Abstract
本发明提供了一种酸豆果壳护手霜及其制备方法和用途,属于化妆品技术领域。本发明酸豆果壳护手霜由包括如下重量配比的原料制备而成:凡士林1~5份、羊毛脂0.1~1份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯10~15份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1~5份、乳化剂montanov202 1~5份、16/18醇1~5份、甘油15~25份、卡波姆1~5份、水110~130份、酸豆果壳提取物1~10份。本发明用酸豆果壳提取物为有效成分,与特定配方的基质混合,制备得到一种稳定性好,感官品质优异的护手霜。该护手霜外观好,水润度、铺展性、成膜性和吸收性高,保湿效果好,使用后可以改善手部皮肤粗糙、老化情况,起到滋润皮肤的效果;同时该护手霜成分天然,安全性好。此外,本发明扩展了酸豆果壳的应用,避免了资源浪费,有利于促进酸豆种植业的发展。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种酸豆果壳护手霜及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
酸豆(学名:Tamarindus indica L.)又名酸角、罗望子,为豆科(Leguminosae)酸角属植物。原产于非洲热带,现在全世界各热带地区均有广泛引种和栽培。在福建、广东、云南等地均有大规模种植,以云南种植面积最广、产量最高。酸豆果肉味酸甜,且果肉中富含糖、醋酸、酒石酸、蚁酸、柠檬酸等成分,还含有多种氨基酸,营养丰富,在食品领域通常制备成酸角糖、酸角糕、酸角酱、酸角浓缩果汁等产品。此外,酸豆还具有一定的药用价值,酸豆果肉具有较好的抗炎、抗菌、解毒、止痛、降血脂、降血糖、减肥等功效。酸豆果提取物外用具有清热解毒、消炎止痛、收敛止血等功效,其黄酮类成分具有不错的抗氧化效果,将其应用于化妆品领域可以作为皮肤调理剂,有收敛皮肤、美白祛斑、去黑头粉刺、软化角质的效果。
相对于酸豆果肉,其果壳的利用度较低,传统加工大多只是掩埋或者少部分用作燃料等,在一定程度上造成了资源浪费。研究表明,酸豆果壳乙醇提取物含有原花青素、表儿茶素、原儿茶酸等成分,其原花青素的平均含量为79.2%。Sudjaroen Y等利用液质联用色谱法鉴定酸豆果壳,发现原花青素二聚体、三聚体、四聚体、五聚体和六聚体的存在,而原花青素的抗自由基氧化能力是维生素E的50倍,维生素C的20倍。因此酸豆果壳中也存在许多有效成分。如果能够充分对酸豆果壳进行利用,发挥酸豆果壳的功效,可以避免资源浪费,也有利于酸豆种植业的发展。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供了一种酸豆果壳护手霜及其制备方法和用途。
本发明提供了一种酸豆果壳护手霜,它由包括如下重量配比的原料制备而成:
凡士林1~5份、羊毛脂0.1~1份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯10~15份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1~5份、乳化剂montanov202 1~5份、16/18醇1~5份、甘油15~25份、卡波姆1~5份、水110~130份、酸豆果壳提取物1~10份。
进一步地,前述的酸豆果壳护手霜由包括如下重量配比的原料制备而成:
凡士林2~2.5份、羊毛脂0.7~0.8份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯12~13份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1~2份、乳化剂montanov202 1~2份、16/18醇1~2份、甘油20~22份、卡波姆4~5份、水120份、酸豆果壳提取物5~8份。
进一步地,前述的酸豆果壳护手霜由包括如下重量配比的原料制备而成:
凡士林2.25份、羊毛脂0.75份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯12份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、乳化剂montanov202 2份、16/18醇2份、甘油20份、卡波姆4份、水120份、酸豆果壳提取物6份。
进一步地,所述酸豆果壳护手霜还包括辅料防腐剂。
进一步地,前述的酸豆果壳护手霜由如下重量配比的原辅料制备而成:
凡士林1~5份、羊毛脂0.1~1份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯10~15份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1~5份、乳化剂montanov202 1~5份、16/18醇1~5份、甘油15~25份、卡波姆1~5份、水110~130份、酸豆果壳提取物1~10份、防腐剂0~1份。

进一步地,前述的酸豆果壳护手霜由如下重量配比的原辅料制备而成:
凡士林2.25份、羊毛脂0.75份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯12份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、乳化剂montanov202 2份、16/18醇2份、甘油20份、卡波姆4份、水120份、酸豆果壳提取物6份、防腐剂0.5份。
进一步地,所述凡士林为白凡士林;
和/或,所述卡波姆为卡波姆U20;
和/或,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸丙酯;
优选地,所述卡波姆为溶胀后的卡波姆,溶胀方法为:在卡波姆中加入水,溶胀后调节pH为7;
更优选地,所述卡波姆与水的质量比为1:50~100;
和/或,所述溶胀24~48h;
和/或,所述调节pH采用三乙醇胺。
进一步地,所述酸豆果壳提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将酸豆果壳粉碎,加入50~60%乙醇提取,过滤,滤液浓缩后加入90~95%乙醇静置,过滤去除沉淀后取滤液,浓缩除去乙醇,即得;
优选地,所述酸豆果壳和50~60%乙醇的料液比为1:20~30;
和/或,所述提取的方法为在60~80℃水浴下提取30~60min。
本发明还提供了前述的酸豆果壳护手霜的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:
(1)将凡士林、羊毛脂、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、乳化剂montanov202和16/18醇混合,加热融化,得到组分1;
(2)将甘油、卡波姆和水混合,加热融化,得到组分2;
(3)将组分2加入组分1中,快速搅拌,得到乳白色粘稠状基质;
(4)在乳白色粘稠状基质中加入防腐剂继续搅拌;
(5)加入酸豆果壳提取物,继续搅拌,即得;
优选地,
步骤(1)中,所述加热融化的条件为60~100℃水浴加热10~60min;
和/或,步骤(2)中,所述加热融化的条件为60~100℃水浴加热10~60min;
和/或,步骤(4)中,所述搅拌时间为10~60min;
和/或,步骤(5)中,所述搅拌时间为10~60min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明用酸豆果壳提取物为有效成分,与特定配方的基质混合,制备得到一种稳定性好,感官品质优异的护手霜。该护手霜外观好,水润度、铺展性、成膜性和吸收性高,保湿效果好,使用后可以改善手部皮肤粗糙、老化情况,起到滋润皮肤的效果;同时该护手霜成分天然,使用时刺激小、安全性好。此外,本发明变废为宝,扩展了酸豆果壳的应用,避免了资源浪费,有利于促进酸豆种植业的发展。
显然,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
具体实施方式
本发明具体实施方式中使用的原料、设备均为已知产品,通过购买市售产品获得。
1、试药
酸豆外果皮浓缩液(实验室自制);无水乙醇(批号20200424,广东光华科技股份有限公司);药用级羊毛脂(批号C11161183,上海麦克林生化有限公司);医用级白凡士林(批号C11789937,上海麦克林生化有限公司);液体石蜡(批号C11574043,上海麦克林生化有限公司);GTCC(辛酸癸酸甘油三酯,批号045003115,上海麦克林生化有限公司);16/18醇(上海麦克林生化有限公司);乳化剂montanov202(上海麦克林生化有限公司);单硬脂酸甘油酯(批号C11719342,上海麦克林生化有限公司);甘油(批号20181008,天津市风船化学试剂科技有限公司);卡波姆U20(批号C11330148,上海麦克林生化有限公司);三乙醇胺(批号C11482928,上海麦克林生化有限公司);对羟基苯甲酸丙酯(批号C108463668,上海麦克林生化有限公司);2,2-联苯基-1苦基肼(DPPH,纯度≥98.5%,上海麦克林生化有限公司)。
2、仪器
SF-TDL低速台式大容量离心机(上海菲恰尔分析仪器有限公司);RV-10数显型旋转蒸发仪(IKA仪器设备有限公司);SHZ-D7(III)循环水式多用真空泵(河南省予华仪器有限公司);SB-5200D超声波清洗机(宁波新芝生物科技股份有限公司);Smart纯水机(上海和泰仪器有限公司);JJ-2组织捣碎机(方科仪器有限公司)。
实施例1、本发明酸豆果壳护手霜的制备
(1)酸豆果壳提取
将酸豆果壳粉碎,按照料液比为1:20加入50%乙醇,在60℃水浴下提取60min,过滤,将提取液浓缩;浓缩液中加入95%乙醇,静置3小时,抽滤后除去多糖沉淀,将滤液浓缩除去乙醇,得到原花青素含量为32.44mg/ml的酸豆果壳提取物。
(2)酸豆果壳护手霜的制备
制备酸豆果壳护手霜的基质:
组分1:白凡士林2.25g、羊毛脂0.75g、GTCC 12.0g、单硬脂酸甘油酯2.0g、montanov202 2.0g、16/18醇2.0g;
组分2:甘油20.0g、卡波姆U20 4g、蒸馏水120ml。
卡波姆U20使用前进行溶胀,方法为:取卡波姆U20 0.2g,加蒸馏水至10.0g,低温溶胀24h,溶胀完成加入三乙醇胺调节pH=7。取4g溶胀后的卡波姆U20作为组分2的成分。
护手霜的制备方法:
组分1混合后在80℃水浴加热30min,组分2混合后在80℃水浴加热15min,使组分1和组分2的基质均充分融化后,将组分2加入组分1中,边加入边快速搅拌,搅拌至乳白色粘稠状,加入对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.5g,继续搅拌,将形成的初乳转入组织捣碎机中,搅拌15min。搅拌完成后加入酸豆果壳提取物6g,继续用组织捣碎机搅拌15min,即得到酸豆果壳护手霜。
以下通过具体试验例证明本发明的有益效果。
试验例1、本发明酸豆果壳护手霜基质的筛选
卡波姆使用前先进行溶胀,溶胀方法为:取卡波姆U20 0.2g,加蒸馏水至10.0g,低温溶胀24h,溶胀完成加入三乙醇胺调节pH=7,备用。
采用不同基质制备酸豆果壳护手霜,基质配方如表1所示。

护手霜的制备方法:组分1混合后在80℃水浴加热30min;组分2混合后在80℃水浴加热15min,使组分1和组分2的基质均充分融化后,将组分2加入组分1中,边加入边快速搅拌,搅拌至乳白色粘稠状,加入防腐剂对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.25g,继续搅拌,将形成的初乳转入组织捣碎机中,搅拌15min。搅拌完成后加入酸豆果壳提取物3g,继续用组织捣碎机搅拌15min,即得护手霜。
随机抽选90名志愿者,男女各半,所有志愿者的手部皮肤均无异常变化,也未涂抹任何外用药物或化妆品等其他制剂。这90名志愿者对采用不同配方的基质制备得到的护手霜从外观、水润度、铺展性、成膜性、吸收性进行感官评分,评分标准为:非常满意8-10分;满意6-8分;一般4-6分;不满意2-4分;非常不满意0-2分。具体感官评价标准如表2所述。

志愿者对采用各基质配方制得的护手霜进行感官评价的结果如表3所示。

1号和2号护手霜配方基质间隔12h后析出水分,油水分离,因此后期不再考虑;3号油腻且具有细小颗粒,水润度较差;4号外观最佳,质地均匀无油水分层,但和6号相比,吸收性差,涂抹时有泛白现象;5号吸收性与4号和6号相比最差;4号、5号、6号综合评分分别为35、34.7、36,因此综合考虑后,选4号和6号配方进行扩大生产。
采用4号与6号配方二倍量制备护手霜:
(1)4号配方:
组分1:GTCC 16.0g、单硬脂酸甘油酯2.0g、montanov202 2.0g、16/18醇2.0g;组分2:甘油20.0g、卡波姆4g、蒸馏水120ml。
(2)6号配方:
组分1:白凡士林2.25g、羊毛脂0.75g、GTCC 12.0g、单硬脂酸甘油酯2.0g、montanov202 2.0g、16/18醇2.0g;组分2:甘油20.0g、卡波姆4g、蒸馏水120ml。
制备方法:组分1混合后在80℃水浴加热30min;组分2混合后在80℃水浴加热15min,使组分1和组分2的基质均充分融化后,将组分2加入组分1中,边加入边快速搅拌,搅拌至乳白色粘稠状,加入防腐剂对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.5g,继续搅拌,将形成的初乳转入组织捣碎机中,搅拌15min。搅拌完成后加入酸豆果壳提取物6g,继续用组织捣碎机搅拌15min,即得护手霜。
扩大生产后,6号配方制备的护手霜比4号配方制备的护手霜细腻,搅拌后气泡更少,且吸收性更好,因此确定本发明酸豆果壳护手霜的基质配方为配方6。
试验例2、本发明酸豆果壳护手霜的稳定性研究
按照中国QB/T1857-2004标准,对酸豆果壳护手霜进行pH、耐热性、耐寒性、离心稳定性考察。根据优选配方制备的3批酸豆果壳护手霜(实施例1),稳定性检测结果如表4所示,膏体细腻、均匀一致,离心后无分层现象、耐寒性和耐热性评价均没有分层或油水分离,pH值合格。
(1)pH考察
取适量的酸豆果壳护手霜样品用纯水加热搅拌溶解,待冷却至室温进行pH值检测。每个样品重复测定3次,取平均值。检测结果如表4,pH值合格。
(2)耐热性考察
将酸豆果壳护手霜样品分别装入4个干净干燥的10ml圆底连盖离心管中,拧紧瓶盖。其中3瓶置于40℃(温控精度±1℃)的恒温培养箱保持24h,取出恢复至室温后与另一瓶进行目测比较,观察其有无明显性状差异。检测结果如表4,恢复至室温后,酸豆果壳护手霜无油水分离现象或其他变化。
(3)耐寒性考察
将酸豆果壳护手霜样品分别装入4个干净干燥的10ml圆底连盖离心管中,拧紧瓶盖。其中3瓶置于冰箱内(-5℃)冷冻24h,取出恢复至室温后与另一瓶进行目测比较,观察其有无性状差异。检测结果如表4,恢复至室温后,酸豆果壳护手霜无油水分离现象或其他变化。
(4)离心考察
取适量酸豆果壳护手霜样品分别装入3个干净干燥的离心管中,拧紧瓶盖,置于离心机中,转速设置为3000r/min,离心30min后取出,与对照组进行目测比较,观察有无油水分层现象或其他变化。检测结果如表4所示,与对照组进行目测比较,无油水分层现象或其他变化。

由上述结果可知:本发明制备得到的酸豆果壳护手霜符合标准,且稳定性好。
试验例3、本发明酸豆果壳护手霜的效果
(1)酸豆果壳护手霜抗氧化性检测
取无水乙醇配制成浓度为120μmol/L的DPPH溶液,稀释10倍,避光保存备用;称取护手霜(实施例1)0.25g,置于100ml容量瓶,甲醇溶解并定容,将DPPH溶液和样品溶液以1:1的体积比均匀混合,暗处静置30min,于500nm处测定其吸光度,反复测量3次求出平均值(Ai);将样品溶液和无水乙醇溶液以1:1的体积比均匀混合,暗处静置30min,于500nm处测定其吸光度,反复测量3次求出平均值(Aj);将DPPH溶液和乙醇溶液以1:1的体积比均匀混合,暗处静置30min,于500nm处测定其吸光度,反复测3次求出平均值(Ao);并按照下列公式计算抑制率。结果如表5所述。

由表5可知,抑制率为83.837%,说明本发明护手霜具有较好的抗氧化性,可以改善手部皮肤老化。
(2)酸豆果壳护手霜产品试用效果
将产品(实施例1的护手霜)进行人体皮肤涂抹试验,时间为一个月,试用人数为50人。试用结果见表6。

试用者用后反映该产品使用后可以改善手部皮肤粗糙情况,起到滋润皮肤的效果。
试验例4、本发明酸豆果壳护手霜其他制备工艺的研究
1、基质组分加入顺序考察
按照实施例1所述方法,组分不变的情况下,改变组分1和组分2的加入顺序,制备护手霜,观察分层情况。结果表明,将组分1加入组分2,会导致分层现象;将组分2加入组份1,形成稳定的膏体。
2、提取物加入顺序考察
按照实施例1所述方法,考察酸豆果壳提取物3种不同的加入方式。即:①酸豆果壳提取物加入组分1中,其余条件不变,制备酸豆果壳护手霜;②酸豆果壳提取物加入组分2中,其余条件不变,制备酸豆果壳护手霜;③将组分2加入组分1中,形成初乳后,加入酸豆果壳提取物,制备护手霜(实施例1的方法)。
实验结果表明,无论将提取物先加入到组分1中,还是先加入组分2中,都存在油水分离现象,无法形成初乳,无法进行护手霜制备;只有当组分2加入组分1形成初乳后,再加入酸豆果壳提取物,才能成功制备得到护手霜。
3、卡波姆用量考察
按照实施例1所述方法,采用试验例1的配方6制备护手霜,其他组分不变的情况下,考察卡波姆用量为0g、1g、2g、3g、4g、5g,制备护手霜,在3000r/min离心30min,观察分层情况,分离层数越低、分离厚度越薄的则为优选处方,结果显示分离层数和分离厚度比较为0g>1g>5g>4g>3g>2g,在配方6的用量下,卡波姆最优用量为2g。
综上,本发明用酸豆果壳提取物为有效成分,与特定配方的基质混合,制备得到一种稳定性好,感官品质优异的护手霜。该护手霜外观好,水润度、铺展性、成膜性和吸收性高,保湿效果好,使用后可以改善手部皮肤粗糙、老化情况,起到滋润皮肤的效果;同时该护手霜成分天然,使用时刺激小、安全性好。此外,本发明变废为宝,扩展了酸豆果壳的应用,避免了资源浪费,有利于促进酸豆种植业的发展。

1.一种酸豆果壳护手霜,其特征在于:它由包括如下重量配比的原料制备而成:
凡士林1~5份、羊毛脂0.1~1份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯10~15份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1~5份、乳化剂montanov202 1~5份、16/18醇1~5份、甘油15~25份、卡波姆1~5份、水110~130份、酸豆果壳提取物1~10份。

凡士林1~5份、羊毛脂0.1~1份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯10~15份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1~5份、乳化剂montanov202 1~5份、16/18醇1~5份、甘油15~25份、卡波姆1~5份、水110~130份、酸豆果壳提取物1~10份、防腐剂0~1份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的酸豆果壳护手霜,其特征在于:它由如下重量配比的原辅料制备而成:
凡士林2~2.5份、羊毛脂0.7~0.8份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯12~13份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1~2份、乳化剂montanov202 1~2份、16/18醇1~2份、甘油20~22份、卡波姆4~5份、水120份、酸豆果壳提取物5~8份、防腐剂0.1~1份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的酸豆果壳护手霜,其特征在于:它由如下重量配比的原辅料制备而成:
凡士林2.25份、羊毛脂0.75份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯12份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、乳化剂montanov202 2份、16/18醇2份、甘油20份、卡波姆4份、水120份、酸豆果壳提取物6份、防腐剂0.5份。
8.根据权利要求5~7任一项所述的酸豆果壳护手霜,其特征在于:所述凡士林为白凡士林;
和/或,所述卡波姆为卡波姆U20;
和/或,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸丙酯。
9.根据权利要求5~7任一项所述的酸豆果壳护手霜,其特征在于:所述酸豆果壳提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将酸豆果壳粉碎,加入50~60%乙醇提取,过滤,滤液浓缩后加入90~95%乙醇静置,过滤去除沉淀后取滤液,浓缩除去乙醇,即得。
10.权利要求1~9任一项所述的酸豆果壳护手霜的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:
(1)将凡士林、羊毛脂、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、乳化剂montanov202和16/18醇混合,加热融化,得到组分1;
(2)将甘油、卡波姆和水混合,加热融化,得到组分2;
(3)将组分2加入组分1中,快速搅拌,得到乳白色粘稠状基质;
(4)在乳白色粘稠状基质中加入防腐剂继续搅拌;
(5)加入酸豆果壳提取物,继续搅拌,即得。
