Description

弹性盘形联轴节的制造方法
本发明涉及一种按专利权利要求1前序部分所述的方法。
弹性盘形联轴节的卷包通常用丝或带卷绕而成,然后在液态橡胶内浸渍,使之干燥但不进行硫化。接着将卷包置入模具,在模具内卷包装上固定件,尤其是套筒或铆钉,然后将它们一起埋入橡胶弹性材料中,最后进行硫化。通常在模具充填橡胶弹性材料之前,被卷包所占的空间沿轴向受盘形联轴节的限制,盘形联轴节例如可以定位在固定件上(DE 4304274C1);但这样一来卷包的形状和位置在其长度的大部分尤其在它的基本上直的部位,只能粗略地确定。由于加工方法不稳定,要求外壳的壁厚在卷包横截面尺寸的数量级范围内。由此产生弹性盘形联轴节功能参数(例如特性曲线和寿命)相应的波动。
还已知(WO92/14597)按下列方式生产弹性盘形联轴节,即,用作固定件的套筒和其他可能的刚性零件借助于注塑设备组合成一个骨架,然后在它外面压注生橡胶,紧接着硫化生橡胶。通过用塑料骨架代替卷包,在生产弹性盘形联轴节时要不然通常要进行的卷包的卷绕和置入都可以避免。然而在很多应用场合不应当取消卷包。尤其用于汽车传动系统和转向拉杆系统中的弹性盘形联轴节。
因此,本发明的目的是改进前言所述类型的方法,使卷包埋入其中并接着硫化的橡胶弹性材料的壁厚能够减小。
按本发明此目的通过专利权利要求1的特征来达到。
卷包首先单个或成组地在一个考虑到加工误差与其外部几何形状互补的模具内压注热塑性或弹性材料。在相应地设计压注模的情况下,可以不同的材料现场压注和/或只对卷包的一些部分进行压注。在任何情况下,能构成一个完整环的卷包或卷包组,通过从外部压注都将成为具有确定壁厚的、形状和尺寸准确的构件,而壁厚可以有卷包的丝直径的数量级。这意味着减小特性曲线和寿命的变化以及降低材料用量。
由从属权利要求可知本发明的其他有利的改进。
下面借助于示意表示的包括其他细节的附图说明本发明的实施例。附图均表示为斜视图,其中包括:
图1单个卷包;
图2此同一卷包一部分处于剖切状态;
图3两个相连的卷包;以及
图4三个共同压注的卷包,其中两个叠置。
图1表示的卷包10由丝12卷绕成纵向延伸的椭圆;它有两个半圆形端部14,这两个端部14通过直的中部16互相连接。这两个中部16则通过横向的桥18互相连接。
卷包10定位在一个图中没有表示的压注模中并局部压注,因此,卷包在其两个半圆形端部14各获得一个外壳20,以及在其直的中部16获得一个外壳22,外壳22同时又构成桥18。如外壳20的举例中所示,压注过程在卷包10在压注模的内部凸块上定位的区域内留下了凹穴24。此外,如外壳22的举例中所示,经压注的卷包10有凸起26,它们用作备用材料和用于以后此已压注的卷包紧接着在其中进行硫化的模具中的定位。
如图2所示,桥18可具有丝、线材或带材制的横向配筋28,如图所示,配筋28最好设置成交叉的。
按同一个卷包10中直的中部16可通过图中表示的桥18互相连在一起的类似的方式,可以将两个基本上全等的叠置的卷包10直的中部16按图4所示用腹板30互相连接起来,腹板30在这两个卷包共同压注时形成,并同样可含有类似于横向配筋30的配筋。
以此方式单个地或成对或多个成组地叠置共同压注的卷包10,按图3和4通过固定件32互相连接起来,固定件32以后用于将制成的弹性盘形联轴节固定在轴法兰上。作为固定件32可例如按图3为套筒,或按图4为铆钉。

Claims (6)

1.弹性盘形联轴节的制造方法,盘形联轴节有环形的卷包(10)用于传递固定件(32)之间的拉力,卷包(10)和固定件(32)组合成环,接着埋入橡胶弹性材料中,其特征为:至少单个卷包(10)至少在个别部位压注弹性材料的外壳(20、22),外壳至少确定和稳定卷包的外形,其中,弹性材料在环完全埋入橡胶弹性材料之前至多只是部分硫化。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征为:卷包(10)大约半圆形的端部(14)各压注一个外壳(20)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征为:卷包(10)大约直的中部(16)压注一个外壳(22),并通过至少一个桥(18)互相连接起来。
4.按照权利要求3所述的方法,其特征为:卷包(10)大约直的中部(16)在压注前用横向配筋(28)互相连接起来。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的方法,其特征为:至少两个基本上全等的叠装的卷包(10)一起压注,并在这种情况下通过至少一个腹板(30)将大约直的中部(16)互相连接起来。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的方法,其特征为:在外壳(20、22)上的材料积聚(26)设计用于在埋入橡胶弹性材料中时卷包(10)的定位,和/或设计为备用材料用于防止产生缺陷。
