when the diversion frame 671 and the blocking frame 675 are supported by the rotating plate 674, and the medicament is discharged from the diversion frame 671 when the medicament is discharged from the liquid discharging part 66, the blocking frame 675 is utilized to ensure that the spraying direction of the medicament is not deviated, the flexible plate 672 arranged at the bottom of the auxiliary part 67 can be used for supporting the diversion frame 671, and as the flexible plate 672 is made of flexible materials, when the tooth knife 65 is in deep soil, the diversion frame 671 is extruded by the soil to rotate upwards, the flexible plate 672 is stretched and then unfolded, and the possibility that the top of the diversion frame 671 is adhered with the soil is reduced.
