1) Adding glycerol into deionized water, stirring to uniformly disperse the glycerol, and preparing the component A at the stirring speed of 250 r/min;
2) Adding one or two of rhizoma Cyperi root extract, olibanum extract and Myrrha leaf cell extract into component A, stirring at 300r/min to obtain composition with skin barrier repairing and water supplementing effects.
The preparation method of the repairing and moisturizing finishing liquid in the comparative example comprises the following steps:
1) Premixing sodium hyaluronate, EDTA disodium, xanthan gum and butanediol, adding deionized water and antiseptic (mixture of 1:1 of oxalyl ketone and hexanediol), stirring at 250r/min to disperse uniformly, and heating at 85deg.C for 10min to obtain phase A material;
2) And (3) cooling the phase A raw material to below 45 ℃, adding a composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the water supplementing function, stirring for 10min at 300r/min, cooling to 37 ℃, and subpackaging to obtain the repairing and water supplementing refined liquid.
Blank example 1
The blank example 1 differs from example 1 only in that the repairing and moisturizing essential liquid has different raw material components, the essential liquid in the blank example does not contain a composition having both the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function, and other operations are the same as in example 1.
Effect verification test example
1. Safety test-skin patch test
Test object: the repairing and moisturizing essence obtained in examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-6 and blank example 1.
Number of tests: 100 persons, male and female, each half, are aged between 20 years and 55 years, and all meet the standards of the subjects.
The test process comprises the following steps: the number of the tested persons meeting the test subject standard is 100, and the tested persons are randomly divided into 10 groups, wherein the repairing and moisturizing essential liquid is obtained in the examples 1-3, the comparative examples 1-6 and the blank example 1, and each group comprises 10 persons.
The essence in the test subjects was placed into plaque laboratory cells at a dose of about 0.020mL to 0.025mL, with no material placed in the control wells.
The patch test tape (manufacturer: shanghai medical apparatus (group) limited company sanitary materials factory, patch test tape product number: 09000251116) with the test object added is applied to the back or forearm curved side of the subject, and is applied to skin with palm light pressure for 24 hr; the skin reaction was observed 30min, 24h and 48h after removal of the plaque tester, and the observations were recorded as shown in table 1, the grading criteria are shown in table 2, and the test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the repair and moisturizing essences obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 6 of the present invention and the essence obtained in blank example 1 were free from skin irritation.
2. Efficacy testing
1) Maintenance efficacy analysis experiment (lactic acid stinger skin barrier maintenance)
Study object: 100 healthy females participated in the trial, aged 20-55, with no visible skin disease on the face of the subjects, and were all lactate-spiking upon the first visit screening. The skin care products prepared in examples, comparative examples and blank examples were used on the face during the test period of the test by the test subjects, no other skin care products were used, and excessive sun exposure was avoided.
The testing process comprises the following steps: subjects were sitting still in the constant temperature and humidity room for 30 minutes, then scored in a quartering way using equal amounts of 10% aqueous lactic acid and distilled water in the left and right nasolabial folds of the subject, respectively, and asking the subjects for symptoms of self skin feel at 5 minutes: no stinging sensation of 0 minutes, light stinging sensation of 1 minute, moderate stinging sensation of 2 minutes and heavy stinging sensation of 3 minutes. Testing of the same volunteer was done by the same measurer.
Skin repair test: 100 subjects were randomly divided into ten groups, each group was treated with the moisturizing and finishing liquids obtained in examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 6 or blank example 1, respectively, every morning and evening, and lactic acid stinging tests were repeated 14 days and 28 days after the use of the products. The test results are shown in Table 4, and the results are averaged.

As can be seen from the results of Table 4, the moisturizing and repairing liquid obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively repair the skin barrier and reduce the lactic acid stinging value, while the essence obtained in blank example 1 does not have the above-mentioned effects, but does not contain the composition having both the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function. The repairing effect is ordered as examples 1, 2 and 3> comparative examples 4, 5 and 6> comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, and the composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function is proved to have better skin barrier repairing effect than a single one or two-component combination through the synergistic effect between the components.
2) Experiment of moisturizing efficacy
100 dry skin subjects were selected, randomly divided into 10 groups, and 10 persons in each group were used to apply the moisturizing polish obtained in examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 6 or blank example 1 to the face after cleansing the face in the morning and evening, respectively, and tested using a Cornemeter CM825 (Courage & Khazaka, germany) skin stratum corneum moisture tester. The test results after 28 days are shown in Table 5. (T0: initial, T1: after 28 days, the results were averaged)

As can be seen from the experimental data in table 5, the repairing and moisturizing lotions obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively replenish water to the skin, whereas the essence obtained in blank example 1 does not have the above-mentioned effects, which does not contain the composition having both the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function. The moisturizing effect is ordered as examples 1, 2 and 3> comparative examples 4, 5 and 6> comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, and the composition with the skin barrier repair function and the moisturizing function is proved to have better moisturizing effect than a single one or two-component combination through the synergistic effect among the components.
In conclusion, the active ingredients of the composition with the skin barrier repairing function and the moisturizing function have obvious synergistic effect, and have obvious effects of relieving skin dryness, restoring skin epidermis barrier and improving skin moisture content.

Claims (10)

1. The composition with the skin barrier repair function and the moisturizing function is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
0.1-20 parts of nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, 0.3-20 parts of boswellia serrata extract, 0.2-20 parts of myrrh leaf cell extract, 1-30 parts of glycerin and 10-90 parts of deionized water.
2. A composition having both skin barrier repair function and moisturizing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass:
0.1-10 parts of nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, 0.5-10 parts of boswellia serrata extract, 0.1-10 parts of myrrh leaf cell extract, 2-20 parts of glycerin and 10-70 parts of deionized water.
3. A method for preparing a composition having both skin barrier repair function and moisturizing function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
1) Adding glycerol into deionized water, and stirring to uniformly disperse the glycerol to prepare a component A;
2) Sequentially adding rhizoma Cyperi root extract, olibanum extract, and Myrrha leaf cell extract into component A, and stirring to obtain composition with skin barrier repairing and water supplementing effects.
4. A method of preparation as claimed in claim 3, wherein: in the step 1), the stirring speed is 200-300r/min, and in the step 2), the stirring speed is 250-350r/min.
5. A method of preparation as claimed in claim 3, wherein: in the step 2), the ratio of the total mass of 3 raw materials of the nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, the boswellia serrata extract and the myrrh leaf cell extract to the mass of the component A is 1:3-5.
6. The method of manufacturing according to claim 5, wherein: the ratio of the total mass of 3 raw materials of the nutgrass galingale rhizome extract, the boswellia serrata extract and the myrrh leaf cell extract to the mass of the component A is 1:4.
7. Use of a composition having both skin barrier repair and moisturizing functions as claimed in claim 1 or 2 in a skin care product, characterized in that: the skin care product comprises 20-50% of the composition having both skin barrier repair function and moisturizing function according to claim 1 or 2, based on the total weight of the skin care product; and 50-80% of conventional auxiliary materials in the field of skin care products.
8. Use of a composition having both skin barrier repair and moisturizing functions as claimed in claim 7 in skin care products, characterized in that:
the conventional auxiliary materials comprise one or a combination of a plurality of surfactants, thickeners, conditioning agents, humectants, preservatives, chelating agents or deionized water.
9. Use of a composition having both skin barrier repair and moisturizing functions as claimed in claim 7 in skin care products, characterized in that:
the skin care product is prepared into various dosage forms of toner, tightening toner, nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, eye cream, eye essence, skin cleaning cream, skin cleaning foam, skin cleaning lotion, facial mask, powder cake, body lotion, body cream, body oil, body milk and body essence.
10. Use of a composition having both skin barrier repair and moisturizing functions as claimed in claim 7 in skin care products, characterized in that:
the skin care product is prepared into repairing and moisturizing essence, and the repairing and moisturizing essence comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: the composition with skin barrier repairing and moisturizing functions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the composition comprises 20-50% of a thickener 0.1-2%, a humectant 5-20%, a chelating agent 0.01-1%, and a preservative 0.1-1%; 30-70% of deionized water, wherein the addition amount of the deionized water is 100% of the sum of the components.
