Abstract
本发明公开了一种新硅藻土隔热砖的生产方法,包含配料、压制成型、天然气烧成的生产工艺,是一种全新的自动化生产方法,本发明通过对硅藻土隔热砖的传统生产的改变,极大地提高了生产效率,生产量是传统生产方法的若干倍,彻底改变了传统生产方法靠天吃饭的模式,并且产品外观漂亮,技术指标超过国家标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及硅藻土隔热砖类技术领域,尤其是一种新硅藻土隔热砖的生产方法。
背景技术
随着对节能减排要求的提高,各种炉窑和建筑对隔热保温材料的需求越来越大,隔热砖也称防火砖、保温砖,主要给炉膛和建筑提供隔热、保温和防火的功能,硅藻土隔热保温砖作为隔热保温材料中的主要品种市场需求量尤为特出。
硅藻土隔热保温砖原来传统的生产方式为用挤泥机挤压生产后放露天场地进行晾晒干燥,然后用倒焰窑进行烧成,犹豫需晾晒干燥,一般夏天干燥期为十天左右,秋冬季在一二个月左右,到上冻后就不能生产,雨季也不能生产,这样的生产工艺占地面积大,生产量却很小,并且烧成时产生大量废气不符合环保需求,已远远不能满足市场需求。为此,需要一种新的生产工艺来实现硅藻土隔热砖在实际生产中流转时间短、能进行规模式的工业化生产、且较为环保的生产方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种硅藻土隔热砖的生产方法,包含硅藻土粉碎、配料、拌料、压制成型、烧成、检验、成品入库的生产工艺,是一种硅藻土隔热砖的一种全新的生产方法,具体如下:
1.1硅藻土粉碎
硅藻土的原料经破碎机破碎,把它加工成8目以下的颗粒和细粉;
1.2配料
粉碎后的硅藻土、珍珠岩、微量元素按设定比例,由自动称料机称重后送入拌料机;
硅藻土比例为60%~85%,珍珠岩比例为38%~13%,微量元素比例为2%;
1.3拌料
按比例混合后的硅藻土、珍珠岩和微量元素组成的组合原料送入拌料机,在拌料机中充分均匀拌和,根据不同产品控制好含水量,组合原料与水的比例为100:5~100:10间,拌和八分钟左右后放料送入成品料仓;
1.4压制成型
通过运输带把成品料仓的成品料送入液压机或摩擦压砖机进行压制成型,根据模具可以压制不同规格的产品;
1.5烧成
压制成型后自动出砖并通过输送带送到装窑口进行装窑,装好的产品通过烘干窑烘干后直接进入推板窑或隧道窑进行烧成,烧成温度根据不同体密的砖设置为820℃~900℃之间,燃料为天然气;
1.6检验
烧成后的成品在窑尾进行开窑检验,把开裂、缺角等有缺陷的不合格产品剔除,把合格产品装木托盘或装箱后打包;
1.7成品入库
把检验合格并打包后的产品放入成品仓库,按不同规格进行堆放,并做好出入库台账。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1所示,一种硅藻土隔热砖的生产方法,包含硅藻土粉碎、配料、拌料、压制成型、烧成、检验、成品入库的生产工艺,是一种硅藻土隔热砖的一种全新的生产方法,具体如下:
1.1硅藻土粉碎
硅藻土的原料经破碎机破碎,把它加工成8目以下的颗粒和细粉,细小的颗粒利于更好的融合并粘合,固话后强度高,密度大,隔热性高,保温性和防火性能更好;
1.2配料
粉碎后的硅藻土、珍珠岩、微量元素按设定比例,每100KG组合原料总,硅藻土占比例为60%~85%,珍珠岩占比例为38%~13%,微量元素占比例为2%,由自动称料机称重后送入拌料机,上述比例的组合原料粘性高,固化后硬度高隔热性好;
1.3拌料
按比例混合后的硅藻土、珍珠岩和微量元素组成的组合原料送入拌料机,在拌料机中充分均匀拌和,根据不同产品控制好含水量,组合原料与水的比例为100:5~100:10间,拌和八分钟左右后放料送入成品料仓,拌和后的组合原料为自带粘性的含水混合料,自然聚合性能高,粘性好,利于后续挤压加工;
实际操作中,硅藻土、珍珠岩和微量元素组成的组合原料与水的比例为100:5~100:10间,水的实际添加根据工作气温的高低、空气的干燥程度、硅藻土、珍珠岩和微量元素的自带含水量进行在比例区间内酌情调整;
1.4压制成型
通过运输带把成品料仓的成品料送入液压机或摩擦压砖机进行压制成型,根据模具可以压制不同规格的产品,压制成型的硅藻土隔热砖密度大、各颗粒间粘合性好、颗粒间贴合度高,并且在压砖机的压力作用下,同步把多余的水分通过挤压排出,使压制成型的硅藻土隔热砖内含的水分降低,在提升压制成型的硅藻土隔热砖凝固强度的同时,利于缩短后续的烧结时间;
1.5烧成
压制成型后自动出砖并通过输送带送到装窑口进行装窑,装好的产品通过烘干窑烘干后直接进入推板窑或隧道窑进行烧成,烧成温度根据不同体密的砖设置为820℃~900℃之间,达到温度后保持60分钟;燃料为天然气,升温迅速,且能完全燃烧,燃烧后不产生颗粒固废,环保污染微乎其微;
1.6检验
烧成后的成品在窑尾进行开窑检验,把开裂、缺角等有缺陷的不合格产品剔除,把合格产品装木托盘或装箱后打包;
1.7成品入库
把检验合格并打包后的产品放入成品仓库,按不同规格进行堆放,并做好出入库台账。
本发明的一种硅藻土隔热砖的生产方法,采用自动压机成型,成型后的胚砖可以直接进入推板窑或隧道窑烧成,不需晾晒,烧成燃料为天然气,无环保污染,产量是传统工艺的5~6倍,解决了长期以来约束硅藻土保温砖生产量小、质量差、污染严重等的诸多问题。

1.一种新硅藻土隔热砖的生产方法,其特征在于:包含硅藻土粉碎、配料、拌料、压制成型、烧成、检验、成品入库的生产工艺,是一种硅藻土隔热砖的一种全新的生产方法,具体如下:
1.1硅藻土粉碎
硅藻土的原料经破碎机破碎,把它加工成8目以下的颗粒和细粉;
1.2配料
粉碎后的硅藻土、珍珠岩、微量元素按设定比例,由自动称料机称重后送入拌料机;
硅藻土比例为60%~85%,珍珠岩比例为38%~13%,微量元素比例为2%;
1.3拌料
按比例混合后的硅藻土、珍珠岩和微量元素组成的组合原料送入拌料机,在拌料机中充分均匀拌和,根据不同产品控制好含水量,组合原料与水的比例为100:5~100:10间,拌和八分钟左右后放料送入成品料仓;
