不同而添加。特性:耐热性较差,干燥时间短,防腐效果好,耐候性优异。用途:适用于高温、湿、化学、空气污染及海边盐分高等易于腐蚀环境之钢铁结构、电化铁路系统、船舶、桥梁及各类镀锌器材铁管、浪板、镀锌钢架构造物之防护涂料。多用于地下管道防腐工程。以纯沥青制造的沥青漆,当溶剂挥发后即成膜。具有良好的耐水、耐潮、防腐、抗化学试剂的性能,但不耐油、不耐候、光泽差装饰性较差。主要用于室内、水下及地下和不受阳光照射的设备,由于纯沥青图层易被有机溶剂去除,因此也可用于封存防锈。天然沥青或石油沥青或它们的混合物用干性植物油改性,可在常温下氧化聚合,因植物油含有不饱和双键容易干燥,其共轭双键多的干燥性能好,共轭双键少的干燥性能差。这种氧化聚合型的沥青涂料,通常加入一定量的催干剂来改善其成膜性能。如沥青耐酸涂料,是利用高软化点石油沥青,添加干性植物油及松香衍生物经热炼,并加入催干剂制成沥青耐酸清漆。在沥青中加入松香衍生物、酚醛、环氧树脂、聚氨酯等,用以提高沥青的硬度和光泽以及附着力等。如环氧煤焦沥青漆(H01-4),是A环氧树脂与煤焦沥青以任何比例相混溶,制成的防腐漆性能优良,不仅保持煤焦沥青固有的耐水、耐碱、抗菌性能,而且固化剂有己二胺、三乙撑四胺、二乙撑三胺以及低分子量聚酰胺树脂等。另外煤焦沥青还可与聚苯乙烯树脂配合,改善漆膜外观、提高绝缘性能和耐酸性能。煤焦沥青还可与异氰酸酯混溶,可提高沥青漆的干燥性能和力学性能,且具有优良的防腐性能。由树脂与天然沥青、石油沥青和干性油热炼而成。可用的树脂有松香甘油酯、酚醛树脂、失水苹果酸酐树脂、氨基树脂等,此类油改性沥青涂料,可以改善涂层的柔韧性、附着力、机械强度、耐候性及外观装饰性等。
中国专利CN103602217A公开了一种沥青船底防锈漆及其制备方法,由下列组分重量份的原料组分制成:有机硅树脂34-38、E-12环氧树脂42-45、沥青3-4、磷酸锌5-7、滑石粉3-5、重晶石粉10-12、滑石粉4-5、双氰胺7-9、对苯二酚1-2、双十四碳醇酯3-4、二甲苯14-17、乙酸乙酯9-12、成膜树脂3-4。本发明的沥青船底防锈漆防锈效果显著,漆膜附着力强、致密度高、耐候性好,能够长期保护船底钢板免受高温、高湿、高盐以及化学腐蚀的影响,使用寿命长,但是干燥慢、柔韧性差。中国专利CN102079933A公开了一种水性丙烯酸脂乳液防锈涂料,以涂料总重量计,石油磺酸盐类复合防锈剂0.4-0.6wt.%,有机硅氧烷0.3-0.5wt.%,丙烯酸酯共聚物0.05-0.25wt.%,二苯乙醇丁醚1-3wt.%,丁二醇2-4%,羧酸0.3-0.5wt.%,磷酸铝6-8wt.%,氧化锌1-3wt.%,钛白粉7-9wt.%,滑石粉8-10wt.%,丙烯酸脂乳液40-50wt.%,成膜助剂1-3wt.%,分散剂0.3-0.5wt.%,余量的去离子水。本发明成本低,配制简便安全,除防锈效果好,无“三废”污染,可广泛用于金属构件涂装前的预处理,但是硬度低低、干燥慢且耐盐性差。随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,设计一种涂膜硬度高、耐冲击强度高、附着力高、耐盐性好和干燥快的沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料及其制备方法,以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。

本申请针对现有水溶性涂料硬度低、冲击强度低、附着力低、耐盐性差和干燥慢的技术问题,提供一种利用沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料及其制备方法。

一种沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料,原料按重量份数配比如下:水100份,磷酸锌0.5-2.5份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,重铬酸钾0.1-0.5份,丙烯酸5-15份,钼酸铵0.2-0.8份,醋酸乙烯酯1-5份,溶纤剂15-35份,过硫酸铵1-10份,滑石粉8-12份,碳酸氢铵2-8份,氯化三苯基锡10-30份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4-12份,着色剂20-40份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:水100份,磷酸锌1-2份,聚乙烯醇6-8份,重铬酸钾0.2-0.4份,丙烯酸8-12份,钼酸铵0.4-0.6份,醋酸乙烯酯2-4份,溶纤剂20-30份,过硫酸铵3-7份,滑石粉9-11份,碳酸氢铵4-6份,氯化三苯基锡15-25份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8-10份,着色剂25-35份。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述溶纤剂采用乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯或乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述着色剂采用氧化铁红或锌铬黄。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料的制备方法步骤为:
第一步:将水和聚乙烯醇在反应釜中升温至90-120℃,混合均匀后加入丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和过硫酸铵,降温至60-80℃,混合均匀;
第二步:加入钼酸铵和滑石粉,升温至90-110℃搅拌20-60min;
第三步:加入碳酸氢铵,调节pH至5-6后加入氯化三苯基锡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌60-90min;
第四步:加入剩余原料,在研磨机中研磨30-50min,降至常温即可。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述第二步中的搅拌速度为400-600转/分钟。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述第三步中的搅拌速度为500-900转/分钟。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料及其制备方法采用以上技术方案和现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品铅笔硬度为HB,附着力100/100;2、涂膜外观平整、光亮,耐盐雾200-250h无异常,耐盐性30-90d无异常;3、耐水性浸入35℃水中4-8d,不起泡不变色;4、粘度50-70s,表干1-3h,实干12-16h,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

实施例1:
按重量份数配比称取水100份,磷酸锌0.5份,聚乙烯醇5份,重铬酸钾0.1份,丙烯酸5份,钼酸铵0.2份,醋酸乙烯酯1份,乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯15份,过硫酸铵1份,滑石粉8份,碳酸氢铵2份,氯化三苯基锡10份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份,锌铬黄20份。
将水和聚乙烯醇在反应釜中升温至90℃,混合均匀后加入丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和过硫酸铵,降温至60℃,混合均匀,加入钼酸铵和滑石粉,升温至90℃搅拌20min,搅拌速度为400转/分钟。
加入碳酸氢铵,调节pH至5后加入氯化三苯基锡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌60min,搅拌速度为500转/分钟,加入剩余原料,在研磨机中研磨30min,降至常温即可。

将水和聚乙烯醇在反应釜中升温至120℃,混合均匀后加入丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和过硫酸铵,降温至80℃,混合均匀,加入钼酸铵和滑石粉,升温至110℃搅拌60min,搅拌速度为600转/分钟。
加入碳酸氢铵,调节pH至6后加入氯化三苯基锡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌90min,搅拌速度为900转/分钟,加入剩余原料,在研磨机中研磨50min,降至常温即可。

将水和聚乙烯醇在反应釜中升温至110℃,混合均匀后加入丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和过硫酸铵,降温至75℃,混合均匀,加入钼酸铵和滑石粉,升温至105℃搅拌50min,搅拌速度为550转/分钟。
加入碳酸氢铵,调节pH至6后加入氯化三苯基锡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌80min,搅拌速度为800转/分钟,加入剩余原料,在研磨机中研磨45min,降至常温即可。
产品铅笔硬度为HB,附着力100/100;涂膜外观平整、光亮,耐盐雾230h无异常,耐盐性80d无异常;耐水性浸入35℃水中7d,不起泡不变色;粘度65s,表干1.5h,实干13h。
实施例5:
按重量份数配比称取水100份,磷酸锌1.5份,聚乙烯醇8份,重铬酸钾0.3份,丙烯酸10份,钼酸铵0.5份,醋酸乙烯酯3份,乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯25份,过硫酸铵5份,滑石粉10份,碳酸氢铵5份,氯化三苯基锡20份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8份,氧化铁红30份。
将水和聚乙烯醇在反应釜中升温至110℃,混合均匀后加入丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和过硫酸铵,降温至70℃,混合均匀,加入钼酸铵和滑石粉,升温至100℃搅拌40min,搅拌速度为500转/分钟。
加入碳酸氢铵,调节pH至5.5后加入氯化三苯基锡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌70min,搅拌速度为700转/分钟,加入剩余原料,在研磨机中研磨40min,降至常温即可。
产品铅笔硬度为HB,附着力100/100;涂膜外观平整、光亮,耐盐雾250h无异常,耐盐性90d无异常;耐水性浸入35℃水中8d,不起泡不变色;粘度70s,表干1h,实干12h。

4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料,其特征在于:所述溶纤剂采用乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯或乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料,其特征在于:所述着色剂采用氧化铁红或锌铬黄。
6. 一种权利要求1所述沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第一步:将水和聚乙烯醇在反应釜中升温至90-120℃,混合均匀后加入丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和过硫酸铵,降温至60-80℃,混合均匀;
第二步:加入钼酸铵和滑石粉,升温至90-110℃搅拌20-60min;
第三步:加入碳酸氢铵,调节pH至5-6后加入氯化三苯基锡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌60-90min;
第四步:加入剩余原料,在研磨机中研磨30-50min,降至常温即可。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第二步中的搅拌速度为400-600转/分钟。
8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种沥青船底水性防锈除锈涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第三步中的搅拌速度为500-900转/分钟。
