The invention discloses a composition with skin barrier repairing function and moisturizing function and application thereof, and aims to provide a composition with good repairing and moisturizing effects, which can restore and strengthen the water circulation system of skin, keep water-oil balance, strengthen cell regeneration, reduce free radical generation, relieve skin irritation and keep the skin in the best state. The composition with the skin barrier repair function and the moisturizing function comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-20 parts of nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, 0.3-20 parts of boswellia serrata extract, 0.2-20 parts of myrrh leaf cell extract, 1-30 parts of glycerin and 10-90 parts of deionized water. The composition has obvious synergistic gain effect and obvious effects of relieving skin dryness, recovering skin epidermis barrier and improving skin moisture content.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method and application of the composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function, the preparation process is simple, the production time is saved, the stability of active ingredients can be kept in the preparation process, and the composition is mild and safe and is easy to add into a formula system of various dosage forms of skin care products.

0.1-20 parts of nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, 0.3-20 parts of boswellia serrata extract, 0.2-20 parts of myrrh leaf cell extract, 1-30 parts of glycerin and 10-90 parts of deionized water.

Further, a composition having both a skin barrier repair function and a moisturizing function, the composition comprising:

0.1-10 parts of nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, 0.5-10 parts of boswellia serrata extract, 0.1-10 parts of myrrh leaf cell extract, 2-20 parts of glycerin and 10-70 parts of deionized water.

20-50% of a composition with skin barrier repairing function and moisturizing function, 0.1-2% of a thickening agent, 5-20% of a humectant, 0.01-1% of a chelating agent and 0.1-1% of a preservative; 30-70% of deionized water, wherein the addition amount of the deionized water is 100% of the sum of the components.

The repairing and moisturizing finishing liquid is prepared by the following steps:

1) Premixing a humectant, a chelating agent and a thickening agent, adding deionized water and a preservative, stirring at 200-300r/min to uniformly disperse the materials, and heating at 80-90 ℃ for 10-15min to obtain a phase A raw material;

2) The A phase raw material is cooled to below 40-45 ℃, a composition with skin barrier repairing function and water supplementing function is added, the mixture is stirred for 5-10min at the speed of 250-350r/min, and sub-packaging is carried out when the temperature is reduced to 36-38 ℃, so that the repairing and water supplementing refined liquid is obtained.

2) And (3) cooling the phase A raw material to below 45 ℃, adding a composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the water supplementing function, stirring for 10min at 300r/min, cooling to 37 ℃, and subpackaging to obtain the repairing and water supplementing refined liquid.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) The composition provided by the invention is a plant extract, and nutgrass galingale rhizome, frankincense and myrrh can be used for medicine, and can regulate qi and relieve pain. The extract of rhizoma Cyperi root, olibanum extract of folium Phyllostachydis Henonis and Myrrha leaf cell extract can be used as skin conditioner in cosmetics for conditioning skin, keeping skin moist, tranquilizing skin, and relieving skin irritation.

2) The composition provided by the invention simultaneously comprises the nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, the boswellia serrata extract and the myrrh leaf cell extract, when the skin barrier is damaged due to external stimulus, the skin becomes dry and water deficient, the skin is red and sensitive, the myrrh leaf cell extract eliminates the oxidative free radicals on the surface of the skin, the nutgrass galingale rhizome extract repairs the epidermis barrier, the moisture loss of the skin is reduced, the boswellia serrata extract moistens the skin, the skin injury healing is promoted, and finally the skin can reach the best state. Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, based on the examples herein, which are within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims, will be within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.

The invention discloses a composition with skin barrier repairing function and moisturizing function, which is prepared by taking nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, boswellia serrata extract and myrrh leaf cell extract as raw materials and combining the raw materials in a proper weight ratio.

The following focuses on the efficacy of the ingredients of the compositions.

(1) Extract of nutgrass galingale rhizome

Are available by conventional technical means of those skilled in the art, or are available directly. The nutgrass galingale rhizome extract is a high-concentration plant stock solution obtained by using a water extraction process and ultrasonic extraction.

The nutgrass galingale rhizome extract has the effects of regulating qi, resolving stagnation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, and can effectively calm the skin, thereby achieving the effect of conditioning the skin, strengthening the natural defense system of the skin and enabling the skin to be moist and comfortable. The extract of rhizoma Cyperi root can reduce skin dryness, tender skin, recover epidermis barrier, and strengthen skin protection.

(2) Olibanum extract

Are available by conventional technical means of those skilled in the art, or are available directly. The boswellia serrata extract is mainly obtained by an ethanol extraction method.

The Boswellia serrata extract is called Boswellia serrata gum, and the active ingredient mainly contains 40wt% of boswellic acid which is the active ingredient of sulpiride. The preparation has good activation effect on the peroxisome activated receptor, plays an important role in the healing process of skin injury, and shows that the preparation has good anti-inflammatory property; relieving skin dryness, moistening skin, and recovering skin elasticity.

(3) Myrrh leaf cell extract

Are available by conventional technical means of those skilled in the art, or are available directly. The myrrh leaf cell extract is obtained by using an alcohol extraction process.

The myrrh is rich in flavonoid, and has the main component of flavone, and has the effects of eliminating oxidation free radicals, resisting oxidation, resisting bacteria, resisting viruses and the like. The myrrh leaf cell extract can increase the water content of skin by enhancing the water circulation system.

The composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function is scientific in proportion, and the nutgrass galingale rhizome extract can be used for conditioning skin and enhancing the protective force of the skin barrier through the difference of action mechanisms among the components; the boswellia serrata extract moistens skin and promotes skin healing; the myrrh leaf cell extract has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, and can increase skin water content. The extract of nutgrass galingale rhizome, the extract of Boswellia serrata and the extract of myrrh leaf cell are all purchased from fei kokumi company, guangzhou.

Example 1

The embodiment provides a repairing and moisturizing essence, which comprises the following raw material components:

50% of a composition with skin barrier repair function and moisturizing function, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.05% of EDTA disodium, 10% of butanediol, 1% of preservative (a mixture of 1:1 of monoacyl ketone and hexanediol) and 38.65% of deionized water.

The composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight:

2.5% of nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, 5% of boswellia serrata extract, 2.5% of myrrh leaf cell extract, 7.5% of glycerol and 32.5% of deionized water.

The composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function is prepared by the following method:

1) Adding glycerol into deionized water, stirring to uniformly disperse the glycerol, and preparing the component A at the stirring speed of 250 r/min;

2) Sequentially adding rhizoma Cyperi root extract, olibanum extract, and Myrrha leaf cell extract into component A, stirring at 300r/min to obtain composition with skin barrier repairing and water supplementing effects.

The preparation method of the repair and moisturizing essence comprises the following steps:

1) Premixing sodium hyaluronate, EDTA disodium, xanthan gum and butanediol, adding deionized water and antiseptic (mixture of 1:1 of oxalyl ketone and hexanediol), stirring at 250r/min to disperse uniformly, and heating at 85deg.C for 10min to obtain phase A material;

Example 2

40% of a composition with skin barrier repair function and moisturizing function, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.05% of EDTA disodium, 10% of butanediol, 1% of a preservative (a mixture of 1:1 of monoacyl ketone and hexanediol) and 48.65% of deionized water.

2% of nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, 4% of boswellia serrata extract, 2% of myrrh leaf cell extract, 6% of glycerol and 26% of deionized water.

Example 3

20% of a composition with skin barrier repair function and moisturizing function, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.05% of EDTA disodium, 10% of butanediol, 1% of preservative (a mixture of 1:1 of monoacyl ketone and hexanediol) and 68.65% of deionized water.

1% of nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, 2% of boswellia serrata extract, 1% of myrrh leaf cell extract, 3% of glycerol and 13% of deionized water.

Comparative example

Comparative examples 1 to 5 are different from example 1 in that the materials of the composition having both the skin barrier repair function and the moisturizing function in comparative example do not contain the extracts of nutgrass galingale rhizome, boswellia serrata, myrrh leaf cell.

The specific composition settings of the repair and moisturizing finishing liquids of comparative examples 1 to 5 are shown in table 1.

The blank example 1 differs from example 1 only in that the repairing and moisturizing essential liquid has different raw material components, the essential liquid in the blank example does not contain a composition having both the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function, and other operations are the same as in example 1.

Effect verification test example

1. Safety test-skin patch test

Test object: the repairing and moisturizing essence obtained in examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-6 and blank example 1.

Number of tests: 100 persons, male and female, each half, are aged between 20 years and 55 years, and all meet the standards of the subjects.

The test process comprises the following steps: the number of the tested persons meeting the test subject standard is 100, and the tested persons are randomly divided into 10 groups, wherein the repairing and moisturizing essential liquid is obtained in the examples 1-3, the comparative examples 1-6 and the blank example 1, and each group comprises 10 persons.

The essence in the test subjects was placed into plaque laboratory cells at a dose of about 0.020mL to 0.025mL, with no material placed in the control wells.

The patch test tape (manufacturer: shanghai medical apparatus (group) limited company sanitary materials factory, patch test tape product number: 09000251116) with the test object added is applied to the back or forearm curved side of the subject, and is applied to skin with palm light pressure for 24 hr; the skin reaction was observed 30min, 24h and 48h after removal of the plaque tester, and the observations were recorded as shown in table 1, the grading criteria are shown in table 2, and the test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the repair and moisturizing essences obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 6 of the present invention and the essence obtained in blank example 1 were free from skin irritation.

2. Efficacy testing

1) Maintenance efficacy analysis experiment (lactic acid stinger skin barrier maintenance)

Study object: 100 healthy females participated in the trial, aged 20-55, with no visible skin disease on the face of the subjects, and were all lactate-spiking upon the first visit screening. The skin care products prepared in examples, comparative examples and blank examples were used on the face during the test period of the test by the test subjects, no other skin care products were used, and excessive sun exposure was avoided.

The testing process comprises the following steps: subjects were sitting still in the constant temperature and humidity room for 30 minutes, then scored in a quartering way using equal amounts of 10% aqueous lactic acid and distilled water in the left and right nasolabial folds of the subject, respectively, and asking the subjects for symptoms of self skin feel at 5 minutes: no stinging sensation of 0 minutes, light stinging sensation of 1 minute, moderate stinging sensation of 2 minutes and heavy stinging sensation of 3 minutes. Testing of the same volunteer was done by the same measurer.

Skin repair test: 100 subjects were randomly divided into ten groups, each group was treated with the moisturizing and finishing liquids obtained in examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 6 or blank example 1, respectively, every morning and evening, and lactic acid stinging tests were repeated 14 days and 28 days after the use of the products. The test results are shown in Table 4, and the results are averaged.

As can be seen from the results of Table 4, the moisturizing and repairing liquid obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively repair the skin barrier and reduce the lactic acid stinging value, while the essence obtained in blank example 1 does not have the above-mentioned effects, but does not contain the composition having both the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function. The repairing effect is ordered as examples 1, 2 and 3> comparative examples 4, 5 and 6> comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, and the composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function is proved to have better skin barrier repairing effect than a single one or two-component combination through the synergistic effect between the components.

2) Experiment of moisturizing efficacy

100 dry skin subjects were selected, randomly divided into 10 groups, and 10 persons in each group were used to apply the moisturizing polish obtained in examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 6 or blank example 1 to the face after cleansing the face in the morning and evening, respectively, and tested using a Cornemeter CM825 (Courage & Khazaka, germany) skin stratum corneum moisture tester. The test results after 28 days are shown in Table 5. (T0: initial, T1: after 28 days, the results were averaged)

As can be seen from the experimental data in table 5, the repairing and moisturizing lotions obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively replenish water to the skin, whereas the essence obtained in blank example 1 does not have the above-mentioned effects, which does not contain the composition having both the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function. The moisturizing effect is ordered as examples 1, 2 and 3> comparative examples 4, 5 and 6> comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, and the composition with the skin barrier repair function and the moisturizing function is proved to have better moisturizing effect than a single one or two-component combination through the synergistic effect among the components.

In conclusion, the active ingredients of the composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function have obvious synergistic effect, and have obvious effects of relieving skin dryness, restoring skin epidermis barrier and improving skin moisture content.
