Description

Population regulator for preventing and controlling soil termites as well as preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pest control, in particular to a population regulator for controlling soil termites, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Soil termites are a class of termites that nest in the subsurface, and feed on trees, leaves, fungi, and the like. Subterranean termites, such as black-wing subterranean termites and yellow-wing large termites, are the most common two types of subterranean termites in China, and take living trees, stumps, branches of dried plants, shrubs, herbaceous herbivores, herbivores and the like as food. In natural environment, they build large nests underground, and by going out to forage, they cause harm to new forestation sites, landscaping and hydraulic engineering.
In order to prevent and treat the harm of soil termites such as black wing termites, yellow wing termites and the like, chemical barriers are established in a mode of mixing chemical agents in soil or spraying chemical agents on the surface of the soil in China for a long time. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN107410352a discloses a termite control agent comprising: 2 to 5 weight percent of bifenthrin, 2 to 5 weight percent of chlorpyrifos and 1 to 2 weight percent of hexaflumuron. The Chinese patent document with publication number CN1234274C discloses a termite control agent which comprises, by weight, 0.28-0.6 of permethrin, 0.001-0.01 of deltamethrin, 1.3-2.6 of synergistic agent and a proper amount of solvent. However, the chemical agent has short duration and pollutes the environment, so the termite control industry in China is forced to need a long duration and environment-friendly technology and method for controlling the harm of termites to forests, greening and hydraulic engineering.
Under the field condition, when the external condition is proper, winged adults in the soil-dwelling termite nest fly out of the nest, the male and female pairing is carried out, a new place 'Anjia' is found, and a new population is established again after the next generation is generated after the settlement. Then, the workers take the tasks of establishing a nest, taking food outside and forming a fungus garden, and the breeding ants are responsible for breeding offspring. Therefore, if the fertility of the breeding termites can be regulated, the harm of the soil termites can be effectively controlled.
Arachidonic acid plays an important role as a phospholipid-bound structural lipid in animal blood, liver, muscle and other organ systems, and is a direct precursor of many circulating eicosanoic acid derivatives, such as prostaglandin E2 (PGE 2), prostacyclin (PGI 2), thromboxane A2 (TXA 2) and leukotrienes and C4 (LTC 4). These bioactive substances have important regulatory effects on lipoprotein metabolism, haemorheology, vascular elasticity, leukocyte function, platelet activation, etc.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a population regulator for controlling soil termites, which takes arachidonic acid as a post-breeding regulator for controlling soil termites Wang Yi to control soil termite nest groups, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling soil termite damage.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an application of arachidonic acid as a reproductive regulator for controlling soil termites after termites king and termites.
The inventor researches show that the arachidonic acid with a certain concentration in the food has a strong regulation and control effect on the reproductive function of termites, king and after termites, and can be used for controlling the field termite nest group.
The invention also provides a population regulator for controlling soil termites, which comprises, by weight, 100 parts of arachidonic acid 0.1-1 parts and lignocellulose 99-99.9 parts.
Preferably, 0.2 to 0.8 parts by weight of arachidonic acid, 99.2 to 99.8 parts by weight of lignocellulose are included per 100 parts by weight.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the population regulator for controlling soil termites, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Diluting arachidonic acid with absolute ethanol 5-100 times;
(2) Mixing an absolute ethanol solution of arachidonic acid and lignocellulose according to a formula proportion, and fully and uniformly stirring to form a solid mixture; wherein, the weight parts of the absolute ethyl alcohol solution of the arachidonic acid are calculated by the weight parts of the active ingredients;
(3) And drying the solid mixture until the ethanol is completely volatilized, and obtaining a powdery solid mixture, namely the population regulator for controlling the soil termites.
Preferably, in the step (2), the absolute ethanol solution of arachidonic acid is mixed with lignocellulose powder by spraying, and stirring is performed while spraying.
Preferably, in the step (3), the drying temperature is 30-80 ℃ and the drying time is 5-15h.
The invention also provides application of the population regulator in controlling soil termites.
The application comprises: and placing the population regulator in a movable range or a monitoring control device of the soil termites for the soil termites to eat freely.
The soil termite population regulator can be widely used for preventing and controlling soil termite damage in hydraulic engineering, landscaping and new forestation sites, and has wide application prospect. In the soil termite control process, lignocellulose bait containing arachidonic acid is placed on the soil termite, or in a termite monitoring and controlling device, so that the purposes of regulating and controlling the population quantity of the soil termites and killing the soil termite nest group can be achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, based on the arachidonic acid as a post-reproduction regulator of termites Wang Yi, the arachidonic acid is combined with termite food lignocellulose to prevent and control termite nest groups, so that the purpose of controlling termite damage in soil is achieved. The prevention and control method is simple and environment-friendly.
Detailed Description
Example 1
(1) 200mg of arachidonic acid is added into 5g of absolute ethanol, stirred and dissolved, then added into 99.8g of lignocellulose by adopting a spray mode, and fully and uniformly stirred. And (5) drying in a baking oven at 40 ℃ for 12 hours to obtain the 0.2% bait. According to this method, 10000g of 0.2% arachidonic acid bait was prepared in total.
(2) And (3) on day 5 and day 7 of 2021, searching mud lines of the activity of the soil termites on a mountain pond dam body endangered by the soil termites, and determining the approximate range of the activity of the soil termite nest group according to the activity condition of the soil termites after the mud lines are found. Then, 0.2% arachidonic acid bait was applied to the mud quilt or mud line where a break was made, 500g or 1000g of 0.2% arachidonic acid bait was applied to each nest, and 5 nest groups were treated with each dose. The dykes at the 0.2% arachidonic acid bait treatment area were examined for soil termite activity at 9 months 17, 5 months 8 and 9 months 17 of 2021, respectively. As a control, a territory group of termite nests on hillside adjacent the dam that had not been treated with 0.2% arachidonic acid bait was used. The results are shown in Table 1.
The results in Table 1 show that 0.2% arachidonic acid bait has good control over the soil termite population, and that each nest group is regulated to die after months and years, either 500g bait or 1000g bait.

(2) And (3) on the river bank back water slope endangered by the soil termites, searching mud lines for the soil termite activity, and determining the approximate range of the soil termite nest group activity according to the soil termite activity after the mud lines are found out on the river bank back water slope endangered by the soil termites, wherein the soil termite nest group activity is 5 months 10 days 2021. Then, 0.5% arachidonic acid bait was applied to the mud quilt or mud line where a break was made, 500g or 1000g of 0.5% arachidonic acid bait was applied to each nest, and 5 nest groups were treated with each dose. The termite activity on the back water slope of the river levee in the 0.5% arachidonic acid bait treatment area was examined for each of 9 months 19, 5 months 16 and 21 months 2021. As a control, a group of territories on the back water slope of the nearby river levee that had not been treated with 0.5% arachidonic acid bait was used. The results are shown in Table 2.
