The traditional common effective anti-allergic products have the functional components which are derived from a large number of synthesis and limited fields, such as: dexamethasone has the advantages of great side effects of traditional anti-allergic substances, great influence on the health of consumers, incapacity of being used for a long time, and urgent need of consumers is an anti-allergic composition with low side effects and good anti-allergic effect.
In summary, the present invention aims to provide an anti-allergic composition with good anti-allergic effect and no or negligible side effects and its use in cosmetics/skin care products.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an anti-sensitization composition containing peony extract and a method for preparing the anti-sensitization cosmetic/skin care product. The antiallergic composition is prepared from specific raw materials, has good antiallergic effect, can well relieve and remove allergic symptoms, has low side effect, and can be used for a long time; the inhibition effect on the hyaluronidase is strong and can reach 98.3%; the anti-sensitization effect is far higher than that of other anti-sensitization compositions in the prior art; and the elegant fragrance is reserved.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an antiallergic composition containing peony extract comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.5-5 parts of flos caryophylli soaking liquid, 1-5 parts of peony root bark concentrated extract, 2.5-5 parts of herba quassiae extract, 2.5-5 parts of golden chamomile extract, 2.5-5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract and 1-2 parts of ectoin.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.5-4 parts of flos caryophylli soaking liquid, 1-4 parts of peony root bark concentrated extract, 2.5-5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract, 2.5-4 parts of golden chamomile extract, 3-5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract and 1-2 parts of ectoin.

Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.9-4 parts of flos caryophylli soaking liquid, 1.2-3 parts of peony root bark concentrated extract, 3.5-5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract, 2.7-3 parts of golden chamomile extract, 3.7-5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract and 1-1.5 parts of ectoin.
The inventor finds that the composition prepared by adopting the raw materials and controlling the dosage of the raw materials not only has good relieving and removing effects on allergic symptoms, but also has good anti-allergic effect and low toxic and side effects. The skin care product can not cause allergy or irritation to a user after long-term use, and can relieve and remove allergy of the user, so that the damaged skin of the user is gradually healed.
The lilac flower soaking liquid is prepared by the following method: quick-freezing picked fresh flos Caryophylli at-20 to-10deg.C, thawing with microwave, soaking in 30-50% ethanol for 24-48 hr to obtain soaking solution.
The peony root bark concentrated extract is prepared by the following method: pulverizing the frosted cortex moutan nanometer, soaking in 60-80% ethanol for 40-48 hr, filtering, and concentrating to obtain extract.
The anti-allergic composition prepared by the invention can be applied to the preparation of anti-allergic cosmetics/skin care products.
The invention also provides an anti-sensitization cosmetic/skin care product containing the anti-sensitization composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6.1 to 32 percent of the anti-allergic composition, 0.06 to 0.12 percent of pH regulator, 0.15 to 1.0 percent of auxiliary agent and the balance of water phase component.
Preferably, the anti-allergic composition comprises 16-32% of anti-allergic composition, 0.06-0.1% of pH regulator, 0.15-0.55% of auxiliary agent and the balance of water phase component in percentage by mass.
Preferably, the pH regulator is an alkaline substance, preferably an alkali metal hydroxide; more preferably sodium hydroxide.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of essence and preservative.
Preferably, the aqueous phase component comprises a metal ion chelating agent, an amphoteric compound, an amino alcohol compound, a polyol compound, a thickener, a surfactant, and water;
the metal ion chelating agent is EDTA salt, and accounts for 0.01-0.1% of the weight of the anti-allergic cosmetic;
preferably, the metal ion chelating agent is disodium EDTA;
the amphoteric compound is a hydantoin derivative; accounting for 0.05 to 0.3 percent of the mass of the anti-sensitization cosmetic;

the water phase component prepared by the substances can improve the efficacy of the anti-sensitization cosmetic, reduce the irritation of the cosmetic to the skin of a user, has better removing effect on allergic symptoms and can prevent allergy. By further controlling the amounts of the respective substances, the efficacy of the anti-allergic cosmetic can be further ensured.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-allergic cosmetic containing the anti-allergic composition, which comprises the following preparation steps: mixing the anti-sensitization composition, the pH regulator, the auxiliary agent and the water phase component to form the anti-sensitization cosmetic; the specific mixing sequence is that the water phase component and the pH regulator are mixed and then are mixed with the anti-sensitization composition and the auxiliary agent to form the anti-sensitization cosmetic, and the mixing sequence is more beneficial to the uniform mixing of all materials, so that the effect of the anti-sensitization cosmetic is ensured. The pH value of the anti-sensitization cosmetic is regulated by using the pH regulator, so that the irritation of the cosmetic to the skin is reduced, and the efficacy of the anti-sensitization cosmetic is improved.
The preparation method of the anti-allergic cosmetic comprises the following specific steps: adding a metal ion chelating agent, an amphoteric compound, an amino alcohol compound, a polyalcohol compound, a thickening agent, a surfactant and water into a stirrer, stirring for 15-25 minutes at 80-85 ℃ to ensure that the raw materials are completely dissolved, uniformly mixing the raw materials with a pH regulator after the temperature is reduced to 50-70 ℃, then uniformly mixing the raw materials with the pH regulator after the temperature is reduced to 30-45 ℃, and then uniformly mixing the raw materials with the anti-sensitization composition and the auxiliary agent to obtain the anti-sensitization cosmetic.
The chamomile extract is rich in polyphenols, flavone and triterpenes, and has antioxidant, antiinflammatory, and skin caring effects.
The wild vegetable is a wild vegetable with very wide distribution in China and is usually grown in shallow water. It is also called as lotus leaf, and is used as feed for poultry, and is rich in nutrients, non-toxic and odorless.
The cortex moutan concentrated extract is rich in paeonol, and can inhibit and relieve various inflammations.
Huang Ancai annual herbs can be used for clearing heat, detoxifying, detumescence, relieving pain, treating cold and treating pharyngalgia, and in the invention, the interaction with the peony root bark concentrated extract and the golden chamomile extract can reduce burning sensation, erythema, pruritus and the like of allergic parts, and the interaction with the vegetable extract can further reduce symptoms such as stinging and the like.
Meanwhile, the ectoin is an amino acid derivative, has a strong compression-resistant protection function, is 100% pure natural active raw material, has integral cell protection (pollution, allergen, UVA/UVB, IR and visible light), and has excellent anti-aging effect. The ectoine further acts with the peony root bark concentrated extract, the quassia extract, the golden chamomile extract and the Xingcai extract, so that the damaged barrier is repaired, the skin surface barrier is improved to protect the skin, and then the hypersensitive symptom has good relaxing and removing effects and can resist allergy.
Further, in the preparation of cosmetics/skin care products containing the anti-sensitization composition, the water phase component is stirred at a high temperature, the water phase component is sterilized, then the temperature is gradually reduced, the anti-sensitization composition is not added until the temperature is reduced to 30-45 ℃, the failure of the anti-sensitization composition due to the high temperature can be avoided, and the efficacy of the anti-sensitization cosmetics is ensured.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The flos caryophylli soaking liquid, the cortex moutan extract and other raw materials such as the herba polygoni multiflori extract, the golden chamomile extract and the like are mixed, so that the concentration of active substances of the other raw materials can be improved, the DPPH free radical inhibition rate and the cell survival rate in skin can be improved, the DPPH free radical inhibition rate can reach 98.77%, the cell survival rate can be increased to 92%, and the synthesis of skin collagen can be further promoted;
(2) The anti-allergic composition can play a good role in relieving and relieving allergic symptoms, has a good role in repairing skin with the problems of skin sensitivity, red blood streak leakage and the like, and can play a role in resisting allergy more effectively;
(3) The anti-allergic composition has small side effect and can be ignored, so that the anti-allergic composition can be used for a long time;
(4) In addition, in the aspect of antiallergic, the inhibition effect on the hyaluronidase is strong and can reach 98.3%; far higher than the anti-sensitization effect of other anti-sensitization compositions in the prior art.

1. Examples
Example 1
An antiallergic composition containing peony extract comprises the following components in parts by weight:
3.5 parts of lilac flower soaking liquid, 2.5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract, 2.5 parts of golden chamomile extract, 1.0 part of tree peony root bark concentrated extract, 2.5 parts of herba podophylli extract and 1 part of ectoin;
preparing a lilac flower soaking solution: quick-freezing picked fresh flos Caryophylli at-20deg.C, thawing with microwave, and soaking in 40% ethanol for 24 hr to obtain soaking solution.
Preparation of peony root bark concentrated extract: pulverizing the frosted cortex moutan nanometer, soaking in 80% alcohol for 40 hr, filtering, and concentrating to obtain extract.
An anti-sensitization cosmetic containing an anti-sensitization composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6.1% of the above anti-allergic composition, 92.78% of an aqueous phase component, 0.1% of sodium hydroxide and 1.0% of an auxiliary agent. The water phase comprises the following components: EDTA disodium 0.1%, allantoin 0.2%, panthenol 0.5%, glycerol 12.0%, butanediol 8.0%, carbomer 0.5%, xanthan gum 0.2%, water 71.08%, sodium hydroxide 0.12% and adjuvants 1.0% (essence: preservative mixed according to a mass ratio of 4:6). The preparation method comprises the following steps:
adding EDTA disodium, allantoin, panthenol, glycerol, butanediol, carbomer, xanthan gum and water into a stirrer, heating to 83+/-2 ℃, and stirring at 80-85 ℃ for 20 minutes while keeping the temperature until the raw materials are completely dissolved; then cooling to 50-70 ℃, adding sodium hydroxide, stirring and mixing uniformly; and cooling to 30-45deg.C, adding adjuvants and antiallergic composition, and stirring.
Example 2
An antiallergic composition containing peony extract comprises the following components in parts by weight:
4 parts of flos caryophylli soaking liquid, 3 parts of herba quassiae extract, 2.5 parts of golden chamomile extract, 1.5 parts of tree peony root bark concentrated extract, 3 parts of sedum lineare extract and 1 part of ectoin;
preparing a lilac flower soaking solution: quick-freezing picked fresh flos Caryophylli at-15deg.C, thawing with microwave, and soaking in 50% ethanol for 24 hr to obtain soaking solution.
Preparation of peony root bark concentrated extract: pulverizing the frosted cortex moutan nanometer, soaking in 70% ethanol for 48 hr, filtering, and concentrating to obtain extract.

The specific preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 5 the order of mixing the components in the preparation of the cosmetic/skin care product was different from example 1.

the preparation method of the anti-allergic cosmetic/skin care product comprises the following steps: adding allantoin, panthenol, glycerol, butanediol, carbomer, xanthan gum, water, sodium hydroxide, adjuvants and antiallergic composition into a stirrer, heating to 83+ -2deg.C, and stirring at 80-85deg.C for 20min to dissolve the raw materials completely; and then continuously stirring and uniformly mixing in the cooling process.
2. Product inspection
1. Product sensitive muscle test
The test example is carried out on the anti-allergic composition cosmetics/skin care products prepared in the examples and the comparative examples, and the experimental steps are as follows:
randomly selecting 50 subjects with good skin condition;
(1) The process comprises the following steps: marking 6 circular areas with the diameter of 1.5cm at the same position of the left hand forearm of a subject, namely areas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, taking 30uL of samples on the patch, pasting for 30min in each area, then tearing off the patch, and recording the allergic phenomenon;
(2) And (3) distribution: area 1 was used as a sensitization control group without any product; the areas 2-4 are respectively smeared with the products prepared in the examples 1-3; regions 5-8 compare the products of examples 1-4, respectively; and (5) taking pictures after 20min and 50min of smearing, and observing the sensitive phenomenon of each region.

According to the invention, 20 people who have suspicious reactions in the tested arm area after using part of commercial skin care products/cosmetics are randomly selected as subjects, the inner arm with suspicious reactions is divided into 6 areas with equal areas, and the products of the embodiments 1-3 are smeared on the areas 1-3; areas 4-6 were coated with the products of comparative examples 1, 3, 4; the change was observed after 24 hours of application, and the results are shown in Table 3.

The data in the table show that the product of the invention can not generate anaphylactic reaction, and can also generate certain repairing effect on allergic skin conditions, such as erythema, red blood streak and other common light anaphylactic phenomena.
The skin condition (3 h) of the tested area of the subject is also subjected to relevant detection, and the result is shown in table 4:

The data show that the product has very remarkable anti-sensitization effect, and the inhibition rate of the hyaluronidase can reach 98.3%; meanwhile, the compound also has good antioxidation effect, and the DPPH free radical inhibition rate can reach 98.77%; can also maintain high skin humidity.
Claims (10)
1. An antiallergic composition containing peony extract is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 2.5-5 parts of flos caryophylli soaking liquid, 1-5 parts of peony root bark concentrated extract, 2.5-5 parts of herba quassiae extract, 2.5-5 parts of golden chamomile extract, 2.5-5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract and 1-2 parts of ectoin.

An anti-allergic composition containing peony extract as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 2.5-4 parts of flos caryophylli soaking liquid, 1-5 parts of peony root bark concentrated extract, 2.5-5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract, 2.5-5 parts of golden chamomile extract, 3-5 parts of herba polygoni multiflori extract and 1-2 parts of ectoin.

The antiallergic composition containing peony extract as defined in claim 1, wherein the flos Caryophylli soaking solution is prepared by the following method: quick-freezing picked fresh flos Caryophylli at-20 to-10deg.C, thawing with microwave, soaking in 30-50% ethanol for 24-48 hr to obtain soaking solution.

The anti-allergic composition comprising a peony extract according to claim 1, wherein said peony root bark concentrated extract is prepared by the following method: pulverizing the frosted cortex moutan nanometer, soaking in 60-80% ethanol for 40-48 hr, filtering, and concentrating to obtain extract.
5. Use of an antiallergic composition comprising peony extract as defined in claim 1 for the preparation of an antiallergic cosmetic/skin care product.
6. An anti-sensitization cosmetic/skin care product comprising the anti-sensitization composition according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in mass percent: 6.1-32% of anti-allergic composition, 0.06-0.12% of pH regulator, 0.15-1.0% of auxiliary agent and the balance of water phase component.
7. The anti-sensitization cosmetic/skin care composition according to claim 6, wherein the pH adjuster is an alkali metal hydroxide; the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of essence and preservative.
8. The anti-allergic cosmetic/skin care product according to claim 6, wherein said aqueous phase component comprises a metal ion chelating agent, an amphoteric compound, an amino alcohol compound, a polyol compound, a thickener, a surfactant and water;
wherein the metal ion chelating agent is EDTA salt, accounting for 0.01-0.1% of the weight of the anti-allergic cosmetic;
the amphoteric compound is a hydantoin derivative; accounting for 0.05 to 0.3 percent of the mass of the anti-sensitization cosmetic;
the amino alcohol compound is panthenol and accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the mass of the anti-sensitization cosmetic;
